The restaurant looked nice, and we only waited a few minutes to be seated—not a big deal. The problems started when the food arrived. The staff shouted out dish names and slammed the plates down while asking who ordered what. Not exactly a warm experience. As for the food? It was just okay. Everything lacked flavor, the ingredients tasted cheap, and the presentation was sloppy. It felt like no one cared about the quality, the appearance, or the overall dining experience. This was my first time here, and unfortunately, nothing stood out—in a good way. Not the food, not the service, not the vibe. Wouldn’t recommend.

Checked out Toast Kitchen & Bar in Brea—great food, disappointing service. The good: the food was really solid and priced well. Definitely the kind of place I’d come back to for the flavors alone. The not-so-good: service was seriously lacking. My espresso came in a regular coffee cup (minor, but odd). They completely messed up my order—salad was supposed to come with my entrée, plus an extra side. Instead, the side showed up with the entrée, and the salad came way later, totally out of sync. Not once did anyone refill our water or ask if we wanted more drinks. After we finished eating, we sat there for 30 minutes with zero follow-up. Eventually someone came by—not to check in, but to ask if we wanted the check. It’s frustrating when the kitchen delivers but the service doesn’t. There’s a lot to like here, but if they don’t tighten up the front-of-house experience, it’s hard to fully enjoy the visit.

We decided to try this place and we are glad we came here. The hostess was very kind and the server immediately brought us nice cold water and asked if we wanted any drinks we both got their coffee ☕ which is lavazza dark roast. I really enjoyed the coffee. The food was absolutely delicious and we really enjoyed it and we will absolutely come back if in the area again.

My girls surprised me with a lovely birthday brunch at Toast, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. We were seated immediately upon arrival, and our server was incredibly attentive. I ordered The Perfect Avocado, which lived up to its name, it was absolutely delicious with just the right amount of bacon. I paired it with a Strawberry Cucumber Basil Gimlet, and it was simply perfect. The girls enjoyed the Brunch Burger with a side of arugula salad and a Classic Chocolate Pancake. One of them tried the Flying Unicorn Tea Lemonade, and the presentation was adorable! Great food, reasonable pricing, and a wonderful atmosphere, I couldn’t have asked for a better birthday brunch. I’d definitely come back!

Nice environment with good service. Kids got French Fried toast half size which is two pieces. the omelette is my favorite ( three eggs with veggies). Good brunch place to go.

Google
I recently visited Toast Kitchen & Bar in Brea, and it was a great experience! I ordered the Classic Hamburger with added cheese and bacon, and it did not disappoint. The patty was juicy, the toppings were fresh, and the bacon added the perfect crunch. The flavors all came together beautifully, making it a solid choice for a satisfying meal. My friends tried the Eggs Benedict and the Denver Omelet, and they both really enjoyed their dishes. The Eggs Benedict had perfectly poached eggs with a rich hollandaise sauce, and the Denver Omelet was packed with ham, bell peppers, and cheese, making it a flavorful and hearty option. The service was friendly, and the overall atmosphere was warm and inviting. If you’re looking for a good brunch spot in Brea, Toast Kitchen & Bar is definitely worth checking out!

Google
The maple bacon waffle was divine! The place it self is very nice, the atmosphere and the staff were very friendly. Very cute decoration that invite you for some Instagram pictures!

Google
I’ll start with an overall score: 8/10 Here’s why: 1. Service was fast and staff was friendly and accommodating 2. Most of the food was good, we went for brunch so it’s as good as breakfast/brunch goes 3. Knocking off some points because the steak was a bit too rare and unseasoned, but then again I started straying away from meat at the time so that’s my bias. 4. Food and drinks were honestly good, and the price for 5 adults and 2 kids was $180-$200 THAT is not bad. Prices are fair, food is pretty good, service was great.

Yelp
Great food choices. We had Chilaquiles plate, tomato bisque soup and arugula salad. Plentiful and delicious. We had lunch on a Dec. Tuesday and it was not busy at all. The establishment is clean with plenty room. Nice large parking area. The service we received was excellent. The young man was pleasant and well mannered.

