Horrible experience! Do not book your party or event at this location. We reserved a suite for 8 family members flying in for Thanksgiving weekend. We booked it almost TWO MONTHS before the event, with the manager! Less than 48 hours before our time, someone from the location called to say, because another group wanted our time and had agreed to a "food and drink minimum" (something we weren't offered, but I'm sure would have met with 8 people), they were cancelling our reservation and "bumping" us to a time later in the afternoon ( a time we couldn't meet). When we shared the confirmation we received from the manager for our time, Alex Tomooka, the events manager, gave some snotty email response, and didn't even acknowledge that we had proof of a confirmed reservation. Do not book your party or event with these sleazy people.
UPDATE (11/27): We reached out to Top Golf CEO Artie Starrs, who immediately had his exec team reach out to us by phone the day after Thanksgiving, including the Director of US Operations and head of Guest Services. Very nice. THAT'S good customer service. HOWEVER, still have not received one word - NOT ONE WORD - in email, phone call, text, etc. from the location manager (WHO PERSONALLY BOOKED OUR RESERVATION), or Alex Tomooka, the Events manager (who blew off our complaints in cancelling our reservation) at the 900 Michigan Avenue location. THAT'S terrible customer service.
