Went on a splurge with some friends to Toledo, nestled in the Gran Destino Tower at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort, and it was truly a culinary adventure. The restaurant exudes the charm of a Spanish haven, offering a spectacular panoramic view of the Disney property from its 16th-floor location.
To begin our meal, we opted for the Pan con Tomate, a simple yet tasty starter. While it was delicious, it's worth noting that Disney prices may seem a bit higher for such a basic dish.
The Chuletón Bone-In Rib-Eye was the star of the show, cooked to a perfect medium rare. This generously sized steak can easily be shared between two people and is a visual delight. The Sustainable Fish, accompanied by Cauliflower, Cipollini Onions, and Valencia Orange, offered a harmonious blend of flavors.
We also indulged in array of sides, including the Patatas Bravas, Roasted Brussels Sprouts, Olive Oil-Potato Purée, and Roasted Tomato Bomba Rice. Again, a little pricey but made fresh with great flavors!
For dessert, the 'Café con Leche' Choux provided a sweet and satisfying conclusion to our meal.
The restaurant's Spaniard-style décor, along with its open-style kitchen, creates an inviting and lively atmosphere. It's Disney so expect it to be on the more expensive side, but the experience and quality always outweighs that.
