Went here for the $17.99 Steak and Lobster Dinner special from 9pm to 11pm on a Saturday night. Big line up but was seated in about 20 minutes. Fast and friendly service. They have a big menu and prices weren't bad. No substitutions for specials. 6oz Steak with either lobster or shrimp, baked potato and mixed veggies. Steak was bland and over cooked but everything else was fine. Still great price for a good meal.

Waited an hour to get in. We all ordered the steak and lobster. There was 8 of us in our group. I took a slice of the steak and I smelled it and then it didn’t smell very good. It smelled rotten. But then I said, maybe it’s just me. The meat was overcooked. So I traded it with someone else who had their meat cooked to my Viking, which is medium rare. Then I cut a slice of that one. And it tasted really weird just as the first one did. So I asked anyone if their meat tasted weird and they said it did so they didn’t eat it. Some of us ate it and some of us didn’t. Then I began to look around, and I saw one man holding his stomach Then I saw another couple get up and leave and only eat a baked potato Then I heard people talking So I continued, and I ate my lobster. The vegetables tasted frozen like frostbite. Then I asked the bus boy if something was wrong with the meat he said yes the meat went bad The meat tasted as if they left it out or something !! it was horrible I went to the bathroom and I started vomiting and throwing up and feeling nauseous. My temperature went up. I was sweating. I didn’t know what was happening to me, but I think I got food poisoning. So after coming back from the bathroom, a lot of people were sitting there with no food. So I asked the waiter if something is wrong with the meat because I just vomited and I don’t feel very well He said don’t worry about it. I’m only gonna charge you for your salad. And I asked him again. Is there something wrong with the meat? I feel sick I don’t feel well. He said I’m taking off the food except the salad . That wasn’t my point. My point was the food bad or what? No questions were answered. The next thing I know these people are sitting there waiting 20 minutes for their food. And the waiter tell them we close the kitchen we’re closing down the restaurant early . There will be no food coming out. But yet they were serving two lobsters per plate. To a group of 10 people. And then again another four plates came out with two lobsters on each plate. I will never go to this place ever again. The service was horrible. The food was rotten. And the lobster tail was the size of my finger. My pinky size that is. I wonder who’s gonna compensate me for my medication I had to take for food poisoning.

As everyone else came here for the cheap steak and lobster which wasnt bad, for the price it was great, I asked for rare steak and it came out like medium well but it did taste good still and wasnt super tough, huge line that piles up in the hotel lobby that seemed daunting but our group of 3 waited like 15 minutes or so and it moved right on through and we got a booth earlier than expected also as they were asking for group sizes and we got picked to sit down before being at the front. It was about 30$ a person but we got drinks and appetizers and split the cost for the 3 of us. Drinks were cheap and the onion tower appetizer was pretty good 😎 Don't have your hopes for a 5 star restaurant but for a cheap but still somewhat decent time its a good place on freemont street that isnt white castle or some crappy place haha

If you value your money and your time, avoid this place. I was not going to leave a review , but this experience was too bad to keep it to myself. From the moment we got there, it was clear this place survives on hype, not quality. We stood in line for over an hour with no one from the restaurant checking in or giving any kind of update. They just left us standing there like we didn’t exist. Then when we tried to go in to enquire what was going on, the manager was extremely rude and aggressive. Instead of offering any help or explanation, he actually called security over the simplest question. It was unnecessary and honestly embarrassing. As for the food, don’t let that steak and lobster special fool you. The steak tasted like it had been sitting in a freezer forever. It was dry, stale, and falling apart in a way that didn’t feel like it was cooked fresh at all, it was rubbery and bland. Same with the shrimp and lobster. You could taste the decay in the food. This place clearly takes advantage of new tourists every day, knowing most people won’t come back. It’s all about quick money, not quality or service. Save yourself the disappointment and take your money somewhere else where the food is worth it and the staff actually cares.

We came for the Steak & Lobster deal!! 🥩🦀🥩🦀🥩🦀 It’s pretty good. The lobster tail was better than the steak!! The service was 5 stars!! Our server Pamela was beyond amazing!!! I will come back for the service and the lobster tail!!! Get here early cause there’s a huge line before 9pm!!!!

