Topgolf Swing Suite

I was surprised at the quality of the simulators. I thought they would be better. Inconsistent performance and poor graphics and interface. Especially with the top golf style games, which seemed like demos more than fully operational games. I've been to real top golfs and didn't expect it to be the same, but because of the quality of the technology at the real ones, I had higher expectations. Food was great. No complaints about service. Beef barbacoa was especially good. Space is a little tight. If I had been paying for it instead of my company I would have wanted my money back for the simulator.

Not what I expected, I love all the different sim games. Great for those who don’t want to just golf. Drinks were on point. Service was amazing and friendly.

Went at a perfect time on a late Friday afternoon. Our server was very helpful since it was our first time at Topgolf. The apps and drinks were great. I had a great time.

Small but fun, we took our son for his birthday. The drinks definitely hit the spot.

Our group had an excellent time. Our reservation was ready on-time, drinks and food were affordable, and the staff were great. I especially appreciated Dan and Pablo, who were friendly, attentive, and a pleasure to chat with.

We had such a great time. All the different games are really fun. I love that you get a private bay for you and your friends! Kinda sucks that you can make a 6:00 reservation but then the kitchen closes at 6? Wish the kitchen could stay open a little longer. We had friends that arrived a little late because of traffic and then they couldn't order food. Other than that it's a great time. We brought a birthday cake and they gave us plates and silverware for it which was nice.

We came with a good sized group and all of us were extremely impressed with the entire place. The service at the bar was always super quick and our food didn’t take long at all. The simulator was unbelievably accurate. We all were expecting a sub par simulator, but were extremely impressed. I could see this place growing and eventually expanding

Had a reservation for 7pm on December 26. Received a call at 3pm stating that the building actually closes at 6pm and the system should not have taken reservations. We were able to go in early between 4-6. The manager stated that they were already booked and offered an afternoon time for the following day which would be after we are leaving town. Never received any offer for a discount or comp for a future visit. Will never make a reservation here again!

Friendly staff, nice and clean, and a fun time. We had an hour reservation, which was enough. We will come back.

Fun place to duck in when the weather sucks. Beware though because they put 20% gratuity on not only the drinks/food but the booth rental! That is ridiculous and I even asked. Our Top Golf at home does not do that. I also think that should be mentioned prior to receiving the bill. Booth rental on the weekends is $45.

Decent Simulator. The Putting part is terrible! Either the ball sails or doesn't even move. The club selection they have is pretty slim. They add 20% gratuity no matter party size based on food, drink and the simulator fee. Which is a joke. You have no service! You have to got to bar to place your food and drink orders. They never come around.

It was nice place and nice golf games if you already had a background into playing golf. There were other games to play on the screen as well such as dodgeball , soccer and American football. It's on the 6th floor and had to use the bathroom on the 5th floor.

Amazing space! Awesome technology in the 3 bays and super fun for all ages to play golf, soccer, baseball, football, and more! Great staff that is eager to help you and make a great a great experience for you. Good drink and food menu! All in all a super fun place for a date, party, or just about any occasion!

Cool place, but it is in the basement and the staff kinda forgets about you (granted we went on a weekday). We wanted to add more time and order drinks but there was no staff available after they set us up.

My coworkers and I came here on a Thursday night for a team outing after work and had an absolute blast. It's cheap to rent a private bay (about $40 for 2 hours) and also includes a lot of games including golfing, football, baseball etc. Easy and fun thing to do on a weeknight, especially during the colder winter months when there's not to much to do outside. Great spot with excellent drink deals ($5 glasses of red/white wines along with rose) and cheap beers, along with tasty foods for appetizers. The staff was attentive and quick to bring out our food, and accommodating given our 10+ person sized group. Great spot on Michigan Ave as well. Would recommend to my other employees as well as others!

Horrible experience! Do not book your party or event at this location. We reserved a suite for 8 family members flying in for Thanksgiving weekend. We booked it almost TWO MONTHS before the event, with the manager! Less than 48 hours before our time, someone from the location called to say, because another group wanted our time and had agreed to a "food and drink minimum" (something we weren't offered, but I'm sure would have met with 8 people), they were cancelling our reservation and "bumping" us to a time later in the afternoon ( a time we couldn't meet). When we shared the confirmation we received from the manager for our time, Alex Tomooka, the events manager, gave some snotty email response, and didn't even acknowledge that we had proof of a confirmed reservation. Do not book your party or event with these sleazy people. UPDATE (11/27): We reached out to Top Golf CEO Artie Starrs, who immediately had his exec team reach out to us by phone the day after Thanksgiving, including the Director of US Operations and head of Guest Services. Very nice. THAT'S good customer service. HOWEVER, still have not received one word - NOT ONE WORD - in email, phone call, text, etc. from the location manager (WHO PERSONALLY BOOKED OUR RESERVATION), or Alex Tomooka, the Events manager (who blew off our complaints in cancelling our reservation) at the 900 Michigan Avenue location. THAT'S terrible customer service.

The menu had limited options compared to the other locations. The service was slow. The severs were rude. And the games were low quality.

Great new space to work on the golf game during winter or to get together with a few buddies for a round. Nice that they have multiple sets of clubs on site, full bar, and restaurant - pretty much a one stop shop. Planning on doing a corporate event there in the coming months. Better than all the other golf simulator concepts I've tried in Chicago.

This is a sport simulator suite from the Hogsalt group. I had the Truffle-Parmesan Waffle Fries. The fries were good. Since the place is small they get their food from Aster Hall which is in the same building. They have five games which are football, baseball, hockey, golf and dodgeball.

Cool space and concept. The food is fantastic, and they have great beers on draught. All of the games are a lot of fun; we played golf, zombie dodgeball, baseball, football, and hockey. I will definitely be back!

My new spot for Monday Night Football. Big screens, Small Cheval burgers and golf; Nothing else like it in the city.

Great place to work on your swing, have some food/drinks, or just catch a game! Clubs were nice and the facilities were very well maintained. Will definitely be back.
