How to Do Your Holiday Shopping at an East Asian Supermarket | Eater

"A Korean beauty brand’s mask and hand-cream lines are highlighted as low-stakes, affordable stocking-stuffer options: the "I Am" mask collection leans into food- and fruit-themed scents/ingredients (coconut for hydration, green tea for purifying, strawberry for evening tone) and is available in two-mask packs or a "Super Food Mask Bowl" set with six two-packs in playful packaging. Separately, fruit-shaped hand creams (peach, apple, strawberry) are praised for their cute packaging and texture; the writer singles out the peach as a favorite, describing it as "a lightweight lotion that’s subtly scented and made with peach and apricot extracts and shea butter, in a container that gives me great pleasure to twist open each time." — EDJ" - Erin DeJesus

I love this place! The owner is extremely kind and helpful, and every product she has recommended me in the year since I’ve been coming here has vastly improved my skin over what I’d been using. She explained my skin type to me and if I’m ever trying to buy a product that wouldn’t be good for it, she tells me and shows me an equivalently priced product that would be better for my skin. So helpful! The store is clean and organized, can’t recommend this place enough!

This place is filthy, all the make up testers are ran thru and the shelves and counters are covered in dust and dirt. The lady working the counter (allegedly the owner) is rude as heck and possibly prejudice. The make up is labeled tester, I picked up a lipstick in a twist tub to look at the color on the brush as everything was disgusting. The lady watched me like a hawk and as soon as I looked at it she got on to me like I was going to use it. I also had a full face of makeup on but she treated me like I wasn’t going to buy anything. My friend who is Vietnamese was with me and she picked up a compact to test the color on her hand and the lady had enough and snapped the compact closed after grabbing it from her hands and told her “no!” Then told us to tell her which testers and she would bring it to the counter and put it on us. There was no sign saying we could not use a tester. Also for how rude the employee was she sure was poor at her job. I’d never buy the old dirty make up from here, would it be too much to ask for her to mind her business and actually clean the store?! It’s so unsanitary and all the make up is overpriced and expired (some by years based on expiration on the boxes). I also don’t appreciate that she was very short with me but aggressively rude to my Vietnamese friend so much so I honestly think it was her being prejudice.

I have been coming to the store for over a year now, and I absolutely love it. I love the owner, she really knows her products and gives you the best advices, I love that if you’re skin, doesn’t need it, she will say no and for me that is a great Customer service! Come in and see her and ask all questions because she will not Disappoint. ❤️❤️

Google
I was thankful to find a Tony Moly store at the HMart strip mall. When I was living in Korea I used to buy all my beauty products from Tony Moly in Korea. The products are reasonably priced, especially when compared to the prices for more well-known brand names. As a man, I don’t need the best skincare line, but I still think it is important for a man to invest in a decent skincare line.

Really cool store with a lot of different korean beauty products! They also have a really cool photo booth where you can add kpop stars to your photos!

Didn’t look around the store, just grab my usual and left. No issues, I will be back.

My friends and I had a great experience here. The owner was so sweet and helpful. She gave me a few options to help with my dry sensitive skin and talked me through the skin routine process. We will definitely be back.

Yelp
The shop keeper is so friendly, and they've now added a photobooth area! It's seriously so cute and is a great way to get people to come inside and look at skincare as well. My boyfriend and I had such a fun time taking photos and also purchasing some face masks afterwards.

Yelp
I wish I could give this Tony Moly a higher rating but sadly this location let me down for two reasons. 1.The staff literally followed behind me the entire time not saying a word. This made me very uncomfortable. 2. The prices here I found to be higher than the store in Manhatten which was very dissapointing as I came in planning on grabbing my favorite eyebrow pencil and a couple masks along the way.

Yelp
If I could give this shop ten stars, I totally would! Not only did the store have such a neat and organized set up with an amazing variety of products, but the sweet lady at the front was so accommodating! She saw that my party and I were circling around, and made some great suggestions! The prices of the products were also stellar - We're definitely visiting again!

