Topgolf

First time in and it was super cool!! I gave 4stars because no one comes and explains anything to you. Found out it wasn’t counting our balls n had to figure that out. The heat was on and all of a sudden it was freezing (neighbor turned off our heat) the food was fresh, hot and tasty. It is an expensive time but a good time!! I wish we were more center in the place but it is what it is. I will definitely come back and bring more people!!!!

This is my first time in CO and first time here! Super affordable! It was a lot of fun to play and the servers were so nice and welcoming!

We had an amazing time with the family at Topgolf! It’s a can have a great time with your family or friends enjoying food and drinks trying your hand at golf. The atmosphere is very exciting and even though you’re golfing outdoors….the heating system is very efficient!! We had an average waitress…nothing extra special, but the manager Orlando did come over at the end of our session to make sure everyone enjoyed their time, which is something we really appreciated. Overall I will definitely be going back!!!

Fun time for a birthday party nice place,pretty good food, sketchy service!! I gave them 6 gift cards and was told one of those gift cards was “empty.” I got home and realized They gave back 5/6 gift cards presented, and conveniently the one missing was the one that was not accounted for on my bill (the empty one?). Easy to assume the reason for this situation…😳😱🙄 but I am hopeful for a better resolution once management contacts me.

My girlfriend and I went to Topgolf on the 4th of July 🎆🎇. We had fun hitting balls🏌🏾 (Me trying to hit the balls 🤣). Stayed for the fireworks and grab some food.

We hosted a dental party here and we had a great time! Dom and Elijah took the best care of us!! Thanks for making our event so smooth and easy!!

Overall, we love this Topgolf. The staff are friendly and the servers are always wonderful! It's a great vibe and of course, tons of fun. Pricing is a little steep without some sort of discount if only a pair but a full bay makes it very affordable. Our biggest complaint here is the food. The food is sooo dirty, it's impossible to order anything that won't make you feel like a sleepy pile of trash later. The very few menu items that could be made clean (with a handful of requests) like a chicken sandwich are just bad. It's very evident the ingredients used throughout the menu are ultra-low quality and not fresh. You can't even get a real coffee drink here as they don't have espresso machines, literally just brewed black coffee that might as well (and probably is) Folgers. It's gotten to the point that we nor anyone of our friends and family will even bother trying to order food.

Overall a wonderful way to spend a family afternoon or an evening with friend. The service here is really good and I was surprised how attentive it was. I'm not going to lie...the nachos are amazing! A little pricey to play, but the experience is what counts.

This place was okay, but I had a lot fun minus the wind messing up mine and my buddy's game up. Never less we played for two hours and we managed to count for the wind with our gold shots. We ordered buffalo and lemon pepper wings. The wings weren't dry and definitely had a lot of meat them. We ordered a lot of Modelos and then before our time was up because it was my birthday we did some birthday shots back to back. Jaeger first, Fireball, and then a pickle shot. We then washed them down with a Modelo. This is one of the oddest Too Golfs I have played minus the one in Houston, TX. The weird factor was the holes were missing. I kind of felt cheated on some great shots, that's including with wind. LoL But definitely have great time here. The genre of the music here was nothing but country. I did wish they played like a party mix or something.

Love this place. It is great for all ages. Good food and good drinks. The kids love to play the angry bird game that you hit golf balls into. The service is great and the ambiance is perfect when the weather is good

Pretty cool place if you want to hit some balls! Well i can't say much as I was watching inside. As it was freezing the day we went out was-5° and I couldn't stand the cold. Coming from Hawaii I was just cold. Well what I saw was the people whom I went with had a blast. They hit some balls and they had drinks.. What we did instead was sat inside where it was okay. We had drinks and had some good. . The staff was pretty nice. The soda was 4.00 a glass! If you want to have fun and hit some balls come here! We'll come back when it's a little warmer. Like in June or so haha!

I love me some TopGolf and was a bit disappointed in this location. I heard it wasn't originally supposed to be a TopGolf and you can tell. The targets are just on the surface vs others where your ball will roll into the target and still get points. Our lane was #21 and we had so many balls that crossed into the target, yet the replay showed it fell short. Not sure if there is a limit to how far it can roll, but knowing the standard TopGolf would have it count, this made the experience not as enjoyable. Service was good and the food was great. Had the Pretzel bites and Mac & Cheese bites..delicious! The heaters helped as it was October...in CO...so the weather is unpredictable.

