Stopped at Topgolf Auburn Hills on our way to Frankenmuth, and it was an absolute blast. I’d only been to Topgolf once before back in Vegas with my dad and we had such a great time that I wanted my wife to experience it too. She ended up loving it just as much as I did! The Sonic game quickly became our favourite, and the addition of the field goal target was such a fun surprise. Staff was awesome, super friendly and attentive. We ordered the nachos and they were delicious, and the rest of the menu looked pretty fantastic too. The margaritas were great; lots of flavour options, and you can choose salt, sugar, or tajín on the rim, which is a nice touch. We celebrated a birthday here and all 8 of us of all different ages all had a great time. Even though it was cold out the heaters kept us warm. Everyone seemed to like their food and drinks. I had the flatbread and it was good, I tried a few of the apps and they were all good. My margarita was very good. Our server was friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was fun. The place is clean, the bathrooms were clean. The price was okay. I would recommend for something fun to do. Even if your not a golfer its fun. I think the give lessons. There was plenty of free parking.

I went to TopGolf for the first time yesterday and it was so much fun! The golfing and game options were cool and the food and service were AMAZING. I highly recommend the Chicken Bacon Ranch flatbread. Jessica, our server, was the sweetest 😊 she mentioned being newer but you couldn’t even tell! All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely will be going back again!

We had a great time, the whole place was clean, someone came over and explained how it works, so you don’t feel lost. The price per hour are not bad but if this is your first time, there’s a one time fee to sign up… and it is per player… our waitress was awesome but my only complaint was the food. We were disappointed. Some came out on time, some took forever(almost towards the end of our 2 hour game) and we even got some cold food but they were aware of what was going on and took them out of our bill. We will definitely come back and hope the food gets better…. Everything else was great 😬

I was introduced to top golf about a year ago and have loved it ever since. I just started going regularly since this summer, especially since purchasing the "play more" membership, which guarantees a great date night once a month for great value. This weekend though, I made a reservation for one bay for 90 minutes, then last second, realized I needed a second one for the same length of time, next to each other, obviously. One of the managers on duty, (12/12/2025) Anthony Wu, made it possible to modify my reservation and accommodate my needs, which made a special day, even all the more special. Our server, Amanda, was fantastic. Super sweet, attentive and proactive and accommodated everything. I have never had a bad experience at this place- Using them for a larger scale gathering is something I would absolutely do again. I cannot thank Anthony, Amanda and the rest of the staff on 12/13/2025 for being great and a reminder of why I love this place so much. The food and drinks were also amazing!

Finally got to try this place! I've been hearing about it for awhile! So glad I did! It was a good time with friends! Had some appetizers and drinks! Everything was great!

It’s pretty fun going with my family to go golfing yeah we got some food. We got to them pretzel things and I think it was like nachos. we stayed for like an hour and a half or two hours or something like that it’s very lots of fun. Lots of fun. We going in the morning if you want and I was like like 10 to 11 we left we left at 11 so I think it was like 9 to 11 or something. It’s pretty fun pretty fun.

My fiancé threw me a surprise birthday party!!! My family was there to surprise me. We had an AMAZING TIME, my level of comfort. We had 3 bays, they catered our food. There was brisket, chicken, mac and cheese, green beans, salad & and cold slaw. We played for 3 hours. Our server was very attentive to our needs and made sure we were set at all times. The games were so much fun to play, & for my first time ever picking up a golf club, I did ok, Lol.

This was my first time at Topgolf. It was a fun time and isn't too expensive for what it is either. It was an incredibly cold and snowy day and the heaters above didn't help enough. The service was also a bit slow so drink refills weren't very easy. We would've ordered at least 2 more rounds in the 2 hours If we had been checked on more often. The food was pretty average as well, but did have lots of options. We decided to get a bunch of apps to share. The dips were delicious, the nachos on fries were not very fresh and kinda flavorless. The pepperoni pizza flatbread and the grilled cheese dippers were pretty good. Everything got cold so fast because it was so cold outside tho. Overall, I think we would be back, but would have to pick a better weather day and would probably order pitchers instead so we didn't have to be checked on as often.