Yelp
Tony Moly always treats me right and this location may have upped the ante!! After being disappointed by another Korean beauty/makeup store in the area I was determined to leave the Dallas area with some kind of Korean beauty supply. Tony Moly eyeliner is my staple but since I didn't need any I went on a face mask search. They have a wide variety of face mask. They basically take up a third of the store. They also offer a lot of deals when you buy multiple mask. I got a 2 step mask and a snail secretion mask. I'm super excited to try them. My friend went crazy and got a bunch of makeup. The sales lady was very helpful. There was a small language barrier but she did her best to help me understand the items I was buying. I even noticed a mask for a dollar at the register and she told me it wasn't good but since I had made another purchase after my initial purchase she threw one in for me to try. Yelp
I think one star is still too high of a rating for the way that my friend and I were treated at this location. We were browsing around the store and an older Korean lady immediately went over to us and wouldn't let us try out the testers by ourselves. Afterwards, she kept following us around the store and telling us about the products. This is pretty typical of k-beauty places, so it wasn't anything too out of the ordinary - but then it went downhill from there. Once we said that we were fine just looking around, the lady's entire mood changed. She then kept asking us if we were "done checking up", and after we finally understood that she meant "looking around", she pretty much motioned to the door and told us to leave. My friend and I were in shock that this was happening to us and just left the store at that point. The lady still had a rude expression on her face after shoo-ing us out. We were literally in the store for less than 10 minutes, and I guess that was long enough for her to decide for herself that we were not going to purchase anything. I don't think kicking out potential customers is the most profitable way to do business (we were actually going to buy some face masks :)) but it seems like that's how they roll. I've heard stories from friends that they have also felt unwelcome during their time here. If you're looking for k-beauty places to shop around at, the other stores in this plaza are much more welcoming and probably won't kick you out after a couple minutes! I don't see myself coming back to this location again after this incident.

Yelp
My mom loves this place she was first looking for a cream for wrinkles and the lady there provided so much info on what type of creams based on age and skin and my mom really likes the bio ex cell peptide set. Every time I go there to buy more the lady who works there gives me a gift or free samples she's so awesome, not sure if it but receipt say mi sook moon as cashier if this you are the reason we keep going back you provide great customer service.

Yelp
Nice little shop, almost similar to The Face Shop, it's a really nice store that sells Korean beauty supplies such as, moisturizer, toner, creams, make up, shower gel, and a lot more! We purchased the snail gift set for $60 (original $177) not a bad deal! The worker, an older Asian lady was very kind and helpful!

Yelp
I like Tony Moly products and was excited to see this store. But too bad for this experience. I had my two kids with me, immediately the older lady was following us around. She kept telling my kids not to touch anything. They already know to behave in a cosmetic store, all they wanted to try and smell was the hand creams to gift to their teachers. I was very surprised with her attitude. Maybe she's not used to having customers with children? I don't know but that is no way to do business. I had a list in mind before entering the store and left with nothing. I cannot support a store that treats their customers this way. I will not be returning or recommend this place. Order all your favorite Tony Moly products online!!

Yelp
Can I tell you about something totally cool and cute that happened here? My three year old daughter always acts like a terror in here and the Face Shop. She was running around (as usual) and I am doing more to subdue her than shop, so then I really just ended up waiting on my friend to finish up. I was about to take her out of the store to wait in the Texan heat when one of the coworkers started to engage her and entertain her. She didn't act annoyed like they do in the Face Shop. She asked me if she could paint my daughter's nails and I said no because she still sucks her thumb. I then felt like I *had* to buy something so I made a couple purchases. The saleslady showed me a nail polish that my daughter pointed out and then just gave it to her. It's definitely not expected nor a standard I would ever come to expect, but it really made my week. Thank you guys!!

