What To Eat At Jewel Changi Airport

"Tonito is a new family-friendly Latin American restaurant by Chef Daniel Chavez. It offers dishes from Mexico, Brazil, and Cuba, including Pan Chon Chorizo, Pan con Chicharron, tacos, and quesadillas. The restaurant features cheerful colors and animal figurines." - Kenneth Goh

TONITO at Jewel Changi Airport offers a vibrant and flavorful journey through Latin American cuisine. Guests consistently praise the Pork/Beef Burritos and Fish Tacos for their rich flavors and fresh ingredients. Other standouts include the smoky Esquites, refreshing Mexican Ceviche, flavorful Arroz con Pato, and hearty Chilli Con Carne. While some find it a bit pricey, the quality of food, lively ambiance, and excellent service are frequently highlighted as justifying the cost. The bright, Latin-inspired decor and potential views of the Rain Vortex enhance the dining experience. In summary, TONITO is highly recommended for its authentic and delicious Latin American fare, vibrant atmosphere, and attentive staff, making it a worthwhile culinary stop at Jewel.

Chose this place for something different to eat. It’s an ok place which is in essentially a busy mall. However the good was nice albeit slightly underwhelming. I ordered the paella, which apart from being small (1 person size) was very average. Then patatas bravas, fish tacos, a prawn pasta and some passion fruit mojitos. All nice but missing something. No real heat, no big flavours. Good for a family meal but Latin American food? No

Love the food. They did a kickass vegetarian paella too which I had together with the fish and chicken tacos. Amazing service, fantastic cocktails. I will be back again.

Good place for casual lunch. All seat can see famous Jewel water fall and quite spacious. Food wise , menu was quite compact…better have more choice. everything was quite safe , ceviche was not the same taste I try many place but others were quite okay. Service staff there ( short and black hair lady ) was really helpful.

We picked this place as the queues everywhere on a weekend around 7-8pm were notorious. Grateful for the accommodating service staff to seat 7 of us! Waiting time took less than 10 minutes. My fav so far is their mojito and their mushroom risotto (similar dish). Everything else was average.

Casual cafe at Jewel with a view of the fountain. Service was prompt and efficient. The octopus is highly recommended. Fish tacos as well. The paella on the small side and average.

It was a nice dinner with good food and good view overlooking the water fall in Jewel. The Arroz con Marisco is really good. Something like a cream based risotto, but the texture of the rice is different. Also ordered a Pollo Ala Brasa that is good for sharing. Two juicy and grilled chicken thighs, accompanied by fresh vegetables and crispy fries. The only criticism I have are the margarita. It is too sweet for my liking and perhaps it could just stick to the usual lime based margarita.