Tony Roma’s restaurant inside the Fremont Casino in The Fremont Street Experience is mediocre. “So-so” might be the best description for the food, service and overall experience. I had dinner with a friend on a recent Thursday night. My baby back ribs were a bit dry but not bad. The side order of beans and the sauce for the ribs were tasty. The cup of cole slaw was so-so. My friend said his hamburger was good. A post by a Vegas social media influencer teases a steak and lobster deal for $15.99. When I asked about it, the waitress said it’s available only after 9 pm. Very misleading. Personally, I wouldnt go back.

Google
We came for the prime rib special, and we are not disappointed. The place opens at 11:30 A. M. By 12 it was packed. We had a party of 2, and despite the crowd, were still able to be seated pretty quickly, I think it was maybe 15 minutes. My better half would only eat well done meat, and it still came out tender and flavorful. The service was good and quick, and the beer on tap was nice and cold. So if you are by Fremont Street, you may want to check it out. Everybody else did.

The hostess was very Friendly & she took my reservation when I arrive to get a seat she was very professional & she made me feel welcome to eat at her restaurant that she worked at. She even got me a table within 30 minutes this time, despite the line of big family’s. I do appreciate her for going above and beyond to get me a table on this Monday after Easter. I had a pleasant experience this go around, instead of the usual past experiences this year , I would wait 45 to an hour at times, and I would got a text to come to the hostess area by that time I would’ve left or I would decide not to eat there because I was so hungry. I would eat somewhere else or go home. Gotta love, lobster and steak $16.99 Plus Tax. I recommend his restaurant. I received five stars of service from my server. This man has worked there for a long time and he was very respectful, brought me drinks and he also offered me dessert and I bought that as well.❤️😎💯 This was the best restaurant experience food, wise and service in Las Vegas in a long time!

Yelp
Decided we wanted to try this place because I heard they had a new great Specialty Room Chef. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and seated immediately. All the staff was great. The restaurant was clean with a good vibe. I order the Ribeye with a loaded baked potato and corn. Also got a lobster tail on the side. My ribeye was cooked to perfection and everything was fresh. My mom got the Ribeye with the garlic green beans and mashed potatoes. She also added a lobster tail. We enjoyed everything and the wait staff continued to check on us. The Chef(Tati) even came out to make sure everything was awesome. We will definitely be back

Yelp
So I'm going to keep it a hundred, this spot. Was it really for me. It wasn't terrible, but I could definitely not go back and be perfectly fine. It's in the middle of the casino and if you go around a certain time, you'll see a line forming. I wanted to see what the hype was about because we had some credits to spend. So I went there because I had money I needed to burn. Waiting in line and got a table. The people will stack up in line if you don't come right when they open because they open on the back half of the day. The weight staff was okay, they kind of dragged their feet a little bit which was not really ideal, but I guess they had a lot happening because they had just opened the doors when we got there. But service wise, really wasn't super thrilled about all of the delay. They had some specials there, the prime rib was the main special they were promoting, so I had to try that. The server at least did explain it in great detail and go over all the options and everything along those lines. So that was nice of them. Prime rib special - The prime rib situation wasn't it. If you look in my picture you can see kind of looks like rubber or leather or something. It didn't taste terrible, but it didn't taste good. I probably would not. I don't know how they're doing it back in the kitchen, but typically you don't have a fully well done piece of prime rib. This looked pretty well done and it was not as I would like even though the taste was fairly decent. Not enough for me to go back though! Let me make that clear LOL. Also, the prime rib special comes with mixed vegetables which are probably just frozen vegetables out of the bag. You can't swap that unfortunately, which really kind of sucked. I was trying to get something else or anything else because I didn't really feel like peas and carrots. Lobster tail - You can order an extra on the side, I picked lobster tail. It was a lobster tail. It needed the butter, but it was lobster so it wasn't like it was something magical LOL. Onion loaf - The onion loaf was basically similar to a blooming onion from outback steakhouse. It was actually pretty good. I'm not sure what specifically sauce type they use but overall, it was good. They gave us a ranch with it, it was okay. But again, it's a deep fried onion so you get what you get LOL. But it was good. Baby back ribs - The baby back ribs were okay, but nothing to write home about. I probably had a few bones, and they had a decent type of sauce on them, it was not your auntie's or your uncles ribs at the cookout. So if you get what I'm saying then you know LOL. Overall this was a experience I had to try because I've been the Vegas tons of times. I've never been here but I got it out of my system. I probably wouldn't go back.

Yelp
How could it be said that steak at Tony Roma's was subpar? Unfortunately, in this Tony Romas we can absolutely say that. Additionally, because of the layout of the restaurant, it was absolutely nowhere near a high-end dining experience. It had all the ambience of a shoe shine booth at the airport.

