The lemonade tasted like mop water. Only Pepsi products offered. Tried the Pepsi zero and it was not good so I got the diet Pepsi and got charged for both. Whatever, you got me on that one. The boneless wings were served soggy. The cheese fries looked ok but the cheese sauce was harder than the times of 1939. The fries were tough on the inside. A credit card, phone number and email was required. I don’t like people walking off with my card prior to service with all of the fraud going on. Not laid back.

We've visited this place multiple times. Highly recommend getting a reservation. We reserve our bay online, and there's never a wait when we get there. Service is great. The food is good. Games are fun. A great place for families or anyone else to visit.

Greens look like a Baton Rouge street with all these pot holes. Food is consistently cold and service is worse. We got drinks with 44 minutes left to our game. Told server we would be ordering more food soon. Didn’t see her again until we had 13 minutes left. Obviously we didn’t order more food or drinks. We also had to chase down a different server for utensils.

The burger was a 9/10. Probably best thing on the minute. Service was great, never had an empty drink on that hot day we went. Fun new game modes too, its a great time

Update Dec 7th 2024 visit: Booked online without issue. We arrived early and we were shown to our bay. After setting up the game the ball dispenser did not work. Hailed an employee to come take a look and he tried to do a reset. The reset did not work and we asked to be moved to a different bay (they weren't that busy), the employee gave us a non-answer so we asked again at the front desk, they have a non-answer about moving bays. After 15 minutes of waiting I asked to speak with the manager, he walk away and didn't offer a solution, I asked to speak with the manager again and finally we were able to switch bays. At the new bay we encountered the same ball release issue, but after a quick restart we were able to play. We didn't receive service to order food for another 10 minutes and only after speaking to the manager again about it. Don't ask for a double bloody Mary they get confused and it arrives oddly. The Buffalo Chicken dip is more crusty and less flavor, the queso and macaroni bites were great. The manager made all the the problems right by taking $25 off our bill and giving us a $50 gift code to be used at a later date. Rough start to the experience but everything was great by the end. Still a great time with the family. Great time and good food. The drinks were good too. An awesome date night.

Rating more for the value on the discount day that we went than the food itself. Definitely worth a trip. Good for groups or a date. And no one has to be good here to have fun.

Very good place! Sooo much fun when you go with a couple of your friends even if it's just three people! Love the atmosphere and the service here was good! The appetizer was AMAZING. Totally recommend to get it. It's the Mac and cheese bites. The only reason why I didn't give it a 5 star review was because I got there at 10pm and they close the bar exactly at 10. I wish the bar was open until they were actually open to enjoy a drink but overall my first experience was great! I will be back!! ALSO before I forget, I LOVE THE COOKIE DESSERT.

As a family of 7, we had a blast! The food was phenomenal, and the atmosphere was just as incredible. I can't wait to go back with my husband for a date night!

A great spot to spend a beautiful Sunday in Baton Rouge whether you're a pro golfer or just having fun. Half off on Sundays definitely sweetens the deal, too! Only $30 for an hour. I was definitely worried I would feel a little intimidated here as someone who has never golfed before but it was honestly really welcoming. We got a couple margaritas and these were pretty decent but nothing spectacular. I didn't get a chance to try the food.

Hello we were bored so we wanted to go a fun golfing thing so that's what we did.I was a pro golfer back in my days in the 80s but I loved this top golf it was so much fun!! Both the boys loved it Phillip hit the bal 25 yards and Scottie hit it 29 yards I hit it 305 and my wife hit it 100 yards It was soo much fun we all loved the golf and the food was very good overall a great time!.

Always a good time when we frequent top golf. Especially with the Sunday Funday promotions. We arrived without a reservation, received a bay immediately and began our game. Order food and drinks and had a good time. The weather was good for a Sunday in July, due to the overcast so it was a win win. There were no ball glitches and we enjoyed our time!

Came for a chill good time. Free parking in the lot. I think the games are a little limited because they didn't have the basic block game. Sometimes the ball was a little glitchy and didn't register right because I'd see the ball go further or inside a circle but the system didn't register that. Service for drinks was quick though.

