Tollius located along Utrechtseweg 42, Amersfoort. Burgundy decoration with contemporary artworks giving it a cozy and inviting dining atmosphere. Michelin Guide 2023 restaurant in the Netherlands. 4 sampler nicely crafted to awake both your visual & taste. 4 small tasty main courses beautifully created. Food is on the salty side. Chief hardwork can be felt on the intricacies of the ingredients selection, preparation, and final presentation of these fine dishes. Recommended to give it a try if you’re around the area.

My family and I had an amazing 7 course Christmas dinner. Highly recommend! The food was amazing! Wine parings were wonderful. Atmosphere is cozy and comfortable. Staff is attentive. The pacing of the courses was just right.

It's quite a shockingly formal place with a plentiful supply of informality. Formally addressed as you enter,, lots of space between diners, and the time to decide on choices. Dutch diners varying from trainers and jeans to suits. Chef is developing a serious menu effort here 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾 I actually liked to staff attention to detail! The dishes we're interesting. My favourite was dessert, I got to experience pate with apple compote... with blue cheese (not a combo on the menu) but I recommend.

1 appetizer you need to wait 1 hour. I’ve been enough numbers of fine dinings all over the world and tonight we were waiting for good experience here. But when 2 hours past we still had just eaten 2 plates of appetizers, and we found out it was not that fine dining we were waiting for. When we finished payment we asked if it’s normal to wait that long “1 hour for 1 plate”, the waiter(manager) asking if we know what the “fine dining” is and teaching us it’s normal to take looong time to finish a tasting menu(even it has only 4 plates not 15 plates!). I thought we knew about what the fine dining is, through our experience of working at the Michelin star restaurant, but I guess they have another definition of “fine dining”.

Another amazing visit. Service and food very good. By far best restaurant in Amersfoort in my opinion.

High class restaurant, reasonable high prices - fantastic food quality and nice staff. Staff is young but don’t let yourself be fooled - they are spot on with their extended wine and cheese knowledge. Food is delicious - new and interesting combinations. Try it!
