Hamburger America Is Opening in Manhattan From George Motz | Eater NY
"An old-time Oklahoma drive-up called the Toot-n-Tell-Em is shown in Motz’s black-and-white photo as an early venue for the Oklahoma fried onion burger, where customers would drive up, honk their car horns, and have someone come out to take a burger order." - Melissa McCart
Always a great Breakfast at Toot N Tell it.
They have a delicious and very affordable Breakfast that has many options. I usually go for Eggs over easy, sausage and hash browns and cheese. Leah, Kelly, Rechelle, Amanda are fast and friendly. The Cooks Gwen, Robin and Theresa are very good. Ellen runs a great restaurant.😃

Had one of the best pancakes I have eaten in a while. It just melts in your mouth. Server was friendly and food came out quickly and served hot.

We tried it cause of the name.
What a unique name.
The locals love this place, it is overcrowded on a Saturday morning for breakfast. The ladies run around like crazy trying to help.
It’s loud.
Plenty parking & the one very busy-bathroom stall was decently clean.

Food was ok. The staff was more worried about closing. They seemed ill that we showed up a hr before closing. Pretty much ignored us. The glass one of us recieved was leaking, they just brought another glass and slapped the broken one into the other. Just seemed like we were a bother, which is sad.

First time visit to the area and this is first place family took us to eat. It is a small "mom and pop" establishment, and perfect for a Triple D episode. Good was excellent and it was true Southern home style cooking. There was a good selection on menu and what I hear from locals, pick anything on the menu and you will be just fine. Great service from server. Ask for Amanda to serve you. She was awesome.

Went with my husband and kids to eat and I have eaten here once before so I thought I would take my husband to let him try it out but as SOON as my husband walked in behind me and the waitress seen his skin color (Hispanic man) the waitress told us they close at 10 when I had just called to see what time they closed and the lady over the phone told me they closed at 2pm. The waitress said they had already turned the grill off when clearly she was lying because they were still cooking food. IT IS 2025 , you guys should be ashamed of yourselves.

Yelp
This was the first time I went to this restaurant for breakfast it was horrible I had ham and eggs and whoever seen sliced deli ham for ham with your breakfast it was so dry the biscuits were totally dry order over easy eggs and they were over hard hashbrowns tasted like they were cooked in old oil my wife's sausage was black and dry I would never go to this place again I would not feed this food to my dog the waitress didn't even offered to take it off the bill or anything I do not recommend us restaurant unless you want really crappy food like really crappy food If I could give zero star I would

Yelp
This is a classic "meat and potatoes" small town restaurant. The lunch buffet is pretty large (there's a regular schedule of buffet items, Thursday used to be "ham day"). Lots of seating, private dining room for parties and meetings. Regular nightly specials as well.
Their breakfast special is a great deal.
They're closed on Saturday afternoon, not open on Sunday.
Watch out: No credit cards!

Yelp
I grew up eating here and for nostalgia do so when I'm in the area and time allows. Shared a lunch there with my Dad. He grew up here and used to eat there when you really could sit in the car, honk the horn and they'd come out to take your order (hence the "Toot & Tell It").
We both had our old favorite, a pulled pork BBQ sandwich and fries. The BBQ was very good, the choice in sauces this day was only so-so. The fries were acceptable. The service was very good and even without my nostalgia for the place I'd come back again.

Yelp
If you need a wonderful place to eat, stop by Toot! The staff is friendly, the place is clean, and the Food is Excellent. You will not be disappointed!

Yelp
I think this has been way over rated. It is like one of two places to sit and eat in town so it does seem to get a lot of locals. it reminds me of a lot of greasy spoons I used to eat at in construction in the day and they were really crummy but you were hungry and you just always congregated there cause you did. The food here is not good at all, I thought the first time I ate here it would be more like home cooking type food as it is out in the country, a little town, but the food was more like something i would get from a bad tv dinner. Decided to give it one more try and it was even worse. I wouldn't feed it to my dogs, and to take that point further i did try to give leftovers to the neighbors dog and he stuck his nose up at it. It is too bad as being a small dinner it could be so much more and draw in people for its good food if they served good food.
