Food is basic Japanese & too expensive. €110 for 4 bowls of ramen and 1 non-alcoholic drink each. No appetizers or desserts. Ramens were far too fatty, lacking depth of flavor and not served hot enough. Metal bowls meant the ramen went cold after a few minutes. Meat was rubbery, not the normal melt in your mouth chashu. Too many compromises have been made to please the French taste. Fine if you’ve never had real ramen, disappointing if you have. The service was attentive (thanks Irina!) and it’s a pretty restaurant, but we won’t return.
