the staff was not professional at all!! Taking order and the food took too much time!!! The toilet bowl in women's bathroom was too dirty. But the food itself was delicious. The mint mocha was GOOD! the corn pretzel was GOOD! And the smoothie was half and half. the taste was GOOD but not blended well enough. I bought it for myself and my kid. We both had hard time using straw to drink. I hope they improve much more for next time.

Most irrational reactions, those one stars, are usually outliers, and i have been dismissing them for the longest time. Until today that is. And I now know that the bad experience only needs to happen once. Lack of competence is an understatement for this particular shop. Impatient and unprofessional, the staff took 30 min to get our order served. Mind you this is a coffee shop. I ordered a smoothie, and it wasn't smooth at all. Chunky and not blended. I've had better smoothie with my vitamix at home. So if you want to try you luck here, go ahead. Just don't say I didn't warn you.

We stopped in on a whim as I didn't want "typical" mall food. I had an Americano, the corn dog, and a taiyaki. All 3 were excellent! The espresso tasted very good as well and was a nice departure from other big coffee chains. The chairs and furniture were comfortable for eating in or just sipping your coffee. We'll definitely be back to try other menu items!

PRICE GOUGE, AND COLD COFFEE AND NO SINCERITY! WASTE OF TIME I have came to this location many time prior to the pandemic when it opened. The coffee price was a dollar and the coffee wasn't bad. Now I come back and they tell me the $1 price was promotional, which is clear BS they just tried making a excuse for the $1.80 price increase. TO WHICH IT TOTALED $2.70 , and the coffee was cold. After asking for some half and half it was all clumpy.. the lady said it was cause it was frozen which isn't the cause of clumpy half and half and I know because I used to work at Starbucks for two years and half and half doesn't do that unless it's expired or near expired... Also after getting the coffee replaced immediately after the coffee was still freezing. I didn't want to waste further time as they completely made excuses and were just going to be combative with a complaint.

Stopped by here while doing some shopping and was pleasantly surprised by how well I was able to taste the espresso in my drink. Good selection of food (a little smaller due to the current situation) but will definitely be back once things start to go back to normal and I can explore the menu more.

Walked by and decided to try it, Starbucks is getting old. I was amazed, the coffee is delicious, but even more the food is fresh and sooo tasty. Honestly the best corn dog I’ve ever had. If calories didnt count, I’d eat 6.

Korean cafe. Good place to hang out with friends. Smoothie and garlic honey bread were perfect combo!

Customer service is awful. I ordered a drink and not even an apology when messing up my latte order. Only got nasty comments about me in another language. Very unprofessional. I actually apologized but absolutely no manners on their end.
