My first time there and it was super fun! Love the concept, the food, & drinks too. All the servers were nice and attentive. But shout out to Kennedy for being super awesome with us and answering all our questions since we were noobies. I can’t wait to be back!

First-time visit — mixed feelings We decided to check this place out for the first time after hearing good things and thought it would be a fun way to celebrate my friend’s birthday. Unfortunately, the extreme heat made it difficult to enjoy the experience. It was unbearably hot, with only a few fans blowing warm air around — definitely not enough to keep guests comfortable. I was sweating the entire time. We ordered drinks, but I noticed afterward that I was overcharged. The screen advertised $5 drafts and $6 Top Golf margaritas, but I was charged $11.50 for mine (confirmed on my receipt). I didn’t catch it right away — only noticed while logging my receipt on Fetch. We didn’t order any food because it was honestly too hot to even consider eating. My 2 stars for food is for my drink. Not sure if I’d return. The heat really took away from what could’ve been a fun outing.

Our family celebrated New Years with y’all! We had a great time! Wanted to give a shout out to our server, Savannah! She was super helpful with the menu snd was very attentive to our group. Very sweet as well. She made our experience so much better!

Yes that is a 9 ounce for one of them. What an absolute joke. Even the frozen margarita was less than half of the wine! Once a year is plenty for this place! I should’ve known they don’t put the prices on the menu for a reason!

We had such a great experience at Topgolf! Our server Savannah was absolutely amazing!! She was attentive, friendly, and on top of everything without us ever having to ask. Drinks stayed filled, food came out hot and fast, & the vibe she brought made our whole visit even more fun. It’s not often you get service this good during a busy time, but she truly went above and beyond. Definitely made our night. I highly recommend asking for Savannah!

First time coming here for my friend’s birthday party and it was a pretty good experience. The service was great, food was alright, and the actual “golfing” experience and atmosphere was nice as well!

We had a great day at Topgolf spring. Our waitress, Savannah, was absolutely amazing! She was incredibly attentive and so sweet to our whole group. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, and she showed so much patience and kindness—especially with our wild 3-year-old! Her positive attitude made our visit even more enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you, Savannah!

I had an amazing first experience at Top Golf, thanks to our phenomenal waitress, Jasmine! She has such a great attitude—warm, upbeat, and genuinely friendly. She was incredibly attentive throughout our visit, always checking in at the perfect times and making sure we had everything we needed. Jasmine truly went above and beyond to make our first time at Top Golf special. If you’re planning a visit, do yourself a favor and ask for Jasmine. She’ll make your experience unforgettable!

First time going and we had a great time! Price was $40 an hour on Sundays. Staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and checked in often. They were a great team taking care of everyone. Special thanks to Eric and Nikki. Each bay had a seating area and a multitude of games to try your skills. You do not need to be a golf pro to have a great time.

Work on your swing, date nights, family nights out, you name it, great nights outside. Never had a bad time here. Food and drinks little pricey, but it's entertainment, I get it. Love Bay 2, better leveled range I think. Just don't go when windy or rain in the forecast.

Came for half price Thursday. The food quality is decent and very much like sport bar food. Place is clean and people are friendly. We had to wait but we were able to hang out and eat while waiting which allowed time to pass quickly.

Honestly, TopGolf is a good place to hang out, eat, drink and hit some balls, but it's pretty pricey for an hour or more of golf plus food and drinks. You can't stay in your bay after the allotted timeframe even if you are still eating your food. What do you expect though? So they make you move to their lounge area I guess. It can also get so freaking hot in those bays during Texas summer days. The fans they have do not do any justice. They should really think about A/C options blowing out by the bays. Will probably never happen though. My drink melted within a couple minutes and it wasn't fun anymore once you get all sweaty. I do recommend just coming here at night when it's cooler. Also recommend coming with a large group so you can split the bay charges. All in all, they have pretty good food to enjoy while playing. Appetizers are legit.

Another location checked off the list. Had a customer event in the meeting room and then out to hit balls and eat. Service was good as always. Would like to explore the menu past the fajitas. Fun place for work or family.

Upon entry, the building is immaculate. The service was pristine, no complaints. The restroom looked and smelled clean. The food and drinks were yum yum yummm! We would definitely come back. We ordered plenty of food and drinks. I did not get pictures of it all, but some are posted below. This is an amazing place to host a birthday party.

