Tommy Rocker's Mojave Beach Bar & Grill

I remember when this place opened in the 80's. Good thing they stayed in business for decades because I just finally made it in there in 2024. To our delight they had live music and it went very well with dinner. Can't remember the servers name buy she's a petite brunette with excellent customer service skills. This is a nice place to chill in their combined dining area/bar. The female bartender was excellent as well. We'll be back for sure. Nice strip views!

I've been going to this restaurant and bar for years now. The food is Always Amazing!!! The service is Always Great!!! The ambiance is fun and laid back.

Tommy's is a fun industry bar and also a Dolphins bar. I can't rate the food as I haven't eaten there...but the food I did see will bring me back to try some classic bar foods...the wings looked really inviting and the potato skins looked amazing...I'll update when I do try out their kitchen. Conviently close to the strip...so a late night easy Uber or cab ride. They do have bar top gaming and the drink prices are awesome!! Call ahead and ask if Ken is on shift! He's a true professional and very friendly and will go out of his way to make sure you are comfortable and taken care of like you're at a 5 star!!

This is a good reliable place to get tasty American comfort food at all hours, and it's definitely great for locals. Once my friend and I discovered it we've been numerous times. Fun happy hour too!

It is definitely a place off the strip but it is 100% worth a try. Our server was very friendly and fairly knowledgeable when trying to pic a draft beer. The food came quick and extremely fresh as well as being very large portions. We are from Canada and it was the first place in a few days that didn't disappoint.

we sat down to eat at 4:30 a.m and we ordered 2 diet cokes, hot wings, nachos, and a cheeseburger in paradise. Our receipt from the waitress said 5:35 a.m the total was 68.15 and there was over 13.00 in gratuity automatically added to our check. When we asked the waitress she said that happened after midnight. We questioned this because when we came in December compared to today January 18th the waitress didn't do this and we tipped her well and everything was fine. But today the waitress said gratuity is automatically charged after midnight no Matter what. The receipt said only parties of 6 or more would have auto gratuities. This didn't make sense considering it wasn't posted anywhere on the menu, building, or receipt. We asked for a manager and spoke to the manager Ken who explained that this is done from 12 a.m to 8 a.m so the waitresses make money. I explained that we would still tip so the waitress would make money and he said that is not the point. He said we do that because other customers don't tip. My husband and I continued to ask for a reason or explanation when the manager Ken got frustrated and said I'll just remove it. This is only our second time here and as locals we will not be coming back we enjoyed it so much our first time but this second time has been terrible. I hope I can hear from some one because we are very disappointed I would love to have someone reach out to me.

Wow! So much help, lots of great food and worked with the budget! Kat the event manager was so accommodating and worked with me to plan a Football watch party wedding. The couple wanted a private space to watch the game and eat game day food with friends....and then have a themed ceremony. Kat let me bring in decor and she set up the buffet and all the Linens and her and her staff waited on the guests for drinks and cleaned up the room throughout the event. Kat worked with me on the menu and the deal was incredible and there was a ton of food! The back room of Tommy Rocker's was perfect, like a little private apartment party for this specific request. I will definitely refer more business to Kat and her team at Tommy Rocker's! Thank you for making my life fun and easy and taking care of my clients!

Been here more than several times. Consistently good, open 24/7. I do need to try some other than the burgers, but they do them so well, cooked medium rare to order per request. Perfect every time. Finally tried something different. They graciously agreed to sub Avacado for the potatoes. Steak was great, not all fatty like you sometimes get. Another excellent meal and service 10/10, despite one waitress caring for like 5-6 parties. Is that normal? Anyways she made it look easy, but always on the run.

Tommy Rocker's I have been here several times now and each time I go it does not disappoint. Their breakfast and their dinner choices are very good. The staff is very professional and friendly. The restaurant is clean and the ambiance is on the darker side. I think that's just part of the atmosphere of the restaurant. I decided to try their extremely hot burger. I forgot the name of it but it was defiantly very good. If your into spicy foods this is up your alley. It's not painful hot so the food is very enjoyable to eat. Out of 10 I would have to rank this burger a 8.5. Personally I do enjoy my food on the hotter side. That's just me. Though if you're ever in the area and happen to pass by Tommy Rockers you should come inside and check it out.