Came here for an office party and was pleasantly surprised. A nice food spread and plenty of it, regular staff checks if we needed more drinks, and a nice set-up that was plenty warm even in cold weather. For someone that plays zero golf, they made this really a fun and enjoyable experience. Would definitely come back here again with other groups! A fun experience!

Great place to take clients, or have a family outing! Great service and food is pretty solid.

I had a great experience here. The service was great. It was clean inside and the service was quick as well. I definitely will be back when I come to Detroit. The chicken buffalo dip is to die for. Best time at this location!

If you are planning on coming here on the discount Tuesday make sure to make a reservation as they might not not have walk in spots available. While Tuesday was a super busy day and our food took a lot more time to get out overall it was still great! Our server was amazing and made sure to constantly check in on us. The one negative part of the whole experience was the nachos. The hummus dip was great but the nachos were a huge disappointment. The pictures of the nachos on the menu looked amazing and I was so excited for them but when they actually got to our table they were the most disappointing food ever. It looked like a very flat and cheap quesadilla. Absolutely do not recommend ordering it.

Expensive for what it is. Waitress was terrible. Went for my son's birthday and the waitress disappeared. Charging almost $5 for soft drinks and having to waste your time in the golfing bay hunting down anyone for a drink refill. Food is average. Kids love it. Played weird Dj mix of songs with lots of P diddy mixed in. Weird vibe and mediocre experience for the price. Also want a place us to put a note on your receipt with your bill suggesting you tip 25%. That means they know they don't have service and you're probably looking into paying their staff better

Top Golf is cool, my kids love it and the food is pretty decent. The few times we went there the service has also been good . My only gripe is, when you reserve your bay at let's say 1 and you arrive, check in, add the names of all the golfers and it's now 1:30 before the first person swings, the timer on the screen has been clicking by that half hour. The two hour time you reserved is now an hour and half. If they're gonna start the clock like that then I should skip checking in and go straight to my bay or at the worst have a big disclaimer about it.

Going to top golf has always been fun! Honestly no complaints and I recommend it to my friends and have gone with my family so they can try it out, and it's definitely fun for all ages. I am only docking one star because, while the food is good, it is not nearly enough. We ordered "for the table" size nachos and there was legit 5 chips. We were shocked. Considering they left 6 people in a bay, that's not even one chip per person! First time ordering food there and while it was good, I will not be wasting my money on that again.

Awesome experience I had a lot of fun. The complaints that I have is that the food service was very slow. I ordered one of their dessert double trouble cookie skillet the first time it took over 35 minutes to get it and then it came out hard as rock, it was so hard and it tasted burnt. They remain it and it took another 40 minutes to come out and was better but still a little hard. They took it off the bill for me. The alcoholic beverages were watered down. Our server was sweet but you can tell she was very busy and a lot of other bays to service. They offer 3 floors of golfing, it is kind of expensive but definitely worth the experience check them out.

We had an awesome time at Top Golf! I was rather surprised to only see 3 star reviews! Our experience was great! Definitely a fun date night option! We went and put in our reservation and went to the bar. It was only about 10 min before our bay was ready. When they text you, you head to your bay and are greeted by a staff member. She went over the games with us and took our drink orders. You can choose how long you want to play. You can always add time if you want. She was very attentive and we had a blast. We have decided to make this a regular occurrence this summer. Highly recommend!

Watch out they got little kids working there that are rude as hell and refuse to do THEIR job. No context just go and c if ya wan, also they are superrrrr slow. Yall need new employees and stop hiring these children that don't know how to handle their stress/themselves

I am not a golfer, in fact, this was the first time at a driving range. I only occasionally do put put golf, but I heard from my child that this was an amazingly fun place, so I decided to book a session. Since we did a half-off Tuesday, it is best to book in advance. Last week I did not, and they were sold out of times. Today we did a morning session and it was already packed. It was so much fun, I felt like I was on vacation or at a fun party. We did Angry Birds and Block Party modes. I tried their Dirty Blonde beer and pineapple upside down martini. We also had some food, I ate the cauliflower crust pizza and garlic parm wings. We also ordered some chicken tenders and fries for a friend. Everything was very tasty. We had the best time and I can't wait to visit again.

