As others have mentioned, this hotel is truly a hidden gem in Istanbul. A small boutique hotel in a great neighborhood with restaurants and public transport close by. The hotel, an architectural treasure, offers spacious rooms that are exceptionally neat and well-maintained. Wonderful beds, wooden floors, and plenty of closet space. Add to that the breakfast, served on the top floor with the best view of the city, prepared by the Michelin-starred restaurant Nicole – you couldn’t wish for a better start to the day. Nor for the exquisite service. Many thanks for a fantastic stay. 👏🏻🙏🏻

Best hotel I stayed in Istanbul. Very nice building, top location, comfortable and sizeable rooms and last but not least wonderful staff in every position. I can not think of another place to stay in Istanbul for my next visits. Another plus is that the breakfast is very delicious with the Bosphorus view and a big terrace. Hotels restaurant is a one star Michelin jewel. Best fine dining I had in Istanbul.

The suites at this boutique hotel are beautifully maintained. The staff is exceptionally friendly and attentive. Special thanks to Nurol at reception and his colleagues for their outstanding service—assisting us with flight confirmations, arranging an airport taxi, handling room service, giving local directions, and patiently answering all our questions. We also appreciated that everyone we interacted with spoke English, which made our stay even more comfortable.|The hotel’s location is excellent. It sits on the same street as the Italian Consulate General, meaning there’s no regular car traffic—making it peaceful and quiet at night—and the street is secured by a guard 24/7. From here, you can easily explore nearby neighborhoods: Istiklal Street, a lively pedestrian avenue with countless shops and restaurants, is just a 3–7 minute uphill walk. The artsy Cihangir district, full of boutique shops and cafés, is also close by, while a short walk downhill takes you to the waterfront area near Tophane Metro station. This provides easy access to major attractions such as Hagia Sophia, the Basilica Cistern, Topkapi Palace, the Grand Bazaar, the Spice Market, the Jewish Quarter, and the ferry terminal.|Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for both its comfort and its unbeatable location.

Excellent service and super responsive and effective concierge on WhatsApp. Probably one of the best hotel breakfasts, beating out the Andaz Maui, Tokyo Hilton, Conrad Tokyo and a whole other host of high end properties around the world. Room was also really good it was spotless and spacious and the highlight was the marble bathroom.

Lovely hotel and staff made for an unforgettable stay. The property is everything you would expect for a hotel of this standing. While so many hotels seems to skimp on the little things these days, I very much appreciated their attention to detail in everything they did, from ensuring we were always topped up on bathroom products to the the delicious treats at tea time. Every member of staff we interacted with was caring and professional. Excellent breakfast with a beautiful view and friendly servers. Thank you!

Wonderful stay at Tomtom Suites Istanbul. We only stayed one night pre-cruise but wish we'd planned for longer. A beautiful historic boutique hotel, located on an access-restricted street in a walkable (but steep) part of town. We enjoyed a clean, well-appointed large suite with comfortable bed/linens and a huge luxurious bath with Molten-Brown toiletries (my favorite). Morning breakfast was included, offering yummy Turkish staples, delicious breads, and coffee with a fabulous view of the harbor and city. The Staff was top notch! Shout out to Gursoy who was friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, wished we could have dined at Nicole, next time!

Beautiful hotel set in a former convent, blending modern and traditional design with curated art throughout. Perfectly located in the heart of Beyoğlu, it’s close to everything yet far enough from the main roads to ensure peace and quiet. The staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly—Fouad made breakfast a delight each morning, and Attila at reception was always ready with excellent restaurant recommendations. While it isn’t the cheapest option in Istanbul, the experience is on a completely different level from a typical three-star hotel—well worth the difference.