Yelp
A Good Choice For Breakfast..... My wife and I were in town for Thanksgiving with family nearby so one of our breakfasts was at Toast. Ratings..... - Overall: 4 - Location: 5 - Exterior: 4 - Ambiance: 3 - Menu: 4 - Food Quality: 3 - Food Portion: 4 - Service: 5 - Price and Value: 4 - Parking: 5 - Bathroom: 4 - Location: Excellent if you're within 5 miles of Brea. On College Blvd across from the Brea Mall and just off Highway 57. - Menu: Large. Several things in most categories of American style food. Good for vegetarians. - Exterior: Rustic yet contemporary. A big place with many different rooms. - Ambiance: Casual. Lots of families so it can get noisy. - Food: Overall...good. We've been here 3 times for breakfast and I got a Vegetable Omelette ($17) at each one. The first 2 earned a 4, but the recent one got a 3. The egg wrapping was thin and rubbery while the vegetables seemed cooked after being frozen. A small bowl of fruit came with it. My wife got Avocado Toast ($17) each time and really liked it. The dish came with fruit and toast. She added a Latte ($6.75) - Service: Attentive and friendly. Everyone had a smile. - Price and Value: Decent portions for a fair price. - Parking: No problem. Toast is surrounded by parking lots on 3 sides. - Bathroom: Despite being a busy place, the Men's Room was kept fairly clean. Also keep in mind that Toast is open for lunch and dinner.

Yelp
HAVE: 5/5 Chimichurri Steak Breakfast 5/5 Chilaquiles 5/5 Classic Pancake TAKES: I preferred my steak well done and a common challenge with a well-done steak is dryness, but their chimichurri steak was exceptional - it was tender, juicy, and flavorful. The classic pancake is huge - one single piece that fills the whole plate. And their chilaquiles - it's delicious and the portion is shareable. The place is known for brunch. It's a newer restaurant - modern, clean, and spacious. Great service! They were very busy, but the staff were fast and efficient

Yelp
#FriendsGiving Tea Experience- how fun! Nice ambiance, and conveniently located between Imperial and Lambert. The inside is spacious with various seating arrangements and the outside offers a place for you to come and enjoy the tasty food with the pooch or just enjoy the shade and fresh air I ordered the chicken pesto and arugula flatbread from the Shareable Menu - so good, you may not want to share it. My friend ordered a large waffle from a stellar menu, and she said it was delicious. I Friendly ambience greeter, and serve staff. Looks like there's a new area of being developed for cocktails indoors. You can book your reservations online or call ahead for the weekends. Pet friendly, pleasantly situated courtyard with shade. The entrance approach is a bit tricky-enter off State College. It's located on the corner.

Yelp
Love that there's a place locally for brunch! It was my 2nd time here. My first experience actually was better than the second time. The waiter was definitely more attentive during my first visit a few months ago, but food tasted better the second time. My omelette was delicious! $25 mimosas is a DEAL! My friends loved it here and we will be back to try the Happy Hour!

Yelp
This is the perfect place to get brunch if you're craving some hearty, comfort breakfast food. I've been here twice with friends and our experience has been positive so far. Prior to dining in, making a reservation is recommended since there can be a wait time and it could get very busy. My favorite menu items are their avocado toast and fresh cranberry juice. Service is also wonderful and friendly. Even though I'm a bit far out from this location, I can definitely see myself returning to dine in again.

Yelp
I stopped by here for brunch with friends before heading over to Brea Mall which is right next door and convenient. The parking is right next to a apartment and it was relatively easy to find an open space. Perhaps due to the day and time I went, there was zero wait but if it is a more busy day I heard that there could be a bit of a wait. The interior is big and clean and can accommodate a large number of people. The service was friendly and attentive. My friend and I decided on the Denver Omelette (with a side of hash brown chips) and the House French Toast (half). Even though we ordered the half size of the french toast we were pleasantly surprised that the portion is quite large. The hash brown chips were kinda unique, crunchy and flavorful. Almost like slightly overcooked fries? Both the dishes were really delicious, though definitely is a bit on the pricier side. I would definitely consider coming back here for a treat and brunch with friends when I am in the area.