Yelp
I'm ranking this shop highly mostly because it's the only Korean shop I've been to. I wish I knew where there were more!!! Okay so I can't give it five stars only because I first visited the website and I expected something a little more expansive and a little fancier. I also did product research prior to my purchases and I was pleasantly surprised to find find those items there. Almost all products had the testers. Some did not have the writing in English but that's when the lovely employee comes in. We weren't followed around by anyone and not at one point was I uncomfortable. The girl that works there was super nice and knowledgeable. Only downside is I get the feeling everything is a little over priced. I had my basket full and when everything was rung up I was shocked!! I put half the stuff back but mostly because I hope I will be back.

Yelp
I'm in love with this shop. Their skin care products work wonders. I've been using a luxurious face cream called chok chok green tea watery moisture cream from them and my skin has never looked better. My skin is always so dry so I tend to buy all my lotions and masks here. One of the holy grail items I discovered here was the shiny foot super peeling liquid. It removed so much dead skin from my feet, they looked so healthy and soft again after using it. They also have a variety of cute makeup and lip tints. The staff is always so friendly and helpful and to top things off they always send you home with samples of other products. The attached picture is a few small gifts I bought my mom for her birthday.

Yelp
Perfect for all your K Beauty needs and wants. The store had an amazing selection of skin care and makeup. The staff met me at the door, they were extremely helpful and knowledgeable on all aspects of the K-Beauty regimen and tailored the items per my age and skin type! Holy Tony Moly the free gifts were two face mask and a full size 100ml morning cleanser!! This place is great!!! I'd recommend it to anyone that loves KB.

Yelp
Like other have experienced the older lady treat me and my friend badly. We were just looking around, seeing if we needed anything. But turns out we didn't, so we left within a few minutes being there. The older lady, was on her phone the whole entire time we were there so we minded our own business. When we left and got into my car, the older lady ran out and slammed on my window to open the door. I thought I dropped something, so I opened the door. And I understand English isn't her native language, but I was trying to understand what she was saying. I assume she was saying I took pictures in her store, so I proved her my galley and told her I didnt take any photos. But she kept accusing me that I did, but I CLEARLY showed her my galley and NOTHING was taken in her store. She got frustrated and called her son in the phone to translate and talk to me. The person on the phone said "did you take any pictures?" At this point I'm furious, and told him "I DIDNT HAVE MY PHONE OUT, I PROVED TO HER ALREADY, WE DIDNT TAKE ANT PHOTOS" and hes like "oh okay". I gave the phone back to her, and she started yelling at my friend to give up her phone and I started screaming "WE DIDNT TAKE ANY PHOTOS, WE DID NOT HAVE OUR PHONES OUT" she kept insisting. I kept telling "WE DONT HAVE ANY PICTURES" she left after that. No apologies no Whatsoever. I've been to this location whenever I'm in town, this is the first time being treated like this. The owner is plain rude and accused us for doing something we didn't do, even when I proved it to her and explained to her god dam son.
google avatar

Maleeha A.

Yelp
Extremely rude customer service. If you want to be treated badly, come here! It'd be better to order products online as opposed to going into this store because paying for shipping outweighs getting berated by this extremely rude lady.

Yelp
If I could give these people zero star, I would do so. One star is a waste for these people. Last time I was at this place, I purchased a SAMPLE PRODUCT not knowing that it was one. After I found that out, I wanted to refund the product but she was mad that I told her selling the SAMPLE products disguised as REAL products was the reason why I wanted the refund and started to yell at me. This kind of service was certainly UNACCEPTABLE to me as a customer and to me, selling the sample product should not be possible first place. I told her that she should let the customers know what they are buying, but she said she did not want to listen to me in a very rude way. We had the argument for at least 30 min but she did not give us a refund nor wanted to listen to us. She said in her words that she will be selling those "NOT FOR SALE" products. So, IF YOU WERE GOING TO SHOP AT THIS PLACE PLEASE HAVE IN MIND THAT YOU MIGHT BE SCAMMED AS WELL!!!
google avatar

Yelp
So apparently everybody has had the same experience where the older korean lady tells customers to rudely leave even though we didn't do anything wrong! Such a bad business & overall experience! Will never shop here again!

