Topgolf Buford is always a great time! I have been here several times, and every single time, the nachos have been the absolute highlight—definitely my go-to snack. Booking a bay is smooth and super convenient, which makes planning so much easier. The golf itself is loads of fun—perfect for catching up with friends, making new work connections, or just enjoying some quality time with family. They even have clubs for left-handed folks and kids, which is really thoughtful. The staff is polite, the atmosphere is lively, and the whole experience feels well put together. Weekends can get a bit crowded, but otherwise, a fun and reliable spot. Definitely coming back again!

Topgolf Buford was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The staff really sets this location apart. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, attentive, and on top of things without hovering. They explained how everything worked, checked in at the right times, and kept the experience running smoothly. The bays were clean, the food and drinks came out quickly, and the overall atmosphere was energetic but relaxed. Whether you’re there to actually golf or just hang out and have fun, the team makes sure you feel taken care of. Easily one of the best Topgolf experiences I’ve had.

Overall the food was good but the service was terrible. We felt rushed the entire time from start to finish which is why we will never return to this location. We were visiting out of town a this was the worst service we ever had at a Top Golf. After the waitress took our drink orders she brought the drinks and never asked us if we wanted any food before walking off. After several minutes we found the manager to take our orders and she was very polite. However, our server was not. Close to the end of our playing time she informed us the time was almost up and we can take our food inside to finish eating it and this was a few minutes after the food arrived. By that time our guest who ordered food about 45 minutes prior to our time ending only had 10 mins to eat their food by the time it arrived. She never offered to-go boxes knowing they wouldn’t have time to finish eating at the bay. Within 4 mins of our time ending we were asked to leave because another group of people were coming. This happened while we were in the middle of boxing up food at the table. We moved inside to finish some food and my dad went back to table to check and see if he left his bag and nobody was even at the table. So this whole rushing us for the next guests wasn’t even true. Overall I would not recommend this location.

The food and drinks were great! We were accidentally charged for overtime play, but the staff handled it quickly and without any issues. Overall, a wonderful experience!

I just want to show MAJOR gratitude to Top Golf, Buford for their tremendous customer service. At the beginning of November, my partner and their family suffered a tragic loss. Today, we opted to celebrate a heavenly birthday in honor of my partner’s brother, who passed away so suddenly, and it was an emotionally heavy day for all of us. From the moment we arrived, the compassion, kindness, and understanding shown by the staff made a world of difference. Management went above and beyond to ensure we felt supported and welcomed, never rushed, and genuinely cared for during a very difficult time. Their empathy did not go unnoticed and meant more than words can express. A very special kudos to our server, Hugo, who was absolutely incredible. Hugo was attentive, patient, and warm, striking the perfect balance between excellent service and heartfelt compassion. He made sure everything was taken care of while also treating our family with dignity and kindness, which helped turn a painful day into a moment of connection and remembrance. Thank you, Topgolf Buford, for reminding us that exceptional customer service is about more than just the experience—it’s about humanity. We are deeply grateful and will always remember the kindness shown to our family on this day.

Liam was a super personable and humorous server. We had a spill and he was so kind while cleaning it up and even offered jokes to lighten the mood. 10/10 server coming from a server with years of experience, this guy is going to bring lots of good business for this location.

We had lunch here a year ago and we wanted to try their buttermilk chicken sandwich again today 1.28.25; mane it’s probably the best in the area, seriously. We like it ahead of Popeyes and Chick-fil-A. The chicken is moist, flavorful, and covered in a nice crispy crust and tasty coleslaw. The service and sever were on point and attentive. We enjoyed the upstairs view from the bar area. It’s Tuesday and it was quiet, despite 50% Off golf. The only recommendation is to the atmosphere; perhaps create a dining area for folks who just want to eat, socialize, and drink before the 5pm topgolf crowd. It wasn’t really noticeable or marketed. With that, I still highly recommend for their Buttermilk Chicken Sandwich and Fries; they are really good.