Yelp
Food: 9/10 Service: 9/10 Ambiance: 9/10 Definitely understand why there's always a wait to get in. Came here for brunch with some friends and have no complaints! The food was really good and once we were seated it was delivered fast.

Yelp
Food and atmosphere are great. Lattes tasty. Got breakfast burger and breakfast burrito. Portions are enough to split if you're not super hungry. Their salad with Meyer lemon dressing was fresh and very big. Tip: Definitely get on the waitlist before you go. Bad news, Customer service was not that great. Our server seemed overwhelmed. We never got water refills until AFTER our check was paid. The server merely did a Walk by and dropped water off. Never said a word. The Togo boxes and bags never came. I saw a manager in a suit preparing a nearby table. I asked him for Togo boxes/bags. He asked where my table was and it was right where we were standing. He said he'd get me them. Then, he walked away and right past a stack of bags and boxes. I just went over and got them myself. Disappointed in the lack of service. Another disappointment is that LUNCH isn't served until 4:30!! I've never heard of that. We were there at 1:30. It was raining and their grilled cheese and tomato soup sounded great. Too bad--not available at 1:30 pm. Not sure I'll be back.

Yelp
If you make a reservation, just be sure all your parties are there before they will seat you. It gets very busy during the weekend brunch time. It's very loud in there because obviously the drinks are flowing! Inside it looks so serene and very beautifully decorated. There are two sections so this restaurant is pretty big and I typically like the left side where it has a more cooler pallet versus the right side. I was very impressed with the menu, but not the service today. The guy looked extremely rushed, and they may have been shorthanded because it looked like he was taking care of the entire left section that was filled completely. We were lucky that he was good to look at so we forgave a lot of his stress. But I'm sure when better staffed the service would've been excellent. Food wise the Benedict was so curdled we had to return it for another dish, but the waiter was very accommodating to that request. I do believe this is a one off situation as I've been here in the past and it never tasted like this. I am not sure about the drinks, but my girlfriends were totally buzzed even after the first sip, so I'm sure the bartender did many heavy pours early in a day. Relatively good price and menu and definitely beautiful ambience. Would definitely give this place another try. Parking can be quite challenging when it's busy but there's always a lot of parking by the hotel area. The restaurant is right by the residence Inn.

Yelp
I always have a great experience here. This spot is very large and parking is typically a little crowded but you'll usually be able to find a spot in the lot. On peak brunch times (mornings on the weekends) I would recommend making a reservation for your party! The restaurant is clean and on the fancier side and great for bigger groups! We ordered a half classic French toast, Spanish omelette with hash brown chips, and the biscuits and gravy with a side of arugula salad and 3 poached eggs. All the food was very good and I enjoyed it all. This is a great spot for brunch!
google avatar

Yelp
Toast has stepped up their game big time! If you've been previously and you're thinking about giving it another go... take this as your sign that you should. I will say in previous visits to Toast, I didn't feel like the pricing matched what I ended up getting on the plate. We went for Mother's Day and everyone was well impressed with their meal. The place was super busy, we still received great service and the food came out hot. Toast is a cute brunch spot and I hear they are opening a restaurant in the same building for the nighttime. How exciting! I'll have to make my way back here once it's open.

Yelp
Came here for brunch with a group of friends. Lively atmosphere and a solid vibe all around. The staff was welcoming and attentive, which made the experience even better. I ordered the breakfast burrito, and while it hit the basics of good balance of meat, eggs, and cheese, but it fell just short of feeling truly hearty. Tasty, but missing that extra something to make it memorable. Overall, had a great time and wouldn't hesitate to come back to try different dishes.

Yelp
I enjoyed my experience overall. The service was great and all the staff were friendly. The pancake was huge!! The Crunch Berry French Toast was amazing! 10/10. We didn't care too much for either type of breakfast potato. I really enjoyed the Iced Lavender Latte as well, garnished with real lavender, 10/10!!! The ambiance was great as well. Kinda busy, but we were seated within 5 minutes because we made a reservation on Yelp!!

