If I could give The Top Note’s bar staff more than 5 stars, I would! JC, Annabelle, and Jessica made our week-long visit absolutely incredible. They were on the ball every night, serving drinks with lightning speed and infectious energy. Their fun, personable vibes turned every evening into a party—chatting with us like friends while keeping the bar running smoothly. These three are the heart and soul of The Top Note, and we can’t wait to return for more of their magic!

This place is top notch a must see. Favorite bar by far. It was our anniversary and the musician Misy sang a song about Colorado for us which was beautiful. JC, Annabelle, and Jessica made us feel at home. They offered exceptional service and made every cocktail with love. I feel like I’m with family not a guest at a bar. I would highly recommend. We will definitely be coming back.

Loved JC our bartender! He makes amazing margaritas. Food was delicious! Loved the atmosphere! Eloy the manager came to make sure everything came out perfect. We felt really taken care of! definitely coming back!!!

A very nice spot rooftop near downtown. We had a great feta app. My burger was basic but good. My girls were both happy with their food- pasta and steak. The views are really nice and the fire pits are a welcome addition

The staff here is outstanding. Above and beyond. The 7th floor bartender JC, is a must see. Such a sweetheart, very kind and caring. I am overly satisfied with the services provided here at the Towne Place suits, here Nashville, Tn. 10/10

Top Note at the TownePlace Suites instantly became my favorite rooftop spot after just one visit! It strikes the perfect balance—far enough from the hustle and bustle of downtown Nashville to feel relaxed, but close enough to offer breathtaking views of the city skyline. The atmosphere on Tuesday night was unmatched, with live music setting the tone for an incredible evening. The ambiance was cozy and stylish, making it a perfect escape. The service was exceptional; the staff was attentive, and Reeve, the manager, even took the time to personally check on our group, which was such a thoughtful touch. The food was absolutely delicious, and the margarita? Easily one of the best I’ve had in a long time. If you’re looking for a spot with great vibes, amazing service, and unforgettable views, Top Note is the place to be. I’m already counting down to my next visit!

We stayed at the town place suits and were pleasantly surprised that they had a rooftop bar. My family and I went to top notes two nights in a row and were greeted by the bartender both nights named JC and he was amazing !!! Super friendly guy who gave us recommendations to places by us but above all had amazing drinks and food so much we didn’t need to leave the hotel and had a great time at top note and live music ! A real hidden gem in Nashville , thank you JC!

We had a wonderful evening at the bar! Beautiful space with a great view and JC made one of the best margaritas I’ve had in the city. Totally recommend for anyone looking for a cocktail or Nashville hot chicken sandwich!

Mood- Rooftop! Stopped here for a quick drink after the foot game & just wanted to recap with some vibes. Sadly they were closed prior to for an event but didn't stop the party. The views are really nice with about 3 different angles. The spinach dip was ok. Nothing special really. Glass of champagne is my go to when I want a sip & convo. Think doubling back here will be a monthly to do.

Great atmosphere for a drink, friendly service, ample seating, cool that there is live music.

Great ambiance & Good food. The drinks were normal. But, we came here for a bachelorette and they had one single server on staff on a Saturday and took hours to accommodate us. Every other customer was frustrated in the establishment because one girl had to do it all. It was sad to watch and sad to experience. Please do better for your employees and your customers.

Stayed for vacation and I'm a lazy and low key person. Great place to hang out on the top of a great hotel. It's got a great 180 view towards broadway with selected live band during selected nights. The staff are great and friendly even the waitress greeted you even though you don't sit on their waiting tables. Bartenders have great memory with their service and friendliness starting with JC, Annabelle, and Melanie. Server from Courtney, Alivia and the manager Jessica. I've got to try a good handful of their food menu and it has never disappointed. It is a small choice but everything always came out great and delicious. I would recommend this place to tourists and to locals. Thank you everyone!!!!

This place is a hidden gem. Delicious food, great atmosphere (lively but not loud) and it has a great variety is seating areas to accommodate every need. Alivia provided exceptional service, attentive and kind, providing excellent recommendations

Shout out to Whitney for being a wonderful server! I hosted my birthday party at Top Note a few weeks ago, and I wanted to come on here to share my experience. Whitney was the server for my private party of approx. 37 guests. She was super patient and attentive. I really appreciate her being able to take on such a big group. My birthday was truly unforgettable, and she helped to make it that way. If you visit Top Note, I hope you also get Whitney as your server because you will be in good hands! - Malia