Last night was my first and last time at Topgolf. The lack of management is indubitably vile. The personal attack towards my daughter by so said "C.O" really gives your company a horrible name. To have someone that has zero concerns for the customers. Greg is ego driven. But I promise he would never come around that counter to verbally berate a man. Coward move. Matt the server should go work behind the scenes. Not a people person at all. Short story long we were here for my husband's 60th birthday It turned into we did everything wrong and Greg's ego does everything right. I did speak with Burns as I was leaving and he really knows how to speak to people! It's a shame he isn't the manager.

I know I'm in the south, and the overall theme of the place isn't complimentary to queer people like myself, so I'm not basing my time here off of that. What I am basing it off of, though, is my somewhat cold and un-tasty bean burger. The lettuce looked and tasted like it came from a salad bag, yuck. My tomato was almost translucent even. The fries were good and crispy. I'm also appalled at the high-calorie options and hardly any health or vegan options for my partner and I. The mimosa was good, but the golf bag drink was way too sweet and not really any alcohol. I wasn't a fan of the plastic cup that you get to take home as I thought it was glass. Our server, Gugu, was good. I'm not a fan of honorifics and assumptions by other staff there, but again we're in the south. I prepped looking at the menu making meal sacrifices to eat here. We came here for a friend's bday get-together for her. She had never been and it had been a while since I came myself. Make sure to get the app though. However, if playing the angry birds mini-game, which was fun, it for whatever reason won't show up in the app. I'm still waiting to see if it does one day. One note I will say. I got a survey from them and I was able to actually put that I was non-binary, even if I felt uncomfortable there as one. Again, I assume it's based on location, but I would not feel great coming back as a regular. I know what TopGolf's main target audiences are, so I'd only come if my friends wanted to. Especially because of how high the food calorie is. And another note, it didn't seem like a lot of food for the high calories. Even my friends' food seemed on the lighter side.

We walked into a empty bar, we sat down and was ignored by the bartender. We sat for 10 min and watched her basically make out with a guy behind the bar her name was Nina We had to ask someone else to serve us. (Melody) After that we watched Nina cut up cuss with other staff. The conversation wasn't for kids ears who were @ a table just feet away. What a terrible experience for my first time here. Been great since we got to our Bay. It's a toss up if I'll ever go back. But love the driving range and games.

Top golf is always a fun time! Do check their specials before you go because we realized after we went that they had all you can play for $15 per person and we paid $47 per hour for 2 hours and we only had 3 people. The food was delicious the chicken was very flavorful you can see and taste the quality of the ingredients! Our server was very nice and on top of everything we needed! The ambiance is always uplifting and well kept.

Service was lukewarm. Waited 45 min during our 1 hour time slot for $10 nachos (no protein, literally just cheese and sauces) and the plate came with 6 soggy nachos. Regret not contesting the charge. ON TOP of being charged a $5 additional charge for being a first time customer. Will never be returning to any locations. Don't waste your time with this scam, go to a real driving range instead. In addition, the hand sanitizer was empty, and the initial employee who gave us the briefing had a bad attitude and was blasè. Just nasty vibes here. On my birthday no less.

It was okay. The food was decent! It was great that they had fans because it was hot even after 7pm. I had a good time with my people.

Kicked out after an employee broke my fiancés club with the expectation that he's supposed to remain calm when an employee returns to tell him they won't be fixing it. Wildest thing I've seen. 1. Train in customer service. Rectify the situation and move on 2. Train in de-escalation. No reason 5+ employees should be walking up to a customer & even more employees shouldn't be crowding around watching 3. Professionalism. Why are you approaching a customer standing within arms length of them telling them to "calm down" Really bad situation and unprofessional as the employee turns to me and continues to make passive aggressive comments about feeling sorry for us. Overall take responsibility, learn how to handle people and situations and remain professional.

Had a great time prefect for a date night. The wings were good and service was excellent. Make sure you make a reservation before you go.