Yelp
Absolutely loved the brunch food here! Came with a group of 6, and we all had the best time and had the best service! Lots of vegan options and can replace egg items with vegan egg with no added cost and was provided a free side because I couldn't have the meat item in my chilaquiles! They made a mistake with one of the side orders and gave us the correct order with no added cost when they allowed us to keep the other side! Definitely coming back! Quiet enough for conversation but not deathly silent! Great food and drinks as well!
google avatar

Sheareen K.

Yelp
Service was great! Our waitress was super friendly. I thought the food was ok. It had a watery texture maybe from defrosting salmon or the sauce. I enjoyed the side potatoes though! The texture and flavor were perfect! It was a little loud inside so it's hard to talk.

Yelp
Came here on my birthday for breakfast and had the pancakes with bacon bits and it was good. It was actually really big and I couldn't finish it. We were seated right away on a Friday morning and the service was great. Parking is easy, but it was kind of crowded that morning. I know this is a popular brunch spot in the area and it's close to Brea Mall. I would come back again because the service was fast and the food was good. They took over the old Claim Jumper's so it's mostly booth seating and low to the ground. Other than that, it's a cute spot.

Yelp
I already wrote a review but found my receipt and wanted to give a shout out to our server THAER who was amazing. Friendly and attentive was awesome with our party of 6 plus a baby! Here's my original review: Celebrated a birthday and everything was perfect. The food and service was great! I wish I remembered the name of our server because he deserves a shout out! The only strange thing was that they have bottomless mimosas during the week but not on Sundays. LOL

J R.

Yelp
Me and my wife ate here a while back. We moved to Brea years later, my daughters wanted to take my wife to brunch. The good, the food was amazing! The person who served the food wonderful! However... Toast has fallen victim to today's workers and their attitudes. The persons up front seating people, rude, with a whatever attitude. No customer service skills. First thing asked after ignoring my daughters and wife for a few minutes of standing there " can we help you". Very unfortunate luckily we have come accustomed to whatever attitudes in today's work force.

Yelp
Visited on a Sunday around 10:00 AM and was pleasantly surprised to wait only five minutes for a party of three. Our server took our drink orders quickly and remained attentive throughout our meal. I ordered the veggie omelet with country potatoes as my side--both were delicious. The potatoes were perfectly crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. We also shared the house French toast, which was definitely the standout. Topped with fresh berries and a sweet icing, it struck the perfect balance of flavors. The restaurant has a modern, aesthetic vibe and is a great spot to catch up with friends.

Yelp
Ambiance: This place is super cute and cozy. Perfect for a meal with your family or girl friends. The vibes were immaculate. Our server, Irena, was also so kind and attentive to our order. We loved her. Taste test: Everything was tasty. Im not a huge egg person but the scrambled eggs in the croissant was very very tasty. Creamy crunchy and flavorful all in one. Definitely want to come back again.

Yelp
Loooong overdue review, but it's funny because I still think about this place even now! I came here for brunch with a few friends on a weekend morning and the wait was about an hour or so. We already anticipated that since it was prime brunch time so we just waited around the restaurant and chatted! When they called us in, we noticed that the interior was super cute and everything was nice and clean. We ordered our food, chatted a little bit more, and within 15 minutes or so everything was out! It was all delicious and we were so happy we came (I still need to go back)! Parking was a little difficult as it was packed, but not impossible. You might have to wait a few minutes to find a spot, but nothing crazy. Definitely a go-to brunch spot in Brea!

Yelp
Visited on July 28th. The place is clean! The seats could use some attention at least the booth we were seated at. The food was decent. The potatoes weren't as flavorful or crispy as I was hoping fo but, they were cooked decent. The Mexican latte was good. I had the crossaint with bacon & an over medium egg but presented more like a sunny side up. The portion size was good. The service was meh. Not very attentive. Brought our food and came to ask if we needed anything toward the end when we needed a box and the check. They weren't busy when we arrived about 11:25am, but began filling up toward the end of our visit. Overall, for my first time here, it was okay. Contemplating if I will return.