Went here as a " teambuilding" exercise. Food was ok, typical bar food. Service was non existent, some of the guys didn't even get there last round. We were there for a little of 2 hrs and saw the waiter maybe 3 times other than when someone brought the food. Ive been to several other locations and the service was alot better.

This was my first visit at a top golf and I really enjoyed it. The staff was helpful and the food was good and reasonably priced. I'll definitely go back.

My daughter and her friends had an AWESOME time at Topgolf celebrating her 16th birthday. Our server Brandy was personable and friendly. The kids could not get enough of the food especially the pretzel bites. Even though rain came through the games proceeded without anyone knowing. I love the music and the energy the staff brings to the consumer. we will be back!

Had amazing experience today at Topgolf. Weather was nice. Sunset was beautiful, but I would have to say our service was the best of the best today. I don't remember the young man's name but I know he was on the top floor today. Food was amazing. Would say that chicken tenders were a little overcooked, but still amazing. Will be coming back.

Food was great, service was fantastic--very friendly workers. Everything was clean as well. Very pleased with our experience!

This was my first time eating at this location. I got their bacon burger with tots after we played a few rounds. We sat inside of the restaurant to eat at the table. The servers were young and had to flag them down to place an order. The burger was fine, nothing major. We enjoyed playing as well. Definitely a good family outing or team building experience.

Some of the best BBQ you will ever eat! Pulled pork is my favorite. It's worth standing in line!

Always a good time always clean and lively but I remember why we avoid this location in particular. The food was cold when it reached us and it 83 degrees out at the time. The whole in donuts are a favorite but the syringes with the filling come out half full so your left with a bunch of donuts without a filling. The service is good, they are very polite but they don't make corrections without being addressed by the customer. We had a TV out that took about 7 minutes to correct but they did not offer to add time to your stay. When the waiter was asked he said he could ask the manager. Take care of any coupon issues prior to your start time because it will eat into your playing time. Still worth going just expect better quality for the money.

Great place to practice, staff is friendly and they have great appetizers and drinks. Highly recommend for all age groups

So much fun! It was hot, but staff provided cold towels and ice cream treats. The staff was attentive.

I will say that my compliments go to the chef. While the menu is less extensive than other locations I've been to, the food they did provide and we've was hot, fresh, and flavorful. Some of the waitstaff was not exactly "on top" of it. Two of us, but they bring one pair of silverware. The facility was clean, well ventilated, and friendly/prompt front desk.

i've never had such slow service at this location. it took my server so long to even come ask greet us , we just asked for waters bcs it's 90 degrees outside and that alone took 30 minutes to get here. when she did come out she left the waters and we noticed how attentive she was to other tables instead of ours for some reason. we asked her for the kids clubs and the left handed clubs and it took another server to even bring them out. we were trying to play as best as we could with what we had but as a paying customer that shouldn't be the case. the ambiance was pretty good, we met pretty good staff, Arturo and Yolanda we're great ! they were so nice and welcoming. we didn't even order food because we knew she'd take forever so i'd say we didn't stay longer because our server was just so inattentive. so, thanks Indigo

We had a reservation at Topgolf Spring and called ahead to let them know we were running a few minutes late. They told us we couldn't extend our reservation, even though we were just slightly behind. They also said there was no wait--but when we arrived, we were told there was a 15-30 minute wait for a bay. Super frustrating and disappointing experience. If we had known, we would've made other plans. Not the kind of service we expected when we reserved ahead of time.

Overall pretty good! Thank gos they changed the system for the original Topgolf game. This would be 5 stars but the injectable donut holes gave my sister food poisoning. I recommend playing the original game, or Block Party. There is very good music playing in the background.

I've been here a few times throughout the years, but every time I come, I wonder why we don't come more often. Every time we come it's always been a fun experience and even though sometimes it takes a little bit to get our food, we don't mind it too much since we are also having fun. I really enjoyed the quesadillas and the chips and guacamole and my kids love the fries as well. These seemed to be our best bet as vegetarian options. I wanted to try the donuts so hopefully we get to do that next time. Whether we come in the daytime, or if we come in the evening, both have a different vibe to it and we enjoy the experience. Keep up the good work, yall!

Came here for theschool second time for two celebratory occasions, and each time has been nice. Great service, great drinks and the food is not bad either. Tonight we tried their wings and fried chicken sandwich w/fries. For drinks we got the hazy iPad and monster green turf (I believe and apple juice, which came out in a fancy glass too. Our server was quite attentive and so was the manager who checked on us periodically to ensure we had all we needed. The overall ambiance was fun - even if you're not an avid golf player (which I'm not). It was nice they had heaters overhead so that you could still enjoy playing even on a chilly night. I saw that there's a bar too if you just want a different vibe to just hang out. I would definitely return.