The service was fantastic and the food was pretty good too. My favorite part was learning how to golf of course. We had so much fun we tried to extend our reservation but unfortunately this place is in high demand and there were a lot of people waiting to play. Our server, Daniel, was fantastic. He was fun and attentive and his personality really added a lot to the experience. You should definitely plan a day for this extravaganza whether you are an avid golfer or simply a beginner like me. It was a blast

Let me start of by saying that this is a great location and it looks great from the outside, but this site could operationally use some help. The crew and I decided to watch our first Falcons game of the season here in Buford. The place wasn't too crowded before the 1pm kickoff, so we were able to the prime seating we desired. The trouble came when 1. We sat at the table a good 15 minutes before having to get up and ask for a server at the bar. 2. TopGolf couldn't get the big screens to appropriately work and we were missing key points of the game we came there to see. Once our table was finally assigned a permanent waitress, things were good. Food came out appropriately, drinks were good (except the water was tap or at least tasted like it...beware). In summary, you don't have to get there too early if you're not golfing. But do set your expectations appropriately in terms of service (they still have some catching up to do).

Went here with my husband's family and we had a good time. The gaming was fun even though I have no clue how to golf. The area was clean, the atmosphere was energetic and the servers were pleasant. The food was good, I had the queso (forgot to take pix of food) because we were hungry, the food took long to come. We had wings, nachos, queso and chicken sandwich, but there was a problem with getting to us in a timely manner. The place is huge, super size tv screens. The field is huge, made the game exciting and challenging. All in all we had a great time.

Great times at Top Golf! I reserved a booth for my son's birthday and we were treated like royalty! We played 1.5 hours worth of golf and ate a full lunch there and spent about $200 (including tip). Their menu is pretty limited. I got a cheeseburger and fries which were good. Seems like the busier times are in the evenings so if you want to try and go when it's less crowded, go during the day. Especially a weekday when they're practically dead.

We came 2 separate times. Our servers both times (Paige J & Hannah R. ) were amazing!!! The drinks were great!! The steak nachos were over cooked and very small for $15. The cookie sundae was large and shareable. Overall great experience but it can get pricey fast

UPDATE: It seems this Hugh fellow who replies to bad reviews doesn't actually want to make things right. Just good PR I guess. I've PM'd him like he asked and haven't heard a response. Regarding business and corporate parties: If you're looking to book this venue for a business party like we did, you should know some things. They are not very clear and upfront about the strict rules of their contract. - understand that you can only promote your business by displaying your logo or brand IN THE CONFERENCE ROOM. Which is awkwardly far from the bays and does not make sense for certain events. You can simply rent the bays and the corner area where they'll set up the catering, but you CANNOT DISPLAYS LOGOS of any kind. Learning about this for the first time day of our event was a huge disappointment to us and our two other sponsors who paid for a 3rd of our event and couldn't even promote their sponsorship. - use every drink ticket before your event time runs out. You won't get comped back for them even though you've already paid for every one. - same goes for food, you not only won't get comped back for half the food that wasn't eaten, but you also are not allowed to take any leftovers home. So all that extra food goes in the dumpster, baby! - service is not good here. The servers had to be reminded several several times for just 1 drink. Oftentimes our clients had to ask us to get the servers for them. We also had to pay extra for a couple of the drinks at the end of night because people would order a large drink which apparently wasn't included in the tickets, but the servers did not explain that to them when they ordered. All and all our clients had fun at this party but all of these problems we had was due to shady business practices if you ask me. And all we were offered for these mishaps was 2 hours of the room rental if we book another event...which we will not be doing. Now they've offered us a 2 hour bay rental for 2 days. Which is maybe a $200 expense for them, and they know we'll drink and eat so they'll still make money off us. We spent over $3,500 and you couldn't even tell our business was hosting Never again

God forbid you finish your game and sit in the booth for 5 minutes. They will have staff rush you to leave. Very annoying considering we spent a lot of money here. Also our waitress was suuuuuuper slow. Food was good though.

The service is slow.I waited 20 minutes just to bring to bring my water.My family got their food and drinks before I got my water.Unbelievable Update: They made me and my family wait for 3 hours,and 6 parties went ahead of us..

It's an extremely expensive outing but the staff is friendly and helpful and the food was quite good a venue like this. We went in late June in Georgia and it was very hot but with the fans and the shade it wasn't too bad.

