Nothing beats a summer Saturday morning at the farmers market. I've been going here since I was a kid with my father, and now I bring my own kids with me. There are always so many tasty treats, fresh fruit, veggies, etc. that you can never go home empty handed. Also, if you love planting flowers, herbs, garden plants you can't miss flower weekend in May. We always get the best plants and flowers from Farnsel Farms and native flowers from The Soul Patch. Parking can sometimes be a pain, but if you bring a bit of patience and your walking shoes there are other lots further out as well as street parking. A lot of the vendors now take cards, but cash is always easiest. If you've never been you're really missing out on a true local gem.

Love the hustle and bustle of this Toledo gem! The best produce around, hands down. You'll find the freshest seasonal fruits, vegetables and flowers here, along with a bevvy of other local small businesses' goods to tempt your senses. The vendors put their hearts and souls into their work, and it's so pure and wholesome to see them doing their thing. Many offer samples of their products and are happy to take the time to make recommendations. In the summers and early fall, they hold special, bonus Night Market events, where a small entry fee gets you access to an evening of live music, shopping, food trucks, and prime people watching.

Very nice experience! Great local vendors. I highly recommend stopping by the Ang333lic Glass table. Very special pieces and Matthew is so nice! And the little goodies to snack on! Ohh! So yummy!

Great way to spend a Saturday morning in Toledo! Grab a pastry from All Crumbs and a coffee from Flying Rhino. Seasonal produce is the best in town.

I really enjoy going to farmers markets, they are so colorful and healthy. I appreciate that there is a good variety of vendors but as a farmers market should be, mostly produce. There are some bakeries, artists, florists and food trucks. I believe they do have an option to make this outside farmers market turn inside for the winter.

It was busy, but the vendors were all very friendly and knowledgeable about their goods. It was raining but everything was under roof. Really enjoyed the visit!

Yelp
My very first visit here was on flower day. Wow was it nuts! But in a good way. Friendly people, beautiful flowers, great variety and a very unexpected find. I really love farmers markets. Why not go to the source itself, the food is fresher, lasts longer plus you get to meet the farmers/growers. It makes for a great, relaxing Saturday morning! There's a great stand with delicious sprouts, lots of fruits and vegetables, soaps, meats and much more. If you're in the area on a Saturday stop by. Bonus: it's walking distance from the adorable and delicious Maddie and Bella's coffee shop.

Yelp
Great place to shop for locally produced fruits and vegetables. I forgot the name but their is a small table where a lady sells vegitables. All their vegitables such as bean strings and lettuces were so sweet and delicious. I literally gobbled while walking without any dressing or dip.

Yelp
This was a fun morning in Toledo, and I'm so glad that the staff at The Renaissance Toledo recommended it. Took a bike over to this Market, and it was such a positive experience. Friendly people, plenty of fruit and vegetables options, a lot of fresh breads and pastries, great sauces and seasonings, and really good arts and crafts selections. The vendors were so kind, and gave me suggestions once they knew I was visiting the area on business. BTW, very cool murals nearby too! The area is covered, so weather conditions won't be a major deterrent. Parking available. An easy walk from major downtown hotels.

Yelp
It's a bit early In The season but really fun today. It's April and lots of samples. We bought a turtle, apple strudel bread, coffee to drink.

Yelp
They have a huge selection of locally grown vegetables this time of year. (Summer) There are craft vendors, flower vendors, and food trucks!!! If you are not interested in using cash they have a token system where you can use your credit card to buy the tokens at customer service. They also have on-site bathrooms. My family had not been for years but we enjoyed this trip.