Yelp
I always heard about Tony Moly on YouTube, so I was excited to check out the actual store. I can always order it on amazon, but then sometimes I question the authenticity of it. I'm mostly a fan of their cute packaging! They don't have as many things as The Face Shop, but they were the only store that was open after 8, even though the store sign said they closed at 8 on a Sunday. I bought the cute little panda eye brightening stick that supposedly erases your under eye circles. I also bought this exfoliating gel that takes away your dead skin cells when you rub it. I was amazed! No harsh abrasive scrubbing sugar beads for me. The makeup didn't entice me as much though. The service was really good. The owner was this cute Korean lady and her son was really helpful in explaining what everything was and how to use it. However, I usually like to shop on my own and I'd rather read explanations myself. It feels uncomfortable at times to have someone hover over you like you might steal something. Overall I'm excited to try out my new products and maybe I'll be back!

Yelp
I really enjoyed my experience here! When I first walked in, a very nice lady came and greeted me and my mother. She asked if we had any questions and when we did she gave us a very nice description. It really warmed my heart to meet someone so friendly like her. The products were just what I wanted. Unlike the overpriced masks at Sephora that they carry for tony moly, the masks here were only $1 ~ $3 at most. Their products are very nice and cute packaged! The lady also gave us samples :)

Yelp
So. Let me start by saying that I love Tony Moly products. I typically buy them online because it's usually much less expensive that way (RoseRoseShop, baby!), but when I found out there was an actual store location in my area, I was super excited and had to check it out. I went on a slow weekday. The only girl I saw working was in the middle of ringing someone up when I walked in, but she greeted me right away. So far so good. As soon as she was finished with the other customers, she approached me, but didn't ask if I needed help finding anything. Instead, she followed me around the store. And by followed, I don't mean at a reasonable distance. I'm talking like, LITERALLY a foot away from me AT ALL TIMES. I put up with it for around 5-10 minutes before leaving. Clearly I was perceived as a serious theft risk, or something. Beyond uncomfortable. One other thing - I was shopping for a particular few items as last minute gifts, none of which they had in stock. Compared to all the Tony Moly products that I know to exist, their selection is extremely poor. Just... yikes. I'll continue to shop online.

Yelp
I AM IN LOVE! I have been looking for Tony Moly products EVERYWHERE! And was so happy to find out that they are right by my house?!?! I was greeted by the nicest gentleman dressed in a suit and he helped me find everything I need and everything is in cute packaging and clean and CHEAP! Don't go to urban outfitters or Sephora and buy the over priced product when you can get everything for the right price! They also give you samples with your purchase to try out and he will more than happily give you samples to try things out when you get home. It is amazing! Definitely going back and excited to try all my new things!
google avatar

Yelp
I've been christmas shopping with my sister & father and this store had AMAZING customer service! The lady working the store was very sweet & helpful! She showed us many products from face serums to lip tints and was patient with us the entire time. Even with the language barrier she did her best at explaining each product. She even gave us free samples! Would highly HIGHLY recommend this store. (I have read a lot of the negative comments about her and went to the store myself and I think people have just mistaken her kindness for being too persistent and the language barrier might make it seem that she's being rude but she is not.)
google avatar

Yelp
This place gets a ZERO star but since I cannot I'll do the minimum. The reason why this place gets a ZERO star is because when I cleaned the lipstick then applied to my lips they didn't like it. Ok. Fine. She said u can put on ur hand and then apply to your lips. Ummm ok. So I found another color I was going to CLEAN the lipstick with the cleaning stuff they had in the area and the lady was like NO. Just put on your hand and then put on your lips. EXCUSE me. How many people have tried on the lipstick?? How do u know the hands that has been tested on was washed when they used the restroom. Also putting on you hands and lips does not yield the same result bc your lips and your hands are NOT the same color. This place needs to pull up a sign that says NO CLEANING OF LIPSTICK or not put the cleaning stuff in area as this is MISLEADING. If you can't carry enough INVENTORY (only reason why I can think they being so CHEAP with their product or suggest we be as UNHYGIENIC as they are) then don't bother carrying the product. Oh and stop following people around like they wanna steal your shit. I heard 2 girls complaining about the workers as we were walking in. Act like your product is YSL or something. Smh

