Consistently great, friendly service, delicious and great value, especially with some promo offers they offer. Would recommend for a quick lunch or dinner. In summer time I’d recommend their summer ramens without broth, refreshing and delicious.

Simply fantastic experience. We didn't wait too long for the food and got quite generous portions of salt-based ramen as well as Tokyo. We did enjoy both, but for us, Tokyo ramen was the clear winner. Especially those marinated cuts of pork. Gosh - they were genuinely outstanding!!! Make sure to use their branded chilli sauce to give it slightly more character. At the end to finish the meal nicely we got a miso salted caramel ice cream cake which was not overly sweet (surprisingly even slightly bitter) but it was a nice thing to try!

Just wandering around Ealing Broadway when we came across this lovely Japanese Ramen Bar. We tried their Chicken Karaage and Prawn Gyoza and it was an absolute delight. Their Tonkotsu is as authentic as you can get on this side of London. The noodles are authentic ramen and the broth is creamy (which I really like). Lastly, we tried their ice cream called The Naughty One and it was really good. Anyone passing by Ealing Broadway should give this place a try, especially for those who love a good ol’ bowl of ramen.

Tonkutso never disappoints. Very reliable chain! The ramen dishes are rich in flavour and the portions are generous. Definitely worth it! Kinga is so friendly & very attentive and food is delivered within 10 minutes.

We had such a great experience here — everything was fresh, flavourful, and perfectly cooked. I loved the chilli chicken noodles (so tasty with just the right level of spice!) and the tonkotsu ramen, which they very kindly customised by swapping the pork for chicken — such great service. The Tokyo ramen, chicken karaage, and pork gyoza were all fantastic too — crispy, juicy, and full of flavour. The team were friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was relaxed but lively. Highly recommend Tonkotsu if you’re after comforting, authentic Japanese flavours with really lovely service. I’ll definitely be back!

Lovely staff, they were very busy. Food was great, we booked with first table. I would return here and I recommend vegan options

We had an amazing time at this place — everything was fresh, bursting with flavor, and cooked to perfection. The chilli chicken noodles were especially delicious, with just the right kick of spice! The tonkotsu ramen was a highlight too, and they kindly customised it by replacing the pork with chicken. The Tokyo ramen, chicken karaage, and pork gyoza were also excellent — crispy, juicy, and full of taste. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was relaxed yet lively. If you’re looking for comforting, authentic Japanese dishes with great service, I highly recommend Tonkotsu.

We were group of 9. sorry but we didn’t feel welcomed at first, I am not sure why. But the food was delicious, amazing. The service was quick. We ate a lot 😋 and we will definitely come again.

Yelp
Finally, a Ramen joint in Ealing!! With a lunch menu that's of excellent price, you'll want to be heading straight here for your lunch break (especially when it's cold outside! Nothing like a bit of ramen to warm your belly up.) We were sat upstairs and brought water and menus. At first, I thought, what a cool small ramen spot - but no, there's a downstairs!!! There's actually loads of space! Do not be deceived if it's full upstairs, chances are there's seating downstairs. The lunch menu consists of any small ramen bowl on the menu and a side for £9.95. I chose the pork, ginger and garlic gyoza, which came to the table fresh from the kitchen. For mains, I chose the Miso mushroom ramen, which was absolutely delicious. There was a variety of mushrooms which topped the homemade noodles, accompanied with a seasoned egg, black kale, bamboo shoots and spring onions. The broth was made up of konbu and shiitake mushroom and was miso based. Delicious!! I had the option to upgrade to a large bowl for an extra £1.95, but it was rather filling! I would definitely come back again to try more from the menu; I've got my eye on the chilli chicken ramen for next time!

Yelp
I've ordered delivery and it was so good that I had to visit this place in person. The noodles were perfect the broth was perfect. Perfectly seasoned and served at the right temperature. The noodles were done just right and weren't too chewy or undercooked or over cooked just done perfectly. Everything about this place felt very precise and impeccable like you'd expect in a real Japanese establishment in Tokyo. I had the pork, ginger and garlic gyoza to start and they were plump and juicy as advertised. I had the Tonkotsu ramen which comes with the delicious pork broth. It came with roast pork belly, bamboo shoots, bean sprouts, spring onions. Very filling and good value for the money. I will be back.

Yelp
The portions are very good and the tonkotsu pork was perfectly cooked. The ramen a tea were exactly what I needed after my flight.

Yelp
We had Tonkotsu Ramen and it was excellent. The noodles were perfect and the pork broth delicous. The service was quick and friendly, prices are moderate. Nice new option in Ealing!

Yelp
I had a fantastic experience at Tonkotsu in Ealing this evening. I don't normally write reviews but felt these guys deserve a shout out. The atmosphere was upbeat, we couldn't fault the staff who were all outstanding and felt like they love their jobs and I was pleasantly surprised by the decor. Loved the food- as good as the Soho branch which I've been going to for years. The broths are phenomenal, putting Pho to shame. All in all- a great addition to The Mall! It's got to be up there for the best service and quality food and drinks.

Yelp
Tonkotsu ramen is so good- the soup is rich and creamy, the ramen itself is wonderfully cooked and I love their chilli oil. Definitely recommend this place. One of the best in town.