I love TopGolf. I've been to all the Atlanta locations, so I was glad to finally be able to check out the Buford location, once it was complete. On this particular evening, we got together with family members to celebrate a birthday. The Atmosphere: We visited on a Sunday, so it was a little busy, but not as busy as I've seen other locations on a weekend. It's your typical Sunday at Topgolf....football on TV, beer in hand, having a good time. This location looks really nice! The Service: Everyone was nice! The only negative I have is that even though it was in the middle of the day, they ran out of a lot of food. The first four things we asked for on the menu, we were told they no longer had for the day. The Food: I ordered the Smokehouse Burger (Bacon, BBQ sauce, cheddar, lettuce, tomato, onion) w/ Tater tots & Topgolf Wings w/ Asian Sesame sauce. Both plates were good. The flavor of the wings were excellent. Overall, we had a great time. I came in second place on the scoreboard, since I had to let the birthday boy win.

Topgolf Buford is a new location to the Topgolf service map and is on the Lawrenceville side of Hwy 20 by Mall of Georgia. The facility in the back of the block passed Andretti's but sharing a parking lot. We arrived at 10:35pm for a party 2 and we were seated within 10 mins. We asked if they offered military discounts and they do - 10% off your play time. We had bay 232 on the second level on the furthest right side of the course. They only have 2 levels. Our server was prompt and we only order water and 1 alcoholic drink each. Bar and restaurant close at 11:30pm but the facility closes at 12am. You get a choice of 10 clubs and if you have your own you can bring them as well and they have standing caddy bins for your own clubs and bags. The bay is equipped with a beautiful wrap around couch with a bar and bar stools. You can also watch games that our on from golf to basketball. Inside they have a full bar, eating area with huge screens. As well in the first floor are restrooms and a merchandise shop.

Call ahead, Make reservations, otherwise you will have a 4 hour wait. We left and came back! Only 2 levels at this location, but fun, fun, fun! We had dinner in the lounge area on the first floor! We love NATE!!!!! She was extremely funny and very relatable (sports, drinks, the whole nine yards), for our party of 4 we spent about $120 on food and drinks, the smokehouse burger is the one!-lol The game area was nice, it was a hot night but they had it nice and cool outside-lol The games were fun, (Note:$5 membership card, per guest) but the 60 mins went by pretty fast. Yes, this is highly recommended for birthday parties, girls night out and family night.

Santino was AMAZING! He checked on us multiple times throughout our reservation and made sure we were good on drinks and food. He had great enthusiasm and a good attitude. We have been to this location many times and Santino has been the best bay host we have had!

June 2021. Visited Topgolf in Buford GA at the Exchange (Outside ATL off of I-85) This location is fairly new (It has possibly only been open a month). We made reservations online well in advance. I was impressed how busy it was at 1pm during a weekday. My party and I experienced true caring, attentive and friendly costumer service. We had a blast. This was the first time my father in law had visited Top Golf and he loved it. We requested the "Six for $55" food items from their menu because we enjoy snacking in between the game so as always we ordered a bunch of appetizers. To drink I started with a "Mojito" it was okay, it could have been sweeter but afterwards I ordered a "Frozen Spiked Lemonade" and it was the BOMB!! LOVED IT. This location only has 2 bays. We requested to be in the 2nd bay. All the food we ordered was delicious except for the "Crispy Chicken Strips" they were both under and over cooked, which was weird. The thing about ordering food in Top Golf is that it will likely always be tasty but it quickly gets cold because of all the cooling fans in the facility and that's totally fine because we visit to play not solely to eat. LOVED IT!! GREAT SERVICE, TASTY FOOD, YAY!

First off, I've been coming here since this place opened and today's experience was absolutely terrible. The GM over this store takes priority for reservations over having already paying customers in the bay. We planned on staying longer but was told we can't extent our time due to people having " a reservation for this bay" which is a lie because you cannot reserve a certain bay. Manager stated that he wants to sell out the place and doesn't care that he kicks out already paying customers. Don't believe the monitor that asks you to extend your time because the server will come over and tell you that you can't add more time. This place needs new management before it loses more customers. The management is greedy and does not value paying customers. Cares more about quantity over quality.