Yelp
I drove from nw Okc to get to this lone Tony Moly shop. I was so excited since I usually have to purchase Tony Moly products on Amazon. (Amazon does not have as many) I love TONY MOLY! This store is worth it. Great products and friendly faces. A mother and daughter helped me find what I needed to purchase. With every purchase you get free samples. I got a chok chok green tea moisturizer sample. I love it! Again I will be a Tony Moly customer for life. I hope you read this review and decide to visit this store.

Yelp
Look, even if you're not a beauty junkie like me, you really must stop in and grab a handful of sheet masks for a few dollar bills. These things are quality, and there is one for just about every skin concern. I have to take a star off for the lack of English information on a lot of the products, but I'm probably just being picky and culturally insensitive. I had to spend a lot of time chatting with the cute and very helpful associate. If someone unfriendly was working, it might be harder. The products that I purchased have been great - a brightening sleeping mask and lip scrub system have both been worked into my daily routine, but the best part is that the lip scrub system came in big plastic lips. Just fun packaging on a great deal of their products. Bananas, peaches, pandas, lips - the packging alone was worth the trip. Apparently sometimes they give out free samples and stuff - this time the lady who runs the ship was giving out full size nail polishes, so that was a cool bonus. I only bought a few things because I was unfamiliar with the brand (although I heard about the place from a fellow beauty blogger), but I'll be going back for much more. I'm hoping that there will still be a friendly associate when I go back.

Lisa L.

Yelp
I just recently moved from CA and I didn't know where to go buy Korean products.. but I just went in to see what they have and the owner is super friendly gave me free products with the purchase. Definitely going back there soon! She recommended few moisturizer, spray and free samples :)

Yelp
IM IN LOVE. Came in on a Monday, they were restocking, and I was the only customer... Awkwardly quiet. Definitely enjoyed how they let me do my thing though and gave me some much needed info when I confusingly studied a product (because everything is in Korean). The "I'm real" and "Pureness 100" facemasks were $1.79.. So I grabbed 10... They also have makeup! Tried the Tony moly tattoo lip.. Yeah that tester is still on my hand after a shower AND makeup wipes (awesome staying power). I can't wait to come back :) the staff was super friendly and helpful.

Yelp
Just accidentally found a TonyMoly in Carollton. My friend and I got so excited and browsed through the store. They have a lot of masks, snail cream, whitening stuff. The two girls there explained some stuff to us and we ended up buying a bunch of stuff. If you want to get authentic Korean cosmetics, this is the best place to visit. It is a small store but my friend and I were in paradise!
google avatar

Kristina T.

Yelp
I've never gotten my hands on Tony Moly ever until I found this store in Carollton's Korea town. It's located in the same plaza as H-Mart and Omi. Just walking in, I was immediately greeted by a guy manning the store. He seemed very kind and informative about the products. I appreciated that he wasn't pushy about selling products and gave honest opinions about what would be better for me, taking in account of my skin type and age. Sometimes I'd pick up products, and he'd tell me that I wouldn't need it because I was too young and would offer a product that would achieve the same results for girls my age. I ended up walking out with 2 lip stains, 13 facial masks for the price of 10 from a deal they were having, and a few products for my boyfriend's mother who's in love with skin care. As well as the purchased items, he gave me a handful of samples and explained every single one to me. The oil based lip stains from Tony Moly are really pigmented and hold really well. Still going through the facial masks, but so far I really enjoy the scents and they rejuvenate my skin quite nicely. As far as my boyfriend's mother, she's loving the scent of the orange hand cream and her snail eye masks are working out nicely. I really love the products and the guy working there was extremely kind and informative. I will be back for more!!!

