Their seven course tasting menu should top the Things To Do List for Grenoble. Most people believe that a typical dinner in a Michelin guide restaurant would leave them still hungry but with a lighter wallet. Well, at Tohu Bohu is not the case. The seven course tasting menu includes creative seasonal dishes which are quite generous (for a tasting menu) and cost less than 60 Euro per person. No decent restaurant in Grenoble would serve you seven different dishes for this money. There's also an option to pair the seven course tasting menu with wine. That means four glasses of different wines, each one dedicated to a certain dish. One of the unforgettable matches was the baked eggplants drizzled with cocoa and the rosé wine. The fish, paired with a vibrant white wine, was also something to remember. The plating is excellent and some of the ingredients are pretty unusual, such as verbena (verveine) leaves. Of course, reservation is the only way to secure a table.

Best dinner in France. This understated but rustic bistro in Grenoble serves up a 7 course tasting menu for 57 euros that will go head to head with many three star Michelin restaurants. Great use of seasonal ingredients, simple and elegant dishes that are flavorful without going over the top. Highly recommend

I found them from the Michelin guide. Great dinner and friendly staff. The presentation was beautifully done. Not all the tastes hit me that hard but some of the dishes were flawless. They say they change the tasting menu depend on the fresh ingredients so I would love to try new menu when I visit them again. The tasting menu was good and a reasonable price.

The menu was thoughtfully planned and unique. The dishes tasted exceptional! The service was amazing and generous even though we did not practice some French. We really loved the wine menu as well. Savory ice cream was one of the highlights. excellent dining experience. From Sydney.

We picked the 7 courses tasting menu and had a wonderful experience. Balanced and tasty dishes, we particularly loved the mullet, the ravioli’s mushrooms sauce and the dessert. Many thanks to all the staff 💪

We had a lovely dinner, one of our friends has gluten allergy, they updated some dishes, according to her. We really appreciated that.

The place is not so big, it is more like a bouchon with many tables next to each other. But the design of the place is beautiful and original with their own personality. The staff was really friendly, helpful and caring. Their lunch daily menu was delicious with great amount and price. I really like the Onglet de bœuf, pomme de terre, carotte and Pomme, sablé breton, crème mascarpone as a dessert. If you visit Grenoble, then you should come here for the french Asian fusion food.