I had a great time with family and friends for my birthday celebration. We had reservations for 2 bays side by side. I would advise to wear cool clothing because of the indoor/outdoor setting. Our server checked in with us often for food and drink orders. There is also a bar inside that you can go order from. We had fun and the food and drinks were good. I would definitely recommend this place for a date night, birthday celebration, or just a family/group outing.

We had our quarterly team outing at Top Golf and it was an all around great experience. Planning it was super simple. I just filled out something online, someone reached out, and that was it. My favorite thing was the food selections for a group! It was the perfect amount and everything was great. Everything was great.

I've been here a couple times and will say it's a great spot to go with your friends when you get tired of bowling. They have several game options so you never get bored, my favorite is the angry birds one. The food is completely fine for a place like this, better than any bowling alley I've been too. It's nice and open, has a good vibe with areas inside to hangout and play games outside of top golf itself. I don't know if it's there anymore but they had this discount on Tuesday for $40 to bring five people for two hours, thats. A great deal in my opinion and good to take advantage of. Overall experience score: 80/100

Pros: It's a great place. The food is amazing! The staff is kind in every way shape and form. And the place is nice, neat. Plus all the machines work well! The 1 con: incredibly overpriced

My boys always love coming here to gold. We stuck to sodas for drinks this time. The patty melt is the best thing there. The chicken bacon ranch pizza had a dry seasoning on top that was a little salty this time. I have gotten it in the past and loved it. We always have fun playing and eating. Great family feel. Not the cheaper. But they do have specials on certain days.

I've been here a couple times but have always felt I didn't get my money's worth. The drinks are pretty good and the bays normally have most of the clubs but every time I go here we have a group next to us that doesn't know how to respect boundaries. To be fair this last time the waitress and the manager were both super attentive and kind. Had the group next to us not corrected their own behavior I think the manager would have taken care of it. The food is less than mediocre. I haven't found anything I'd really recommend. If I'm in a pinch I'll get the pretzel bites.

I have been here a few times. They handle Corporate Groups and Large Events very well. Hourly Pricing is definitely a factor in determining WHEN you want to go play, but with three levels you rarely will need to book in advance with the exception of Peak Hours or unless you want a specific bay or level. If you're looking to work on your swing or simply whack balls, there's cheaper options locally but It's usually a great time playing here. The different games they offer can add variety to the your experience. The Chipped Balls are nice as you can track each shot you make and something you wont find anywhere else.

Truly one of the worst locations. The staff is rude, incompetent, and inconsiderate. We checked in through the app for the 2 hour wait, received the text that our bay would be ready in 15, we arrive and are told we were taken off the waitlist because we didn't reply to another text that was sent 8 minutes later!? Considering we were driving there it appears Top Golf is encouraging text and driving, great policy. The staff was helpless and told us the best they could do was put us back on the waitlist to hang around for another hour and wait, no thanks. This was the second time we had a terrible experience here and we will never be back. Go bowling, to the movies, or some other activity and don't waist $60/hr+ here for a terrible experience.

Had a fantastic time. Lots of fun good food with good people. We enjoyed the day with about 150 co workers.

Decided to start my day golfing with coworkers. At first, I was a little confused about how service works. I kept looking for an attendant but they told me they would be coming soon. The weather was lovely and I enjoyed how lovely the set up was. Unfortunately, my friend waited a while for her coffee after we placed our orders for food. The food was pretty delicious though. I really enjoyed my breakfast burritos with a side of expresso martinis. I had a blast playing the angry birds game and was surprised that I won a couple rounds! I'm thrilled that there's a new location in Lafayette to try now!

Decided to go to Top Golf early Saturday morning to beat the crowd. Always a good time here. The nachos were actually really good and I was pleased with the presentation. My man ordered wings (not pictured) and I will say they were a little lackluster (only 6) for the price. Overall a good experience.