Yelp
As we were walking down Fremont Street we saw an advertisement for steak and lobster. And it was at a good price so naturally we decided to try it. The steak was little, the lobster tail even smaller lol! But you know what? The staff handled the flood of people like a boss. The guy filling waters didn't seem very happy. But our waitress was super nice as busy as she was she kept a smile on her face the whole time. The artichoke dip was pretty good. And the dessert was really good. The ambiance was what you would expect for a restaurant in a casino lol! I liked the atmosphere. All in all it was a good experience. I give all the credit to the staff for handling the flood of people that rushed them when they opened their doors.

Yelp
Delicious! Wait was about an hour but not a problem, they will text you when your table is ready. Once you place your order, be sure you include everything you want because it's impossible to get their attention after they serve your dish.

Yelp
Meh, the "specials" were seemingly inflation proof for decades, then started creeping up multiple times in recent years. It's now $17.99 for the steak and lobster special and $15.99 for the prime rib special which is only somewhat of a deal. Not enough for me to come back since there's much better quality food around for similar prices.
google avatar

Bob M.

Yelp
The 9pm surf and turf is a value at 15.99. Tail was good. Steak small and chewy. Salad was great. Service is expected. But what a deal.
google avatar

Dawn L.

Yelp
Inside the casino! It was a deal. It wasn't anything like I expected. There was a deal for a steak and lobster meal, so we arrived and had to stand in.m line for 30 mins to enter with a large group of patrons also in line. Once inside the service was regimented, to get people in and out as quick as possible. The tables and chairs were cleaned, but not high end cleaned! Everything seemed dingy and sticky, unfortunately. The drink menu has NO PRICES! So opted for the special on the board. The Birthday Shot was extremely sweet. I got such a crazy sugar rush!!! The Lobster Tails were great! The steak had little to no flavor and there wasn't any steak sauce or anything to improve it! My baked potato tasted more than a day old :( If you're on a budget, you'll get all the food you need to sustain yourself! If you're looking for something special, this place isn't it, sadly!!! Save your time and money! Unless you're ordering off the menu, I can't recommend this place!

Yelp
Came here last night (12/20) after a long drive from LA. 10pm, We wanted to try their $15.99 steak and lobster special. Oh man, that meat was tough! like chewing a rubber. It wasn't fresh. I'd say it was cooked hours before our order. And it was small too. No wonder it was that cheap. But I should also say, the flavor is there. The lobster is pretty ok. The side of corn and veggies are pretty ok too. But their fries is really good with a very addicting seasoning. Also got to try their mac and cheese with bacon on the kid's meal and it was good! Service was great. Server was nice. Very fast. Place is small and packed. Cleanliness is pretty decent.

Yelp
I came here strictly for the lobster and steak special. So let's get straight to the point! I ordered my steak medium, and it came out more like well done. It was a terrible steak, when I chewed it, it literally turned into dust! My husband's was prepared correctly as medium, and I tasted his, and it also chewed down to dust! The mixed veggies had a very odd taste to them, the baked potato was just ok. The lobster was definitely the star of the show. It was the only thing that was delicious on the plate. Service was great and surprisingly fast! When in Vegas, I like to try all the specials that I hear about so I had to come here, will I be back? Absolutely not, for what it's worth I can get a better steak dinner at Denny's.

Yelp
I have been coming to Vegas for years. Restaurant prices have gotten much more expensive over the years and it's becoming harder to find good deals on good food. We decided to try Tony Roma's Prime Rib special for $12.99. Note, the specials are NOT on the menu, we saw them on the Fremont Hotel/Casino marquee, and they are served only between certain hours. The prime rib special from 4:30pm to 6:30pm, which worked for us, and a steak and lobster special I think from 9:00pm to 11:00 pm. Tips: Arrive early for specials if you can and get on their wait list. People start lining up early! We were in line before 4:30 and needed a table for 5. They called us at 5:00 which is a very reasonable wait for a Saturday. Once seated, we waited only a couple of minutes before our drink order was taken. Another 5-10 minutes wait for our server to take our order. Not bad considering the restaurant was packed. All service people were friendly and efficient. We ALL ordered the Prime Rib special! It comes with a baked potato, mixed vegetables, and the appropriate condiments. I found out later that you can probably get a bread basket with your meal but you have to ASK for it. Everyone's meat was cooked as requested. It was pretty much fork tender. I was only able to eat about 1/3 of mine, so plenty of meat. Veggies and potato were decent. We also ordered a couple of side salads which were good. Everyone was very happy with their meal. Greatest part, 5 prime rib dinners, 2 side salads, 2 beers, and a tea for only $100 is awesome. I think that fact alone makes this 5 stars even though I would rate some of their food 3.5-4 stars. Next time I'm in Vegas I will try to make it for the Steak and Lobster special!

