I really enjoyed it, but it took me about an hour to actually start playing well. I was here for the first time, and for two people 1.5 hours wasn’t enough. At reception, they didn’t allow us to extend the time. But the waiter was really nice — he asked the manager, and it was possible to extend for another 30 minutes or even more. That was actually good for us, as our hands were already hurting. The food was tasty, and the strawberry lemonade was great. Nice place. I recommend reserving in advance.

**Great Venue for Business and Fun!** We recently held a business meeting at Topgolf Schaumburg and had a fantastic experience. Our group of around 30 people was provided with a private conference room for about an hour and a half, which was perfectly set up for our meeting needs. After the business portion, we moved to the bays, where the real fun began. The service was excellent—the staff was very attentive, making sure our food and drinks arrived promptly and everything was taken care of. Many of our group members had never been to a driving range before, but Topgolf made it easy and enjoyable for everyone. The point system adds a competitive edge that keeps the energy high and the games engaging. Whether you're planning a team outing, a casual hangout, or even a fun date night, Topgolf Schaumburg is a great choice. Highly recommend!

Great experience. I have never played golf before but I still had blast and so did my wife and kids. The staff are all excellent. Our waitress offered nothing but excellent customer service. The food was all delicious also. We had burgers and they were soooooooo good. Burgers were juicy and had that delicious crispy edges, perfectly cooked.😋 I would definitely be back and recommend this experience to family and friends.

Okay my date night tonight was amazing. We enjoyed an amazing margarita down stairs. Got to our bay ordered Mac and cheese app. And cherry golf bags very yummy. Really enjoyed golfing here. Everyone was helpful and great personalities. Thank you Top Golf for making a great date night! We will be back soon with friends.

We had a corporate event at Topgolf. I was a beginner and played for the first time, but still managed to score a lot of points. The venue is quite spacious, and it’s not too hard to hit the targets. It’s a great place to relax — the food is tasty and the cocktails are great!

We waited until April because we thought it would be too cold to visit. It was 60 degrees Fahrenheit but with the heaters it felt like 90 degrees it was pretty warm and we were very comfortable the food was good and we had a really great time

The games are easy to pick up even if you’re not a golfer, which makes it perfect for beginners and pros alike. The service was friendly and efficient, and the food was surprisingly good—especially the injectable donut holes and buffalo chicken dip. Drinks were a bit pricey, and wait times can get long during peak hours, which is why I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5. That said, the vibe is upbeat and social, making it a go-to spot for casual entertainment.

I love Top Golf... But my love for it has been a more recent thing! I came here with my coworkers last spring for our end of the school year function, and I had such a blast! This was not my first time visiting TopGolf but I really just enjoyed it! I decided to sign my daughter up for their kids golf camp after years of trying to get her into golf, and one of her friends joined her... let me tell you, their camp sparked a love for golf with my daughter. Since then we've done a few private lessons for her which she has loved. My daughter and I came to TG on Valentine's Day for my husbands first time and he is hooked as well! Half priced bays on Tuesdays... you can't beat that!!! Their appetizers were delicious and their drink prices were decent. I would highly recommend the kids golf camp. My daughter LOVED it. The only reason we are potentially not doing it this year is because she now is so interested in learning about golf, she is going to do camps at a golf course. This is a great spot for date night or family fun!!

I recently came here with my family to celebrate a birthday. I had been several times before so I knew what to expect. It's a very fun activity for a group, but it can be pricey. I was surprised that each player needed to pay $5 to add their name to the screen. This was in addition to the hourly rate. We had pre-booked online and already entered our credit card information, however, they still made us give a physical card to put on file. When we questioned our assigned employee about these policies, it sounded as if he was reading off a script. Very impersonal and odd policies. Nonetheless, we complied and started our game. Our party had people of all skill levels and we had a fantastic time. Our favorite game was Angry Birds where you try to knock down pigs. My 88 year old grandma was even able to give it a try. We ordered a hummus platter and wings and both were good, but not memorable. I would definitely come back on a special occasion.

