Highly recommended they hosted our holiday Christmas party. Food was delicious. Cocktails were great service was great and the DJ was great. Make sure you check them out for dinner drinks or your next Company Party.

Loved the Christmas party 🥳 I attended at Top Bar. Staff was attentive mash potatoes and roast was good. Go check it out for yourself and company events.

All I can say is Wow. An absolute hidden gem. We are visiting from Toronto and this has been the best meal in Vegas during our 4 day visit. The restaurant has been recently purchased by a Romanian family. Our host Bobby and his family offer the kind of service you can only find at a fine dining establishment. The restaurant is very well decorated and the seating is extremely comfortable. You are made to feel like family and not just sitting at a restaurant. Then there is the food. Made from scratch and with love from the fresh bread to the chocolate cake. We ordered the cabbage rolls and they were the best I ever had. Being Russian that says a lot. The prices are more than reasonable and you will pay a fraction of what you pay on the strip for a really great meal. We will definitely come back. Although we may come back on a weekend to enjoy the live music. Thank you for making our trip even that much more memorable and the great hospitality.

Phenomenal food, exceptional selection of drinks and cocktails. Very kind and professional service and overall really nice dining experience in a calm atmosphere. My wife and I come here every time when we visit Vegas and we enjoy it thoroughly. Location seem to be the only problem as it is located in the middle of the city, in a small strip mall, relatively far from Las Vegas strip. But nevertheless, highly recommended if you want really good meal for a decent price, in the pleasant atmosphere away from all the madness of the Vegas strip

Went there for some authentic Croatian food; however the restaurant has been sold and now is Romanian restaurant. Ordered New York steak, fries, and sauted veggies and salmon with asparagus and mashed potatoes. The food was great and so was the hostess/server Ludmila. Ludmila was friendly, helpful, and professional. The restaurant is clean, well-maintained, and its esthetics very pleasing in black and red colors to reflect Transylvanian theme.

Top Bar is a great place with authentic Croatian cuisine! Kristina, the manager was great as was our server. Wonderful selection of Croatian and European foods, as well as Croatian wines. Will definitely be back when I am Las Vegas.

There is new ownership. Eastern European cuisine. This was the best dinner out I have had in ages. I had the Romanian skinless sausage and it was amazing. The service was amazing as well and great atmosphere.

Don't let the exterior fool you; this place is awesome! Chill Mediterranean music that makes you feel you're in a Croatian nightclub! We loved the lighting and elegant seating. Our friends from Croatia recommended this spot so we came for my wife's birthday. We loved the potatoes in the Beef Goulash. The Top Burger was great and so was the Istrian Truffle Fettuccine. Wow who knew onions & cream cheese pair well with each other. The Cevapi was amazing. I highly recommend! The Biscuit Cake is layered perfectly. Not too sweet, yet creamy and delicious. We also ordered a couple of cocktails from their fully stocked bar. Mila was super friendly and suggested we come for their discounted steak or wine specials Friday and Saturday night. Great food, VIP service and chill vibes. I highly recommend supporting this local business. We also noticed many other customers speaking Croatian as well. We shall return for the Risotto and Pork Chops.

This place will blow your mind! The ambience is out of this world! I'm in love with this place. The food was an entire experience. It's a Croatian based fare and it had so much flavor and was so authentic! Each dish came out so artistically crafted. And our server was so genuine and attentive! She explained each dish. She kept our drinks full! She was so sweet. Some of the best service we've had in years!!

This is a gem!! Totally unassuming from the outside you're blown away as soon as you walk in! Beautiful romantic and classy. Dark tones of black grey and gold. I loved how the tables are lit. The service is fantastic. Welcoming and informative we selected a great dinner. We started with the appetizer of makaklish (sp?) not sure if I spelled that right. All I know is I could have had a couple of those dishes! It was sooo good! Seriously a must try. The Caesar salad was made exactly the way this salad should be made. The croutons were not stale, great accent to the lightly dressed salad. My ribeye steak was cooked to perfection and the quality of meat was delicious. If I had room I would have tried their dessert. Our wine was priced fair. Justin Cabernet complemented the dinner. If you're in the area or want a nice dinner... go to Top Bar.

We recently hosted a private party at Top Bar to celebrate a couple of birthdays and a surprise proposal! The team went above and beyond to make our night special, opening the restaurant just for us, even though they're usually closed on Monday nights. From the moment we arrived, the staff was attentive and accommodating, making us feel very special. They truly thought of everything, including a delicious tres leches birthday cake that everyone raved about! The atmosphere was perfect, and every detail was handled so smoothly that it felt like a scene from a movie. A massive thank you to everyone at Top Bar for making our night one to remember. If you're planning a celebration or just want to feel like royalty for a night, Top Bar is where it's at!

I have gone to several of these Eastern ethnic restaurants in Vegas and I've never been disappointed. Unless you look out the window you might believe you're in Croatia. The menu has American foods for those not too adventurous but here's what we got. Croation board - meats, cheeses, fruits, olives, pickles and crackers and bread. Epic. I had the beet risotto with feta and added mushrooms. Epic Other members Goulash Tender and amazing with mashed potatoes Fettuccine Alfredo The safe one at the table but still delicious with chicken Sides of kale potatoes Dessert what a chocolate traditional cake roll and home made icecream ice cream. All this and a free bottle of wine from Lodi. Go here. Support local restaurants. Try different foods. I'll be back for sure. Almost forgot the service was awesome.

