Friendly staff who are attentive to your needs. The drinks are good but could use a bit more focus to insure flavor and quality. Great spot. Check it out. Not much seating or food. grab and go

They do not have food items anymore!!! If you’re looking for breakfast sandwiches do not go here, but their coffee is good. This is also not a sitdown place. It’s a grab and go. It can be noted that they do have muffins and a granola bar for sale.

My husband and I go here almost every week. He orders a double espresso every time and is never disappointed. They make an amazing decaf mocha latte (hot or cold). Their breakfast sandwiches are delicious as well! The owners are so friendly and nice. We are so fortunate to have a wonderful coffee shop within walking distance. Highly recommend going here!

I love that they have some outside seating. Although standing room only inside. Staff were friendly and the place was clean. I like the hot matcha latte that I ordered. It was a good quick visit!

My favorite coffee shop in Bethlehem! The staff is super friendly, and the coffee is always top-notch. I’m dairy-free, and they have amazing non-dairy options that never disappoint. Their seasonal iced latte menu is the best — always creative and delicious! The staff is always so friendly and welcoming, which makes every visit feel personal. The Best Coffee in the Lehigh Valley! If you're a coffee lover, this place is a must-visit. Ally and Mike, the owners, are not only incredibly friendly but also truly passionate and knowledgeable about coffee. What sets them apart from other coffee shops is that they roast their own beans weekly, can’t get any fresher coffee than that! You can take some of their freshly roasted beans home to enjoy. Highly recommended!

Incredible coffee made with precision and love. Their espresso drinks are among my top favorite in the Lehigh Valley. My favorites are the cortado and flat white with oat milk.

Staff were pleasant and friendly. I tried both cold brew varieties - both were good, but I preferred the Kyoto. The pumpkin muffin was good, However, the favorite was the sausage egg and cheese bagel sandwich. I thought it unique that they "pressed" the sandwich. The walk-up window is a cool idea.

Awesome friendly staff, the butterscotch latte was perfectly sweet but a little colder than expected. No seating so be prepared to grab and go walk the cute area of Bethlehem with your drink! Worth a stop in for something to walk with.

I stopped by this place for my caffeine fix after a breakfast and I was not disappointed. It sounds like they recently opened and they have been a hit and I can see why. Their space is nicely and cleanly set up. The drinks are well made and the staff(maybe even owners) were super friendly and helpful. I would definitely come by here again if in the area. Also I love supporting small businesses and this one was that good. They have an array of options which is great too.

This is one of the better coffee shops in the Lehigh Valley. It's probably the one of the best coffee shops in Bethlehem, that's for sure. The atmosphere is pretty neat. The only thing I have to say is that they're only open till 2:30 PM. The Roastery is in the Poconos. I don't know too much about the Owner or why they started the café, but I have to say that they're doing a great job! The service is really good. And the food is also nice for what it is.

Came here after eating breakfast nearby. Such a cute little coffee shop. We ordered the regular cold brew and the Kyoto cold brew. Both were delicious. The two people inside were very friendly and recommended a few things based on what we liked. I also bought fresh coffee beans, which they bagged right in front of me. The guy said they pick only good beans to put in the bags, because no one wants the "shnibbies". Will come again!

My favorite coffee shop in Bethlehem...for someone whose not even a huge coffee drinker! They offer plenty of tea options to suit that caffeine craving. Mike and Ali are so friendly and you can tell they put a lot of time and thought into everything on the menu.

These guys roast their beans and they make some great drinks! Small and not a place to sit & stay. Highly recommend their cold brew and espresso-based drinks!

Welp. I have, once again, found myself at the intersection of "I love this place so much and I want it to do amazing" and "I really hope it doesn't get TOO popular". Congrats Toasted and Roasted- you are so good that I feel guilty not giving you a great review. This place has consistently amazing coffee. Good coffee. It's so good that they could easily pull off the pretentious coffee shop move by offering a very limited menu...but they don't. There are tons of options and every one I have had has been delicious. They make an AMAZING lavender latte and the iced coffee is by far the best I've had in the area.

Best coffee and great people. Also simple good fresh breakfast. I suggest trying the signature latte that is rotating by season

It is a super cute place, with wonderful people working there. They were diligent and hardworking with their more fun drinks, like my bland old drip coffee. However, the taste of my coffee wasn't great; it tasted a little burnt, unfortunately. And I highly dislike going into a coffee shop and being asked if I take cream and sugar and then not being allowed to mix it all myself to my taste... I avoid places like this, actually. :( The other drinks did look delicious, but I wouldn't know.

The sweetest coffee shop with such wonderful proprietors! REALLY good coffee and interesting options like Kyoto-style cold brew made in a cold brew tower. Pretty large selection (they sell beans as well!) and very nice pastries (not made in house, but local). It's a perfect neighborhood spot-- can't wait to see what else they add as they settle in!

Best coffee in the valley. You won't find better coffee with more knowledgeable/nicer owners. The care that they have for their craft and customers is unmatched. They also have daily pastries and bagels (as long as you get there early before they run out!) The coffee shop is quaint and intimate with only one table inside and some seating outside which makes it a go to summer stop. Definitely check it out if you love coffee!

I've been to many coffee shops in the Lehigh Valley and this might be the best. The couple who runs the business are friendly and knowledgeable, and the attention to detail given to each beverage is exemplary. The Kyoto cold brew you may have heard about is for the real ones, but folks like me who honestly just want a good cup of pour over, a tasty pastry, and some fun outdoor seating are in for a fine experience as well.

Wowie! It's just too good not to leave a review. The coffee is amazing and you really couldn't ask for friendlier service. Such a cute and happy atmosphere! It seriously brings me joy to think about starting my morning with coffee from Toasted and Roasted. It is by far my favorite coffee shop in downtown Bethlehem... and there are a lot of coffee shops in downtown Bethlehem! Way to go Toasted and Roasted! :)

Finally, a place that has great coffee AND a nice selection of small batch baked goods. They got it right. The coffee itself tastes great and fresh, and they know their coffee. The cold brew is creamy and full of flavor. They make excellent lattes, and are generous with the flavors. The pastries are also really good- they had some nice Boston cremes and solid donuts. This place fills the much needed local, walkable coffee and pastry shop outside of downtown.

Great new place in town to walk in for coffee. Big fan and they grind the coffee right then for their drinks. I always get a half caff Americano and it hits the spot!Super friendly owners. So glad to have them in the neighborhood!!

the coffee here is so good. i think it is the best in bethlehem! the owners are the absolute sweetest with great service. i tried a sandwich today the vegan panini and it was AMAZING. fresh yummy ingredients:). definetky give this place a try!!
