Tom's Tavern (Forest Hills)

The food was decent for what you would expect. Overall it was a bit too pricey In my opinion. I got mango habanero wings 🥭🌶️ And they were a little too sweet. I also tried the loaded Cajun fries and they were all right for the first couple bites and then kind of got sick of it. I will say the service was phenomenal. She was on top of refilling my water and the atmosphere was nice. And the whole place is pretty clean.

The food was delicious. Service was a little slow but one person waiting table's and working the bar. People really friendly.

Good atmosphere, nice bartender, food was good. Ordered the fish and chips, it was delicious. My daughter had the pulled pork and she really enjoyed it. The service is a little slow but that's because the bartender is the waitress, maintenance, greater, everything. She wore many hats but was still delightful

Still on the fence.. I miss Uncle Fatz. Tom's tavern is similar but the taste is different. I feel like I'm not the only one because the place was empty tonight and only one waitress. She's a great waitress but still stretched thin. Buffalo chicken tenders were great, they charge $2 extra on your wings if you order all flaps or all legs, but srill for two people, two dinners, 2 beers and a rum runner, around 50$, which is not bad. I hope they continue to improve. Even the Bleu cheese tastes more like Fatz had, not what to s started with which was more like the normal Ken's flavor.

Found This Place by google went in for first time to have A bite and Had an AMAZING TIME Candis The Tender was AWESOME AND ALL PATRONS WERE VERY FRIENDLY! Food was Delicious Music was Awesome They even let my New Puppy in !! We had a Wonderful Time Definitely going back I also am from NY and met a Guy There also from NY and grew up in same town on Long Island!! What a Pleasure!! Thanks for a Great Afternoon!! Came here on a whim for a Saturday lunch and DAMN were we happy! Excellent wings!!! Good apps and I’d imagine the night life, which we will come back for, is fun too.

I was so ready to give this restuarant a 4 star review, until I got my bill. One of my personal pet peeves is being charged for condiments. Want to dip your food in ranch? It's almost $1 extra and you won't be told that. Petty in my opinion. Other than that we had a great experience! The food was very good and the service was very professional. The menu tells you food is made fresh to order so we expected the longer wait times and were ok with that. Lots of TVs to watch and the restaurant was very clean.

They have buy one, get 1 free chicken on Thursdays.I think it's our potato wedges are delicious.Also cool atmosphere if you want to play pool or enjoy some music .
