I visited Toby’s Estate recently and had a genuinely pleasant experience thanks to a new waiter, Joshua, tall Chinese guy, on his first day. Despite being new, he was warm, attentive, and made me feel very comfortable as a customer. His service really stood out and created a positive atmosphere — something I truly appreciate.
The food was great as always. I had higher expectations for the coffee, and it did take quite a long time to arrive when handled by another staff member. That part of the experience could definitely be improved.
But Joshua’s friendliness and professionalism really made my visit enjoyable, and I hope Toby’s Estate continues to nurture staff like him. He adds a lot of comfort and quality to the customer experience.