Notes: 1) been here a few times Pros: 1) food is decent for what it's worth 2) service has been really great always 3) the ambiance is just pure fun Cons: 1) it's pricey Rating: 4/5 Well I only really deducted half a point for how pricey it can get. It's worth the pay every so often and I hear that they have member awards and other ways to make coming often cheaper which is awesome! The other half a point is for food. I am going to be lenient as the food isn't what the point of coming here is. It hits the spot and tastes pretty decent. The portions are okay too. Ordering it is easy and I never had a wrong order or any problems. The staff has always treated me well and I've had no complaints. Additionally, the drinks are good too. It's a good use of your time and fun if you don't want to go to the golf course!

Arrived at 6:45pm on a Tuesday 04.29.2025. The lady at the desk told me they were fully booked and there was an hour wait. I was looking at the first level with 8-10 open bays when I was informed of the wait. Said no thanks & headed for the door. As I was walking out, the gentleman behind the counter with the lady said to her, "They think they can walk right in and play without waiting? THESE PEOPLE!" I guess I was naive in thinking I could do exactly that. I DO believe his statement showed how poorly their customer service is. I have no intention of returning.

My 1st trip to TopGolf ever and I have no complaints! The food was GREAT! The customer service was EXCELLENT! This visit was filled with fun and overall an awesome experience. Our server Michael was super helpful and accommodating as we had a family fun night here on a Wednesday night with 3 kids. We ordered a little bit of everything. The BlackBerry Margarita was so good! Well mixed and a waiter recommended! I ordered the Chicken sandwich and added bacon and avocado which was delicious and fresh tasting! All of my family was on love with the fries so we ordered them as an appetizer and with our meals. The quest and chips was good as well and the quest is served hot in a skillet upon ordering.

So this was my first time visiting this establishment. I went for a friends bday celebration. When we arrived the bay was ready. My friend typed all our info in to begin the game but the ball shoot was not working They came and fixed that and then once we started hitting the points we're not registering. We were moved to the 2nd floor to another bay. We ordered food and drinks on the previous bay. The drinks came quickly to the new bay. I ordered cheese fries with bacon and the bacon was burned. I asked the server about and she stated "I'll have them remake them but I can't guarantee they won't come out the same" I asked her "are you ok with that?" She replied "I'll get the manager" the manager was AWESOME The fries were remade and were perfect and they were hot and really good, the wings are good too but they are just wings I only had the Buffalo Over all I would like to go again as it was fun

The environment, food, and drinks are all great at top golf. Going on a Tuesday is the way to go if you want to save some money since they do half price Tuesday's for game play. The spiked strawberry lemonade is delicious, would recommend. The pretzel bites were okay but the cheese sauce that came with them was hard. The garlic Parmesan and bbq boneless wings were great. Would recommend the bbq over the garlic. They were out of both margarita and pepperoni flatbreads as well as being out of the Asian wings. Our group did have a great time at Topgolf and we enjoyed the service and ambiance.

It was a dope experience but we only came to kill some time before we left back to Wisconsin, we don't have one up north but we kind of felt like we got rush off the lane, also nobody told us about the deals that's was offers plus I didn't know i get 10% off on being a police officers but it a cool places to go

Had the pleasure of bringing my boyfriend here for his bday and he loved it! He is a true golfer and I don't think he wanted to leave after 2 hours! He was soo competitive and kept hitting the ball to the net. The drinks we enjoyed mai tai amd Long Island ice tea plus the Buffalo chicken dip was really good, very spicy. I'm sure we will be back soon especially since covid cases are decreasing. Check in was a breeze and bay was ready upon arrival. We did pre book a bag 7 days in advance online. Our waiter was enthusiastic and checked on us multiple times. The restrooms were clean and it wasn't too crowded for a Sunday!