Live music, good service, good food. Why not? No kids on Friday night enjoy yourself and go to Tommy Rockers after a long week.

My family and I have come here 2 times in the past couple of months- before heading out to events. Happy hour drinks/food options are cheap. The sliders are so yum! Friendly staff. Convenient location. Only downside- they do not have a jukebox. This is a clutch spot for sure!

After many years, I decided to stop off here for dinner and a few beers. I was 99% satisfied. I've stopped by to use the restroom many times in the last year, but haven't hung out in a long time. I decided to try the Bison Burger which I thought was a bit over cooked. It was seasoned well and tasted good, just a bit dry because it was cooked too long. Back in the day Tommy performed nightly. Haven't seen him in a while. The stage is still set up. I might just be going in on wrong days or times. The server was very friendly, attractive, and attentive. I would go back to see her. I was a bit shocked that a burger and 2 beers came out to $45.00. Especially considering the beers were pints. Other places in the area charge much less. Overall, it was a pretty good experience. I would love to go back when Tommy performs.

My friends and I only came for drinks, but the service was excellent, the drinks were good and the price range was way better than on the strip prices. It's a great place to pre-game or watch sports, but since I didn't order any food I can't be sure how awesome this place might be. So, I'll have to swing by again in spring when they open up the outdoor seating, and try the full menu.

Service is outstanding. Went here twice in 3 days while in town. Has a local feel, bartender was super quick and very friendly. Had burgers and they did not disappoint. They were cooked to our liking (most places ask for the temp and always send out well done) and the fries were outstanding! Ordered a side of mayo and was given a quarter cup of it (side sauce portions are huge). The interior is dark but very welcoming.

I actually used to eat here very often with family that would come into town. Great food and prices were well worth it. HOWEVER, I haven't been back for a few months and this time I noticed a LARGE hike in the prices. The place is also more dead than ever even on a weekend. Previously, this was the place you came to get good food without the Las Vegas strip premium price hike. However, now, you can pretty much get a cheaper meal at any of the casino food courts than at Tommy Rockers. My guess is either the high price of food is keeping people away, or the prices had to be raised to compensate for the lack of demand. On a Saturday night, there were about 4 people in the joint. Tommy Rockers price difference between 2018 and 2022: Boubon Chilli: $7 then, $10 now Chicken Wings with Fries: $12 then, $20 now Beef Sate: $11 then, $20 now Nachos: $9 then, $12 now Big Pretzel: $10 then, $15 now Shrimp Cargot: $11 then, $17 now After frequenting this place over 30 times, this will be my last time here. It just doesn't make sense to eat here anymore unless you just want a quiet vibe and don't mind the insane price premium. Honestly, I get the sense this place won't be in business in the next few years. Thank you Tommy Rockers for the memories 2015-2022 memories. RIP. P.S. Cosmo has a food court now and I got a good Asian dish with noodles for $14 after tax. Clean calories, good mix of carbs and protein, low in fat...and best of it was the vibe at the food court which was awesome. I was surprised at the cost as well.

This joint was Rockin! Live music created an energetic vibe. They had a heck of a menu and everything on it looks pretty appealing so I'm sad I couldn't have one of everything. The service was attentive and friendly The burger i had was above average, the experience I had was priceless. Usually I'm very wordy with my reviews but this one is short and straight to the point because I feel it needs to be highlighted that this place is a very solid option if you want somewhere to relax have fun and have a good meal. It's rather loud in there but that's what you want right? Pump up the tunes and the live entertainment I have more pictures I just have to find them

What's not to like? Great menu, good food, good service in a nice sports bar. Live music on weekends, AND they're opened 24-hours, This is one of my favorite places for lunch with friends and late-night stops when on the road. I highly recommend Tommy's, day and night.