Everything is just great about this place!!! Just make sure to get a top floor it has a better view!

Always fun Reserve the bay of your choice ahead of time. Food is okay.. not very great. Plenty of options of game themes to choose from. Great for kids, families, birthday parties, or leisure.

Great place to go and celebrate my sons birthday. He and his friends had a blast. It was a chilly night and the heaters there definitely helped. The food was good we got a few burgers. Our waitress was super nice and very helpful I believe her name was Viri. We will definitely be going back soon maybe when the weather gets a little better.

While I wish I could give it a 5 , it is rather pricey to golf here. Granted they have their reasons, but it does add a little salt to the wound. We came by a on a Friday night and a few of the bays around us were empty. We had Payton as our waiter and she was so very attentive all night long. On this day the weather went from 70 to 30 degrees as the sun set and we were kept warm by the heater. For the golfing, they have clubs for you to use and various targets to hit. To say that I'm a horrible shot, is already too much of a compliment. But the tee and the different circles make it a bit easier to have targets to aim for. The food was fun, the Mac and cheese bites and the garlic knots were delish. The nachos were a bit of a disappointment for how expensive they are. We also did the Buffalo chicken dip which was great to share along with the wing sampler and the flatbread. All in all we had a great time; and they brought out a dessert to sing happy birthday to our birthday girl! :)

My closest friends and I went for a girls night last night while our husbands were hanging out. This is such a great spot to come and hang out for a few hours and haven't been disappointed. As it wasn't busy, the worker assigned to our spot was super nice and attentive ensuring all was going well. Definitely a spot I will keep coming back too.

Food and drinks are good but overpriced. It's a fun place and depending on the section or area you are assigned to a club or two are missing. Nice that you can extend the time if you want to start off with an hour or so. Don't like how we have to tip on the whole bill that includes the hourly and food/drinks. That is one that inflates the bill so much.

Golf is hard, expensive and stressful, but top golf is great. We had a group of 4 and played for 2 hours. It was chilly with a slight breeze, but we were under cover with large heaters in the ceiling, so we were totally comfortable. All you need to do is check in to the system and it tracks your score with Sensors in the balls just aim for the huge targets. Had lots of fun and a couple of beers. Will definitely go again.

My family likes top golf. Fun for families. Friends and corporate events. Easy to book online. The staff are always hopeful. Each group gets a bay. With tables. Chairs. And a server. The amount of time depends on your budget. We normally do two hours. If you sign up for texts or emails there are discounts sents out. We were there in Dec. And would probably not go ago this time of year. Even with heaters it was cold. So I wouldn't recommend it for young kids. The servers are aways nice in taking orders . The food is good. We try different dishes each time. There is a small pro shop for items. A large bar inside with many tvs . Summer is my best time to go. But all year fun is there to be had

Never played golf in my life, but this makes golf fun! This golf range is so modern and expensive looking. To rent a bay, it can range from $50+, so it's a bit expensive. But it's nice that there are so many golf clubs to use and there is an electronic system (with a TV) to track each persons turn and their score. Each bay has a couch as well as a table, kinda like a living room. The food is pretty good. I recommend the nachos, very good for sharing with a lot of people.

Eugene "Gino" was absolutely amazing took care of us from the moment we came to the bay. Super positive attitude and quickly brought out our food so quick temperature was as if it just came out of the fire. This is my first time at Top Golf and second time at a golf driving range. My company held a party here for 20+ people and it was a blast! We came on a Tuesday night (tip: 50% off on Tuesday evenings, btw) and the place was packed! Atmosphere was energetic and many smiling and laughing guests everywhere. Employees were very friendly and helpful. Food was decent too! Guac and chips were tasty. We had buffet of build your own tacos fajitas or bowl. The chocolate chip cookies were to die for! Service was attentive and they offered wide variety of beverages, even for non-drinkers! I enjoyed the hot tea and coffees while golfing under the heated lamps in chilly 40F degree weather. This is a fun spot for all, family, friends, coworkers, networking events, golfers, non-golfers, etc. Definitely will plan future events here!