Had a decent time as a non golfer. Wasn't terribly impressed by the food. We ordered a few apps to share amongst our group They hype the injectable donut holes. I thought they struggled, the holes were too small to take much filling. Ours were a little burnt with made them taste bitter. The pretzel bites were microwaved from a bag Fries were fine, not too special The boneless wings were good, very crispy Also got a strawberry gin mule, drink was good. One member of our group got a cookie butter old fashioned. It was terrible, just a straight old fashioned, not even a hint of Biscoff cookie butter flavor.

I don't hold but I had so much fun here. My husband convinced me we should try it out and while I barely hit the balls we were laughing the whole time and the food and drink service was great. You can come here even if you aren't serious about Golfing or have never golfed before

The food and service were great, but I'm not a fan of the timed system for the Tees. Just switch it with a ball count, (Ex.) Three dozen, four dozen, a hundred, Etc,..... I don't like to be rushed! Very expensive too!

I love this TopGolf location. I was able to reserve a bay for 6 people on the app ahead of time. Once we arrived I checked in and our bay was ready a little before our reservation time. I liked how before my reservation, I was able to send a link to everyone in my party to register and when we arrived to our bay, everyone was already in the system and ready to go. It saved so much time! I was also so happy to be on the third level. Being on the third level is our favorite. We started with drinks. I had a new spritz type of drink and it was absolutely delicious. The temperature was perfect because the air was a little chilly, but the heaters were at the perfect setting. Everyone's drinks were really good. The new pretzel charcuterie was insanely good! This should always be on the menu! We also had the Mac and cheese bites, which are probably the best Mac and cheese bites available anywhere. Our server was really sweet. She was always making sure we were doing okay. Everyone had a great time! We always have such great service here and this time was no different!

We had a great time. Approximately 13 family members came and played and had lunch from out of town. It's early spring, and Michigan, so it was sunny but chilly. However, the space had these lovely overhead heaters that were AWESOME and kept us all perfectly toasty, despite the breeze. The games were very fun, even for those of us who don't know how to golf. It was also cool that they could set different toughness to keep the more experienced golfers entertained. We all ordered some appetizers and / or lunch, and it came out perfect. I had the hummus and crudites, and they gave you a generous helping. It was a perfect experience, and we will definitely return to one.

The service was beyond awful today. We had to get another waiter after 20 minutes of waiting to get our waitress to come over to get our order. We had two bays and they have numerous of times messed up where the drinks and food went. Mine and my fiancés drinks got forgotten and we had to remind the waitress. She asked if I wanted ranch with my sandwich which I responded yes, she forgot that. I asked for ranch again after our food was served and she never brought it out. There was 11 of us split between two bays and they would not split the bill at all, which was very frustrating to split especially since we all had different values of gift cards and food/drink orders. The reason I am giving two stars instead of one is because the food and drinks were delicious.

I had the best night here Saturday May 13, 23. It was my first visit and 1st time playing. Ill definitely be back. F.y.i. Do not order the chicken tenders, they only give you 3 small ones. They happily exchanged my order for boneless chicken. It was fun. We had a reservation and paid in advance for food but it came out super slow. The waitress was really nice & helpful. The place was busy as expected. They seem short staffed.

We had the Buffalo Chicken Wrap and it's just right. We also had the Roast Corn and Turkey Chili with cornbread. Truly a meaty meal. Jess and Meg the bartenders made the time fun and were so helpful. They made us feel so comfortable. We remember the original Post Bar fondly. Nice Detroit has a place like this for downtown Detroit residents and those of us who wish we were. It's perfect for game days and weekend entertainment.