Celeste was great! She was so nice, attentive, and friendly! Food and atmosphere were awesome! We highly recommend this place.

I probably would of rated this establishment a 3 or 4 if our food would have not take so long to come out and the staff was more friendly. This particular evening of my visit was not very busy. We ordered the deluxe grilled cheese and a cheeseburger. The server put in and order for a California burger instead of a cheeseburger, but we just didn't say anything because it took so long to get our food (over 40 minutes). Instead we just removed the bacon and avocado. The food was just warm when it came out but was still pretty good. Most likely we will not return, but just has to try this restaurant.

On a evening in Las Vegas we were told about this place because it was close to our hotel that night. We made it in time for happy hour. It was a great happy hour. Most businesses have smaller portions when it comes to happy hour and the food isn't always the best quality. However this was not the case here. The service was great and the food was amazing. It was regular potion sizes for great prices. The fried green beans were the best! A must try if you go here. The nachos were huge and delicious. I can't remember what flavor wings we got but they were just okay.

Great place for us locals and visitors who come to Las Vegas. Great service from the girls, super bartenders, Kat and Bruce are the best!! And amazing food, everything I've had here tastes great! They make great wings, you need to try the appetizer -green beans they are delicious!! I will tell you the Cobb Salad they have is always fresh!! The lettuce is always fresh, that's my favorite!! The nachos are amazing too! They have TV's to watch your favorite sports, they have great entertainment and have the gaming machines. The great thing is no smoking in the restaurant or bar area. It's a great place to try if you have not.

Been coming here off and on since 2010. They have the friendliest bartenders, the best bar food in the city, and Tommy himself is super nice, cool guy who I'll always fondly remember hosting a going-away party for me complete with friendly service and food. Oh- and now they are SMOKE-FREE which is amazing and rare in this city. Thank you, Tommy Con: The unhappy female bartender working the 2pm shift on 11/26/2022. What a buzzkill when an angry bartender is put off by your existence. I called to place a simple to-go order for one. After being placed on hold for 5 minutes she comes back on COLDLY saying verbatim: "what do you want?" I placed the order came back to pay. I Told her I didn't need the coins when I gave her cash....In which she replied sarcastically "oh WOW. Thanks." I explained that naturally I was going tip her more than coins. But still! Rude. She threw me my change without saying anything. Mr. Rocker... I love your bar and staff! But this angry woman has got to GO and I'll make sure only to come during the evenings.

I enjoy the food, Rids, Burgers, Salads so fan nothing has sucked other than the dessert options. Table service is not bad, sometimes slow but they only have 1 on the floor so it's to be expected. Overall I would recommend, don't be in a rush sit down and enjoy.. Games or live music.

Sorry it took me this long to leave a review for this Vegas staple. I love coming here for their great lunch and it's also a great place to come have a drink after work. My go to is their salt and pepper wings and their huge taco salad. Additionally I've rented out their back room for our annual Christmas party, we had food and drink for 50 people, it was affordable and we got to enjoy a great view of Caesars Palace while we dined and drank. The taco Tuesday tacos were really good, the fried zucchini sticks were horrible! We were there at 5pm and were the only couple in the place. I will give this place another try and hopefully give it more stars. The server was great, but he didn't have any other customers to attend to.

Went to the New Year's Eve party 2024! Had great food and drinks. A fun & extremely talented band, "Triple Helix" was playing, so we danced the whole time.... they gave us a free champagne toast & Martini tasters(Chocolate, raspberry & expresso) Plus hats Horns and tiaras to play with!! We saw the fireworks right across the street at midnight & just had a blast. The servers were fun and on point! We waited for nothing. Plus, it was very affordable, not that overpriced stupidity you get in vegas sometimes! I wish I could give them ten stars! Great job Tommy Rockers! See ya soon!