Yelp
For Vegas, the price was inexpensive. The service was good although the wait was long. Not a place to go if you're in a hurry and the food was good enough.
google avatar

Yelp
One of the best deals in old Vegas!! Come to Tony Romas between the hours of 4:30-6:30pm, really nice cut of prime rib. Service was excellent, very classic meal, put your name in and be sure to get to your spot within 5 minutes of being notified. Very generous portions, steak and lobster special offered in the later hours of the evening. Very busy and popular, great bargain for sure, bustling with tons of patrons that all know the Fremont Hotel secret!
google avatar

George H.

Yelp
Here for dinning in restaurant experience and try their prime rib at $12.99 per person. Line was crazy long and we waited for 30 minutes to be seated. Get here very early and be prepared to wait in line though. Plenty of tables and seating inside, so party of four or more is not an issue. Old-timey and romantic atmosphere / ambiance.
google avatar

Kailani S.

Yelp
Food was delicious. Service was great considering how busy they are all the time, they're on top of things! Ambiance is kind of chaotic but fun chaos because there are so many people packed in there. It's a dim vibe but lively with all the people and good vibes of being in Vegas. There is always a line out the door so be sure to show up early. We would return for sure 9/10
google avatar

Yelp
$15.99 Steak and Lobster special comes with mixed veggies usually a baked potato but they ran out so came with garlic mashed potato. I have to say you get what you pay for. Steak chewy but cooked to ordered. Lobster tail chewy comes with a cup of dipping butter. Mashed potatoes were the best part of meal. Mixed vegetables chewy and cold. They are getting the 5 stars not for food but for the staff from hostess to waiter and water filler. Having to deal with hundreds of cheap drunk customers. Dining room busy, and loud.
google avatar

Jessica M.

Yelp
Not paying attention to the time we arrived there and they were busy we had a wait of 25 minutes so we sat at the bar had the Romarita it was average . The waitress was very busy but on top of things . We didn't wait long for our meal . He had the prime rib dinner very reasonably priced and we also had the St. Louis ribs with shrimp . The horseradish was spicy and good she warned us but it was good .
google avatar

Merilou B.

Yelp
Came for the Prime Rib deal, but there was an insane line right at 4PM. Luckily, we only had to wait 20 minutes for a table, but as we were seated there was a wait for the food as well. Quality is what you expect for what you're paying for! Staff were kind of all over the place but they were very busy so I can give them that.
google avatar

Lily S.

Yelp
*Thanksgiving dinner* Not sure why ppl are pissed, amazing value, decent service and good food. Stop complaining. You know what you are doing- free will? In a world where a martini is $25, 6-9pm surf and turf for $13.99 while 4-6pm (?) prime ribs deal $10.99 that consists of a large piece of meat with mixed veggies and a baked potato. I mean... come on lol. I won't say the prime rib is the same quality as the prime rib house in SF but I ate it, and I'm usually very picky. Also got the shrimp and salmon piccata that wasn't too great but was a great portion for $29. Overall I really liked the place. Might not come again but I ain't mad for the value.

Yelp
Las Vages Tony Roman's $9.99 prime dinner is now $10.99 as of this posting. First, if you are not one of the first in line. They will tell you the wait time. You will have to leave your name and cell number. They will call you when your table is ready. You will have 5 minutes to return or lose your table. It comes with 8oz. Prime rib, baked potato, and some cooked vegetables. The prime rib was soft and tender. Left full and very contented. Ambiance is like any steakhouse. Dark in spots with low lighting. Pors: it's a deal at any price. If you sign in early. The wait is short. The 8oz. Rib with extras is just right without going to a buffet. Cons: NO bread before meal and If you don't mind the wait and if your not the first when they open. The $10.99 prime rib price is only good from 4:30 to 6:30 pm or until sold out. Would I go back? You can bet on that. The wait is worth it.

Suzette M.