We reserved two bays side by side yesterday for my son's 9th bday. We had a party of 4 adults and 7 kids. Our server JB was absolutely wonderful! So let me reiterate this negative review has nothing to do with our service from him. HOWEVER, at the end of the remaining time, I took my youngest son to bathroom to change him and my husband took our other son to the bathroom . My niece and her fiance were at the table with the rest of kids . Before going to the bathroom I had taken out my Summer Fridays lip gloss and placed it on one of the tables . And accidentally forgot it there . When i came back to the table , i guess they had another party coming to our bay and had hurried up and wiped the tables down . My lipgloss was gone. I then called JB back to table and told him . He asked the two female servers who cleared off our table who told me they didn't see anything . I was going to let it go , until i walked downstairs and my niece pointed out someone and said she took it. Your lipgloss was underneath one of the menus and she put it in pocket . i asked my niece again if she was positive and she said absolutely. I then went back upstairs and spoke with the manager Adam who was there and informed him of what happened and that my niece saw his employee HANNAH steal my lipgloss off the table. I then went up the server and asked her if she had it and just to give it back and that would be the end. She told me she didn't have it, that she saw it on the table but didnt know where it went. Which was odd bc initially she said she didnt see anything. We were in Bays 211 and 212 upstairs from 11:30-1:30pm on 11/16 yesterday. I would like the cameras looked at, so that you all can aware of what thiefs and dishonest people work for your company. We literally spent almost $500 there yesterday so the $30 lip gloss was nothing. It's the PRINCIPLE of it all! Don't take anything thats not yours. Clearly we were coming back to the bays considering we hadn't closed the check out with JB and my purse was still sitting on the chair and a baby bottle! Very disappointed! I will be calling corporate office on Monday as well. If it's one thing I hate, it's a liar...

I visited this location on 11/01 with my family and it was HORRIBLE!!! I arrived around 6. I asked the waiter about a specific menu item (wing trio) at which time he said he would be 30 wings. Only for the food to come out and there about 24 wings. He apologized and stated that he just started 3 weeks ago. Next, there was a bug in my daughter's drink. She told the waiter, he bought another drink. Lastly, the absolute worst part of all, I asked the waiter directly face to face about an online promotion that said you could buy a $150 giftcard and receive $50 game play. I also asked if the game play had to be used in the future of would I be able to use it now. I had it on my screen ready to purchase as I was asking the waiter. He said he would go check. He came back, asked for me to write my number on a paper he had. I did and he walked off. He came back about 7 minutes later and said it was all fine to use during this visit. I told him that we would take the check. He proceeded to say that he already applied the card to my bill with whoever he took my number too but then still said my bill was $201 because all of it couldn't be applied which made no sense. He showed me the bill on a device. He had gotten the game play applied with the gift card portion instead of the game play portion which made my bill still appear higher. Not my fault at all. I asked for a manager, explained it all to the manager in front of the waiter who agreed with what I said he said and did. However, they were both looking at me as if I needed to pay for his mistake. I showed the manager my receipt which showed that at 7:39 I purchased the gift card promotion which was close to the time that everything was happening. Why would I buy it if I were told otherwise resulting in me still needing to spend extra money? Not to menthe waiter begin to talk down to me after realizing he was wrong instead of taking accountability. He even put his finger up as if he were talking to an animal or a child and I am neither. At that point I removed myself from the restaurant since no one wanted to handle the situation properly. I have since reached out to corporate offices, social media, online reviews and now press. Not to mention they shut down my online topgolf account which still has $102 game play on it and needs to be refunded if I am now unable to have an account.

I have never golfed in my entire life, so I had no idea what to expect. I of course read all of the reviews on Yelp first and saw that people have had to wait for awhile to get a bay on the weekend. So I was a bit scared, and showed up an hour and a half earlier than my party. Well, they were ready immediately to show us to our bay. I had to explain that I expected to wait much longer, and they were so kind and understanding and ended up getting me a bay at the time I needed. We got a bay on the 3rd floor and it was amazing. I am an awful sportswoman across the board, but I had such an awesome time. Half of the time I missed the ball. Whoops! I am definitely coming back. I love that they also offer food and drinks. Be aware that not all bays have couches, and that you can request one with a pub table or a couch. They also offer an area downstairs with outdoor lawn games and seating if you end up having to wait. We came on a Friday night and they had a live DJ which was really entertaining. Thank you Top Golf for the great evening! Everyone should give it a try.

