Toby Keith's I Love This Bar & Grill

Had a great time! Tailgates Down was awesome definetly think they should add on some older country for the true fans of the genre. Wouldve loved some Dolly or Gretchen..... Waiting staff couldve done a little better my cousins got there nachos and i waited over 30 mins for fries and an ice cream. Hopefully next time will be a better experience. Still had a great time though. 😀

Great atmosphere to listen to a live band and dance the night away... great food too. Their Nacho's are huge.

Good food. Good band playing when I was there. Waitstaff was good but place got crowded and table service ended at 10, probably due to the crowd. After 10 beers we're sold at the bar in 32oz plastic cups, not sure what else was being g served at that time. Crowd was on the younger side with some more experiences folks splattered in. I would definitely go back and I'm not even a country music fan but be aware of the crowd after the band starts if that's not your thing.

After hearing many good things about this bar my boyfriend and I decided to try it. Let me be very clear, if I could give less than one star I completely would. I do not recommend coming here at all. Service was AWFUL . We walked in no one seated us or even greeted us so we decided to go check out the bar , of course it was packed . After walking around aimlessly for a while we sat at a table, not really sure what to do. Finally after about 15 minutes of being there a waitress told us we couldn’t sit at that table. She was quite rude . I responded by telling her we had been there for a while and no one gave us a table and the bar was full . Her attitude was horrible. My boyfriend and I paid $10 to get in the door just to be ignored and be spoken to like we are stupid. We ended up walking out before we could even get a drink or food. I will NOT be returning . Last night was supposed to be a special night for my boyfriend and I and the whole atmosphere of this restaurant left us both extremely frustrated. It ruined the entire night.

We didn't have to wait. We went 3 times in 1 year. We never had to wait on line or for a seat. The Hostess,waiters and servers were friendly. The food is so good! We enjoyed the burgers and we had like 4 different kinds, Nachos out of this world yummy! Wings were good. Desserts were delicious! No complaints here. Even the restrooms were clean every time we went. Good Music playing....loved the atmosphere. I will go again this Summer. It's an hour ride from my home. Totally worth the ride!

I wish I had read the reviews before we went. We hoofed it there in the cold after visiting The Hall hoping for something different, but we were really disappointed. We had tried to go once before when Kenny Chesney was performing, but it was too packed to get a seat. We were looking forward to going again while in town to try it. It was mediocre at best, and that's a huge compliment. The waitstaff and hostesses have no greeting, seating, waiting or customer skills in general. It's almost like they're irritated you're there, ordering or paying them. That pretty much set the tone. The food is like a glorified Hooters with nothing good on the menu. The bathrooms were dirty and most of the sinks didn't work. We spent $86 on reheated food for dinner and left without even a comment from the 6 people at the the hostess stand (most places with you a good day/night). Total disappointment and this experience proved my husband right that we should've gone elsewhere.

Came on a Sat around 2 for lunch. Place was busy 25 minute wait but luckily got bar seats. Was able to get food and one drink. Bar tender never came back to offer a second round or see how the food was. I got 13 french fries. Yes, I counted because there were so few. I'm not faulting the bartenders but this place is large and they only had 2 staffed for a full bar. When we were ready to leave it took over 15 minutes for someone to take our cards so we could leave. If you have patients have fun if not stay away .

Will never go again.... this was my first time at Toby Keith's - Family of 5. -20 Minute Wait - not bad -10 minute wait to meet the waitress -40 minute wait to get our appetizer that the waitress forgot to put in, but lied to us and said she put it in. Moreover, she was unfriendly. She would disappear for 10 minutes at a time - We had to eat the app with our hands as she did not bring us the plates and silverware until after the app hit the table. -Our food came out about 15 minutes later and it collectively was cold, dry and overall sub-par. You could get better food at 99, Ruby Tuesday's etc.. etc.. - It was really loud in there - could not really have a conversation. (I'm a drummer - I live with loud all the time so to bother me takes a lot.) - The floors were not cleaned up after spills - we watched as several people slipped on crushed food. - We finally got out of there in just over 2 hours. I was hoping for it to be a great time but fell well short of expectations. Save your money and your time and go to another chain for better service and better food.