Yelp
Had a very cute birthday brunch at Toast! I was able to make a reservation on Saturday night for Brunch on Sunday, the restaurant is very spacious and plenty of tables, no long waits! Our server was amazing and checked in on us quite a few times. We ordered a few cocktails and they were all delicious, i personally had the Lychee Grapefruit Mimosa, which was very yummy and unique, as I have never had a lychee flavored mimosa before, I would recommend. I had a Santa Barbara (Smoked Salmon) Eggs Benedict, the dish was yummy but the Hash Brown Chips is the best side hands down, very crispy and light. My overall experience here was great and I would totally come back for another visit

Yelp
Came here for breakfast with the foodie sidekick and my dad. This used to be Claim Jumpers and although it still has its bones, the interior is much brighter with breakfast diner vibes. There's a surface lot and it's free, but you might need to circle around a few times to find an opening parking spot. THE FOOD. - Filet Mignon Béarnaise | Nice cut of two, 3 oz. filet Mignon meat, cooked medium on a split English muffin and poached eggs on top. Hollandaise sauce is yolky with a somewhat thicker consistency. Got a Caesar salad for my side and the portion size was more than I expected! Leafy greens in a Caesar dressing with croutons and a generous pile of Parmesan cheese. Really great dish. - House Benedict | Hickory smoked shoulder bacon with avocado mashed in. We got this dish with a side of hashbrown chips which were crispy but still retained a little mushiness. - Breakfast Burrito | A little of everything: scrambled eggs, smoked bacon, sausage, cheddar cheese, hashbrown chips, and a side of salsa. THE DRUNK DRINK. - Bloody Mary | Fairly straightforward; a bit of spice, but not insurmountable. Loved the onion, olive, pickle, and bacon garnishes! THE RESERVATION. I recommend making reservations as this place was packed when we went. Reservations or joining the waitlist can be made through Yelp. THE RETURN? I'd come back to try other dishes.

Yelp
Just tried toast for the very first time. Was very pleased with the experience. The place was very nice and is a lovely place to eat brunch for a date or with the family. Service was very good as well and our server was extremely nice. I had a breakfast burger and my girlfriend have the pumpkin spice pancakes. The burger was very good and was very filling but the pancakes were just okay. Very sad about the pancakes but overall food was amazing and the experience was great. Would very much recommend coming here
google avatar

Nancy M.

Yelp
First time at toast. It was delicious and the service was great. I ordered the half order of the French toast and a vanilla latte. Everything was great and our waitress checked in with us a perfect amount of times. The location itself is perfect with a large parking area and the restaurant is a great size as well. Definitely good for large parties for brunch or a celebration.

Yelp
Visited on a busy Saturday mid-morning. Ample parking close to the freeway and across from the mall. Excellent attentive, fast service. Comfortable booth seating. It was very hard to carry on a conversation with the noise level. I ordered the eggs Benedict and coffee. All our food came out extremely quickly and luke warm. It felt like it was prepared ahead of time? Overall an ok experience.

Jessica K.

Yelp
Service was good. They seat you pretty quickly. Food and drinks were good. It is a big restaurant with plenty of seats. I would definitely go back.

Susy A.

Yelp
Avocado toast with 3 eggs was excellent. Service was great. Liked the surroundings, lots of seating, comfortable.

Yelp
I came here this past weekend for my best friend's birthday and had an amazing experience. Highly recommend making a reservation because when we went it was BUSY, which is always a good sign. I had the ribeye chilaquiles which were delicious, and I reallllllly liked the green salsa. It was a lot of food, make very fresh, and would definitely have again. Biggest thing for me- shoutout to Evan who went out of her way to make my friend's birthday extra special. She found candles and wrote "happy birthday" in caramel sauce on a piece of carrot cake and that made me day. She is such a sweetheart, and really represented that spot in an incredible way. I will absolutely be back. Don't worry about parking, it's everywhere