Yelp
Is it the cheapest produce around? Definitely not! But it is worth paying a bit more to support LOCAL farmers and vendors. If you want fresh farm to table produce you'll find EVERYTHING you could need here. There is a decent assortment of non-produce items as well. There are some hand crafted jewelry vendors, a table from a nearby winery, several local coffee options, houseplants, bouquets of flowers, meats, cheeses and lots of choices to satisfy your sweet tooth from cookies to cupcakes to candy. My fav feature of the market is their option to double your food stamps up to 40.00 (only good for produce/meat/eggs). I love that it helps make healthy eating more attainable for lower income patrons. Due to the virus they are now open TWO days instead of 1 to help with crowd control. I saw a lot of hand sanitizer and hand washing stations. Most vendors wore masks and a good portion of the patrons did as well. Don't forget to stop at the "poultry house". I got a beef shoulder roast that was DIVINE and they have a huge variety of locally made brats/sausages.

Yelp
An excellent market with tons of vendor options. Fresh food options. Very busy in Saturday's. Parking can be a challenge when busy.

Yelp
Beef Pork Farm fresh eggs and chicken Not to mention all the fresh seasonal produce you could want. We've been coming here for years so if I'm being honest the real reason we come is the people. You'll find a collection of some of the nicest people around. In addition to what I brought up earlier. You can find fresh baked goods, herbs, soap, coffee, bbq sauce. Pretty much anything you need to treat your taste buds right. If you're downtown on a Saturday do yourself a favor and head to the market.

Yelp
Great year round farmers market that is open year round. I go here almost every Saturday. I wish they still gave out merchandise for frequent check ins.

Yelp
We just got back from our first trip to the farmers market in years. What a disappointment from what I remember. Prices I feel are high. I think they should consider renaming the market to the Toledo Flower & Crafts Market. There were more flower stands than vegetables and the honey prices we're totally ridiculous.

Yelp
This was such a cute farmers market! There were tons of vendors, and while some items were a little on the pricey end (mostly the fruit, around $3.50 per lb) there was also some vegetable baskets for $1-2!! We purchased a huge sweet potato and pistachio bread for $4. There were some great jams I'd like to try next time. Definitely stop by if you're in the area!

Yelp
We attended the Toledo Night Market last night. It was TOO CROWDED and especially hard for me to get around due to my knee still braced and my walker. You couldn't decide easily where you would walk because of how packed it was. Too difficult, so you had to pick a direction and then just follow along hoping you get to see something. We got a $8 boat of Toledo food truck's guess at what is suppose to make poutine. EPIC Fail!!!! At least that was my opinion. The fries were a bit crunchy still with that amazing mashed potatoes texture inside. Cheese curds were good but the gravy didn't look like any gravy I have seen before. It tasted like Yuck and truthfully looked like some of the grease from the oil that the fries were fried it. Same consistency as oil too. The biggest issue I had with it was IT TASTED LIKE THE PAPER BOAT IT WAS SERVED IN BECAUSE IT DIDN'T SEEM TO HAVE ANY SPICES ADDED AT ALL. NO SALT OR PEPPER AND THEREFOR NO Flavor. If I had been blindfolded while eating I would NOT Have known what it was. Which was sad in itself. If anyone knows the vender that sold that crap for $8, please suggest some salt and pepper, and if they don't know what gravy should be suggest they buy it from KFC because their gravy is most definitely EPICLY TASTY and would have made that "pouting-like" garbage taste better. As to the rest of what we saw. I did try some unflavored CBD oil from a company "HEMPEX COMPANY" And I was mildly impressed that my mouth never tasted like a piece of skunk roadkill smells on hot pavement. Joann mentioned that it helped take her anxiety away from being squished by the other 200 or so people also there. And that her arm stopped hurting. So it worked for her. We took a card. And a keyring. Card says they're in Dover Ohio, no idea where Dover is personally. But the other thing we were impressed with is that she has her CBD tested by outside sources and as a pharmacist herself she does all the mixing and blended. Their www.HempExCo.com if anyone else is interested. And the only other thing that was memorable for me, is we stopped and looked at Dee's Bees a farm I think located in Sylvania OH. We got to taste both the spring honey which was a golden color and very good. The fall honey was darker and had the hint of wildflowers. We were split on which one we both liked but we went with a small $5 jar. Wasn't until we were in the car when we realized that we purchased is also RAW, UNFILTERED, and UNPASTEURIZED or UNSTRAINED. That's the best kind to have because we often treat sore throats with raw honey and lemon. Plus taking a teaspoon of raw honey from your geographical area can help yourself gain an upper hand with local allergies. So that's my review of Toledo's Night Market. If they held it in a larger place then it would have been given more stars.

