Yelp
Todos Santos takes the familiar and takes it up several notches. Believe me, you want to be here for it.
THE FOOD.
- Chips and Salsa | Chips are house made, as well as the salsa, which is on the spicy side. But it's the complimentary creamy queso bowl with bits of pork, beans, and onions that got me. Never pass up the queso.
- Crispy Pork Belly | Small chunks of delicious crispy pork belly in a sea of pinto beans, pickled onions, chipotle mayo, and jalapeños. Although the corn and flour tortillas are not made at the restaurant, they are made fresh at another location and delivered every day.
- Short Rib Enchiladas | Flavorful enchiladas with plenty of red sauce and tender short ribs. It also comes with a side of refried beans and Spanish rice. Nicely done.
- Oaxaca Steak Tacos | A skillet arrives full of Oaxaca cheese and tender, crispy steak cuts. This is a build your own taco, accompanied by side of tortillas. A dish to try out, confirmed.
THE DRUNK DRINKS.
- Coronarita | House made margarita with a small Corona turned upside down in the cup; it's like having two drinks in one. The sweet and zesty flavors are an inviting treat.
- Tamarindo Margarita | Bold and flavorful twist on the classic margarita; blending the sweet and tarty taste of tamarind with the refreshing, citrusy notes of tequila and lime. Small chunks of tamarind are mixed into the drink and garnished with a banderita straw (tamarind candy coated in chili powder). Highly recommend.