We went here on Tuesday, which is half off the normal price. We spent about 2.5 hours here, it flew by. However we didn't make a reservation and ended up getting on the waitlist for 40 ish minutes. Which wasn't terrible as we were able to get on the waitlist on the app before we even left to drive there. So after the 20 minute drive it was only a 25 minute wait which we spent enjoying a drink at the bar. I went with a group of 3 total. Our server was very nice and attentive. Our food and drinks came out pretty quickly. I was very surprised by the quality of the food and drinks, they were REALLY good. I loved the Hendricks strawberry mule and the lavender 75 was also very tasty. We got a flatbread and nachos for our appetizers and the portions were good and the food was yummy. The golfing experience was very fun and engaging even for those who don't enjoy golfing (ME); as there are plenty of different games available to choose from. Would definitely recommend for a night with friends or an outing with family. Can't wait to come back

Wow so I thought my experience was weird but see others had the same. So I went to Top Golf with coworkers and I brought in a meal that I had which was in a paper bag, stapled closed. I was informed I could not eat it, and after talking to our lovely server I respected the policy and ordered a cheese burger, tots and a coke. Well I purchased another bay that very honestly was a pain to get because you can only use your email addy once per bay, but we worked it out. So I'm playing with my friend and this guy, who I can only assume based on his behavior was in his subdivision's HOA, comes up to our table beyond triggered, and says I need to take that bag out to my car right now!!! That he's had to address this three times and I had to remove it from the premises immediately. I had the bag with me at each bay.. and I never opened it and never saw that man before. I can only assume he's a manager. Thing was the bag was stapled closed, we had two people at the bay with two burgers, two drink, and two tots. I bought my own bay. Zero money lost to them, and no food from outside being eaten. The way this man and the server both had elevated anxiety like I brought in a weapon, was really telling to how their higher management must treat them if a policy is broken. . I lost time on my game because I had to walk the closed stapled bag out to my car. Look cute place but for G-d's sake, don't bring food, water, a soda in. If they would have seen the vitamin water I dared not take out my bag, I probably would have had the cops called on me and escorted from the premises. The HOA guy didn't yell at me but he was beyond triggered. They are super unbelievably serious about their outside food policy. For the sake of the mental wellbeing of the employees, don't bring anything if you go. It really seems like the staff gets in trouble.

I've never golfed before, but I still enjoyed going to top golf. They have different games you can play as you golf which makes it fun. They also have a full menu so you can eat and drink while you play! I think the price varies depending on what day of the week you go, so it will be less expensive on a weekday. I came to celebrate my friends birthday and it's great for a group activity. This facility is huge, but very clean and they even have a gift store on the lower level. Our server was great!

Celebrated my 27th birthday at Top Golf with my friends! There are so many games to choose from, but we opted to play angry birds because none of us can hit the ball very far, and this one is more about aim! You don't have to be very athletic or good at golf to have fun here, just hold onto the club! They have a wide variety of food or drinks to choose from! We had a few appetizers and drinks, which were all very good! Our server was so attentive, she checked on us multiple times and kept our drinks full! I recommend this place either for a celebration or just a fun night out!

I've been to this location a few times. You MUST reserve a lane if you don't want a crazy long wait time. Each time I've arrived at my designated time I've been taken to my lane promptly. The staff is always available to help with any issues setting up the lane and the service is great. The drinks are really good too and all the food I've tried has also been amazing. I'm not a fan of the $5 charge for first time visitors but I make sure to take advantage of the $10 coupon you'll get once you complete a survey after your visit. Overall, I like the place--good service, good food and drinks, good times.

This was my first time here and I loved it! Great place to hang out with friends, have fun playing golf and eat and drink. We just got shareable bites and a drink each since we had dinner plans elsewhere. The food was actually good! The flatbread and the nachos were really good. For the pretzel bites, we didn't like the cheese dip as much as the other one. The sangria did not taste or look anything like a sangria but it was good. Come here for the top good experience and you'll enjoy everything.

This was my first time, along with my wife, going to Topgolf. We had an absolutely great time, even though she had never picked up a golf club before. The service was fantastic, and the ambience for me was apropos. I was amazed that my wife picked it up so quickly, and she's never played golf before. I think she's hooked. We both loved the boneless wings with buffalo sauce, wifey had a wonderful mixed drink and I had just a nice big glass of iced tea. We shall return.