Yelp
The Baby Back Ribs were still as tasty as I remember when I last ate them probably in 2005, at another location. I wasn't allowed to substitute my fries for green beans, which cost the same price. My husband's Prime Rib was pretty good but his fries and baked potato tasted stale and old, like they had been sitting out for a while and warmed up before being served. The service was unremarkable. We didn't get our drinks refilled though. Loud and noisy, very busy place.
google avatar

Jenn M.

Yelp
The 12.99 prime rib was great. My husbands was overcooked but I got the rare which was really medium. It was PACKED. We had a wedding party in front of us but we still got in after being in line since 410pm when they opened at 430. Fast service. They had those plates ready to go out. Super loud but hey it was Vegas on a Friday night. It's expected. Clean enough but I imagine as the night goes on that probably changes. I suggest getting in line by 4pm on the weekends.
google avatar

Chris Y.

Yelp
The food is nothing great, BUT I had their lobster tail and steak dinner deal for $13.99. This deal was exceptional! I couldn't complain for that price. Additionally, their fried onion appetizer was great.
google avatar

Restaurant M.

Yelp
Arrived hungry and entered the waiting list. Told that there would be a 25 minute wait we were surprised to be summoned in half of that time. We were seated promptly and our drinks were on our table in seconds. We ordered the Prime Rib which was cooked to order and came with baked potato and freshly prepared succotash. Every single bite was top notch. The evening was finished with delicious strawberry shortcake. Could not have been improved.
google avatar

Adam C.

Yelp
The original and only Tony romas left? At an affordable price with great classic service? Yes, we are glad we did it. Old photos are great to look at.
google avatar

Olivia C.

Yelp
Food is ok. Service was good. It is a lil loud but its to be expected because it is in a casino. No vegan options
google avatar

Lauren M.

Yelp
We've always seen this sign and were tempted to go, but we would have other food options to try. But this time we went! Still a good price for lobster and prime rib! TIP: You have to go early to stand in line, otherwise you might be waiting for an hour or two (or more). Nice inside. Got seated quickly since we went early. ANOTHER TIP: You have to have everyone in your party, otherwise if they run out of seats, they run out and you'll have to come back. The lobster was good. Not rubbery and fresh tasting. The potatoes are large, so don't eat a huge lunch lol. You are allowed to take your leftovers back home/to the hotel so don't worry. BUT the prime rib was the best the both times we went. Really tender and ono! Would probably go back when we are around the area :)
google avatar

Yelp
We went to this place on Sunday, 11/17/2024, a few hours after arriving in Las Vegas from Orlando. We were about 20 or so people back from the front of the line as the line started to queue up, and waited in line for about 45 minutes before the doors opened. Once the doors opened, we were seated pretty quickly. I wish Yelp would let you give stars for each category; food, service, and ambiance. Anyway, the server, Jesus, was great. The ambiance was ok for a steakhouse in an old-school casino. Now onto the food. We both had the steak and lobster deal for $13.99. The lobster... It was okay. Nothing to get excited about but at least it was edible. The flavor was fine. The temperature was fine. And the texture was fine. The steak... Inedible! It was hands down without doubt the toughest "steak" I've ever had. So tough that you almost couldn't even cut it. After eating one little piece, I knew I wouldn't be eating any more of it - so I didn't. My teeth are healthy and fine, but geez... I feel sorry for someone with dentures or bad teeth who tries to eat that steak! They'll be needing to see their dentist afterward. The potato... It was the best component of the entire dish. Perfectly cooked. The veg... Oddly enough, I'm not even a fan of mixed veg but since I was so hungry and the steak inedible, I ate all of the veg. For microwave quality veg, it was ok. Moist and not mushy. So yeah... that was that. It's a safe bet I won't be doing the Steak & Lobster special at Tony Roma's again.

Yelp
Ok out and about strolling not trolling looking for some place to get a bite after Super Bowl . Lie and behold I see this sign that says Tony Roma's . A little old school hit me so I said why test the waters to reminisce about good old days . A little line to get but line moved fast . Upon getting up to the front a chalk board stated STEAK & Lobster tail $14.99 is it my lucky nite . Hmm I will be the judge of that . Appetizer-Baked potato skins loaded with sour cream on side 7/10 bacon a lil too crispy Onion soup 5/10 not really flavorful Steaks med. tried to preserve some of that juiciness . 5/10 too chewy for me . A1sauce added to help flavoring . Lobster Tail 7/10 nice juicy added butter yes dipped all the way in !! Veggies served was from freezer not fresh 5/5 Baked potato -- 5/5 but only came with butter had to order things to spruce it up . The place definitely a throw back , dingy inside but clearly serves its purpose for the price . Nice time and good flash back . We no longer have Tony Roma's in Northern Cali .

