We have been to this top golf multiple times and never an issue. On July 3rd, the wheels fell off. 5 of us arrived a little after 8pm. We sat down at our spot and set up for some golf. We started playing and after about :10-:15 minutes our waitress stopped by. The ladies ordered 3 Margs-two the same and a skinny. I went through multiple beer orders only to be told they were out. Plus no high noons or anything really.
I settled on a Corona extra. Out son settled on a craft beer she had to get upstairs, and waters for all. 30 minutes later the Margs showed up-all the same. :45 minutes later my beer showed up-wrong beer so sent back. After an hour, literally, my son's beer showed up. Having ask for waters, after my wrong order, the ladies went to bar and ordered waters.
After my beer, I took a chance and ended up ordering a coors light since they were out of Corona extra and anything else I ask for. The waitress brought Miller lite and didn't seem to even notice. Every order was messed up, but not having anything and taking an hour to get a round of drinks is extremely poor management. Forty-five minutes to an hour for one round of drinks is totally unacceptable. I get places have one offs, but this night we even wondered if we were on how screwed up can it be TV. Needless to say, we played out our 90 minutes and moved on. I peg these issues squarely on management for poor planning of items available, not training staff correctly-May want to start out with, "I'm sorry, but we only have.....", be prompt and staff needs to be taught to notice if an order is correct or not before it goes out.