Overall great food & great vibes! The golfing was super fun & had a whole hour of fun with friends. Inside & outside is SUPER clean & well kept. They have a great selection of alcohol & quite a variety of fun golf games to play! Only giving 4 out of 5 cause the customer service was lacking a little bit & took a while for everyone to get our table ready, they messed up getting my reservation correct & again, delayed our initial timing of everything by 15-20 mins.

RUDE. RUDE. RUDE. My past two experiences at top golf have been more than disappointing. I regret returning. Our sever Lori was wonderful. She was attentive, caring, and understanding. Other than her service I was disappointed. We ordered a chicken sandwich and it was undercooked. We had extra balls after our time ran out and a man invalid my personal space and kicked them off the bay. I almost hit him with the club because he did not announce himself coming directly next to me. I felt disrespected and I felt uncomfortable due do his loud voice, intensity, and aggressiveness. We left the building 3 minutes after closing. I felt like that the behavior was unnecessary. I felt like a burden there. I will not be returning.

We had so much fun at Top Golf in Colorado Springs! I didn't realize they had so many different versions of games to play, from beginner, to intermediate, to hard. I liked the beginner game where you just try to hit the ball within any of the targets. We also tried to Angry Birds game where you have to aim towards the tower of pigs just like in the mobile game. That was a bit harder, but the animations were great. The atmosphere is fun because everyone is hollering and cheering and having a great time. You don't have to be a good golfer by any means to have fun at Top Golf. They have a lot of drink options and a pretty extensive food menu. Most foods there are appetizers. We got the Buffalo chicken dip and the cheese fries. They were decent, but didn't really stand out to me. I was there for the golfing anyway! The waiters/employees are very attentive, so we were able to get drink refills frequently throughout our 2 hours there. Our waiter also helped explain how to get started and the different game rules. He was very friendly! This would be great for a night with friends, family night, date night, etc!

We are visiting and was so happy to see TopGolf. We enjoyed the one in Vegas so much we were happy to see one in Colorado. Our family rents two bays on a Tuesday. The service was good but the food is just not good at this one. You have to spend $200 in food and drinks so I want a good appetizer, meals and drinks. They were out of the Cabernet and the menu is different from the Vegas one. The seating is also different with uncomfortable high chairs where in Vegas has comfortable couches. Plus our computer didn't register our names fo awhile so we lost time when we started. Food is also not good... my nachos was a small portion and the guacamole and tomatoes were on the side. They were also out of Sam Adams and Miller lite beer on tap. Disappointing... if we are paying over $500 for two hours, we expect more than that.

Great place to visit my son and his wife for his promotion. Facility caters to golfers but anybody can have fun! Nice catering done and the service was exceptional!

I love Topgolf!! We finally stopped into play after seeing the nets from the freeway for a while! Those are like a beacon that call to our heart! We were quoted 40 minutes for a bay to open and were immediately called up. They put us on the 1st floor so we opt to wait for the second floor which was more like a 40 minute wait. Not ever a problem since they have a nice bar to wait at. We met one of the bar tenders, Stephen and immediate hit it off! He is so full of life and fun conversation so our 40 minute flew by! At our bay we were immediately greeted by Zach. What a sweet kid he is! He never left our drinks empty and was available to answer any questions we had. We played for about 2 hours and had a blast. The price was great and I love that they have different priced based on the time of day you play. On a Saturday afternoon we paid $37/hour and the food prices are very reasonable as well. $5 for a new membership and you're logged in their system for ever. After playing you get a very long survey that gets you $10 off next play.

Yep, I keep getting these updates on my phone regarding Topgolf. "Now offering more reservations" Ummm, you people don't get it. (Ok, some of you DO GET IT) I book and wait 50-75% longer than the reservation. Stop attending people. People make a difference in companies. I'm not just complaining to complain, "we", the people make the difference in companies. Stand up and fight for what is right. Purely, we are asking for good or even GREAT customer service. You aren't going to get it at TOPGOLF, period. I support MANY businesses in our community, this simply isn't one. Period.