Yelp
We are not Asian but my daughter has very pale skin. On a whim we decided to try Tony Moly for foundation and some other cosmetics. Within a minute the clerk matched her skin perfectly! All was done with the utmost attention to safety. Great products, decent prices! Loved the service!
google avatar

Julie N.

Yelp
Im from New Orleans and came here on my mini vacay to Dallas to stock up on products for when I went home. A friend of mine gave me some of their face mask products to try and I really liked it. I used the wine pore mask to get rid of blackheads since my nose is filled with them. The face masks leaves your face feeling smooth and refreshed after. The clerk informed me on how long the face masks will last and how often I should use them which is really nice. She also gave me a free mask of their new product to try which was so sweet of her.
google avatar

Diane C.

Yelp
The shop seems to be run by a friendly and sweet Korean lady who is extremely knowledgeable about the makeup sold here and the techniques used to apply makeup in general. The store is extremely well stocked, and there's a lot of makeup here that is strictly only sold domestically in Korea which really impressed me. I found a lot of products that I was desperately trying to find online, but was able to buy them at a cheap price here! The prices here are amazing, considering the fact a lot of the makeup is probably shipped here all the way from Korea which I really appreciate. Additionally, the store owner is very friendly and whenever I come here, I always learn something new. If I have an inquiry about a product, she explains it to me in depth and concisely. Not only that, after checkout she slipped in a few free products and masks into my bag, and some samples for my mother, which was not expected but truly appreciated. I've never had a bad experience in this shop over the past couple of years or so.

Yelp
Tony moly, a Korean brand, is a rare gem in the middle of the DFW area. I thought I would have to purchase everything online till I found this store. This store saved me the hassle of an online purchase. The atmosphere is very professional and the owner-lady (?) was very kind in helping me choose a lip tint. I came in with a group of people and I was a little worried the owner would be annoyed at the commotion we were making. But she kindly helped me and my friend choose the best cosmetics suited for us (Shaking tint and moisture cream). I was carrying a paper bag filled with some heavy gifts and she kindly provided me with a sturdier plastic bag when I asked. Overall, wonderful service and products. I would recommend anyone to come here who also values Korean cosmetics.

Yelp
I had visited here a long time ago. I believe I went there when it barely opened and I never go back to this horrible place again. I was excited to try new make-up products and my skin was perfectly fine trying new stuffs until I used a tester, not a sample, she suggested to try at home. Well, that caused me a complete mess on my face. It completely changed skin type + hyper sensitive and literally had to visit dermatologist and took a year to have the skin I had before. Anyway, I came back to refund on the next day and she was furious about the refund and wouldn't give me and suggest to exchange instead. I even told her I got really bad skin trouble and her response was speechless "It looks fine to me." If the old lady try to consult your skin. Don't ever listen to her. She's not knowledgeable enough to do it.

Yelp
I am a personal fan of Tony Moly products, but this store has some minor issues I wish they would fix. The lady who usually runs the store is this cute little Korean lady who is so sweet and helpful. She always gives free samples and tries to help as much as she can, even with the broken English. I love walking into the store and seeing that she's the one working. The first thing I don't like about the store is that sometimes they have other people working (younger girls) and one of the two I've seen isn't very friendly. She doesn't seem very interested in helping the customer, but she hovers around close to you. It makes me feel uncomfortable and I can't look around in peace. The second thing that bothers me is that they don't always replace the same products. You could go in and buy a face wash or cleanser one week, and a few weeks later they no longer carry the product in stores. I've had to change my face wash three times. I know I could go buy it online, it would just be easier if they weren't constantly changing the products or getting rid of things. They have some really cute makeup containers and face masks that I recommend :)

Yelp
I've never been really into makeup, so today me and my best friend went to tonymoly. the worker that was working today was very kind! she also loved kpop. she recommended me many things, and she helped me a lot. she's so sweet! i can't wait to come back soon~

Yelp
I can't even begin to tell you how much I absolutely ADORE and LOVE this place! The lady associate is SO friendly and always gives me free samples whenever I check out. They have a wide variety of Korean skincare products, masks, and other items. I honestly go out of my way to come here (since I live in uptown Dallas) and it's well worth it!

