Whether it was keeping our drinks refreshed, bringing out our delicious food promptly (that pepperoni pizza and those wings were a hit!), or just checking in to see if we needed anything, April was on top of it all. She truly made us feel like VIPs, and her dedication allowed us to relax, enjoy the golf, and create wonderful memories together as a family. April's exceptional service transformed a great outing into an unforgettable Father's Day experience. We had such an amazing experience at Topgolf, all thanks to our incredible server, Kree! From the moment we arrived, she was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. What truly stood out was how she surprised our friend who’s expecting a baby girl with a sweet, thoughtful gesture. Kree brought out a custom sign and a special dessert to celebrate, and it completely made our night. Her energy, kindness, and attention to detail turned a fun outing into something truly memorable. This is a great place to unwind and kick back with friends. Reservation is highly recommended and all members of your group must be present to start your orders, otherwise, you can start golfing and vibing. It’s good sports and beginners friendly. I love it here.

Topgolf at The Colony is such a fun spot! Whether you’re a golf pro or just hanging out with friends, it’s a great place to unwind and have a blast. The bays are spacious and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and attentive. The games are super engaging for all skill levels, and the lively atmosphere makes it perfect for celebrations or casual outings. Plus, the flatbread is especially yummy — a perfect snack to enjoy while you play. The location is convenient with plenty of parking. Definitely recommend for a fun day or night out!

There were 50 bays open but we had to wait almost :30. Why???? No explanation and the guy up front was more interested in his phone than helping us. $60 hr is absolutely ridiculous. $20 an hour at the most for machines that wont track shots accurately. No manager in sight just an awful Top golf Our server and was a redeeming part but half cooked fries were nasty

We always have a good time when we go. We had Mikee and and Eric the trainee as servers. He/they were not very attentive.

So much fun! We came in for the first time and we had so much fun. The food was delicious! The service was great. Everyone is super friendly. We stayed for longer than planned because the kids were having so much fun. We are definitely coming back!

I’ve visited 4–5 different Topgolf locations and every time the experience has been consistently great. The burgers and flatbreads are tasty and they offer a good mix of vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. The food and drinks never disappoint. The service is efficient and the staff is genuinely friendly and helpful. The place is always clean and well-maintained, adding to the overall enjoyable experience. It can feel a bit hot during peak summer days, especially in humid weather, but otherwise, it’s comfortable year-round. They also have cool merchandise and unique items to check out. Topgolf combines fun, food and a great environment—perfect for any season and any group!

TL;DR - good food, decent service, plenty of balls to whack. Food - came her as part of a work event, and the food here was pretty solid. Service - standard Ambiance - busy and upbeat. A great place to be on a Friday night.

We went on a Thursday afternoon, we went to the bar area to wait for spot for golf as well as to eat since we were hungry. We waited at the table for a long time but nobody came or talked to us. When I finally talk to the bar tender, we were told that we have to do our order in the bar since nobody is there to take orders . It also took a very long time for our food to arrive. The menu option and food was okay. I have to say I prefer the other top golf I visited (Allen and the lounge in Frisco).

Xanna gave us great service. She was very helpful with the food recommendations. And the ambiance was perfect. Can't wait to come again!!

Always a good time at Top Golf! Our waiter Mo was great! Took really good care of us! Went there for my partner's birthday and while he gets to have fun hitting some balls, I get to enjoy their DELICIOUS MAc n cheese bites!!!! Their drinks are really good too!

Yelp 100 Challenge 2023 #46 Top Golf is a golf driving range game with electronically tracked golfballs and automatically scored drives. It is played in a reserved bay that sits six people. If you have a bigger party, then you can reserve serval bays next to each other. This location offers 1/2 off every Tuesday so if you're wanting to try Top Golf at a discounted rate, then go play on Tuesday. Food This location offer several food options and beverages. Bites and Shareables, Burgers and Sandwiches, Desserts, Kids and Breakfast Options. My favorite is their Not Your Average Nachos with chicken.

I came here for a private event with my job and was really surprised with the offerings they had! We rented out the entire bottom floor and the hot food they offered was great! I came in the summer time though, so even at night it was about 100 degrees outside. They decided to leave out the cheeses and spread outdoors when we were there for a few hours. O would have preferred for them to leave uncovered food indoors. Overall, the place was great and they did a great job keeping the bays cool with the fans. The staff was very friendly and helpful and it felt like we had full service. They also have EV charging stations which is great.