First Time trying top golf with a group of friends & we highly enjoyed ourselves! With a reservations we waited about 5mins upon arrival for them to set up our booth. Note, you are paying per person to gold per hour played. Food and drinks are good but prices are a bit over priced but what do you expect. Service was great & we were checked on regularly. The only downside was when a group of 12+ kids were assigned to the booth next to us. A 21+ floor would be great!

I'm not a golfer, never even picked up a club. I wouldn't even call myself a mini golfer. Even so, I found myself driving out to Schaumburg for my first-ever visit to Top Golf. You drive up to this massive three-story building, with the back open to a immense green. There is a very large parking lot and I entered the building to find my friend waiting for me in the lobby and they didn't have my reservation (more on this later). Nevertheless they gave us a bay on the second floor. It was pretty busy (in my opinion) for a Tuesday evening. Tuesday's are 50 percent off. There's a bar on the first floor, a shop, lots of comfortable seating, we went up to the second floor. Each bay has a hightop with stools, selection of clubs and large screens that show the score, etc. We ordered drinks and apps. These came out fairly quickly -- delicious cheese flatbread, very tasty hummus and vegs + pita, chicken strips, guac, chips and Mac n cheese bites. The food was great! Server bought food out right away, generous helpings for our group, mac and cheese bites were melty and cheesy -- the best! At about this time I started getting texts that my bay was now ready. This was from my reservation (that they couldn't find). The staff came upstairs to let me know about the mixup and that I wouldn't get charged for 2 bays. Later, the manager came by to make sure everything was cleared up and gave us an extra 30 minutes. The games were fun. Let's face it, I was TERRIBLE, but I still had fun. It was a lovely evening and the heat lamps came on and it was a challenge for me to hit the ball. During the angry birds game I knocked all the birds down and I got really excited but I was still HORRIBLE but it was a GOOD time. At one point my friend knocked over their drink and they were there to quickly get it cleaned up. At another point when I went to the bathroom (very clean, well maintained) I came back to find food all other the floor. My friends said, it wasn't us! It was a server and again, this was cleaned up and taken away pretty fast. This is a great looking, well maintained facility with lots of helpful and friendly people. I'd like to come back with friends, and even if you are not a golfer, you will have a pretty fun time.

What an awesome facility! It's not cheap to play here but the quality of the experience makes it well worth the visit. Here's some reasons why: - The facility is enormous, clean, and modern looking - Parking is super plentiful and the size of the lot makes it easy to drive around - There's lots of great picture opportunities throughout the whole facility - The staff is very attentive and super helpful (especially with group pictures and directing people!) - Food is handled well, coming out hot and plated nicely, and the quality is good as well - There's lots of space to hangout even when you're not golfing, great for corporate parties - The menu is quite extensive for both food and drink, enough to cater to anyone's needs - The furniture is very comfortable for lounging around, especially on a warm summer evening All this and more were reasons why I had a great experience with them at Ascend Midwest's event recently. The professional management of this event was truly evident on how well this was run.

About a 2-2.5: We came to Topgolf for a little outing during their HH on July 4th, and I can see why this chain of driving ranges are so popular for group and special event celebrations. You can bring your own clubs or use the complimentary sets that they have available at your station. We did order a couple of items off their menu: +the Buffalo Chicken Dip - came in a mini skillet; this could have been more piping hot; definitely a lot of shredded chicken that could have been cut up for easier scooping/consumption; the chicken was also super dried out, which was interesting, as it was in a dip; a side of tortilla chips were served +the Nacho Average Nachos - tortilla chips topped with pinto beans, pepper jack, cheddar, Monterey Jack, and jalapenos; served with a side of chimichurri and guacamole; we also opted to add steak, which actually came on each chip with the melted toppings, which was super convenient to eat The employee that was assigned to us rarely checked-in, and we had difficulty in trying to get our food orders in, get refills, get the check, and in obtaining assistance for tech difficulties. We had to flag down another employee, as ours was just not paying attention and was focused more on socializing and being under the fan. So not cool. The hitting bays were definitely NOT climate-controlled as stated, as it was extremely hot, and the rotating fans barely did anything to keep the patrons cool. Restrooms could also be cleaned and re-freshened periodically, as it was dirty and messy. Plenty of parking in their large lot. +non-existent service +HH specials +advance reservations can be made online +plenty of parking