Yelp
I had a great fun time shopping around in this store with the help of the sweet lady who works at the front. I purchased some of the cute bunny chapsticks, lip stains, green tea moisturizer kit with a makeup bag, face masks, and next time I want to try the foot peel.
google avatar

Yelp
I've gone in here a couple times, and each time they follow me around because they suspect me of stealing. Also, if you look closer at the products, most of them (if not all) are past the expiration date. The employees that follow me around try to break the tension by telling me details some of their products (that I never asked about) but I see right through them. Don't come here.

Yelp
The products are great, I've found that it is cheaper here than buying them online and I always leave with free samples with my purchase. The saleslady is really nice and helpful. She can help you choose the right products for your skin.

Yelp
I love it here. I normally come here and it's always the same beauty expert on staff. She's really nice and always remembers me. I love that they also give you free samples when you buy a product and that they ask what kind of skin you have so they can give you something that will work.

Yelp
Tony Moly provides me with exceptional service upon every visit. Not only do they try to assist me with finding products for my skin type, but they also are great with additional suggestions. As with most K-beauty retailers, you also receive some nice free samples with your purchase as well!

Yelp
This place always has the best skin care products for all skin types! I come here to buy stuff for myself as well as my mother and the workers are always so helpful and nice!

Yelp
I absolutely love this place! I have combination and acne prone skin so naturally I try to calm the beasts with whatever I can find. I love all the products here with my heart and soul. The foam cleansers clear up my skin and leave me feeling fresh! Even my dad uses them too! The sheet masks they have are lovely and feel extremely comforting (they smell delightful!). The way they package their makeup is so adorable and the employees are kind but a little timid sometimes. :) I come here as often as I can and my dad loves to come with me. I 10/10 recommend!

Yelp
It's a small cute store extreamly cute packaging I've been hesitant to going after seeing so many reviews about being followed around considering I love my personal space but the lady at the counter wasn't really following extreamly close but still kind of uncomfortable I will definitely go back there but maybe with somebody else and not too by myself

Yelp
TONY MOLY! this place is seriously dangerous. every single time i go in i buy something. sheet masks start off at 1.75...sephora sells these for 3.00+ a single mask FYI. their skincare is amazing and their makeup is so good. if you are just starting off in trying their skincare i recommend their sheetmasks that are the real series. they are the most moisturizing sheet masks i have ever used, and i have tried alot. their hand cream (peach) is amazing and their aloe vera gel is awesome. as far as makeup their eyeshadows are pigmented and lip products are as well. i love their water lip tints! seriously those things don't budge. the service is always so nice and willing to help.

Yelp
ehh, my first time at this store/location and I don't think i'll be back. there wasn't a wide variety of products like The Face Shop. When I entered the store, the workers greeted me and then let out a huge laugh (sarcastic? making fun of me) I dont know what if was, but i felt uncomfortable.

Yelp
Love this place. Lots of really nice products at great prices. Their packaging is too notch. Loved the hand butter and sheet masks. Don't forget your free samples.

Yelp
My mom and I were followed the whole time we were in the store. The sales associate was literally only two steps behind us as we wandered through the store. She was staring at us as if she expected us to steal at any moment. All we wanted was to browse in peace. It's not fun shopping when there's an employee standing in front of you (when looking at the makeup) or behind you (the rest of the store) looking like they are waiting for you to take a product and stuff it in your purse. It was my first time going to this store and I was determined to buy something. But after an extremely uncomfortable few minutes we left empty handed. Whether we will go back or not is undecided.