Topgolf is always so much fun! I've been gaining a lot more interest in golf after coming here a few times. The drinks are great and the food is getting better. They always have a lot of servers too which is nice.

Pro tip: download the app and see if there is a spend $150 get a $50 gift card. Between golf and food and drinks you're going to spend around that anyway with a group. I do recommend this place for an event or outing with friends. Splitting a bay that way is great. However, as far as the food goes I'm severely disappointed. There was a time when they claimed unique chef inspired foods and offered a wide menu for filled to partake in. However the brunch menu severely shrank and now it's basically donut holes or a terrible excuse for a honey butter biscuit chicken finger sandwich. It was not good and I regretted ordering it. Drinks are great but a bit over priced but the service is good, wait staff is really attentive and ready to help as often as they can. Biggest bummer in booking was that when we reserved we couldn't pick the third floor even though they were available. It was second floor as the assigned area. We were hoping for the third floor so that was lame. Any way will I go back? Yes! Will I eat there? Well maybe a snack or two.

My husband and I went as a date night. I have never played golf and had an absolute blast! The atmosphere was really cool. We got the Mac and cheese bites, smokehouse burger, and loaded fries. The food was pretty good our server was super nice and helpful. I didn't think golfing would be that much fun but it was amazing.

Overall, we had a fun time playing, but if you're looking for quick food service, look elsewhere. My friends, husband, and I visited on Easter and to our surprise, they weren't packed. Fearing our wait time would be +2 hours, I reserved a bay online the day before. One thing I didn't care too much for was that when you book online, the only play time available is 2 hours. There's no option to only play for an hour, which is what we really wanted to do. Also, the deposit was half the total amount for gameplay. Thats great if there are 2 couples but not so much when there are 6 people and you want to split the bill evenly. In either case, the guy who introduced us to the game and served us food and drinks was pretty cool. He recommended trying the Angry Birds game and we had an absolute blast (pun intended). Outside of playing, the good things stopped there. We ordered a side of fries and some loaded fries. It took well over 45 minutes for our food to come out. I assume they were harvesting the potatoes themselves because there's no comprehensible reason why it took so long; they weren't busy and it wasn't an extravagant order -- it's just fries. Our drink orders weren't as slow, fortunately, but refills were few and far between. At some point, our server disappeared and after a good amount of time contemplating if we should keep golfing or find another source of hydration, another person swooped in and became our new server. She was pretty cool but I wish there was more fluidity when there's a changing of the guard. Other random things to note: there are EV chargers in the parking lot, plenty of parking, the bays and restrooms were pretty clean, the staff was super friendly, and the ambiance was chill. I'd probably go again, but not rely on eating or drinking.

so my brother and i frequent here once a week. absolutely love top golf, it's become my new hobby. usually this place is great but today i walked in at 11:50 am and she said they're on a wait for an hour. granted 12 pm is when it gets more expensive. so i go sit at the bar and order a drink with my brother. not even 15 minutes later our bay is ready. how convenient that it's 12:05 pm so you can charge me more. not to mention the service when we did sit down was not good. probably won't be returning to this location again.

My child wanted to come here to celebrate their birthday. We did not make reservations. There was about an hour and a half wait. The location wasn't overly crowded but was busy. Once our golf bay was ready I received a text message. The bay was clean and spacious enough for our guests. I didn't recall that there was a $5.00 membership fee for every new member. We ordered food and drinks along with our golf play time. Our servers were very helpful and attentive. The food was good. The atmosphere was fun. Everyone had a nice time.

Amazing! Bre was awesome. We had a large corporate event with 20+ people. She was always there serving food and drinks and never missing a beat. The meeting space was impressive the food was delicious and the staff exceeded our expectations.