Our family just visited topgolf for the first time ever, so we kind of knew what to expect but not exactly the variety that was going to be available to us. When you enter, you are assigned to a bay. We went in the morning without a reservation, so we had to be on Floor 1 unless we wanted to wait. We took the bay on the 1st floor so we were able to go right away. You spend the first 5 minutes or more of your time setting up your membership. If you've never been, I presume and feature visits, you'll spend a similar amount of time logging into your account to avoid the $5 new membership charge, which is good for your lifetime. Pay per hour, and the rates are cheapest in the morning and more expensive on weekends and evenings. As for the actual golf, clubs are provided for you or you can bring your own. They have clubs for taller individuals and a shorter set, as well as Junior clubs so everyone can golf without their own. There are multiple game modes on the screen, so you can be as competitive or casual as you want. They also have a full menu and bar menu if you wish to eat and drink while you're there. We spent 90 minutes there and our bill was $87, just over $100 with tip.

It's alright. The food is bad, some of the worst chicken chunks really, and made my iron stomach hurt, which is a rarity. The place is full of rowdy people so it's likely fights break out, and I've seen people with guns have been caught a few times at other locations. So in that sense FORE!! Someone might stole on you. Still, the Angry Birds catapult castle knockdown game is cool. It's a decent time and something different to do

Really fun to golf here. They found a way to make golf fun for everyone, and so anybody can have a good time, regardless of how experienced you are at golf. The technology is really cool, being able to see stats about your hit as well as watch a replay is awesome. And the different game modes are really fun. My biggest complaint is that I don't like how there are screens at every station constantly displaying ads. Like, come on. I don't need to see ads at every moment of my life.

My husband and I went to Topgolf to meet up with the ASCEND Midwest summer meet-up. We had four golf bays reserved for us and lots of food. The food buffet was impressive. It ranged from boneless barbecue wings to pretzel bites to veggies to injectable donut holes and beyond. The food was very good. We had waitress service for drinks, which was friendly and attentive. The golf abilities of the attendees were varied, but we had fun without being super competitive. We were at the very far end and had to walk all the way to the center to use the bathroom. The Topgolf facilities were very nice. I highly recommend Topgolf in Schaumburg. We had a great time and I'm sure that you will too.

The service is very bad. We were on the wait list for 2 hrs and on the app it said it would be ready at 3:25. When we got there at 3:25 they said there would be an anther hour wait because platinum members moved us down. The workers do not care about you out there job and this was a horrific experience. I will not be comming back. They lie to you!

A great place for golfing with friends! If you like swinging golf balls with max force and drinking/eating while you do it, this place is for you! For a golf place, the food and drinks were all pretty good. I got the turkey avocado wrap with a side salad and they give you a healthy portion of turkey in the wrap. My friends got the Buffalo chicken dip and said it was okay. When I tried it, it tasted kind of smoky and bacon-y, so if that's your thing you'll definitely like it! They were out of a lot of cocktails, so some of my friends and I didn't get to try our first or second choices for a cocktail, but nonetheless our cocktails were good. I recommend the sangria! Drinks and food were all reasonably priced, and not expensive. The place could be overwhelming for first timers. Where you check in (basically the host stand) is inside a merch store right when you walk in. Luckily my friends knew where to go because they've been there before because knowing me, I would've been lost lol. The place is HUGE and we ended up getting sat and played on the first floor which was cool. I'd love to see the second or third floors someday! The service, food, and drinks were good, and I'd come here again with a group!