6 wings = 13 bucks. All the included clubs are extremely worn down, loose grips, dented driver heads, service is not able to bring out table utensils or plates without having to ask them for it. Quantity of other food items not any better than wings for the cost. 2 hours mandatory booking online - 1 hour only available to book on site. Even drinks are in tiny glasses now with ice stuffed to the top. What has happened is not acceptable. I know there's inflation but this is way over done, it'll be the last visit to TopGolf I will make. Done.

First time there. I was unsure as to what to expect. Staff greeted upon entry. It wasn't busy which made me nervous. But it was a hot day. We waited 5 minutes for our area. Did we have a blast, it was a great outing for the entire family. We ordered food which was timely brought out. The boneless wings were delicious. I loved the salt and pepper flavor. We later ordered hamburgers and they were second to none. The fries were very freshly cooked. Because of the time limit (2hrs) we were getting close. But good customer service, we were added to extend our time (at a cost) I would recommend this venture for any family outing. The activities are outdoors and the day we were there it was nearly 97 degrees.(The fan truly helps).

This location is so beyond dogshit it's not even funny. The server will disappear for the first 30 mins and then come to take the order when you have 25 mins left. You tell her you want to think about the meal and to come back in 30 seconds and she will come back 5 minutes later and tell you your food will take 20 minutes to come out so you will need to extend your game to order food. Then the server will talk to you the last 15 minutes of your game about closing out because they want to go home.

Went to Buford location- took my 14 year old nephew. Got a bay right away. I have been to top golf with my company so I knew what to do BUT if it was my first time I would have to try to figure it out. Waitress asked did we need left hand clubs and brought our sodas and that was it. It was clean and they seemed to have plenty of staff judging by the people in uniform standing around. At the end of our hour my nephew told me he had fun so really that's all that matters

I'm extremely disappointed in Topgolf. Though I put a reservation into what I now know is a glitchy app 2 days ago, AND my Apple Wallet displayed a reservation charge, management told me I didn't actually make a reservation because I didn't receive a confirmation email nor could I provide one. (Then why did the app charge my card?) After being told to wait by 2 different staff members to investigate the issue (and who couldn't provide me an update on what they'd found or an ETA for when the issue would get resolved), management made NO offer to fix the issue - other than to offer me a bay in 2 hours. Not only would the 2-hour wait not have worked with my family's schedule, but why would I linger around for 2 hours at a place that can't even get my reservation right in the first place? No offer was made to bump my family up on the waitlist nor were we offered an apology, even though I showed a screenshot of the Apple Pay charge. I'm upset and embarrassed, as I had booked a reservation for my dad's first pre-COVID celebration, which was of course ruined. Not to mention that he had requested a day off from work specifically for it and his time got wasted.

Went on a Friday at noon to beat the crowd. Had not been in a while so had the desk check in and direct. Attendant said I could go up to bay and wait for my son before starting and time didn't start until I started game. Once upstairs that changed quickly. Attendant approached and said I must start time immediately and would need to add others when they arrived. I drug my feet a bit but the attendant returned 2 min later to insist then again 2 min later stood by my side to watch me get game started. Honestly felt a bit harassed. My son arrived 10 min after I arrived so it was not long and there were many open bays still (no wait list). We ended up playing 90 minutes with the monitors getting 'hung up' twice during a game and nice between games cost time too. 90 minutes plus 1 bucket of drinks, delays in play, and pressures to start before party was all there for $118 then gratuity.....OUCH. went elsewhere for food and drink. Too much $$ not enough fun

This is our second birthday party at a Topgolf. We scheduled this event as soon as the Buford location opened. I planned my event with Hayes and everything was great. Ordered food platters for our two hours with about 12 golfers and it was plenty. Gugu was our attendant and we never had to ask for refills and every single member of the staff asked if we needed anything and if everyone was having fun. The place was packed but we never waited more than 3 minutes for a requested item. If you want customer service for your event (in a world that has no Cust Svc anymore), make plans at this Topgolf location. We felt treated the whole 2 hours! We were thanked by every employee on the way out the door as well. Spend your money here and feel appreciated as a consumer!