I returned to TopGolf and my second experience was jaw dropping-ly different from the first. This visit, we arrived to be told that there was a TWO HOUR WAIT for a bay. Disappointed, but still looking forward to our friends (whom we had invited bc our first experience was so much fun) joining us this time, we obliged to the wait. I even ran home to get games to keep us entertained in the interim. We also took the liberty of ordering food and drinks. I have to say, while I enjoyed the pretzel charcuterie board (sans the meat because i don't eat that), it seems overpriced for what you get. And my sangria, it tasted like watered down juice. Probably the worst sangria I've ever had. As for service, the gentleman was interested in ordering a veggie burger, to which our waiter advised they were out. After he proceeded with a regular burger another waiter told us there were in fact more veggie burgers, he even went to the kitchen to confirm. We asked him and other waitstaff to notify our waiter of our request, and low and behold, he was nowhere to be found. Even had someone else deliver the regular burger to us. We finally caught what we would presume was a supervisor, and he got us the veggie burger. After all that grief, sadly, the burger was GROSS. Oh, by the way, the two hours passed. A few of our friends came and played board games, and finally left. Frustrated with the lack of update or notification, I went down to ask about our bay. This is when I was told, we still had a 45 minute wait. Come again? I just waited 2 hours and 15 minutes and now I have 45 more minutes?! I requested a supervisor. The supervisor, who was over "hospitality" of all things, indignantly told me the 2 hours was an estimated time. Ummm, 45 plus 15 minutes is a whole hour added to an estimation. That is not an estimate in my book, that's a LIE. After going into the issues we had with service as well, the supervisor CLAIMED to push us to the top of the list. About that... after waiting about 20 more minutes, and our final guest saying he had to go, we decided to leave as well. Our bay was finally ready around 11p. To make this clear for you, we made our request for a bay at around 7p. That's FOUR HOURS LATER! Sorry to say, since this incident, as much as I'd like to play a game of TopGolf, it just isn't worth the nonsense. It's simply disheartening to know that they will let other people jump in front of you for a dollar amount. It's capitalism at its finest I guess. Folks who have $50 to throw away can jump in front of people who arrived hours ahead of them. Morally this is so wrong!!!!

I was in today with my Son, we had a blast!!! Several reasons but the biggest was our server, Michelle stark! She was amazing! Best service we've had at a Top Golf and we've been to a few...A LOT. Great Vibe, atmosphere! Food was hot and tasty, very fresh- I love the macaroni bites, strawberry lemonade was perfect! Will definitely be make to see you Michelle!!!!

A great place to hang with friends and have fun. The place has everything, The bay to hit golf balls with state of technology to keep track of scoring and play different golf games. Great screens to watch sporting events Food and cocktails are delicious. The staff is awesome and friendly. My recommendation, download the app, sign up and book your spot before going they get quite busy at night and weekend. Best time to go is during the week daytime over lunch. Enjoy.

My son and I venture out to driving ranges across south Louisiana, but this one is by far the best! Our very first visit here was exceptional. My son and I had a blast and he told our server, Darius, he wanted to live here. Darius was an excellent server. He was very attentive and he informed me of the golf camp available for my son's age group. I enrolled my son in the camp the following week and he has enjoyed going in the mornings. I'm so very grateful to bring my son to a safe environment. My son's favorite foods include burgers, wings, and macaroni and cheese bites. The macaroni and cheese bites are delicious! Tuesdays are our nights to go because it's at a discounted rate and we usually stay for a few hours since my son has a great love for golf. Even if you don't play golf regularly, it's worth going to try it out as I am not very good, but I enjoy the Angry Birds game which I feel is for all beginner players. Thank you, Darius and TopGolf! We will be back soon! For those who had a bad experience in the past, please don't pass on Darius, he will take care of you.

The service was so nice and helpful. It was my first time coming here so I didn't know how to really start the game as I thought you would pay before playing but you actually pay afterwards. The worker there showed how to set up the game and what each option meant. The only con I can say is the alcoholic drinks lacked the liquor aspect of it lol. Not to sound like and alcoholic but it tasted like juice and nothing else, when I asked if they had anything stronger the worker stated, that the bartender is basically light handed when it comes to the liquor. But overall I enjoyed my time there. They do require you to wear masks but once your outside your can take it off while playing.