We had a great time at top golf. Really enjoy this facility as it the latest and greatest operation Our group had mixed skill level golfers from First timers to experienced and everyone had a great time. We can in standby on the app account and we're playing with in a fair amount of time. Food isnt very good ... it's overpriced. my biggest complaint is the wait staff that serves food and drinks at your golf bay. Our server was was not good... not checking in at all for long periods of time... sometimes 45 mins. frustrating still a fun day for golfing... just overpriced and the food & drinks portion ... poor to moderately okay.

This place is not as good as Naperville Top Golf. The servers here are not as friendly and most of them seem to be in training. But i liked different kind of games available like Angry Birds... Even though i live 12 mins from this location, I would preferred going to Naperville which is 50 mins. Overall, not a great experience

Great service from Vince. We went to celebrate my and my father's birthday and Vince brought us 2 desserts in the house ! The actual golfing is also a blast !

We visit this place very often with friends and always have a fun place. Respectful attitude of employees. You can watch sports on the big TV.

TopGolf is a fun time. Whether to sit in the bar and watch the game, play some foosball, or engage in a little friendly golf competition while imbibing, this place offers an activity in the joyless and bland wasteland that is the 'burbs. The food is acceptable but it's not like anyone has ever said 'let's go to topgolf for dinner!' All in all, an enjoyable time. Make sure to get a reservation if you intend to golf as lanes can fill up.

Its got great service decent food- thats the primary driver for the 3 star review atmosphere is fun and bright. Food is ok and i would say nothing special. Dont come here for the food but come here to have fun. The golf is fun and well lit. The space is great for friends or a family outing (be careful on the higher floors) and watch for the occasional shank. Its really good for groups and alot of fun!

When I last reviewed Top Golf it was for the old location in Itasca. I've been to an event our non-profit group held and reviewing from that perspective. Pulling up to this place and seeing the open bays in November I was a little nervous because it was cold and a little drizzly outside. However you wouldn't really know it from inside. It was still pretty warm on the top floor, despite the wind and weather conditions. The breakfast buffet we ordered was delicious, especially the cheesy eggs and Angus sliders. The fresh fruit was really good too. Our server for the party, Angelica, was the best. She was so sweet and accommodating and came in and out for drink orders with ease. We all just loved working with her. My only complaint was that we were pit all the way at the end so we had to try and hit angled to get any points but we still had a great time. But the event planner we worked with was fantastic. I was super impressed with the event from start to finish. Thank you Top Golf Schaumburg. We will be back!

Friendly staff and fantastic atmosphere! A classic top golf experience catered toward large groups and families. We didn't have a reservation, but we were given a spot-on wait time for a bay we liked (which was under 15 minutes). We had 7 people in our party on a cold December day, and the heating was adequate to bear the frostbite. We just wished we had a booth rather than a table, since some of my party had to remaining standing. Our orienteer was kind, enthusiastic, and willing to help us get situated before our experience. While we didn't get anything to eat/drink at this visit, our server continued to check in on us to make sure we were doing okay and see if we had changed our minds. We felt rushed on the way out and were denied adding more time after we received our check (without warning) unless we went downstairs and re-added our name to the waitlist. Someone should probably look into changing that system... Rating: 3.5/5, but giving a 4/5 here for great first impressions and one of the more welcoming Top Golf experiences we've had. Stay tuned for a food review next time!

This place is fun. But I was turned off that the manager harassed us about our tip not being big enough and that we needed to give more. We also signed up for a kids package which included a "workbook" and they spent 20 minutes insisting there was no workbook to give us. Even though it states it in their website and we had an email confirmation from them stating they would provide it to us. I recommend just golfing and don't expect any extras. And be prepared to possibly be harassed about the amount of tip you are leaving.

On March 23, I scheduled a bay with some friends, my oldest daughter and my father. We spent the day "living like daddy" for the 2 year loss of my late husband/ father of our 3 children. Our sever and manager went ABOVE and beyond. They originally thought we were there for a birthday. I had summed up to our waitress, Patti G., why were there and our day planned ahead. As it touched her heart she went to her manager, Justin, and put together the greatest display for us to help celebrate "daddy". They came out with giant letter signs spelling "DAD" along with sweet treat to help us celebrate live like daddy day with us. Literal tears. Making a bittersweet day more special. No words to share the gratitude we have for little special moments like that. Truly amazing service and management at the Schaumburg location. All hands on deck and want you to enjoy your experience with them.