I'm a top golf customer have been to several all over from Colorado to Georgia The staff here was nice and the building was clean Foods always delicious Pricing is about average as usual depends on my family but we always enjoy our self I let my son hit a few balls and no one got upset or angry thanks for a good SUNDAY FUNDAY

Manager could not care less about the customer experience. Facility and team there are great. Just book ahead since walk in wait times can get lengthy. Personal experience as a walk-in was told 30-45 minutes for a bay and 2 hours later the manager gave zero f*cks as she told us It was another 2 hours wait. All good but poor delivery and care from someone leading a team in hospitality.

Very pleasant experience here. Service great , food was good had a blast three hours went by sooooo fast will definitely be back. Wait staff was perfect clean facility

I love Top Golf and bringing customers here it is a great way to do business. I've been to several top golfs around the country and although this one is new it's just as fun. I had a reservation for five of us and we were here to have fun so we did. We didn't get to get up top but it was short notice and we were out to have a good time and got a nice bay in the middle and ordered food and snacks and a lot of beer!! Had great service, ordered various food burgers and snacks and I always get the injectable donuts because I think it's a brilliant idea and they're really good! I suck at golf because I have two torn rotator cuff's so really is the safety of the people next to me I worry about but it's always fun to go out there and hit what I can and let the pros that are with me nailed the targets LOL. I think they get going a little better and this Covid world of life dies down people will be a little happier and less complaining about wait times which seems to be the negative review. To give one star in one review where they were allowed to bring bottled water in previously but can't now due to Covid, this is not the restaurants fault and even if not handle correctly it doesn't represent a review of the place. Yes it's expensive and if anyone's been before they know what to expect. We had a great time great service and the food as what we expected. At other locations I've reserved several days and catered food And that's why I came to test this one out when I'm able to bring 20 people and put it on an expense account which also makes the experience much better LOL. Highly recommend this fun place to take your buddies or your family. When you're done you can go karting next-door for more excitement for the evening. Loving the expansion in the area during these hard times! Thanks guys for a great time!!

In 2022 racism is still alive. Went here to take my wife to Topgolf for the first time and we sat outside a waitress told us that we will be served shortly. Went on the outside section where there was one other couple there and no one else. Then my wife and I saw a waitress and she made eye contact with us so we were patient. As I said there was no other people in the section at this time. Then a group of about six white people came and sat down for two seconds and she literally the waiter went over to them to take their order. At this point I was totally disappointment. I interrupted the waitress as she was about to take the order of the group and asked her if she did not see us sitting there and her response was she did CS but they waived her over as if you get service upon waving and not being the first one there. Will not be going to this location again

I went here on a weekend early in the morning when they opened. They were already busy when we arrived, but we were accommodated nicely and the wait was only 10-15min. Our server was nice and helpful. I've been to Topgolf before but she was nice in explaining the set up to my family. I wouldn't necessarily come here and eat. The food is alright. Aside from the Mac and cheese bites, I wouldn't recommend anything else. I got myself a mai tai and was disappointed in how much grenadine was in it. I couldn't finish it and didn't feel like asking them to remake it for me. Despite the food and drinks, everyone had a blast here. But it's not something we will do often.

I really enjoyed date night here with my husband. The staff are really welcoming and helpful. The food is your typical bar food but pretty decent. I had the jalapeños popper grilled cheese. I asked for burger patty in or on the side but that wasn't an option. I really wish it would have been because it would have made the sandwich that much better! I loved that the staff sanitizes all area and golf clubs after each use! I would definitely recommend this place! You guys are doing a great job.

