"This kway chap shop serves the broad rice noodles with pork belly, feet, intestine, tripe and dried tofu braised in a spiced soy-based marinade. Noodles are thin and silky; braised pork and tofu impart deep flavours and aromas." - Michelin Inspector

Delish old school kway chap Silky smooth kway with body, in a umami-ish and rich savory broth. Tangy chili and well braised meats that's chunky with a good chew. Great combi all in all. The intestine could be thicker though... And deserving of the 2025 Michelin Bib Gourmand, imho. Will be back for more! Service cancelled be a little slow as the elderly couple takes pride in their craft and will not be rushed even by the queue.

Kway chap is not cheap, so be prepared to shell out a little more if you want to have a decent meal. Unlike traditional kway chap stalls, you do not get to choose what goes into your platter. Instead, you have to choose between platter sets and the kway is not included. Eat bowl of kway costs $1, but fret not. Each bowl of kway is quite generous in terms of portion. For a single pax, two sets($6/8) are available. Unfortunately, the $6 does NOT come with offals, so I gave it a miss. The $8 set came with the usual kway chap ingredients, with a little large colon head(大肠头). This version of kway chap actually has a mild herbal taste to it, so take note. The ingredients were actually well braised, and the tofu, tau pok(豆泡), pork belly were flavourful. The above mentioned ingredients are not expensive, so it is up to one's perspective on whether this platter is worth its price. But, as mentioned before, this comes with a little large colon head, which is expensive, so ..... My total cost that day came up to $10(2 kway). Overall, this stall serves above average kway chap, but the waiting time is long. I waited more than 30 minutes for my food. I guess that age is catching up on uncle as the pace which he is chopping the offals is rather slow. This stall has no lack of michelin bib gourment awards, and that probably explains its popularity in this food centre. This is a pretty good offering, but I still feel that the taste is a little lacking in terms of its price. A good meal none the less.

One of the best kway chap I’ve tried. The kway is just nice, not too salty. Ordered the $8 platter which included intestines which is tender and well cleaned. If you like pig skin, it is cooked to a nice texture. Be prepared to queue for 30 min during busy periods.

The intestines are the highlight, wash until super clean …and it’s delicious and melts in your mouth, fully infused with the lor chap, the stomach is really good with 2 layers of bite to it. One of the best kway chap ingredients I’ve ever had. The only thing that is average is the kway, I prefer heavier tasting soup, prepare to queue up to half hour during peak hours and the stall closes around 2 pm. Quite pricey, I spend $11 for this serving…

To-Ricos Guo Shi is a popular kway chap stall located at Old Airport Road Food Centre in Singapore. Known for its Michelin Bib Gourmand award, it serves traditional Teochew-style kway chap—broad rice noodles in a light, savory broth, paired with tender braised pork belly, pig intestines, stomach, tofu, and eggs. Diners praise the clean taste of the offal and the richness of the soup. Open from Wednesday to Saturday, it draws long queues, especially during lunch. Just a short walk from Dakota MRT, To-Ricos is a must-visit for authentic, comforting Singaporean hawker food done with care and consistency.

Nice kway chap. Meat and intestines are fresh- no porky taste at all. This stall is ran by an elderly couple. Be prepared to wait up to 30 mins during peak hours

Food is not bad if you enjoy kway chap. The price is on the higher side but i think is fair for the culinary effort put in, and the waiting time is rather long. Stall owner is friendly in taking order. Taste and service is subjective.

I ordered the $6 platter with an additional $1 for the kway. The $6 platter does not include intestines (I didn’t know at time of ordering), which are part of the $8 platter. The Kway Chup has a distinctive taste, different from others, and the platter contains a substantial amount of meat. I plan to try the $8 platter next time.
