The hotel room was pretty. The location is of course very convenient. I am not sure if this is official, but we were allowed to enter the park earlier without the use of happy entry on our check-in day (of course after all happy entry guests have entered first). But I was very disappointed with the food. We had the lunch buffet at the restaurant inside Fantasy Springs Hotel. The dishes were cold and too salty. I only enjoyed the desserts. I canceled my breakfast reservation the next morning because of how disappointing the lunch was. As many have also pointed out, there is no gift shop inside the hotel. Only a convenience store. So if you are not entering the park, there is really nothing much you can do at the hotel. Last but not least, the front desk staff did not provide us a map to our room. I used to receive a map at Mira Costa and Disneyland Hotel. Not sure if they stopped that all across the resort or it was only this hotel. It was a small gesture but I appreciated it. So i was quite disappointed that they didn’t provide it. With the price paid, I very much prefer Mira Costa Hotel.

It’s an expensive accomodation but we booked this as part of the Disney package since we want to enjoy the amusement park. So from Hilton hotel just across the road, we move to Fantasy Springs Hotel, the staff allowed us to do an early checkin, about 7am. We left our luggage but was advised that room wont be ready til 4pm, we don’t mind because we’ll be roaming in Disneyland the whole day. What’s amusing is the attention to detail from lobby to rooms, it live to the magical feel. Upon our return, there wasn't much queue and a number of helpful staff in the front desk.

This hotel is themed after Disney Fantasy- but mostly Rapunzel. Our room had Louis from Princess and the Frog, a small shadow to Bambi - but alot of Rapunzel. Your Princesses will love staying here - there are alot of flowery touches! Beds were the second most firm beds in a 2 week trip thru Japan ( toy Story was worst!). I am taking a star off for NOT having refillable water stations! ( we asked!). So much for pushing environmental friendliness. They did provide 4 water bottles in the fridge.|Stay here for the ease in accessing Fantasy Springs!!!||Note on that - we purchased Fantasy Springs Magic passport- so during early 15" entry - we fast-walked to Soaring to beat the crowds- it is almost a solid 15" walk from the entrance at Fantasy Springs to Soaring - and by the time you reach it, you are in line behind all of the early entry crowd from other resorts. it all worked out - we did Fantasy Springs later in the day....|| We did this hotel as part of a three night Disney run - first night at Toy Story ( with early entry to Disneyland) Second night at Fantasy Springs ( with early entry to Disneysea (and ability to purchase Fantasy Springs Magic passport) followed by a third night at Hilton ( next door to Toy Story and across the street from Fantasy Springs) (I'm frugal and HH Diamond).|BTW- whatever you've read about crowds at Tokyo Disney Resort - double that!!!!

Stayed at the Fantasy Springs hotel last week and honestly, I’m very dissatisfied with the overall experience. While the interiors are undoubtedly beautiful, the services are impeccably LACKING. Do NOT be fooIed by the decor that try to mask the hotel’s incompetencies. First, it took the Bell Desk FOREVER to find our luggage that was deposited earlier that morning. Many guests including myself were just made to sit and do nothing in the waiting area for a LONG time while they’re supposedly retrieving our baggage. I asked if I they can just be brought up to our room upon arrival so that I can already go up, but the staff said NO. Secondly, when the luggage arrived, I was supposed to take them all the way up to our room by myself. This was after a long and exhausting day at the park. Seriously, what kind of hotel is this? Not even a bell hop? Even cheaper hotels have much better service and customer experience. Third, while most of the staff were friendly and hospitable, one of the staff at the reception and another at the bell desk were disgustingly rude. This was even the next day around 11AM when there were barely any guests in the lobby. Lastly, the lack of amenities is appalling. The absolute worst among all the hotels I’ve stayed at in Japan. Even as simple as bath salts, they did not have. I even called Front Desk to ask. The room pajamas are also so thin, brown, and ugly. To think, customers are paying a premium for this overpriced but really BUDGET hotel. The Tokyo Disney Resort Vacation Package is not cheap, and while the Fantasy Springs Land itself was nice, this hotel was really disappointing. So much wasted potential. 1/10 NOT WORTH IT! Oh and to add, there is NO EXCLUSIVE GIFT SHOP (only the one in DisneySea that’s mobbed by all the common park visitors 👎🏻👎🏻), and the in-house convenience store “Joyful Springs” is immensely overpriced. Just a regular 1L bottle of water is already 370 yen. 🤦🏻‍♀️

This place is pricey. For sure the decor is nice and really the only reason I stayed here was to take advantage of the fantasy spring pass which gives you unlimited access to Disney Springs and DPA for all the rides. The lowest price was pretty expensive so I’d say it’s more a once and done for me. They were pretty strict with entry so it is pretty exclusive. Definitely nice to stay here at least once.

The hotel's facilities are impeccable, with beautiful and luxurious décor that fills the air with a pleasant fragrance, making you feel like you've stepped into a dreamlike palace. Every corner of the room reflects thoughtful design. The location is excellent, just a 3-minute walk to Bayside Station on the Disney Resort Line, and there’s also a free shuttle bus to and from JR Maihama Station every 20 minutes. Most importantly, there is direct access to the new park exclusively for hotel residents. The only two drawbacks are the staff's level of English proficiency and the luggage service by the Bell Desk at night, which I hope will be improved in the future.

The Fantasy Springs Hotel, located inside Tokyo DisneySea, offers exceptional convenience for park visitors. The hotel’s decoration is stunning, immersing guests in a magical atmosphere. It also features a shop inside where non-hotel guest can visit.

Very pleasant stay and my daughter loves the hotel very much. Easy access to DisneySea Fantasy Springs theme park of course. Due to newly open, for the coming few months I definitely suggest peoples who are intended to visit Fantasy Springs for your trip to stay here. We can even go back to hotel, had a quick nap, and return to the Fantasy Springs for more funs. Do not forget to visit Rose Court for "Beauty And The Beast".