Went on Mother's Day Sunday! Myia gave great Bar service! It would've been nice to see others helping her, instead of letting her do all the work. I recommend the Par-loma! Aurora gave us lovely service at the Bay! We had lots of fun. We will be back.

We had a team building event for my Houston safety team. Everyone had a great time. The mixed drinks were spot on and the bucket of beers was nice n cold. The service was great as well.

I was traveling for work and wanted to stop by and hit some balls. The website said no wait but when I went in I was told it was a half hour then in the next sentence the employee told me an hour wait. I didn't have the time to wait an hour so I left. I checked the website again and it stated no wait. Not a good business practice.

Absolutely the worst Top Golf experience we have ever had anywhere in the country. We came in with customers at 5pm on Friday May 10th . Though I am going to bitch about what happened here , the staff was super friendly and seemed concerned about our issues, but never did anything to move us or correct them in a manner consistent with the many other Top Golf venues we have visited. Our waitress was super sweet, but in over her head. First we were given a bay quickly. Immediately our waitress came and took our beer orders. One hour later we got our pitcher and the beers. Appetizer we ordered never showed up . My wife went and ordered one from bar and came back with it and it had a hair in middle of it. Refund on anything? NOPE.......Never once did she ask us for another item in the 2+ hours we were there. Now onto the golf. The machine was malfunctioning while playing. It was not registering all the womens shots. They sent over a guy to look at it, he proceeded to hit 10 balls, and 5 of his did not register. I asked to move and he said he was calling manager. That guy came and he said he was working on nearby cameras and maybe that would fix it. It did not and he said he would see what he could do. They added 30 minutes to our play time, because they ate up 30 minutes trying to fix it. They said they would be back to see what they could do for us. The machine continued for the rest of play time not registering 90% of the womens and 40% of the men's shots. Absolutely BS...We never got moved, never got a credit for jack shit, we had to go find the waitress to close out, never found manager, so we left with a $170 plus bill for a shitty time. I was so embarrassed that I took clients to a nice steak dinner in the Woodlands to make up for this horse crap. FYI sun sets dead in your face so plan accordingly if you come here after 5pm. Also this venues machines are very outdated compared to many other Top Golf locations.

I enjoy Top Golf & what they offer. Went to this location for a work gathering. First time at this location. The lemon pepper wings were 3 out of 5. I didn't get any of the flavor so I asked for a side of lemon pepper seasoning. Once I added it to my wings they were much better. The garlic parmesan boneless wings were a 4 out of 5. It was more parmesan flavor than a mix of the garlic. But they tasted better than the lemon pepper prior to adding additional seasoning on the lemon pepper. The service was good. We had 2 waitstaff checking on our area. The male staff member I could tell he became seemingly annoyed with being asked of things we needed. Other than that there no issues.

Top Golf Spring, Tx. Our bay host was Nicky. Of all the times I've brought customers here she outshines them all. Attentive, genuinely sweet, met our fun filled needs. Top stars for this TOP Golf employee.

The food is okay it's very big and a lot. I got hit in the face with a golf club and the staff didn't hesitate to get ice and help me. So sweet and our host was so incredibly kind and sweet! ambiance was very nice but a lot of people talking at the same time.

Travel to Spring, TX to spend family time with the family. My nephew was in town for spring break and wanted to visit Top Golf again for the second time in a row, lol. We went on Saturday evening, we arrived at 6:00pm. We had to wait approximately 15 minutes for our bay. Our bay was ready within our estimated wait time. We paid $50 for an hour. The price is based on the time you arrive. I ordered The nachos , which was ok. nothing to brag about. I also ordered a glass of red wine that I forgot to capture which was $16. Way over price!!! I love Topgolf, however they need to lower their drink price or stop being stingy on their liquor!! Food could be better also!!!!

This is my second time going to Top golf and just like the first time my family and I really enjoyed ourselves. I will be returning quite often to brush up on my skills. The food was also amazing our attendant Mike was great also definitely will be back.