Best late night spot for Buffalo wings they run around 21$ with tax but they give you a good amount of wings and they are perfect every time

This is a great spot if you're in the area. My dad had a small retirement get-together here today of just a few people. The experience is pretty good. The bartender, Rebecca, was awesome and made sure everybody was checked on consistently. She was absolutely friendly the whole time. The food was also delicious and the happy hour selection was good. The nachos are absolutely fantastic. The bar features a dark/dim atmosphere. No pool table sadly, but I guess they have bands once in awhile. I will have to come back in the future when there is some entertainment to see how that affects the atmosphere.

Came in on sat night early Sunday morning and decided to stop by here and get something to eat since I hadn't eaten all day. Upon arriving i was promptly greeted by Ken the bartender and got a seat at the bar. Bar was full and the energy was really good. The selection of music that was playing was diverse, and low enough to hear and not too loud. So you could hold a conversation with someone. On talking with food selections I finally opted for the patty melt. I get mine no mushrooms with white bread. To my worry, and being particular, after awhile I remembered I forgot to tell Ken white instead of rye bread. I am not a fan of rye and it keeps a after taste. I didn't want to be a bother since it was so busy. Food came hot on rye bread. I noticed this bread was dark. So, very nervously I took a bite of the patty melt. It was amazing. Nicely melted cheese, my burger temp was what I asked, and the rye bread I was so worried about was not overbearing and complimented the burger well. Fries were good and served with ranch. Its possible they are beer batter or just a different type seasoning or texture. Kens service was impeccable and it was nice to talk to someone knowledgeable about football. I will definitely be back again.

I had really low expectations for these place it was during the fansets party. However, if you need to order drinks you would ask your server to get you a drink instead of going at the bar. The food was pretty descent.

One of my favorite places to go to in town. They have Awesome food. The kitchen crew has been together for over 20 years. The female bartender Katrina is Awesome and I meet one of the owners Donna, she is Amazing. This is the best place to go to if you're hungry late at night. Everything they have is delicious!

Don't agree to book large groups for events and not have enough staff. Don't hold people's payments hostage after making errors on their checks.

We visit on a regular basis and have enjoyed the food, atmosphere, and service each time. Can't say enough good things about the staff, they are attentive, and courteous.

Stopped at Tommy Rocker's for breakfast this morning on my way to work. I ordered a ham and cheese omelet with coffee. My server informed me that there was no coffee made. I informed her I really would like coffee. She said she would make a pot. Apparently, her shift ended before my order was made and the bartender brought my order to the table. I asked for a refill on the coffee which I never received. As for the inlet it was overcooked on one side and the toast was either made with stale bread or the toast sat for awhile. I say this because it had the texture of not fresh bread. I'm glad I stopped without my spouse as we had planned on trying it sometime together. I don't think this just happened to be an isolated incident. There were just too many negative red flags to shrug it off. I'm giving it only one star because there isn't a lower rating.

Low end bar which is the hangout spot for procurers and their staff. Very poor hygiene, careless service and food which resembles the taste of its cartons that it came packaged in. Most of the staff seem like characters from "Trainspotting". And there is a bartender (male Caucasian) in his early 40's that works the early morning shift, if you happen to have him serve you-you will walk home thirsty and hungry. He couldn't handle 6-7 customers (just their drinks) let alone a full menu. Extremely incompetent and rude, can't even find words for his attitude. I would recommend to everyone to pass on that bar!

I keep trying to like this place but the service is so bad, but it's a Dolphins bar so I keep coming back. The bartender must have bad days every Sunday cause it's the only time I see him. Food is ok Dolphins fans are always fun at this bar, just don't expect good service and the bartender will look right at you and walk away without coming back, oh well I have heard service is down at most places.

We went Saturday around 3 during happy hour! Well drinks are $3. We ordered great appetizers for $6/each. I really liked the buffalo shrimp; it was a little spicy. And I tried the big pretzel and the beer cheese paired perfectly with it! Our server was kind and constantly checked that our table was good. I would come back and the happy hour deals are worth it!