Yelp
Flowers, decorations, candles, scents, soap, pizza, hot sauces, honey, donuts, coffee, and more depending on what vendors come. Friendly vendors and free samples. This was a great time.

Yelp
This is an incredible farmer's market, open year round. In the colder weather, it is a smaller venue, covered with heat lamps every few feet. Green house and root veggies, tons of amazing apples, coffees, spices and artisan goods including pottery, homemade tea blends, jewelry and preserves were on offer this last Saturday. In the summer, the market extends further out under a covered overpass, chock full of flowers, plants and unending produce. Right in the same parking area is the Libby Glass Outlet, filled with all kinds of household and kitchen ware, always with cute new designs and classic standards at reasonable prices. Behind the market is also a nice walkway along the canal where I walk my dog before or after hitting the market.

Yelp
We went there on a whim. Everything was great. Booths are clean. Selection was great. Good flower selection. Good vegetable selection. Plan on going again.

Yelp
Hello Everyone.I'm Rick,"The Pen Man" Rose. Some of you may have seen my 13 ABC news story with Tony Geftos.I'm a local artist & craftsman.I've taken my writing pens and other things to flea markets, but never done very well in sales.Consignments shops get too high of a percentage to take the pens on.I checked into The Art Loop, but haven't been able to find a suitable spot to set up.I'm thinking that The Toledo Farmers' market may be a better outlet for me.I not only make the pens, but I also build my own displays and 8 foot tables with metal folding legs and I make my own poster signs as well.I'm very self sufficient in designing and making whatever I need.I plan on checking into the farmers market soon.If anyone here is on Facebook and would care to see pictures of my work,or my 13ABC Action News Story, please feel free to send me a friends request.Thanks.

Yelp
First time here and during winter no less, not usually the best time for farmers markets but the turn out! Plenty of buyers and plenty of product for incredibly fair prices and even more friendly faces. Delicious bbq sauce, meat, produce, jams, and oh my goodness the sweets and coffee. I can't wait to stop by during in season!

Yelp
I love the farmers market! The prices are good and the selection is great. From baked goods, to handmade soap to produce, coffee, local honey and pretty flower baskets. You won't leave empty handed! I recommend Bob's Best Salsa. It's fantastic!

Yelp
I love getting over to the market early on Saturdays. Plenty of produce to fill my fridge. I can get some fresh eggs and I have to refill on Willy's fabulous salsa. Everything from crafts to fruits and veggies, to cheeses and breads... I can go for a quick trip or take the time to stroll and browse around. It's the perfect place for a Saturday morning...

Yelp
This market is enormous. There are tons of farmers with their fresh produce and competative prices. Whatever is in season, you can find it here. However, if you are looking for organic, be sure to ask the farmer what he uses for pest control. You can also find cheese, coffee, canning supplies, and even someone who gives in home lessons on canning, seasonings, sauces, spices, rubs, and samples for them all. Women selling soaps, homemade bug sprays and salves is my personal favorite. I was quite impressed with the size and variety of this market. The only downside is how crowded it was, we got there at 9:30AM to get a good selection, and it was already crowded and slow moving through the isles. If you are a market person and can stand a crowd, this is the place to be on Saturday mornings.

Yelp
Love this place. Great place to get fruit and veggies but also local made artisan cheese, local roasted coffee beans and phenomenal pasture grazed beef. Get here early because things go quick.

Yelp
This is -the- place in Toledo to buy fresh fruits, veggies, and plants from local growers. Many of the goods sold are purely organic without any genetic modification, or chemicals. I have see fresh honey there and handmade soaps.
