I’ve been a regular customer at this Tommy Hilfiger outlet location, and my experience has been largely positive thanks to one exceptional employee. This review focuses on both the standout service I’ve received and areas where the store could improve. PARKING Fair warning, parking here is consistently challenging regardless of when you visit. Whether it’s a holiday, weekend, or weekday, the area stays busy and finding a spot can be tricky. Plan accordingly and give yourself extra time. CUSTOMER SERVICE Rosa Garcia deserves every bit of praise for her outstanding customer service. She provides an experience that feels like having a personal shopper who genuinely cares about how you look. What sets Rosa apart is her honesty, she’ll tell you straight up if something looks good on you or not, and I’ve learned to trust her judgment completely. Even when I’m unsure about a piece, her approval gives me confidence because I know she wouldn’t mislead me. Despite English not being her first language, communication has never been an issue; her attentiveness and dedication to customer service shine through. She’s always well-dressed and professional, and I’ve noticed she gives the same level of attention to every customer who needs help. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same about some of the other staff members. There’s an off-putting vibe from a few other employees that makes me feel somewhat judged, which is disappointing in contrast to Rosa’s welcoming approach. I only keep coming back to shop here when Rosa is on shift, and I will continue to do so. ATMOSPHERE The store itself has a bright, inviting atmosphere that’s pleasant to walk into. I’ve been enjoying the quality pieces I’ve purchased here. The outlet pricing makes it much more affordable for good quality goods. However, there’s one significant issue: the scented wall plug-ins in the dressing rooms. These consistently cause me to sneeze and give me headaches where otherwise I have no problems. For an upscale store like this, I’d expect more consideration for customers as these scented plugins aren’t even safe for the general public and would recommend switching to something more natural or simply removing them altogether. If there is a scent issue, it should be dealt with accordingly and not masked with such items. OVERALL Rosa Garcia earns 5 stars! She’s the reason I keep coming back. The store itself gets 3.5-4 stars due to the mixed staff experience and the scent issue in the dressing rooms. If you’re shopping here, definitely seek out Rosa for assistance, you won’t be disappointed.

This is a nice clean TH outlet store. Lots of discounts and sale prices available on clothing, accessories, shoes, wallet, belts, socks. There are women, men and kids section. Fitting rooms available. Associates are around to help customers while they also continuously work keeping the store tidy. Checkouts are usually fast. They add or remove additional associates from counter based on number of customers in the line. The only downside for me is this outlets inventory is not as good. They don’t keep as much variety like some of the bigger TH outlet stores I have been to.

This review is for the store at Bergen Town Center. Even when their website was showing the store as open, when I visited it today, upon driving 20+miles, they were closed with sign on door saying "closed until Monday due to inventory". 😠 All I wanted was to return an item. All the staff was still inside, but they didn't open it. Even spoke with store manager on phone. But nobody helped. If they had to close the store arbitrarily like this, they should have updated their website. Very frustrating. 😠

The worst, store opens at 10am and manager with glasses is mopping floor with staff and store doors are locked and has a problem that customers that are impatient that 30 minutes later you decide to open the store

Terrible customer service, walked in the store 45 minutes before closing time neither my wife or kids couldn’t use the fitting room because they were closing. Poor actitudes from all the employees in the store. Bought over $300 worth of merchandise and cashiers had no empathy at all. To make things worse over charging on a discounted pieces. Had to void the entire purchase and run entirely a new bill. Also as we walked in the store they shielded out no cash only credit cards. Terrible customer service and personal. I’ve been shopping this brand for many many years but never ever felt so miserable spending my money at this particular store. Please do something about this store management Thank you

Worst people working there. Rude. Aggressive and very nasty. I asked the lady for her name and she told me she have no tags or names. Called me low class. Wors place ever

I never had an issue in this store until today. This chubby caucasian bald dude decided to give my mother the ugliest attitude ever for no reason. Management should definitely address this situation, and if you are management you should be embarrassed.

Good deals but not welcoming at all! And management too ! They cheat people and very rude ! A month ago I bought some sweaters for me and for my children and one week after went to the store and asked for adjustment because prices were already lower and it should be our rights so I asked for it and she said they do not do it, and then I said that I would return the items with my receipts and would buy them again and the staff went back to the office and got the manager with her, manager came and threatened me with no selling same items to me and she said when I come back to the store for those items she said that she knows me and she will never sell them to me !!!!! What is this ?? Can someone tell me please ??? Any person on top of her ?? This is ridiculous I have ever never seen before at any store !! I used to live in Florida and non of stores was making any problem with any issues if we had, it is so sad ..

I always got all my gifts for family and friends here. This year I'll keep my money because the employees are disrespectful and rude. Especially the manager Evon .

Remember the days when Tommy Hilfiger was one of the kings of fashion? He exploded onto the scene during the mid-90s with some help from the hip-hop generation. I remember dressing head to toe in Hilfiger, the bigger the logo the better. Nowadays, the lion crest logo has been replaced by some I'll advised flag-like logo. I'm not a fan. Bring back the lion crest, bring back the beast! The store doesn't really serve a purpose in the new "Bergen Mall" amid all the discount clothing stores. I think the only people that shop here are the same people that used to sport Hilfiger 10 years ago and are having a hard time letting go. The party's over...

obviously there hasn't been a post on here for a long time. This place is great. The clothes are always in order and the help is perfect. you don't get harassed by people the second you walk in the door, but they offer to help once and leave ya alone. Ashley and Jasmine are great. They helped me find a few things and were quick about it. You should make a stop here for sure.

Worst place to shop ever. Clothes all over the floor nobody wants to help. I asked for a specific size they said no whatever you have on the floor and that's all. The place was filthy like it Hasn't been cleaned for months.. And for get about shopping for other family members. All they let you by is 20 items Regardless of styles. Store manager told me if I don't like his rules I shouldn't shop here.. That's the way they'll treat you when you shop at Tommy Hilfiger. I would never shop at this store ever again... DON'T SHOP AT THIS STORE!!!...