Yelp
This restaurant is located in the casino and gets fairly busy, so I would try to arrive before 7pm. The food in my opinion was just okay, although my fiancés parents and uncle liked their ribs. I ordered a regular cheeseburger; I've had better. My fiancé ordered a steak medium-well, but it was more on the medium side. This place definitely isn't a fine dining establishment. The service was okay. Our waitress was tentative when she could be, but they are clearly understaffed.
google avatar

Flor W.

Yelp
Well organized! We had less than 20 minutes wait. Food was plenty, dessert we had the cheesecake..yummy. Our waiter was fantastic! We totally loved our meal
google avatar

Magpie W.

Yelp
Limited choices and not executed well. Waited over an hour for a simple cheeseburger... aside from tasteless, no seasoning and the quality of beef, it was cold. Cheese, bread burger cold. Potato Luke warm ... service was okay, our waiter who was very busy.... Was very nice and accommodating but the food was just bad. My friend got the ribs, also like warm at best. With so many options here, I urge you to learn from our mistake and go elsewhere.

Yelp

Yelp
My thanks goes to the cookers, server, front desks, and everyone else. Coming here alone during the busy rush was a Pleasy Breezy experience. Requesting a table for a party for one was as easy as 1, 2, and 3. Was seated approximately 45 minutes later. The atmosphere here was pretty much alive. Everyone was enjoying, laughing, and even singing birthday songs. But here I am, me, myself and I, oh wait and the camera! Lol. Let's dive right into the good stuff, but if my ways of describing things don't please you. Take a look at some of the pictures I've attached to this review. My orders are, Appetizer: 1. Kickin' Shrimp Fried shrimp, spicy cream sauce. Main: 1. Steak and Lobster X2 Medium rare steak, lobster, baked potatoes, and vegetables plus your 3 sauces. Drink: 1. Draft Heineken This Steak & Lobster special costs only around $11.99 which is absolutely a great deal. This special can only be obtained during the hours of 9pm through 11pm. It's worth the price, but be aware that the line and wait can be overwhelming to some. But the good thing is, it's located inside the Fremont Casino, so you can keep yourself occupied till then. The kickin shrimp was very delicious! Unbelievable flavor. Love it! I definitely recommend this location due to their outstanding customer service experience. Very clean and sanitized. Also, the only downside is that their restroom is located inside the Fremont Casino, not inside Tony Roma's. So, use the restroom first before dining. Learn from my mistakes. Had to hold my bladder all the way till finished. This place is unique in their own way, from design and presentation, it's pretty nice. If you're in the area, stop by and say hi. Enjoy it here or on the go. Share your experience. P.s. Don't forget to smile cause you're beautiful. SYOY!

Yelp
It took a half hour in line to be seated but it was well worth it. My server was excellent and knew the menu. I had the steak, rib compo. My eyes are bigger than my stomach. I could not finish it all. But what I had was awesome. I have been to Tony Romas in three states so I know the ribs are always great. And ambiance is always restaurant motivation.

Yelp
The steak and lobster was so cold and tasteless. This was the worst food for my Vegas trip. The service was rush and rush.

Yelp
We brought a friend that lived in Vegas here. The wait time to be seated was 1 1/2-2hr wait time. The line to get put on that wait time was long as well. No biggie. We sat at the slots while we passed time. The ambiance of the restaurant is very charming. It definitely gives you that Tony Roma steakhouse restaurant feel. The hostess was very nice and we either had two waiters or they were helping each other out. It was confusing at times. Although, both waiters were amazing! Both were veteran waiters, I enjoyed that it showed how long they have been working there on their name tag. The food was great. The steaks were cooked perfectly temperature wise. It could use a touch more seasoning and I absolutely hate being the one that puts steak sauce on a steak- I find it offensive but I did dab a little on this one (I'm sorry). The shrimp and sides were amazing, I really loved the string beans. The drinks were great! We did have a great time!