Tomtom is a boutique luxury hotel in the heart of Istanbul, yet quiet, welcoming and calm. An attention to detail will make you feel so welcomed & at home. We loved the location nearly across from the Italian consulate, tucked away yet still in the middle of everything. It was easy to go walking on the broad Istiklal for shopping and its cute side streets lined with restaurants & boutiques. Easy to walk over to Galata tower area or/& take the tram down to the bridge area to cross over to the Blue Mosque area with public transport. We hired a tour guide for one day to make the most of our time...the hotel arranged a lovely knowledgeable woman who shared her historical insights accompanied by wonderful personal antidotes. She met us at the hotel, helping us with the tram and transport...was a good adventure. ||||Big thank yous to Fuat & Yusuf at breakfast. This hotel made one of the best chia veggie like savory pancakes for me (vegan) and were keen to ensure i had plenty of options. The breakfast food and rooftop (enclosed during Jan) was very well done. We miss their lovely energy and presence.||||At reception, Nurol and Atilla went the extra mile and always greeted us as we arrived. They anticipated and went above and beyond with great warm professionalism. ||||The hotel is clean, lovely. Complimentary tea time is a great way to met some interesting guests at the daily tea time (complimentary tea/coffee and little treats). Love this touch! It was fun to compare outing notes with the guests or just relax in your own bubble. The beds & linens were comfortable and befitting a fine small luxury hotel. ||||Oh and thank you to Salih in house keeping. The suite room was perfect, large, excellent quality...the photos will give you a peak...great large bathrooms..and plenty of room for a twin cot for our daughter. Chocolate at turn down is a nice touch (but ditch the plastic).||||Congrats to GM MS Seray for finding, leading and retaining such a great team||||Will we return - Yes! Do keep in mind we rarely return as we love exploring new products/hotels... High Compliments to TomTom Suites. (our 5th hotel in Istanbul and now will be our returning favorite).

We loved our stay at TomTom Suites so much. It's chic, clean, and quiet. Even though it's part of the Hyatt chain, it has a very private vibe, not like other big resorts or hotels. It made me feel at home. But the best part was the staff. They were friendly and the best. They were so kind and upgraded us to a deluxe suite, provided welcome drinks, and not to mention the fabulous breakfast. The hotel is located in the Beyoğlu neighborhood of Istanbul. It's across the street from the Italian consulate in a very quiet area. However, it's only around 15 minutes walk to Galata Tower, Taksim Square, Karaköy, Cihangir, tram, and subway stations.

Great & super friendly staff.... very accommodating and welcoming. Breakfast is superb. And the restaurant on the rooftop has amazing view . Our 2nd time here and highly definitely recommend to stay here.

My stay at the TomTom Suites Istanbul was a memorable one, especially for a first timer in Turkey. I booked the hotel as the location was a perfect two minute walk to Istiklal Street and a ton of major tourist attractions. It took about and 1 hour and some change to get to my hotel from IST airport. It was also rush hour when I arrived. My private transfer can't get in the alley due to it being secured as the hotel is in front of an Italian embassy. Be prepared to walk to the entrance a bit. Check in process was smooth. The first front desk person who I transacted with gladly helped me navigate the hotel and areas I wanted to see. I was upgraded to a really huge room complete with a work area, receiving area, large bed and a sparkling bathroom that had spa like features! I liked the array of toiletries and that the room provided a robe and slippers. The room has really lush modern paintings and was very colorful! I had forgotten to pack an adapter and the front desk gladly gave me one to use and keep so that was really nice of them. In the morning, there's complimentary breakfast. I chose to sit by the window so I could adorn the beautiful view of the Bosphorus River. The breakfast spread was phenomenal! It was a lot of food for one person and their coffee was amazing! The servers were very accommodating as well! I want to give high credits to another front desk agent who helped me throughout my stay, Nurol. I was very hesitant to take cabs due to the negative connotation attached to it. Nurol helped me get to the pier to catch my Bosphorus tour and was kind enough to tell me of Turkey's history and some other sights to see. He was also very helpful in booking my hammam bath experience!!! Overall, I really loved my stay at TomTom. The hotel is super modern and the elevators had a Parisian vibe. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It is private as well with less than 30 suites in the whole hotel. I will definitely be back!!! Awesome location! Awesome experience!!!! Only thing though is the central ac and heat didn't really help much. I felt my room was quite warm but it wasn't really an issue.

Tomtom Suites is everything it purports to be. It is the utmost in understated luxury with delicious food and attentive yet unobtrusive service. The location is quiet in contrast to the tourist areas of Istanbul. Everything was more than comfortable and, unlike other "five star" institutions, the people are very approachable, welcoming and helpful, especially Mehmet and Alp.
