Top Off Espresso

I have stopped by here several times before and it's always been great. The food stars are from my previous visits. Today I pulled in the driveway and there was someone standing at the window, but no one else in line. There was some construction happening so it was a little tight to turn the car around to get to the drive-thru but I did it. The guy standing at the window was chatting with the barista for a few more minutes. No problem. Then I saw him get his drink. And then he kept chatting. And chatting. Another minute then another then another. It was as if neither of them knew or cared that there was another customer waiting. After 3 more minutes of him chatting away and showing no signs of stopping, I just left. The times I've been here before I never waited more than about 6 or 7 minutes when there was only one person in front of me. I don't know if they've changed their business model and they're just not interested in serving coffee anymore. Maybe the guy at the window tipped a huge amount and that was enough for them not to care about anyone else. Either way, it's not a very good way to get returning customers.

We visited Top Off Espresso twice while we were in town. Lily, Jess, and Aurora were all fantastic. The coffee is strong and tasty and the vibes are immaculate. If we lived in Oregon we’d be regulars, but since we can’t come all the time, y’all should go and get some coffee and a great experience!

First off, the coffee and breakfast options served here are super legit. Second, Scarlett is the sweetest. She was very gracious when I was embarrassed to figure out I had unknowingly mapped my way to a bikini coffee stand. She was so professional about it I quickly got over my mistake. If I ever find myself in this part of Portland again I’ll be stopping by, loved my latte and the service :)

Great service, amazing specials every week, the women are always friendly and beautiful, and it's more than just coffee their knowledge of ways to energize your day will amaze you.

There's absolutely no indication what type of establishment this is until you're there and there's a nearly naked person taking your order. I don't want that much exposed flesh around my coffee or food.

A very fun way to get a beverage! My server, Baylee, was very friendly and helped recommend things on the menu to me. I went with an iced matcha. A bit more expensive than a traditional coffee establishment, but I don’t mind paying extra for the experience. They have stamp cards for return customers.

Such a great bikini espresso. Everyone is nice and friendly without being over the top or fake. Coffee is really good they have a bunch of sugar-free options which is really good as well. Update 03.2025 Still the same fantastic coffee shop. Really good coffee and excellent service as always. I saw Jess and she is really fantastic. But I have always had really good service and experiences there every time I've been there.

Decent coffee and a valid cultural experience. Pay attention to yourself when you visit.

Loved the Pookies! They were lovely and had almost costumer service. Me and my husband got coffees for our date. I loved mines . They had a steady line but never came off rushing.

Lulu made my blended coffee after coming back from topoff golf. Amazing and beautiful gal made a damn good drink. Glad I stop by.

Stopped here as it's one of the only coffee shops on Saint Helen's rd. Coffee was great!
