First off, the stars of the show: salmon, shrimp, yellowtail, uni, scallop, shrimp again, and ikura. Absolute heaven, each bite better than the last. Seriously, it's like they got the freshest catch and just went to town making magic with it.
Now, not everything was a home run. A few of the other fish types were just, you know, alright. Didn't quite hit the same high notes, kind of like that band's second album that never lives up to the debut. Probably gonna skip those next time.
Dynamite roll was good stuff. A bit on the heavier side, though. Still, no regrets.
Bulgogi was so freaking delicious I had to get it twice. It's like they knew exactly what they were doing, marinating it in pure joy or something.
Tried some no-rice rolls too, and gotta say, they held their own. Solid choice for mixing things up a bit or if you're trying to cut down on carbs but still wanna hang with the sushi crowd.
Service is definitely top notch. Waiters were on their game, swinging by often enough to make sure we were all set but not too much that it got annoying. Just the right balance.
The vibe of the place was another win. Felt like I was dining in some upscale joint where the bill makes you rethink your life choices, except without the heart-stopping prices. They've got the ambiance nailed down, making you feel all fancy without draining your wallet.
So yeah, definitely hitting this place up again. It's like they cracked the code on making an all-you-can-eat spot feel like a treat without compromising on quality or experience. Major win in my book.