My family came to Top Golf in Colorado Springs to celebrate one last hurrah before my son's spinal fusion. Our waitress was so attentive to our family. At the end of our night she gave my son a card with all of the staff wishing him well for his surgery/recovery. The staff truly managed to attain the highest standards of hospitality and service that are rare to experience these days. Please know your kindness means the world to me and my family. I give the service you get when you have a bay 5 stars. It's great but pricey. BUT I waited an hour for my bay to open after letting them know I was on my way in the bar. Never got any service whatsoever. 2 people is not enough to run the whole bar are and make drinks for everyone in the bays. Hopefully new ownership will fix some kinks because this place is a blast to cone to

So glad they opened a top golf in the springs, been here a few times now and it's as good as any other top golf. Plenty of parking, great service, super fun. Highly recommend coming here, I find it odd the ratings are lower, there are no other golf options out here!

Top Golf is exactly as is advertised. Great place for a family, friend or enemy activity. Jamie was an excellent server and made fantastic suggestions like the smokehouse burger and a pitcher of Holden road mango cart. Thanks Jamie we will back!

I had never been but will say it was cute. It was a little cold that day but still had fun. My b/f said the accuracy is off since they've upgraded but he seemed to enjoy with his dad.

Took my girlfriend out on a date and it was our first time here at Top Golf. Atmosphere was great and our server Gage gave great recommendations for some snacks while we golfed! Had a blast, definitely will be back!

I had family visiting from Europe, and they have nothing like this over there. They were ecstatic which is why I have to give this review five stars. Our bay attendant Krystal, was also wonderful. She was so friendly and chatted with my family a bit learning about their culture. The heaters were a huge bonus as we were expecting to be a little cold and had our jackets with us. They ended up being enough, though I would say if wind picks up too much it could be a different story. I was very satisfied with the cost for an hour with a group of 5, as it came to $10 each. We all had a blast and though I have been to Topgolf a few times before, I look forward to the next trip! Oh- and the donut holes are really fun to try :) so many flavor options!

Very good food! Tots and aioli are delicious, and the chicken sandwich is the perfect heat level!

What's not to love about Top Golf? Get your drink on. Whack the absolute shit out of some golf balls. Kick back + relax. Great place to hang with the crew. Great place for office parties. Great place to find yourself on a Tuesday for half-off on lane rentals. Little pricey on any other day, but there's no other place in town like it. Food is bar quality plus. Not stellar but not dive-y. Why didn't they point the range at the mountains though? Who was in charge of that.

I pibe five minutes away from the Too Golf and it's a very popular place. It's always busy in the evenings and sometimes the waiters forget about you, but when they don't it's very welcoming and a great place to be at. Additionally, pricing is reasonable and affordable. I would recommend bribing your friends and family for a fun time at Top Golf.

I'm not sure why TopGolf has gotten poor reviews, my experience was the opposite. Yes Top Golf is expensive, but we knew that going in. My family had a blast golfing for an hour and a half. Service was also great- our server came by frequent enough. The food I was pleasantly surprised with! We ordered pretzel bites, nachos, and wings- kids were in heaven! Overall it was so fun!!! You must reserve a bay ahead of time!

I've never been much of a golfer so I didn't expect to enjoy this place as much as I did. There was plenty of parking and the facility is huge. My group of 4 put our names down and hung out at the bar and arcade while we waited. This made the wait time feel pretty short because we were called to our bay shortly. It seemed kinda pricey but when split amongst everyone, the price was pretty fair. I like that they have different games you can play and many golf clubs to choose from. If the prices were lower I could see myself coming here more often. It's a fun experience with a group of friends.

The facility is nice, although I prefer the holes in the ground. The management of this place is sadly lacking, however; it's almost like they're TRYING to be unhelpful. Can't make a reservation for two bays without getting roped into a $200 food & drink minimum. Can't call to make a day-of reservation or get on the wait list. Will stick you in adjacent bays that have a partition between them when the bay on the other side (sans partition) is open and, worst of all, won't make any effort to fix it and instead will tell you "how lucky you are that you could even get two bays near each other" (when it's before noon and there are a ton of open bays). Topgolf management, you could do a lot better.