Top Golf hosted a Make-A-Wish reveal today and they pulled out absolutely every stop and made our wish Kiddo and family feel incredibly special!! Everyone was amazing!!! From our servers Brittany and Cassie, managers Ashton, Sabrina, and Shelby - each person made us feel special. After the wish reveal. I enjoyed a drink at the bar with the awesome bartender Isabel. her blueberry lemon drop martini was just the thing I needed to end my night. Thank you again Top Golf Spring - for everything !!!

I usually try to find something constructive and positive to say about every experience but this has been the worst experience at Top Golf. My colleagues and I went there for team building and we were highly disappointed. The venue was dirty, there was gum in the turf, and trash in the nets. The customer service wasn't any better either. My colleague ordered some wings and she had hair in her food. Instead of accommodating her for their error, they still charged her for the wings and the server had a nasty attitude about it. Lastly, the restroom was worse than a port-a-potty. Someone defecated in the stall and left it on the floor. There was paper towels and trash left on the floors, the trash was overflowing and they were out of toilet paper. Needless to say, I do not recommend this Top Golf location and I will never be returning.

We have several birthdays in November so around Thanksgiving time we usually all go out to eat and celebrate the Birthdays (two of my adult kids , my mom and my mother in law) We decided to go to Top Golf this year for a large family outing. This place is awful. I have been to other locations and had no problems. I told my server I am paying for the two bays which included 12 players. I also told him everyone is paying for their own food. Well that was a disaster. They were just bringing orders out and sitting them on the table instead of giving people their orders in their hand. They started asking for cards to go on the tab but the tabs were all mixed up (no organization). When it was time for me to pay I went over the bill with the server to make sure everything was correct. My bill totaled well over 400 with a tip included over 500.00. Well when I got home and looked at the receipt there was at least 45.00 of things on my bill that I did not purchase. When comparing receipts with my sister some things she ordered like drinks (mind you I don't Drink) and extra food that was on my receipt. The big problem is she paid for her drinks as well. Therefore my party was charged twice. Had my sister not paid for her items she would have just zelled me the money but that was not the case. I called to dispute the charges and received an email the next day stating there was nothing they could do because I signed for it. Well its the principle for me. If a customer has spent over 500 dollars at your business and they are telling you 45.00 was placed on their tab and they did not order these items (again and I don't drink alcohol) you cant do a courtesy waiver. I was told and laughed at that their was nothing they could do and they suggested I call my bank. I have never ever experienced this at any other Top Golf Location. This office Manager (Kirby) said we are not obligated to give you anything which means they can courtesy waive if they wanted to. I can tell you I WILL NOT BE GOING TO THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN. The service was terrible and the office staff is absolutely awful rude and unprofessional. I do not ask for much and I am not an obnoxious customer. I am a person who will pay for whatever is purchased but if I did not purchase I will have a problem with it. Right is right and wrong is wrong. The office manager didn't even offer an apology or to fix it by even offering a courtesy meal of 45.00 dollars a coupon or anything. There business sucks and I will not be back.

Wouldn't recommend this location. They have roaches and mold all throughout their beverage stations. The same moldy machine that is used to serve ALL customers who walk in the door. If you've ever been to this location you've definitely been consuming mold infested beverages. This venue location needs to be investigated by HR. (I was forced to leave a star in order to post but if it was up to me they would've received no stars.)

I booked a 3pm bay time on Memorial Day. Upon arrival we were checked in and told to wait for a text. They weren't as busy as I anticipated them to be so I thought we'd have our bay ready right at 3. It took a bit longer than that but not too much of a big deal. We were given a bay on the 3rd level and greeted by a staff member upon arrival. She helped us get signed in and took our orders. Service was really good. We ordered a variety of appetizers such as nachos, loaded fries, and wings. All were really good! The sangria was good as well! Will return!

I love golf. I won a lot of the games here and it is just so much fun. The service for food and bev was a bit slow - and the drinks were well mixed - they do offer awesome gluten free options I love that! We had a blast and it's a good bang for the buck a bit pricey for bar food. Wish they had more inspired menu items. It was pretty clean, too. We had a fast check in.