Did not have a good experience here. We've done TopGolf at a few other locations and typically went to the Alpharetta location before this one opened. I was initially excited for this one to open since it's closer to my home than Alpharetta. But I will happily drive the 20 extra minutes to Alpharetta to get the better experience (we've never had a bad experience at that one). The first thing I don't like about it is that there are only 2 levels. Every other location we've played at has 3 levels. For me, the fun of TopGolf is playing up "top" (or at least on the middle level). At Alpharetta we've always been able to request an upper level bay and gotten it. That wasn't the case here. We reserved a bay online a week in advance and paid the fee (which doesn't go towards food or play time). When we arrived, we requested an upper bay and said we'd be willing to wait longer for it. We were informed that regular people can't play upstairs, it's only for special events and parties. So while there were several empty bays upstairs, we were stuck playing on the bottom level where you can't see any of the targets. It was my first time playing on the bottom and it just wasn't fun. I prefer having the option to request and wait for a good bay (like at other locations). The food also wasn't as good at this location. I've always enjoyed the burgers and the buffalo chicken dip at other locations, but they were both just okay here. Service was just okay too. The staff wasn't super friendly like I'm used to and the food/drinks were slow to come out. Even the service at the bar upstairs (while we waited for our bottom bay) was poor. Our server disappeared after we were seated and brought waters. We had to order our drinks from the manager (who was a very nice and helpful lady), and it took forever to cash out. Overall, it just wasn't fun. If I'm going to pay a couple hundred dollars for a night out, I at least want to have fun and eat good food. We won't be back to this location. We'll be going back to Alpharetta from now on.

Great experience here! I ended up reserving a spot at bay so I wouldn't have a problem with waiting. Tuesday's are 50% so that's also a plus! We also ended up ordering some food which was surprisingly good. I wasn't expecting much from a grilled chicken sandwich but it was perfect. Food is on the pricier side but that's a given with the type of environment food is being served. Our server was the best with her kindness and her constantly making sure we were doing well. I'm hoping they bring in some pool tables and other entertainment in the inside lounge since I was able to also enjoy that at some other top golf locations. Overall great experience and will be coming back!

We always have a great time here. The wait staff is attentive and the food is pretty good, but it's pricey! We played for 90 min and food included a chicken sandwich, a burger, the kid's chicken bites, and nonalcoholic drinks for 3. Our bill, including the tip, was about $115. It would have been less had we gone on a Tuesday, when game play is half price for a limited time.

My granddaughtesr took me to TOPGOLF in Buford, GA 30519. I add never been. So she signed in and they told her it would be a 2 hour wait; which in hidsight is confusing it was just after 12pm on Monday. ( I waited cuz I was just enjoy the time with my grand & great granddaughter, whom I don't see often.) The bartneder was was preganant and obviously annoyed when we went to order drinks as we waited. Took 3 hours and the food was awful and the only thing worse than the food was the lack of service. Disappointed.

Fun place to hang out! We had a great time with the family. Fun for all ages. Highly recommend!

I visited their new location for just lunch and lounge area was clean, spacious, empty with great big menu. But be warned very pricey for All-American burger $11, fries $4.25 and they are not generous with quantity. The service is why I'm writing this review. A female waiter rushed us out, asked us in mid-conversation if we were "done" 3 times in 10 minutes. Given us our checks before we even asked. I didn't understand because the lounge was empty. Did NOT feel welcome here at all.

This location is awful. App showed 15 min wait. Called to verify was told 15 min. Get to the location and get told they are accepting no walk ins until 4pm booked with events and reservations. Ask why I was told 15min and app shows 15min. Just said sorry can't tell you and he walked away. Horrible service for a new location.

We have visited this location numerous times. Today, the customer service was the worst. I had to go back inside to ask for assistance multiple times for our bay to include getting junior clubs, napkins, and placing an order for food. Our waiter was not present in our section at all. We only received one refill upon a request. We saw the managers a few times but they were too concerned about other business. The lemon pepper wings were over-seasoned and inedible. Our food didn't come out together and required an inquiry on the second half. To say we were unimpressed with our visit was an understatement. We will drive to another location for our next visit. Two stars bc the app was effective in getting us on a waitlist and checking into the bay playlist ourselves.

I usually love this top golf location however recently the servers have been quite rude to my family and I. Today when we went our server was Taylor. She seemed quite annoyed from the very beginning. We didn't let her attitude ruin our fun. However, at the end when she brought out our checks rather than handing them out she slammed them on the table and told us to "Figure it out". Maybe she just had a bad night but there was no reason to take it out on our family. A small tip was left, hopefully next time she'll have a better attitude. We come here pretty often.

This was my first time coming to Top Golf and I enjoyed it very much. All of the staff was very welcoming and our bay server Dnice was super sweet and informative. Had tons of fun !!! The price range is a bit on the high side but all in all we had a blast! Will be coming back