Yelp
I went today with my mom (tougher food critic than me). She ordered the omelet, I ordered avocado toast with a Caesar side. I have been here before with my work team and had a great time. Customer Service: our server was Jacob and he was excellent. He checked on us often and was very pleasant. Cleanliness: Super clean and bright inside. Noise level: Holy smokes those ladies next to us were morning drunk and loud. I won't complain because they were having a great time and I am all about that. My mom though.. ha ha, old people.. that's a different story. Food: I mean, avocado toast in general is not very exciting, but it was delicious and the salad was perfect. My mom's food was really good, but being the tough critic she is said the outside of the omelet was a bit dry, we shared the potatoes because they were so good and perfectly cooked. Whoever brewed my black ice tea that morning must have put 100 tea bags in there. It was so dark and strong I thought I was drinking coffee. Nothing a little water didn't fix. Conclusion: will definitely be coming back, I will give the black tea another chance as well. Our server fixed the tea problem anyways, I didn't even have to say anything. Now that's good service.

Yelp
We ordered and the food was out in 5mins. Potatoes were cold it wasn't that great. It felt more of a fancier IHOP more than anything.

Yelp
I decided to go to Toast Kitchen & Bar to meet up with a friend that I haven't seen in a while. We both wanted to try something new and the pictures looked pretty good. Upon pulling up it seemed like it was an old CoCo's or Mimi's Cafe. The inside was well decorated and felt modern in a good way. I arrived earlier than my friend and I was able to be seated while she was on her way. I ordered a lavender latte which was a 7/10 and a Nutella toast because I wasn't too hungry. The toast seemed burnt and really hard and the hash brown chips were great, but really difficult to eat with a fork or spoon. My friend said her rib eye chilaquiles were okay and she ended up taking most of her food home. The service was great and they were very friendly. I hope to come back another time to try something else on their menu to give them another chance.

Yelp
I was in Brea for work and had a day to myself on Sunday and decided to visit Toast. When I walked in there were 4 hostess at the front and they seemed a little frazzled. There was also a gentleman who greeted me and seated me. The inside is beautiful! The decor reminds me of a fancy brunch spot. The tables are a little close together so navigating when they are all full is a little hard but we made it work. I ordered a vanilla latte, our server advised the barista was a little behind which was fine, it was a Sunday morning so busy is expected. Whe. I got my Latte there was no vanilla flavoring just straight espresso, I drank my coffee because I figured it would take longer to wait for another one. Now to the good stuff, the food! I ordered the ribeye chilaquiles...omg! The ribeye was cooked perfectly and the portion was huge! It came with rice, beans, green chili chilaquiles, red chilaquiles, and 2 eggs. The chilaquiles were a little dry, for my taste, but the salsas were so good! I prefer the green over red but both were good. We also ordered a pancake to share and it was soo good! Overall it was a good experience, if you are in the area stop by!
google avatar

Ann V.

Yelp
Nice location, staff was friendly and welcoming. We went on a Thursday late morning, no need for reservations. If it's the weekend I highly recommend you make a reservation it gets really busy, loud and crowded. The green chilaquiles weren't the best, but it was a good size meal, came with beans, rice and eggs and you can add meat for an additional price. We had bottomless mimosas, and tried the matcha martini: very delicious. Great spot for breakfast/brunch!
google avatar

Tyler Q.

Yelp
Have been here several times to have breakfast/brunch. The service can be hit or miss. My main reason for this review is that one of the well known dishes they serve are their Benedict options. The big issue with this dish is the extremely small egg that is used. We are talking about an egg the size of a Robin's egg, the smallest I have ever seen at a restaurant. Very little yolk or egg white as well. A restaurant that is mainly for breakfast and brunch, should have a killer Benedict, not one that uses eggs that must be the guineas book of records for the smallest around. After my latest visit, I have come to the conclusion that there are much better breakfast options elsewhere in the surrounding area. I will happily update my review to be more positive once Toast makes some better changes with dishes likes this.

Cecile G.