I recently visited Top Golf in Spring for the first time with family and friends to celebrate my cousin's birthday. While we were having a great time, enjoying the festivities, and celebrating during the games, my experience took a disappointing turn when one of the managers, his name was either Bryan or Ryan, approached me in a very rude and loud tone and asked if I was okay. This interaction was made after I felt comfortable enough to celebrate and cheer for a point I had made while golfing. This made me feel singled out and made me feel as if I couldn't cheer or celebrate my wins. Even though the atmosphere was loud and lively as it is in an entertainment establishment, with everyone else enjoying themselves just as much. Shortly after, the manager proceeded to walk past us repeatedly making my friends and family feel uncomfortable and as if we needed to be quiet and not enjoy the little time we had left. What started as a fun and exciting celebration ended with me feeling like I couldn't fully enjoy the moment. I understand the importance of maintaining order, but the approach felt unnecessary and dampened the experience. Unfortunately, this left a negative impression of what could have been an amazing first visit. I hope the management considers how to handle situations like this more tactfully in the future.

This review is for Topgolf's bar specifically. I have nothing bad to say about the Topgolf experience. It's unique. It's a lot of fun. Though it can get pretty pricey. After "topgolfing," we hit up the bar for some food and drinks. We split the brisket grilled cheese which comes with fries or tots. We went with the tots. The food was a lot better than expected. It's not your typical mediocre chain food. The grilled cheese was grilled just right and the brisket added some flavor. There was a nice dipping sauce. The tots were on point. We also had a golf bag drink which was pretty creative. It's a fishbowl, so think a mix of liquor and sweet juices, served in a golf bag-shaped plastic glass with golf club-shaped straws. It also lights up! And you can take the glass home with you. I have to take a star off for the service. It was some of the worst I've received in some time. We had a group of eight people or so. One of my tablemates had to wait 20 minutes or so for his beer because the waitress forgot. Overall, she was lackadaisical and didn't seem like she was interested in serving us at all. It's also a bummer that the bar closes earlier than 2 AM on the weekend. For a place like Topgolf, I didn't expect that their bar would close at midnight. Compared to the other Topgolf off of I-10, this one seems less crowded thought it can be a bit of a hike for us inner loopers.

It is always fun to get together with few friends and have a few games of golf. Especially tuesdays since golf is 50% off! Place is always clean and staff are friendly. Swinging the club and hitting some balls as fast as possible is also a good way to relieve some stress too. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the overall service we got during our last visit considering it took few times to get our orders right. Not to mention it took 45 minutes to get my first drink (I wish I was exaggerating). Our server was not even around for a good while for me to remind, I finally ended up telling it to another server which again did not help. Their excuse was the keg was empty so they were bringing a new one. Really? even if that was the case they should have told me that 30-35 minutes ago? I ended up requesting another beer which again took 10-15 more minutes. Anyway, I think the bad service is becoming more common in these days since many restaurants/bars are having hard time to staff their needs. so I will give them the benefit of doubt and give them another shot in the future

This is a cool place to go to golf, and I enjoyed my time there even though it was my first time golfing. Anybody can play and there are a number of interactive games, including "practice" for novices like me. I attended a birthday party here, and the food was just so-so. The host bought unlimited fajitas, which were passable, but the tortillas were the cardboard-tasting variety that had to come from a bag...not fresh at all. And, the chips seemed low-quality bagged type. These are two items that the business could inexpensively improve. The party included all you could drink beer and wine. Yup, I did the Guinness! Nevertheless, even with the mediocre food, the golf was great and I'll be back to golf, but, eat elsewhere else first.

We have been to this top golf multiple times and never an issue. On July 3rd, the wheels fell off. 5 of us arrived a little after 8pm. We sat down at our spot and set up for some golf. We started playing and after about :10-:15 minutes our waitress stopped by. The ladies ordered 3 Margs-two the same and a skinny. I went through multiple beer orders only to be told they were out. Plus no high noons or anything really. I settled on a Corona extra. Out son settled on a craft beer she had to get upstairs, and waters for all. 30 minutes later the Margs showed up-all the same. :45 minutes later my beer showed up-wrong beer so sent back. After an hour, literally, my son's beer showed up. Having ask for waters, after my wrong order, the ladies went to bar and ordered waters. After my beer, I took a chance and ended up ordering a coors light since they were out of Corona extra and anything else I ask for. The waitress brought Miller lite and didn't seem to even notice. Every order was messed up, but not having anything and taking an hour to get a round of drinks is extremely poor management. Forty-five minutes to an hour for one round of drinks is totally unacceptable. I get places have one offs, but this night we even wondered if we were on how screwed up can it be TV. Needless to say, we played out our 90 minutes and moved on. I peg these issues squarely on management for poor planning of items available, not training staff correctly-May want to start out with, "I'm sorry, but we only have.....", be prompt and staff needs to be taught to notice if an order is correct or not before it goes out.