Another great outing with girlfriends was at Topgolf. I need more practice because your girl is NOT the best! You can reserve a section a head of time for a certain amount of people, they will designate a server for drink and food orders. This is a great place to get together and practice your golf game. They also have a full restaurant and bar.

food: 3/5 typical bar food. you come to topgolf for golf, not usually food. i got the nacho average nachos and i had also tried the pretzel bites, farmhouse flatbread, and meatalian flatbread. i had personally ordered the nachos and it was alright. i did not expect it to have any chicken, but it had chicken on it, which i did not ask to add on. out of everything, my favorite dish that i tried was the farmhouse flatbread. it's light and you can keep playing the game without feeling horrible. service: 4/5 our server was a sweetheart, but work wise, there is definitely room to improve. my food order was placed in wrong, had to ask for drink refills multiple times before it happened, and complications with our party's tab. however, they kept a smile on their face, eventually solved our problems, and the managers also took care of our problems as well. ambiance: 5/5 it's hot outside especially if you're going to golf. expect to be sweaty. on a saturday night, of course, it's going to be crowded. it's a fun experience with others or even alone!

Went here recently with a friend and had a great time! The staff were so, so friendly and treated us great always checking in on us! The overall location was so clean and was not too crowded at all. The food was also delicious and was served pretty quickly!

Company event here was super fun! The company blocked off the right side of the second floor! With two buffets, and an open bar! Good food, excellent bartending and wonderful service! I really enjoy the personal golf expert who walked around and gives instructions! Definitely recommend!

We went to visit our good friends in Plano, TX last month and during my visit, they surprised us with my first ever trip to a Topgolf. He made reservations on a Friday evening for this location in city of The Colony, not far from Plano. When we showed up, his reservation directed him to a specific bay(on the 2nd floor) so there was no check-in process. Once we settled into our table, a young gentleman came by almost immediately, and helped us get setup on the touch screen, and offered to take our food and drink order as well. You pay for a set of amount of time golfing that you and your party wish to hack away for. Pricing is somewhat reasonable. If you're left handed like me, be sure to ask your server for a set of left handed golf clubs. On this particular Friday night, they were blasting pop and hip-hop music, giving off a club like vibe. I would be happy to visit here again when I'm back in town. Simple, wholesome, high energy fun for the whole family.

I was recently visiting some good friends in the Plano area and they suggested we go to Topgolf one evening. I was more than happy to say yes, because just the week prior, I was looking to make a reservation at my local Topgolf in the San Francisco Bay Area and there were literally no open spots for one full year. Yeah, that is just ludicrous. My friend had made a reservation the day before, and when we showed up at the front, we just walked to the Bay number that was given to him through his online reservation. Once we settled into our bay, our waiter instructed us to sign in or sign up(as most of us were first timers visiting a Topgolf) at the touchscreen near the launchpad. Once we got squared away, we placed our food and drink order with the same young man and off we went swinging. Just a note, if you're left handed as two of us were, ask your waiter or waitress to bring you left handed clubs and they should do so pretty quickly. Once we chose the amount of time via the touchscreen, we were able to get started immediately. Since this was my first time, I can say that I had a ton of fun. It also helped that they played upbeat, club like music on this Friday evening.

Of the 3 Top Golfs in the DFW area this is our fav. We drive out of our way to come to this location. Mainly because it is updated & they have a better selection of games to play- my son likes the angry birds game. The food is always consistent & pretty good. The drinks are hit our miss (I'm guessing depending on the bar tender that day). We've always had good service & nice servers. We know there's usually a wait especially on the weekends so we either try to make a reservation before or go with the expectation that we will at least be waiting an hour.

I came here on a double date and we all had a blast! I think this is great way to be able to enjoy some good food while being active. We order the farmhouse pizza, grilled chicken sandwich, turkey wrap, and the all American burger. We thought the food was delicious but the pizza was very very thin! I'm giving this place 3 starts because I thought the actual technology's behind keeping track of golf balls and golfing turns. We had issues understanding whose turn it was and we think maybe we had a glitch with our golfing section. Unfortunately it was a bit annoying but overall we had a lot of phone. The food was goo, and the service was really great so I would still recommend coming and checking this place out!

