The reason for my negative review is due to the service from the cashier when I had an Uber order. I called in and requested they add an additional small red sauce to my order. She informed me that she would have to charge me for it and I asked why would you have to charge me for it she said because if I don't, I will get in trouble. I informed her that I have ordered there many times, and if this has not occurred before in the past. At this point, I asked to speak to a manager and was put on hold. She came back to me and told me that all the managers were in a meeting. I asked to speak to the head chef she came back and informed me that the head chef was in a meeting. I said someone has to be running that restaurant and I want to speak to that person. She said no one was there. They are all next-door in a meeting. I did ask her what would happen if I came into the restaurant and I sat down to eat and I requested more chips and more salsa, would I be charged Brianna said no and asked why She said because you were sitting in the restaurant, I have never seen such incompetence and illogical, thinking from a cashier or greeter in a restaurant. I even requested to speak to the bartender and she laughed in my face. She finally came back on the phone and wanted to know my name and said that she would add the red sauce and I said no never mind. I'm have already cancelled the order because right now I'm afraid you may spit in my food. She even told me at one point that I couldn't remain on hold until a manager got out of the meeting. Her name is Brianna. Until I know for a fact that she is no longer employed there I will no longer be ordering from Tony's. They have always served excellent food, and it is a shame that one individual can cause this to happen over red sauce.
