Extremely disappointing experience. Worse meal I had in Spain in a week, and all year generally. Overpriced amateurish effort. Just terrible. Worse still, none of the staff, not one, in an international hotel restaurant, spoke modicum of English to understand me saying that besides half decent grilled octopus, that is definetely not better than any €6 tapas in town (not €15 they charged me for half portion), EVERYTHING was bland and completely unseasoned. Nobody in the kitchen clearly tasted anything before serving. Sour tasting awful cream of something that they served with both the grilled octopus AND carp fish, was bad enough, but "vegetables of Almeria" for which I had great hopes on top of this bland mess, turned out to be cubed carrot, tiny florets of cauliflower and beans - ALL completely raw. I have photo to prove it. Bones found in the fish didn't help. Even the little amouse bouche of tomato "soup" was completely unseasoned, only was made edible by salt, thankfully left next to the oil. Bread was good, if bit stale, as was decent olive oil. They were the only positives, together with fish that though strange tasting, wasn't overcooked. Not worth the trip here, leave alone taxi ride there and back from the centre, the price of which, would have paid for tapas in town. AVOID!