Topgolf is awesome, I don't know what yall do to the food but it is incredible. The queso? Bussin. The mac and cheese bites? Bussin. Drinks are pretty good too. Overall happy with my experience every time, and the staff are always kind. Will be back!

If I could give it zeros stars I would. Took our server over 20 minutes between each return. And didn't come for at least 30 minutes before last call so after we ordered over 60$ worth of food (over 30 ago) we had no drinks not even water to wash it down. We were told we could go to the bar to get our water. The pretzel bites taste like you're chewing on a brick of sand. I don't leave reviews often but I was just perplexed that we're spending over 200$ for this kind of service.

Marissa was our server and was great! Ordered the injectable donuts, cheese flatbread and pretzel bites. All three were big hits with the kids- especially donuts. We appreciated Marissa even brought the donuts with a cute birthday message for my daughter.

DO NOT SIT IN A YOUNG GIRL NAMED TONY - SECTION Had the pleasure of going here for my dads birthday party it was around 12 people total. Racked up a pretty hefty bill and left her a tip. I then find out my dad asked her had a tip been left already she lied and told him no. Therefore giving herself a tip twice. The lack of integrity here is astounding and I have worked in the service industry and would've NEVER had the gall to do this to anyone. The night ended and before leaving I did let the manager know about the scam artist. She is a liar & I wouldn't trust her around food or money. Please be careful when going to this location. Very nice experience up until that moment before leaving. Xx

Waiting list on the Top Golf App needs improvement. I signed up on the Wait List and arrived on the property by the arrive by time of 4:35 PM. However, I was removed from the waiting list since I didn't respond to the text - I was driving hence why I couldn't respond to the text. No problem, they added me right back and thankfully it's not too busy so I just need to wait 15-20 mins. I'm basing my experience based on Top Golf Bay Area. The app is location based, and it detects when you're in the area and assigns you a stall. I arrived 5 mins before my arrive by time, w/ the Top Golf app open. It should have recognized this for this Auburn Hills location and should have assigned me a stall automatically. PS: This is a BIG deal - this location does not have TopTracer technology - which is what tracks your balk shows you useful and fun details about the height, speed, etc from your golf shot. I was told that it'll be added within a year.

Food was excellent, as always -- Topgolf never disappoints when it comes to that. Unfortunately, the service was a different story. The bartender with black and bright blue hair was surprisingly rude. She told me she needed my credit card just to clean off a table, which I've never heard of before. When we asked for takeout boxes, we were told they "don't have any," followed by, "I guess I can go look," which felt dismissive. The restaurant was somewhat clean, but overall, the customer service really took away from the experience. Will not be back to this location.

Meh! I love the concept. Great activity for a group or anyone who likes golf. I attended with a group of coworkers; a few have golfing experience, a few don't but that didn't hamper the fun. The layout of the golfing area is cool, as you hit balls off of a platform and watch them sail away into the air. Since I don't golf, I have no technical critique. As a novice, it was cool. The service was great. Our server was very attentive. I believe that I must've seen a limited menu, because there weren't many choices. I ended up settling for a burger. It was fried way too hard. The outer edges were almost crispy. The accompanying fries tasted almost freezer burned. I would've preferred to have a whiskey or even wine. I didn't like the mixture of energy drinks with alcohol. Alternatively, I could've had a seltzer or beer, but I'm not into those. I would visit again and order differently.