Been here a few times now. Always a great time with friends! The service is always exceptional and timely. I highly recommend that you make a reservation for your group a week ahead of time. Walk-ins are welcome but the wait can be long - we waited about 2 hours last time on a Saturday. But the wait is definitely worth it and we cant wait to be back! There are heaters at every station to keep you warm. There is also plenty of bar/seating areas for your party while you wait for a bay. I highly highly recommend getting some food and drinks when you get to your station! The food is reasonably priced but more importantly everything is delicious! We got several bites to share and even indulged in chocolate/cream filled churros for dessert and their cookie with ice cream. We really liked everything we ordered and I've tried a good amount of things on their menu over several visits. Trust me when I say you cant go wrong. If you're looking for something to do with friends or family this would be an awesome event! Cant wait to be back!

We came here with a party of 4 on a Saturday night - make SURE you join the waitlist ahead of time. We got the nachos which were delish but a very small portion - about 8 chips. We then got the quest which was a TON of chips and about 1.5cups of queso. They also refilled our chips for free. We then got the injectable donuts which were... to die for. They come with 24 donuts. Excited to come back!

Came here on a Saturday night for my daughters birthday. I tried to make reservations but to no avail. They said walk ins were welcome. When putting in our name they told us it was a 1 1/2 hour wait. We actually waited almost 3 hours for a lane. Just be honest about wait time from the get go. In the meantime, we waited in the eating area and ordered some apps and drinks. Our server was pleasant but obviously understaffed for waiters. The kid who delivered one of our appetizers just walked over and plopped (almost tossed) the food on the table - no words. The only good part of this experience was the golfing itself. Our golf lane hostess was great and obviously happy with her job. The kids had a great time golfing and that's what mattered.

I went to an event at Topgolf last Saturday night. I thought it was a mini golf place. Lol. It's a huge 3 story open air driving range with scoreboards. It was very busy. I had a blast! I'm quite terrible at golf. The food was ok. Honestly, not the best, but I wasn't there for the food. They do serve alcohol. I can't comment on pricing since I didn't pay for anything. There are heaters which kicked on when it turned cooler. The ceiling extended quite far so it can be enjoyed in the rain unless the winds are how long. Topgolf is open through the winter. Our server was very nice. Could have been more attentive. I would definitely return again with friends. It's a lot of fun!

Such an unfortunate venue for how expensive it is. I wasn't allowed to bring my water bottle in and it took an hour just to get cups of water. So expensive and a waiter spilled a beer and it never got replaced. I had two gift cards and I guess the second gift card received in addition of the first poached one was a promotion so I wasn't able to use it. The place finds ways to screw you and it's not cool.

ALWAYS a good time when I come here. Drinks and food are always good! No complaints there. I love that they have controlled heating in your actual bay. Make sure you check the hourly rates. Cheaper during the week and weekends are more expensive. If it's your first time there you have to pay a $5 fee. They have plenty of free parking available, no need to worry there.

Definitely a must try! Reserving a spot to play was easy, registering to play easy but playing was not easy. As a newbie this was fun but definitely hard to play. The games were fun, service was quick and the food was delicious. It was Fourth of July so it was pretty busy but everything went well.

Top Golf was surprisingly a lot of fun. Would definitely recommend making reservations though. We went and had to wait almost two hours for a bay because they were so busy. We decided to put our name on the waitlist and eat some food there. Our server was very friendly and took care of us right away and was helpful with suggestions of what to eat. Their Buffalo chicken dip was so good. We finally got the text that our bay was ready. It was easy to figure out how to get started. Sometimes it was frustrating because the balls weren't registering as being hit. Other than that it was pretty fun to do.