Can you say FUN FUN FUN??? My husband went here with his crew from work and told me about it. Sounded like fun, we made a commitment to visit together, and when our oldest son (Who plays golf also) was in town, it was the perfect opportunity to make the trip. We had an absolute BLAST! So much fun that I told hubs we should go back monthly!

So far I've had 2 experiences here... The first was during the day in the summer. It was backed up, Wait times were quoted wrong... they didn't put in our bay request timely. It felt like it took forever to get a nay. Thankfully we did, however...it was hot. Those fans aren't doing much, I'm sorry! We had a bay with a table and the 6 chairs, which I don't really prefer. Once we got settled things seemed to go much more smooth. Our waiter for our bay was kind and super helpful so it ended up being ok. The second time we went was actually on Labor Day. I would've thought we would have a repeat on the wait time...but thankfully we didn't. They quoted the right wait time and we were in our bay with no problems. This time we got one with a sofa and it made alllll the difference in the world! Even though today was hot as well, the comfortability of this bay made it so much better. The only issue this time was unfortunately our waitress. She wasn't friendly...she was just "doing her job" and seemed a bit annoyed at every request we had. People should realize just how far a smile can go. Overall, the hope is that the third time we go everything will sync up!l lol. Overall though, I am happy BR has this facility for new, cool, and safe fun things to do!

Our service was absolutely terrible. Obviously game play is timed so you have to order, eat, and drink within the allotted time which is not an issue. But our server did not come to our table until about 30 minutes into the game. She then only checked on us the last 30 minutes in which we ordered a pitcher of beer and she didn't bring it until the last 5 minutes. After I had already reminded her once and then asked the manager if he could bring it out.

This is a pretty cool place for date night or family night. There are three different levels you can play on. It was my first time golfing so it was definitely interesting. Up to 6 people can golf together unless you want to split rounds. You can get food and drinks as well. They also sell cocktails. We will definitely be going back we had a blast !!

Did not know what to expect here especially because its not mini golf but this was way more fun. Better than bowling for sure. The food was good and I got a mixed drink that I didnt like which they graciously let me switch out. In the end I had a frozen mango margarita which was DELICIOUS. They don't normally make it on the third floor though so I appreciate that extra effort. By the way floor three is the best one! This spot downstairs with the turf is nice too. The kids can get out their energy. I'm an old person who hates loud music though! Ahhhh. It is good music though.

Went for a corporate event. The service was great. They had several waiters working the area. The chocolate chip cookies are some of the best I've ever had!!!! The food is ok. Maybe 2-3 stars. Beer battered chicken strips, overly sauced pulled pork sliders, fresh fruit, and salad. Nothing to write home about. They surprised me with the decent wine menu. Try the Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc. It was perfect for an "almost" spring day.

I visited top golf with a few friends for my birthday. We were promptly taken to our bay and food and drink orders taken. I was surprised that the food was actually tasty. The queso was very good so we're the mac and cheese bites. The buffalo wings were good as well but the lemon pepper could use more seasoning. I had a blueberry lemon drop which was made well. It did take quite some time for the food to arrive and I would have liked for the attendant to actually give more instructions on actually the game. Overall it was a good experience.

Great concept and lots of fun whether you are looking for an adventurous work outing or date night. They also offer discounts like "College Night" to welcome various groups. The downfall of Topgolf is how incredibly franchised it feels. The cocktails are very sugary and there are little to no local beers. Living in southern Louisiana I am very, very spoiled from eating unbelievable food and this was fair.

The food was good. But I been to multiple top golfs & the service was just not that great we waiting at the bar to order food & the bartender was not too busy & just did not check up on us enough. Do better

I've always had a fun experience here with my friends and the food/drinks menu is the cherry on top. Top Golf is COVID friendly with the employees taking time to sanitize the station in between groups, which could explain the wait each time I go. The customer service is also great and the employees always made sure that we were enjoying ourselves. The cheesy macaroni bites were TO DIE FOR, but make sure you ask for utensils because no one knows who's touched those golf clubs. They must put something addicting in the red marinara sauce. The queso nachos were also SO good and the presentation was beautiful. I wished it had more chips though. The orange dream drink is every orange juice lover's ideal drink and I highly recommend it. The spiked strawberry lemonade was extremely refreshing. My only complaint with the drinks is that there is not a lot of alcohol in them and they were around $10 each.

