I confess that I am not much of a foody person, nor would I spend much time to write reviews about restaurants that I go to. However, this time, I feel compelled to do so.
1-Design: inadequate, awkward design in an open area food court. The restaurant is directly accessible through the parking lot, however, the tables are placed about 2 feet sunk in below the high traffic open atrium food court with no separations or barriers. In fact, I felt that the shoe dusts of people passing by our booth found its way onto my plates and coffee, never mind the occasional coughs and sneezes!
2- All the booth were directly placed under a corridor of heavy air exchange ducts with overwhelming and uncomfortable draft. Any hot beverages or food plates cool off in less than two minutes! Have you ever tried a cold coffee with your cold egg yolks on your bagel! Not pleasant
3- The coffee mugs are the worst to keep warm with narrow bottoms. My daughter's latte was served in a whiskey glass! Extremely weird and in adequate. I had to ask to have my coffee warmed up twice to no avail!
4- 45 min wait time for extremely simple BREAKFAST dishes DEEM absolutely unacceptable, especially if you have minors who are about to chew off the napkins.
5- absolutely overpriced for the quantity and the quality of the food.
6- Slow, inadequate service personnel who appeared to just stepped in from their bedrooms. Ripped jeans, stained pants and shirts, and ladies with long untied hair.
Will never go back!