I was with a group of friends (rideshare drivers), I ordered the same thing as my friend and she didn't bring my order never came back to the table She blamed the whole thing on the chef, In this climate of racial tensions, she should always try her best to make sure everyone is served‍

I attended the annual Las Vegas Parrot Head Club Party, Last Man Standing, held at Tommy Rockers. The party usually benefits a couple of local charities. They hold the party in the parking lot and there are bands that play Jimmy Buffett songs, cheeseburgers, beer and silent auctions. We have been coming to the party for over 10 years and it is a really fun time. Tommy Rockers has had some work down and looks better now than it has in the past. Tommy played on the night we were there and was really great. His interactive songs are fun and get the crowd going.

Good food. Never empty or too crowded. I great place to come and get lunch when I have a bit more time than usual. I like the sports bar atmosphere and the service is always great.

I've been coming to this place for years. However the warm and welcoming presence of the "Spicy" Samantha has made my experience at Tommy rockers that much better. One of the best bartenders in the city make sure to pay her a visit on Sunday's and Monday's ! P.S. ask her to make you her famous Cosmo

I would give them 0 stars if I could.. I recently attended an event at this place, and it was definitely the worst bar I have ever been to. The staff was rude and disrespectful, to the point that when I tried to order food the waitress told me she was off her shift and couldn't take my order but I saw her walking around and taking orders from other people. So not only were the drinks horrible, the service was too. You would think that with so many bars in Las Vegas they would treat their customers better but they pick and choose who they want to help ! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY GOING HERE ! NOT ONLY WAS I OVER CHARGED .. THE WAITRESS ADDED SOMEONE ELSES DRINKS ON MY BILL AND WHEN I ASKED HER TO ADJUST IT, SHE SAID SHE WOULD BUT NEVER RETURNED ! THIEVES!!!!

If you guys haven't been here you guys don't know what you're missing, everything from the food to the service to how they accommodate reservations it's just top of the line... I love coming here to watch the games because the crowd is always fun and energetic!!!!!!! The servers so cool... the bathrooms are spotless and the Dining room is spotless! If you haven't been here come now and try the happy hour salt and pepper wings they are to die for!!!!!!

Food was not bad at all. We had a party of 8. When checks were passed out we were told that there was a 23% gratuity. There should never be a mandatory gratuity. Then after all checks were done Terrell comes back with a check for "leftover drinks"

I've been coming to this bar for a very long time. It's my favorite spot to come unwind after a long night in the industry. Last thing I want to see here is a manager who treats his staff like absolute garbage. KYLE... the manager is an absolute POS. The bartender was busy on the opposite end of the bar. It is easy to miss the fact that it is a non smoking bar. A guy lit up a cigarette for less than a minute and the bartender missed it. KYLE'S short man syndrome ass comes over and tells the guy to go smoke outside. He apologizes and walks out. Cool right? Not at all. KYLE goes to bartender and starts cursing her out and belittling her in front of the other patrons including myself. The way he spoke to her is absolutely unacceptable! Get rid of this garbage human! He is ruining the atmosphere that should be relaxing. Can provide video of this interaction!

First time visiting tommy rockers went for the raider opening weekend on a sat night, when we arrived they had raider vendors in the parking lot and people congregating in the parking lot the front doors are red wooden solid doors almost look like a fire exit not very inviting at all I thought they were at capacity cause the doors were closed but we saw people coming out so we went it it was pretty packed so we went in ands went to the bar! Omg there was 1 bartender looked like the owner no bar back the bartender would leave the bar to get ice then come back then go and get cups service was terrible then they had some waitresses and they were overwhelmed tables were full of dishes cups trash etc etc then the deejay announced to pay your tab I was wondering why he was saying that then we ordered 10 drinks she brought them the forgot about us I actually had to go look for her to pay the tab cause they called last call at 11pm I mean I could of left without paying but I didn't but this place need help and fast almost need a bar rescue I'm sure people were leaving without paying