Very rude staff , told me I needed two IDs for one drink and that I had to share. Very dirty, leftover food from previous party at our bay, wings were undercooked and had to order new ones Do not recommend this location Not the first time I've had a problem

Booked their package of 2 bays/2 hours side by side bays for $150. I confirmed twice since my confirmation email stated 1 bay but both staff (one from corp and event planner onsite) stated on their end it does state 2 bays and "dont worry". The event planner even asked me to send her the email i received so that they can correct it. We are a party of 12 and half of our party drove from Denver for a 6:30 pm reservation on a weeknight. When we got there, they gave us one bay. After 30 minutes of just talking to management and trying to figure out our reservation, we finally got started. The assistant manager basically said "be glad you got two bays as there is currently a 2 hour wait for walk-ins" which is a moot point because we made reservations and paid 1/2 in advance. They said it was a computer glitch. They gave us two bays with a partition in the middle which is NOT what we wanted!! We asked if we could be moved if the bay next to us opened up and she said "no". After we expressed our dissatisfaction, she said she would give us an extra hour (but it really was only 30 mins because we started late) and gave us 30% off the booked price of the bays. In any case, our fun family experience turned out to be stressful and not much fun. However, our wait staff was wonderful, she tried to make it pleasant even with her management being super rude! So warning to all...reservations are not guaranteed without having to talk to management. Allow extra time for your event! 8/25 Update: comment states PM Mr. Hugh but no way to pm him. I have posted a comment to their website but so far i only received a confirmation that they received it and a local manager will get back to me...and so far...nothing.

Super experience. They forgot our food which is usually bad right?! They were great. I just mentioned to a server that we had been waiting for 45 minutes for our food and if that was to be expected. The service team came right over and comped the food and an additional 1/2 hour of play so we could eat. They turned what could have been a bad customer experience upside down....I am awesome way! We will be back.

We went to Topgolf for the first time yesterday on a date night. The food was great, loved the menu items the pretzel bites and the Mac n cheese bites were great! The serving staff was amazing and extremely helpful, attentive and friendly. Very professional and consistently asked if we needed anything. The bay staff member we started out with however, was snarky and short. She seemed to like to flirt with the gentleman in the bay next to us rather than being attentive to all her assigned bays. She would frequently sit down at the table with them appearing to ignore her duties. Just not very professional and discourages us from wanting to come back. That is the main reason for the three stars instead of four. Other than that, the facility itself was very pleasant and welcoming.

We always enjoy ourselves when we visit. I'd recommend the guacamole and chips with a nice cold beer. This location also gives back to the community and made a donation to my kids teachers. Thank you!

This place is a joke! We came with a party of nine, the ninth being a three year old toddler. The guy told us we had to rent a second bay because the toddler who pretty much sat in a chair and doesn't know how to play golf was going to exceed the eight person limit on the bay. I will never support this place. Such a joke. You just come to Colorado Springs and you're blaming Covid for all the mandates of eight people plus a toddler on your golf bay. Spend the day doing something else more fun. He also didn't know how to count because he said we had 10 people but actually 8 1/2 people.

Too good was a great time!! Great for a group of friends to have lots of laugh's! It's a bit expensive! But... you are golfing! It's an expensive sport! Food was ok.... Not for a nice dinner lol but for a burger or wings! Very clean and organized! Will go again!

Despite being listed at the top of the YELP list of public golf courses in Colorado Springs...IT IS NOT A GOLF COURSE...not even close. Fun place, like a full-sized video game using golf clubs and golf balls, but is not really a place for serious golfers. Average food quality, way too many people, screaming and noise. Great for family parties. This is NOT a place where if you are serious about golf you will learn proper golf etiquette, technique, etc. Quite the contrary.

One of the managers was very rude to my friends. I have never witnessed such disgusting customer service. Changes definitely need to be made here. Avoid.

Food was really good. A bit pricey but you get what you pay for. Make sure you make a reservation a day or two prior. That way you don't show up and have to wait for a spot to open.

Don't go to TopGolf. They gave us half a sauce with this in it. We had to dump the food to see if it was in anything else. They also kicked us out for having a water bottle but they let other people stay with hydro flasks. They gave us attitude after we said we would leave. They kicked us out with 20 minutes left in our bay.

I had recently had a disappointing experience at top golf topgolf went above and beyond to fix! Great people and great management for sure! Roman was especially awesome in everything that he did to try to help out. I can't really say enough about the quality people they have working here and the off the chart service.... They go above and beyond to make sure everyone has a great experience

Just had an event there, IT WAS GREAT. Customer service was top notch, they went above and beyond my expectations! Will definitely be coming back again to celebrate. Food was great, drinks were amazing. My family and I had a great time!