Came here for the 4th of July this year for my SIL's birthday, she's a fan of golfing. We had a small group of 6 of us for a two hour session in our bay. We were at the end of the bays. Grabbed some food and hit some balls into a net. It's a large facility. Has shaded areas with couches for parties. Multiple levels to shoot from too. Ordered a turf monster, top golf sangria, pretzel bites, guacamole and chips and salsa, queso for snacks. Something light until dinner. Ordered a Cobb salad less cheddar and bacon, a Caesar less croutons and a Caesar wrap sandwich too. $ for the two salads, club soda and splitting the 3 appetizers too. $66.64 for our portion, not quite worth the price of admission to me. The queso dip is pretty good, decent amount too. Not enough corn chips though the first round and half of the bottom were all broken too, need more for the queso. Gave us a couple of more corn chip refills at least. The corn chips are cheap and out of bag. We had to ask for silverware for our salads and more corn chips too. Couldn't locate our bay assigned waitress, think she is Megan. Another waiter took our requests instead. She came to check on us some 15 minutes or so after we tried to track her down. It's target range with bull eyes. The sangria and turf monster are decent. The turf monster comes in a take away home plastic glass. The injectable cinnamon donut holes sound found with some Bavarian cream, but have to save room for dinner later. The wrap isn't out yet, we ordered it a good while ago too. Our waitress asked the manager to check the order. They said the kitchen is a bit behind today. A tad annoying that they charged each of us $5/ each for a lifetime membership, especially when I didn't even play today and don't plan on coming back here at all. Their air circulation needs work. Not bad that we were at least out the shade, but it's still humid and balmy. Had to ask multiple times for food, drinks, waters and for to go boxes. Food was maybe a 3, tops. Service was bad for us today.

came to michigan for the weekend with my best friend, boyfriend, and myself to visit family. my boyfriend and i being from IL and my best friend being from IA. 2 other guys we were with are from michigan. our server tony come over around 30 minutes later after the manager had to come and greet us and told us tony would be our server. sounded like she couldn't handle a slight rush and couldn't greet her tables in a timely manner. when she finally came over we wanted to order drinks she got our order and asked for IDs and said we're good and walked away. shortly after she had the manager come over again because she was apparently unsure of our IDs. we've been having issues all weekend over our out of state IDs even with cops out here and decided we didn't want to deal with it all over again at top golf. the two from michigan showed there's thinking they wouldn't have to deal with the hassle. the manager looked at them both and stated that the blue background was different so one of the guys showed his CDL because you can't fake those. he then still took both of the IDs and left for 10 minutes. one of the guys we were with decided to get up and go get the IDs and tell them forget it and that he wants his ID back especially having shown another form of an ID. he got it back and the rest of the time we were there our server tony would show up every 20 minutes and look at us and walk away. didn't offer water or anything. she then at the end gave us a bill and hearted the tip and wrote a note that gratuity wasn't included. i work in the service industry and would never even think to write that gratuity isn't included as if we couldn't read a tab correctly.

I enjoy coming here very relaxing environment fun memories and great drinks as well as food did mention the drinks oh boy me and friends and family had a blast each time I have come to celebrate or meet up.

I was here for a work function. We had the fajita bar. Food was great. Servers were friendly and quick with the drink service. I was hoping we could have ordered our own food because I really wanted the chicken and tots with their amazing dipping sauce.

Bad food, rude customer service, we waited for our food for 45 minutes and then when we finally got it our time was already up, multiple people from our party experienced food poisoning after.

Golfing fun and dood for a complete date night! The service was attentive and food was tasty and prompt.

I have tried to schedule an event for an office group and I needed to speak to someone over the phone. I left a message for my call to be returned, explaining that I am a repeat customer, and I waited two days with no return call. I called again today 10-19-24 and I followed the prompts and have been on hold over 15 minutes with no human answering. Finally, when the human finally answered the phone, there was no apology for not responding, or the wait on hold. All I heard was that its busy here right now. Even when questioning why an apology wasn't offered, she seemed hesitant to offer one. I spent a lot of money with this venue 2 years ago for a previous office party, and I am not willing to waste my time and money with this level of customer service. If I treated my customers this way, I would have no business to schedule a party for. I have to coordinate a dinner, top golf, and a limo service for this event and I need to make a reservation sooner than 14 days in advance to know I have a secure reservation before confirming the other reservations. Due to the risk of the venue being full when calling 14 days in advance, I cant arrange an event in this way, and the lack of easily being able to speak to a human easily, makes it even harder.