It was my first time at this beautiful place yesterday. We had a dinner for 5 people. Prices are beyond competitive for such high quality of food, service was amazing, Kristina was our waitress. The place looks very European and stylish, we all felt like back home. Also, they make the most delicious cocktails! Can't wait to be back there!

Great food and drinks all night long. Love Friday and Saturday late night specials with 16oz ribeye for $27 with $6 glass of wine. Can't beat it.

Stopped in with some friends for dinner and it was really an experience to remember! The manager Kristina was very helpful and made some great recommendations. We had a round of beers, followed by rakija (so smooth) and then we had the meat plate which came with lamb, skewers, cevapi, pljeskavica, and delicious roast vegetables! We also had a shopska salata which was very fresh and the bread served with it was also fresh and delicious. For dessert we had an around the world tour and they were all incredible! The tiramisu was to die for! Ambiance was nice, it was clean, well lit and smoke free! Overall I can't wait to come back to Top Bar!

Really good food & wonderful service. Stopped by for lunch. I had a wagu burger and my wife had gulash. We also shared a calamari appetizer. All were great and portions were good sized. Prices were fair. We will definitely be back!

I recently reserved a table for my birthday dinner during a trip to Vegas - if I told you it was the most amazing experience here, it'd be an understatement. Sejo made sure everything was in order for our reservation, even going so far as to provide me with a birthday cake. When my party walked in, we were met with a beautiful table laid out so perfectly with candles and everything! I ended up getting engaged during the dinner and they were so sweet and really made the experience an amazing one. The service was impeccable, the food was AMAZING and AUTHENTIC (so authentic my family is from the same town in Croatia as the owner), I couldn't have asked for better. I will always, always recommend Top Bar to anyone and will 100% be back each time I visit Vegas.

Great place to hang out with friends and family . My favorite dish is the Adriatic pizza. They make the best aperol spritz in town. The staff is attentive and friendly. Highly recommended.

Top Bar Restaurant is a hidden gem for sure!!!I'm coming here at least once a month because the food is absolutely delicious and the prices are great for what you get! The goulash is a must have together with their Top Burger!! The ambiance is always very nice, relaxing and intimate, with great music playlist!

They served me this divine Ribeye Steak that just melted in my mouth like butter on a hot biscuit. The ambiance was so posh, darling, it felt like I was dining in the lap of luxury.

Absolutely AMAZING! Hands down the best meal we have had out ever. Sincerely. We are in Vegas from Phoenix for a basketball tournament so we had two of our sons with us and they were raving about how delicious the food was. One of our son's doesn't like anything, so for him to rave about the food was huge. The atmosphere is beautiful and the service was impeccable. We are originally from the Milwaukee/Chicago area and have experienced many ethnic restaurants but none like Top Bar. The prices were extremely reasonable and we cannot wait to go back. We highly recommend. 10/10!

We found a new hidden gem while visiting Las Vegas. We came from South Lake Tahoe for a little getaway and found a Beautiful bar named Top Bar. We sat at the bar and were warmly welcomed by Lucy, our bartender. We ordered Modelos and were so happy with the ice cold glasses they were served in! The mussels were amazing as an appetizer and Lucy was wonderful! We will be back!

Took my family of 4 to revisit Croatian cooking and no one was disappointed. We all ordered different dishes and raved how authentic it tasted. Reminded me of great restaurants in Zadar. Am coming back for more

I am very disappointed and should have known better to be in there on a Saturday night after 5:00 p.m. with nobody in the restaurant. On that note I wanted to see if they still had the BG Bistro recipes, or at least stuck to some of them which they sadly did not, the mititei which I really loved when BG Bistro made it was more like a sausage it was tough bland very different than typical mititei. The second disappointment was the mixed grill, no seasonings the the lamb was overcooked with zero flavor, no salt pepper garlic. The beef shish kabob had a very funky taste tough, and the chicken shish kabob had no taste whatsoever and was very dry, and the hamburger patty took one bite and sent the whole thing back. Being the only people in the restaurant service was lacked, too. had to get up and ask the bartender for cocktails that were then brought to the table. I know this is a new restaurant but really ? I looked it up, and it says that BG Bistro was rebranded? I'm not really sure what's going on there ??

I don't know what is wrong with YELP... In this restaurant I'm regular customer, min two-three times a week and I did review already two times (5 stars)... and both times they removed my review. Why ? What do you want me, to put 1 star even I like the place and specially the food... and then you'll keep my review. Four of us had dinner there yesterday. We heard they have a new chef. It turns out the foods are Delicious with fresh quality ingredients also in very generous portions. The tasty lamb dish comes with six pieces, my truffle shrimp fettuccine is rich and divine, my sister's dish which had two big pieces of sea bass were fresh and moist.Staff members are very friendly and attentive. Overall, it was a very good and pleasant experience.

This restaurant is awesome. I have tried 4 different meals on the menu, and all of them were great. The staff Kristina, Mila, and Diane have been the best. I can't wait to try the next meal.

Food quality very low. They use cheap cooking oils. My stomach is bloated and in pain after dining at this place. I do not recommend it.

The servers are passionate and make you feel welcomed. My favorite dish, Branzino Fish, was delicious and wonderful. To celebrate receiving their liquor license they provided us with a free drink and appetizer! Wonderful service, delicious food, great time!

New iwner as of last summer. Excellent food. Staff is very nice. Can also book parties there. Very lovely inside. Location is probably issue fir why it isn't that busy. From the outside, you wouldn't know it was so lovely inside.
