We had a wonderful time at TONO doha for my Wife's birthday. The food and ambiance were absolutely fantastic, their outdoor balcony gave a really intimate atmosphere. Our server Islam made us all feel at home and gave the best recommendations so big shout out to him and the team. We had their Friday Deseo Latino night and we really enjoyed the food specially their Ceviche. Truly a 10/10 restaurant and we'll definitely be back for sure. 🙏🏼

came here for the Friday Deseo Latin Brunch. Its a set menu. -FOOD was nice especially the cold appetizers (ceviche etc.). The sushi platter was okay. nothing wow but the lomo saltado and chicken breast for mains were really tender and juicy. The texture was impressive to me as its difficult to keep the tenderness of these meat so 5 star on that. Desserts were nice too especially the ice cream and matcha cheesecake. -ATMOSPHERE is always nice especially the interior. The live band starts at 8pm and it was entertaining too. A bit dark inside as the main spiral tower thing the middle doesnt light up until 8pm. so if you come before 8, its a bit quiet and not much light. -SERVICE : I give this aspect 3 stars as the service was just okay. From the Arabic hostess who takes you to the table and receives the call during reservation, to the servers (which is mostly concentrated on one nationality), they do their job but nothing special. It was rather casual than fine dining experience. We have been in Tono before but the service was the same so we did not expect much this time. Service could be warmer, more attention to detail, finesse etc just like when clearing tables and putting the plates on your table. Overall, price was decent as we used entertainer. If paying full price considering the service and sushi part, we would prefer some place else.

A stylish Peruvian restaurant with a stunning view over The Pearl. We reserved a table on the terrace and with the pleasant weather, it turned into the perfect night. The manager Mr. Carlos personally escorted us to our table and explained the restaurant’s concept which has locations around the world, as well as the story behind the chef Akira. Our server Mr. Islam was super friendly and took the time to explain each dish and share his recommendations. The restaurant offers terrace seating, a second floor dining area and private rooms. Every Friday from 8 PM, they host Latino Night with live music which really sets the vibe. The grilled salmon paired beautifully with the sauce, we finished it in no time. The lamb chops were incredibly tender and served with seven different mini sauces. They even provided a special knife just for the lamb. For dessert, the chocolate dish was rich but not overly sweet with the sauce adding a nice finishing touch. Highly recommend visiting on Friday for Latina Night 💃✨

Great ambience. Starters and sushi were good. Main course and dessert were average. Great deal on the Entertainer app. One of us has a shellfish allergy, and the restaurant made sure to provide separate portions and suitable alternatives. It was difficult to have a conversation once the band started, though the band itself was nice.

The view from the terrace is absolutely magnificent! Adding to the superb mood was the choice of good music. It was the perfect background live music band performing - present enough to feel lively and engaging. Of course, the food was great. Every dish we ordered was expertly prepared, flavorful, and presented beautifully. It’s clear the kitchen takes pride in delivering high-quality cuisine. Moreover what truly set this night apart was the extraordinary level of service. Our waiter, Ribah, was attentive, professional, and genuinely friendly. He managed our table seamlessly, always anticipating our needs without being intrusive. We also had the pleasure of meeting Carlos, the manager, who went above and beyond. Carlos clearly fosters a welcoming environment, he took the time to chat with us, ensuring our experience was flawless and making us feel truly valued. His hospitality transformed a lovely dinner into a wonderfully social and personalized evening. We highly recommend Tono restaurant for anyone looking for exceptional food paired with a beautiful setting and service that genuinely makes you feel in Heaven!

We tried their Friday night dinner at TONO and honestly… I loved it! ✨ Each dish was not just served but beautifully explained — the staff took time to walk us through what was on the plate, the ingredients, and how the flavors work together, which made the experience feel even more special. 🍣🍽️ The food was freshly prepared and full of flavor, with the perfect mix of Japanese precision and bold Peruvian touch. The cocktails were super well-balanced, and the atmosphere was lively and welcoming — perfect for a fun night out. Everything felt thoughtful and elevated. Definitely a place I’d come back to again!

We experienced Thursday Latino Night at TONO, and from the moment we walked in until we left, we were warmly welcomed. Our waiter, Adam, took care of us with great attention throughout the evening. We chose the set menu, and the presentation of the dishes was excellent. Between courses, our plates were changed and the table was kept spotless. A particularly thoughtful gesture was that, even though we hadn’t ordered the set menu for our child, they brought ice cream and dessert for her as well. The food was tasty and well-prepared, though I must say I have had even better in Doha. The live music was outstanding, and the artists’ energy truly elevated the entire evening. They made our experience unforgettable. Overall, the service was flawless, the atmosphere was amazing, but I think the food could be improved a little more.
