Very disappointed 😞! Wh have been going to this restaurant since 2018! Have shared wedding anniversaries, birthdays, and just family get together, not to mention the numerous takeout orders and lunch orders! Took home our usual order, and an Cali roll to get home with our food covered with sesame seeds! In the 8 years thayvwe have been eating from this location I have never ever had sesame seeds on our food! Called and spoke onto who I assumed was the manager inky to later find out it was an assistant mgr.. no problem. Asked if they were under new ownership, was told yes, just wanted to say hey please let your customers know that new owners. Possible new changes! Got hung up on, the was informed that always had the food been covered with sesame seeds, including the sushi rolls (which mine did not have a single one! And sent photo to prove!) Was told I could bring the food back, but was already home! Then they said I could come back and bring the food another day! Wow! I was not expecting a refund, but some type of compensation as We are loyal diners of this establishment! Then proceded to hear a discussion between the assistant mgr and who I really am to assume was the manager, and listen to them basically berating me and just being plain rude! I finally was offered a 10% discount on my next order, but seriously doubt we will be eating or dining here again! Very sad because it was our favorite place to eat! Sorry Tokyo, you just lost some loyal customers!
