Really good service and well prepared meals. Didn't have to wait long at all for any of our orders and I loved the aesthetic

Food is fantastic and service is professional and relatively quick. Come here for the steaks, they are a classic. This is your “everyday” bistro done right. I highly recommend their chicharrones as an appetizer! Crunchy, fatty, and delicious.

Excellent customer service! I was sharing a plate of steak with my friends but I wanted well done instead of medium rare, and they offered to me to cook the pieces I was going to eat! Amazing I have never had such an accommodating and thoughtful service ever! The food was also very good! One of the best entraña I have eaten so far. Elegant and quiet atmosphere too. The portion sizes were quite big, enough to fill you up.

So disappointed with both the food and service - ordered the bucatini surf and turf and didn’t taste any of the brisket, the dish was loaded with heavy cream and oil but no spice or flavor. The service was abysmal and felt like the waiter just didn’t care at all.

I was the sole diner seated in the entire dining room, while meanwhile dozens of other diners, including ones without reservations, were offered, and escorted to the vibrant, busy, patio dining area. But there was apparently "no space" for me to move to there. No idea why. The food was good, no more than that - an overcooked, rubbery lobster tail; a dessert that they'd changed components on from what was shown on the menu, and when I asked was told, "oh, they did that awhile ago, we just haven't changed the menu" - and just wasn't all that good. Given how highly recommended the place was, I was disappointed in the experience.

From start to finish an exquisite experience. Chef's style of traditional grilling, creating thier own charcoal from local wood creating savory unmatched flavors. The crisp evening air, beautiful atmosphere & incredible service. Just divine.

Great restaurent in panama City. Many verity of dishes. Open kitchen makes us confidence of the food make. Excellent open bar with many different cocktails 🍸 👌 Starter present with magic 🎩 ✨️ 💛 Staffs are very friendly with professional. Special dish with meat and fish 🐟 Nice salad 🥗 and prawn dish. Coock in the quality kitchen. You have Indoor and outdoor seats in side the restaurent. Good price value for the dishes 👌

As of right now, when you come to Tomillo, you should sit in the back courtyard. It is a strikingly beautiful area, clearly quite old, and cleaned up without ruining any of the original splendor. The food is served family style and is delicious and unique. The restaurant is easily able to modify dishes as necessary, and the tacos (altered to have chicken) were the best I've ever had. The vegetable dish was fantastic, and evoked flavors far beyond what you'd expect from the veggies on the plate. During our meal, Felipe, the co-owner and chef, introduced himself and happily obliged our many questions about the food and restaurant itself. Felipe is passionate about his work and it shows in the restaurant. He mentioned the rooftop bar (opening January 2017) and was kind enough to give us a tour of it and each of the 5 floors on the way. The view from the top is breathtaking and it is undoubtedly the best place to dine. The next time I'm in Panama, this is where I will eat. I very strongly recommend that you do the same, and get there soon because it will surely be getting very popular very quick.