Yelp
Went here with a group of friends for lunch last week. The restaurant still provides a nice warm atmosphere. For some reason it took a while for our order to be taken but we didn't have to wait that long for our food to arrive, although we had to ask for a couple of times for food/drink items that were missing. My avocado toast called Bacon Up was ok. I think the bacon was over cooked. I loved the Caesar Salad. Our server tried his best to take care of us, but I think he had too many tables to help out. This is why I'm giving Toast 4 stars.
google avatar

Erica A.

Yelp
Came in today for a late brunch/breakfast & I must start by start off by saying the food was delicious! So tasty and filling! Quick service, got sated very quickly after joining Yelp waitlist. The location itself is cute and modern. The only thing today was they completely messed up both ordered by either wrong items however it was quickly fixed + resulted in extra good (too many potatoes) overall this was a great breakfast. Look forward to returning
google avatar

Natasha B.

Yelp
Lovely brunch spot. You can reserve a head of time too, so if you have a large party you are set. You wouldn't need to wait 2 hours for a table. I got the eggs Benedict. It was very fresh tasting and I liked the English muffin was toasted but not too toasty. You could cut into it easily. Eggs were poached nicely and still have the runny yolk.

Yelp
This place is cute! It's nicely set up inside. Service was good. The food was good. I was really excited to try the hash brown chips, but they kinda disappointed. They're just like extra extra well done fries - a little too oily for my taste. But all the other food was delicious, and I definitely would come back to try other things.

Yelp
We came to The Toast for brunch and had a lovely experience overall. We ordered the Crunch Berry Stuffed French Toast and the Bacon Avocado Benedict : both dishes were absolutely delicious! The flavors were spot on, and the portions were generous. We also enjoyed our drinks. They were not only refreshing but also beautifully presented. We had the Margaritas and the Boujee Violet, and both were perfect. The only small hiccup was the initial wait. We were seated fairly quickly but had to wait a while before anyone brought us menus. That said, once things got started, the service was friendly and attentive. We'd definitely come back again.

Yelp
Had to try place for brunch. Service is alright. Place is big and has a lot of seating. I was a bit disappointed for my order had eggshells pieces on two of my orders. Just check out my pictures of food.

Yelp
Toast is the perfect brunch spot in Brea! Located super close to the Brea Mall, parking is super easy and it's modern, clear ambiance is fun and relaxing! Service here is pretty average, but nothing to complain about. Since I'm an Eggs Benedict lover that's what I always order and it never disappoints. There's a good selection of brunch/lunch options and everything I've tried has been delightful. If you're looking for a new place to try in the Brea area, definitely put Toast on your bookmark list!

Yelp
We stopped in after reading reviews on Yelp. We arrived right when they opened on a Saturday and were surprised that it was not busy at all! Unfortunately for us we felt that the food fell short of our expectations. I tried the Spanish Omelet, which for $19 with no protein seemed extremely steep.. The hash brown chips look better than they are, they're grated super thin which takes away from the flavor of a hash brown/roasted potato that you know and love on a breakfast plate. They have a ton of yummy sounding drinks, but we didn't try any on this visit. Overall, we enjoyed our breakfast but likely wouldn't be returning as nothing we tried really knocked us off of our feet.

Yelp
This place is really nice for a Sunday brunch. The only issue I had was that we went for a birthday and they don't do a dessert for the birthday guest. We had to order a dessert. I was told that they can put some whip cream on a plate with a candle for free lol that's ok I just bought a chocolate cake. The ambiance was nice and the service was great! I'll be back!

Yelp
A lot of tables inside and the service was good. We all got eggs Benedict's which was also good but they totally forgot the sauce. Where it was lacking is the sides- the hash brown and potatoes tasted reheated. I would come here again but try something else.

Yelp
This is our 2nd time here and service was as the 1st time...Absolutely delicious and friendly staff. Food was plentiful and fresh. My dad loved the Breakfast burrito. The harsh brown chips were different but delicious. We had the bennies and loved them. The restaurant is perfect for events like baby shower or bridal showers. Plenty of free parking. This restaurant is on the main road so it's easy to spot. Highly recommend this place for brunch!