Love this place!! Worth every penny. Prices are all available online so there shouldn't be any surprises. (Judging by the wait times, the prices don't seem to be bothering the vast majority) The food is incredible! I don't mind paying a little extra for quality food here compared to the low grade options at other entertainment venues. The charcuterie pretzel and steak nachos are AMAZING! Also the flatbread pizzas....yum. Don't skip desert either! Get the donuts! For this place being brand new, and massive.. it's very impressive what a great job they are doing. Can't imagine what it must be like to train that many people in a matter of weeks (Gotta be close to 500) and keep everyone on the same page throughout the opening stages. Especially with how busy they already are! If all they are running out of is a little coffee and tea... I'd say they are doing a pretty damn good job! Great team that I'm sure will just keep getting better and better! Keep up the great job Top Golf! Thank you for coming to Baton Rouge!

I finally made it to Top Golf! A handful of friends and I reserved a bay oneevening, and arrived to a clear and clean bay with clear plastic partitions between them. We were greeted by someone who took our drink order, but it was time to change shifts, so we had to reorder with our new server. She was super friendly and explained in depth how it worked to all of us newbies. They were out of a few drink items, but in a Covid world, i don't expect everywhere to be fully stocked. Everything was clean and fresh looking. We really enjoyed ourselves, and our server was attentive and asked many times if we were okay. I was impressed that they will split the game up for your when charging out. And as we stood out on the patio before leaving, they were cleaning the bay and all the gold clubs that were in it, giving it a good sanitizing before the next group. It was a fun evening, and I really cannot wait to return. My only negatives were that there was no local business represented on the menu, I get it because it's a chain, but they could easily partner with a local distributor and get some local (and better) beer selections. Additionally, they seemed to be a bit selective in enforcing the number of patrons allowed in a bay at a time - currently only six people can for social distancing. A friend arrived and pretty much as soon as he took one step in the bay, two employees were there to tell him he couldn't stand in the bay because of the limit. However, when we arrived, the bay next to us had 8 (including some children - though one of the kids was seated at our table when we arrived and she was smashing her face against the plastic to make faces at another kid, gross whether in a pandemic or not.) Additionally, as we left, the group of guys next to us had 7 adults and were never told to reduce their number, but they all must go often and spent a lot as they brought their own clubs and were hard hitting... Rules are rules, and we were fine with that, but let's be uniform in the enforcement.

Great place to watch a game with its big screens. But service is slow and food choices limited.

Wish I could give it a zero. Will not recommend anyone to come to this establishment . I am so happy another golfing range is opening up down the street . We went in on 2/23, a random Wednesday, night and was told that it would be just a little wait. One hour later we are told a totally different excuse... they had a big party event. Multiple other parties were waiting all because management did not want to open another floor of bays. They only had the third floor open. Save yourself the time and money and frequent a different establishment for entertainment ... like golf suites when it opens .

First time going to TopGolf and it did not disappoint! Great service and a real effort to keep everyone safe during these COVID times. Our hostess/server was really nice and prompt. Although we did ask for refills and never got them, but honestly everything else was awesome. The steak tacos were very tasty! Can't wait to go back!

Topgolf a very fun place to go with friends and family for something different to enjoy a day or evening out. The staff is very efficient and they keep it very clean to make sure everyone is Safe. The food is very good for bar food the the price not bad. Service very quick and efficient. I think the staff know's you only have an hour and they make sure you get your food and drinks quickly. My only suggestion is to call ahead to reserve a bay. Unless your ok with just hanging out. They do have nice big TV screens and comfortable places to sit and great attentive professionals bartenders. I know this because we were just sitting at a table and they had a line at the bar. One found time to come to our table to see of we needed anything. Management must be very effective in hiring very hard working dedicated employees that love thier job. You just don't see that anymore.