Food ,service & vibe were all fantastic. Fun for all ages of people! Golfed for 2 hours and had a burger and beer afterwards.

Top golf is top golf, but not rolling in the reservation fee is a big no-no on my account. I will be back for group parties financed by another entity, but I won't be back for 50 an hour golf with 25 to make sure I don't wait. Make your business more effective and efficient and this won't be an issue. The service was great and I wish management would get it together so the staff won't suffer!

Came here as part of a birthday party. We had two reserved bays that came with food. The warmers were extremely nice and the golf clubs were ready to go. Overall, it was a very fun first experience. As someone who has never picked up a golf club in my life, I had way more fun than I thought I would have. I was warm, comfortable on the couches, and overall had a great time. Our server was quick. Drinks and food came out fast. There was no issue in starting separate tabs amongst our party. I don't know about other parties but ours did not get an explanation of how things worked or how the game was played. We had someone from our friend group basically set everyone up on the computer and teach us how to play. Maybe it because our host was busy taking drink orders. I would have still liked an officially explanation when he was done though because I didn't really understand how the game went or which golf clubs to use until about five shots in. Other than that, great experience. It's a bit pricy at $55 an hour but if you have a group that is willing to split that's not bad.

Came on a Saturday night after shopping around at Great Lakes crossing, pro tip; as you are walking around check in prior too especially if you are on a prime weekend time, basically as soon as it hit 4pm it jumped from 30 minutes to 2 hours. We ended up checking in and finished up at the mall until we were closer to the time. The staff was awesome and answered all of our questions professional and enthusiastic. We even had time to get a drink when we got there. Playing top golf was super fun for a group and it's nice that it's just a time limit keeps things moving and everyone gets a good experience at teeing. I absolutely loved this and would come back, but not just for the golf the food! The food was so decently priced and absolutely delicious everything was; of course I took no photos but the buffalo chicken dip was to die for, queso and chips was delicious, there was a promo for bbq Korean sliders soooo good and honestly I can't wait to come back for both the food and the game.

Had a fun time at Top Golf! I first came here at another location in the DC area and was excited to discover there was another one here in MI. I thought I didn't like golf until I tried Top Golf. You get to hit the ball as hard as you can into one of the targets over and over again while enjoying tasty drinks/snacks and fresh air! Our server was friendly and very helpful in explaining how it all worked since this was my husband's first time at Top Golf. While we were semi-outdoors, we had the ability to control the thermostat options for our table for heating. The atmosphere was upbeat and lively. We ended up staying about an hour and got to play a few rounds of their classic game, though they did have an Angry Birds version available as well. Had lots of fun, will definitely be back!

Super fun place to go! We had a work party, we rented 2 bays. Ordered a ton of apps, they were all pretty good, but those cheese fries were the biggest hit. We all had a few drinks and I am used to much stronger drinks. Lets just say they were meant to be consumed in quantities. All of the interactions I had with employees were very good, they were really friendly, and seemed thankful to see us. I am definitely returning with some friends. It was a fun experience.

Auburn Hills Michigan We rented two adjacent bays for a college reunion. Got to the bays, they were clean and ready to go. Got help from the bay attendant to get the 12 of us to logged in. One group played one of the games and the other group just hit balls. The manager Jen stopped by to make sure everything was going well, which it was. While we didn't order food, we ordered drinks. The drinks and service could not have been better. The venue was busy, but the service didn't falter. The group enjoyed the experience and helped make the reunion a success. The bill for the rental and drink was very reasonable. The only bad thing is I can remember the the bay attendant's name, it stated with an A.

Drinks were okay and the setting was good just super cold and hard to hit the put!! But it's a fun place for friends to hang out and service was good

Top gift is expensive to have a good time when the former business a golf establishment too, burned down, and another lost their top to bad weather & wind and bankrupt them

Lots of fun! Recommend using the app to save time from waiting in line. Service could have been better. Fun vibe for sure!