Yelp
Ambience was horrible, not very clean in the dining room and it is inside the Fremont Hotel so that lowers the score automatically. Food was what one would expect at a lower tiered downtown hotel. Service was lackluster at best. Staff retaining and a revised menu may help, but it will still be inside the Fremont Hotel

Yelp
The pictures of the food look great in the advertisements, so we were excited to eat here. We ordered our food and it came out super quick. Unfortunately, the food did not taste good. I was so disappointed, and the meal was expensive. I couldn't wait to leave! I was mad at myself for going here and not going to a pizza place I wanted to go to. People were waiting in a long line to be seated. I felt bad because they were waiting for an underwhelming meal with no taste.

Yelp
Delay posting. After we checked in at our hotel, we took Lyft going to Fremont Experience. We the four ladies came to Las Vegas to celebrate mine and another friend's birthdays. My birthday friend wanted to see the Fremont Experience. We had fun seeing all the lights, zip lining, and live music on the stage. It was busy. Our eyes caught the steak & lobster special at Tony Roma's. We had to fall in line and waited for at least 45 minutes. While waiting we met people from Oregon & Hawaii. We exchanged talks about our experiences going places. It made our waiting went fast. Finally we got the table for 4. We all ordered the same meal which was the steak & lobster and it was not on the menu. I forgot the hours when they serve the special steak & lobster. It was crowded and noisy. The staff were nice. We were asked how we wanted our steak cooked. I asked for medium rare and my friends asked for well done. We did not order any alcohol to drink as we were not ready yet on our first night in Vegas. We just had cold and hot water to drink. The food came. The plate came with a whole baked potato, steak, lobster, corn and sweet peas and butter & sour cream in cups. The mashed potato was okay. The lobster was cooked like gummy; it had rubbery texture when chewing. The steak did not have the flavor I expected. The veggies were okay. When the server over heard we were talking about our birthday plans, so she came later with two separate cakes (vanilla & chocolate ice cream) as a surprise. What a nice gesture. Our other two friends were singing the birthday song and some customers nearby joined in singing. It was fun. Now that I experienced dining at this restaurant for the first time, I don't think I will return even though the price was special at $13.99.

Yelp
In many previous dining experiences here it's been great but tonight it was awful. I ordered the baby back ribs and they were overcooked and dried out. I didn't enjoy them at all and was a big disappointment.

Yelp
This place ROCKS! This is the spot if you can get in, eazy way in is come at 7pm. Don't ask for the $10 ribeye it stops at 6. The ribs are world known and taste like it too. This place is popn I think if you be patient with the staffing you will get more service. We did not have a issue at all our food plates were hot and drinks did not go empty. Have some dessert too. Enjoy this old school stake house ambiance. Eat and smile alot. Good luck 40.

Yelp
I have always wondered why 60 people were lined up at 4:30 to get it, now I know why! For $12.99, I was absolutely happy with what I got! My server was a funny guy, been there since 1998, that says a lot about a place! I might actually come back around 9 and get the steak and lobster special!

Yelp
I didn't choose this restaurant by choice, it was chosen by the group I was with - I have to admit the yelp reviews concerned me but I was with a group of non-foodies and I didn't have much of a say. I was not there for the advertised late night special (steak and lobster) - I was there at dinner time to have a family birthday meal with a group of 13. This is definitely a tourist spot - I remember always enjoying Tony Romas in the past but it's been years since I went and it was in LA. This location is off Fremont Street (in the Fremont hotel) in downtown vegas. We were lucky enough to have a great server - the team was fantastic and handled a group of 13 with no issue. However the food was not good. We had the sampler appetizer platter to start - worst chicken wings I've had, it was so dry, it was like hard chicken jerky. For dinner, we shared the beef ribs and baby back ribs - both were the driest ribs I've ever had, I didn't enjoy a single bite. The cole slaw may have been the highlight, and it was just ok. Sometimes I remember why I avoid eating in touristy spots but there are times you have to go with the flow with what others decide to do. I rarely go to vegas so it was especially disappointing for a foodie who appreciates all the good eats vegas has to offer.

Yelp
We had to go for the $8.99 prime rib special. The prime rib was delicious! It was served with horseradish and ay jus. The slice was large! The sides were a large baked potato with sour cream and butter and mixed vegetables. The vegetables were buttery and yummy! We added the lobster tail for $14.99. It was served with butter and a lemon slice. It was just alright. If you have the time to wait, it's a great deal. The prime rib special is from 4:30-6:30. We put our name in about 5:30 and got seated around 6:25. The hostess said as long as you get seated by 6:30, you can get the prime rib special!
