I don't know how this place stays afloat. I have visited for food and drinks a handful of times and there seem to be more staff (cute girls) than patrons every time. If this resulted in better service I'd rate Toby Keith's higher but it seems that they all come to the bar to hang out and gossip with one another. When you do have the server's attention, they are friendly. The food is average lower rate bar food (think deep fried everything) and the beer list is pretty simple. The place is massive with very high ceilings. It does get loud and echo-ey. I cannot imagine a concert here but they have a stage. The space is suited for the 21-25 crowd. I think I'm a bit too old to hang here.

First of all our server was outstanding!!! Drinks were quickly brought to the table and she had a great personality... So thank you Brittany for being a great server!! Now to address the issues, we ordered food and waited over two hours to be served our food. The entire time our server was apologetic for the entire situation, NOT her fault for what I would consider a management issue. She checked on us to make sure that we were ok and that we were satisfied with the service that we were getting. We were asked if the manager had made it to our table to talk to us.. which they never did. When the food finally made it to the table it was extremely over cooked and not even hot, again an apology from the server. Again NOT the servers fault!! She offered to have it re-made, however, already having waited over two hours for the food in the first place, who knows how long it would've taken to re-make my steak sandwich. So in retrospect, this place is fine if your just having drinks and hanging out but, if your going to eat there, don't expect the food to come out of the kitchen quickly and right!!! So... I give this restaurant 1.5 stars and the only reason I'll give it that is for the servers, doing the best that they can in a poorly managed situation. Mr. Toby Keith if I were you I would be appalled to have my name on this restaurant.

If you're looking for country dancing...forget it. The dance floor is no dance floor but a large mosh pit covered in beer and drinks. If you can find a small spot to dance there is a better than good chance you will land on your ass like I did because of the wet floor. The food was good but the service is bad. We got our meals before our salads and had to ask for the salads half way through our meal and the drinks were slow coming. The band was good but the break time DJ played some really bad pop music. Not what you'd expect from a so called country place. What ever happened to dance floors being for dancing and not drinking floors. True country dance halls would never allow drinks on the dance floor, let alone people using it for a mosh pit. Very disappointed in a place owned by a country artist. Someone please bring back country dance floor etiquette!

WARNING: TK IS NOT MOTORCYCLE FRIENDLY We waited over two hours for a table to dine, and that was at 7:30, before the place really got crowded. A group of us came early to eat before meeting the rest of our party later in the evening. We weren't even seated before the others arrived. When they did arrive, they were asked to leave because they were wearing their motorcycle club vests. They were allowed to stay until we finished our meal and paid the bill. Disappointing. The menu consists of over-priced mediocre food. I had the pork chops and they were covered with a salty smoky flavored glaze. Seemed very processed to me. If you're looking for any healthy food options here, don't bother. Eat before you come--because you may be waiting two hours or more for a table anyway. Bar service was pretty good, and I think the drinks were reasonably priced for such a place. Once the hoards of people began to pour in, our drinks were served in plastic cups. Very loud and hard to hear conversation, even in a small party. Overall impression is that it's a tourist trap. Not very impressed, mainly because of the supposed corporate policy of no leather vests. We won't be back.

I was just there last night celebrating my birthday, I was excited to go and had high expectations. When you first walk in there are 6 girls neither of which acknowledge your presence. We walked up to them and not one respond to you, not a smile nor a glance. We stood in front of them for an awkward couple of minutes, when finally acknowledged we were given our buzzer and headed to the bar. When we went to the bar and ordered 2 beers. I assumed they came in a mason jar, since everyone around me had them like that but they didn't. I received my beer and asked the bartender ( I believe his name is Justin, that is what his name was on the receipt) if they could put them in mason jars, he immediately mumbles "you should have said that in the first place". Seeing as it is my first time there, how would I know that. I am in customer service industry, understand it can be hectic at times, but a place of this stature should have better service and training. The only saving grace was Kristen, we had her as our waitress, she was incredibly attentive, fun, upbeat and most of all professional. If it wasn't for her we would've left earlier.

I've been to this establishment 3 times. The first time with friends that line dance. They said the dance floor was terrible because it was sticky from spilled drinks. When the band took a break it became a mosh pit and stayed one the rest of the night. The band was terrible too. Second time, I grabbed a quick bite with a friend flying out of O'Hare. The service was terrible and the food was subpar at best. For the prices, it should be much better quality. The third time, I noticed a downsized menu and there were more waitresses than customers. Food was good and service too. You've to be the only person in the place to receive a quality experience. Tobi, you're a great musician but you're lacking as a restauranteur.

Good and bad... Very cool giant guitar shaped bar and cool restrooms. The service is okay at best. Very slow— and not friendly. All the waitresses look alike and act like they are being put out. They don't have to talk but how about a smile?? The food is surprising good.

I enjoyed the atmophere, the venue was great! Love Keith Anderson, which is why I went. The food was good, service no so good, at least the ones that worked the bar. They acted as though you were putting them out by ordering a drink, not friendly, I suppose if I was guy I probably would have received better service. I tip just as well as the next guy if I get good service. I would still go there, just not impressed with their bartenders.