I was visiting the Dallas area for work and we had a group activity one evening to have dinner and games at Top Golf. I've been before (in other cities) so I knew how it worked and what to expect. The setup was much the same as I have seen elsewhere; multiple levels of bays that overlook the open area to hit balls in to. Each bay has interactive screens to track your game. The concept itself was consistent with previous experiences. The lower score, however, was due to service and food. Our reservation was for 5:30 for about 20 people across four bays. Everyone immediately started ordering drinks to get the night started. After 45 minutes had passed, folks were getting hungry. Around 6:30, chips and salsa showed up. (The person who arranged the event told us that a large selection of food was supposed to be out at 6:15.) We had to look for our server to request more drinks and to ask about the food. A few people in the group ordered their own food, thinking that might come out faster than the shared dishes. Dinner arrived about 7:00-and we saw what took so long. The burgers were cooked so much that they were almost not palatable. (It was not just the sliders, the three people that ordered their own food confirmed the overcooked meat on their plates as well.) I like my burgers pretty well done, but these were gone too far. Since our reservation was for two hours, we had to vacate the bays 30 minutes after our food arrived. A lot of it was left behind-possibly because we didn't have time to eat it, or maybe because it just wasn't very good.

I've been to a lot of different TopGolf locations and this one wins for being the worst. We were 30 minutes into our game and the waiter didn't come to take our order so I had to go find him. We only ordered a couple pizzas which took another 30 minutes (and no, it wasn't busy). When the pizza was finally served, it wasn't even warm and they didn't bother to slice it up. When I saw a manager nearby, I pointed it out to him only to get his response "What would you like for me to do about it?" Need I say more!!!

Daisy is the bestest waitress! Service was incredible. She was super sweet and had humor like me and my co-workers! Love this place. Traveling from Atlanta, this is the place to be.

It is what it is, a pricey experience. Definitely make sure you go with a group to make it worth it. It is fun competition with friends, but check prices online first. Tuesdays are half off, food from what we've tried is actually pretty good. The only draw back for me is pricing. Have gone a handful of times in a couple years. Staff is attentive and available, environment is casual and more of a sports bar vibe but still family friendly.

They called me 8 minutes before my reservation & directed me to the my party & I to the exact location to start golfing. A++ service

My parents, siblings, and our significant others came out to play some Top Golf on New Years Eve. A week prior we made reservations and chose the 12:30pm slot and the bay only allows 6 players to golf. So we arrived about 30 minutes early to check in and what not. The lady at the front desk said they would text us when our bay was ready, so while we waited we used the restrooms (clean & freezing lol) and checked out their merchandise, after about 20 minutes the manager came around and asked all the guests waiting on bays to wait outside, 5 minutes later we got our text and were directed to our bay. It was an easy setup the waitress brought us waters and coffee and we began to golf. We all enjoyed it and will definitely be back for another round.

What a wonderful time can be had at TopGolf. Spent a couple of hours hitting balls, eating and just having a great afternoon experience. Highly recommend it to anyone who wants to have some outdoor fun.

Was totally surprised by this place. I'm not the biggest fan of golf as a whole but I would definitely come back for more. The facility is massive with a sprawling parking lot. When you walk in the draw is to rent a bay for an hour or more where you have a dedicated server and can either play for distance, or an angry birds type game. There was about an hour wait so it was way to join the waitlist and order drinks and snacks in the meantime. We made our way to the upstairs patio and had great bar service and queso. The hour passed very quickly! When we moved to our bay we had a great sever named Harold. He was extremely attentive and explained how everything worked. He constantly checked in and took our snack orders without issue. When tots arrived alongside the flatbread everything was delicious. There wasn't a moment my Diet Coke cup wasn't filled. I will say that everything adds up pretty quickly, so be prepared...but all in all it was a great time. Kids put down their phones and adults that knew nothing about golf had a blast.

Do we really have to be bombarded with a giant flag of a Certain sexual affiliation the moment we walk in? This is a family place. Won't be back. This month at least. Not to mention the bays were very wet and slippery and even after on of our party slipped and fell and the staff saw it they still never came back to clean it up. The reason for the two stars is the staff was at least friendly and the food was decent.

I would also like to add that I sent my name and information via messages like top golf requested under my original review and it's been almost a week and I have yet to hear from anyone. This was clearly just for show and to look like they care publicly.

Cole was a wonderful server, but I drank like 5 or 6 long islands and it felt just tart lemonade. sober as heck when i walked out. pretty disappointed about that. their restrooms were out of order, trying to use the restroom was a hassle. Very unimpressive with a very low brow location

I don't go to top golf much nor do I write reviews. However, my experience here was awful. We paid for 30 minutes. Received waters and then with 15 minutes left we had to get up and go get her and asked to take our order. She seemed angry and told us we needed to add more time. I wasn't sure how top golf worked but happily I extended more time. I added 15 minutes and ordered food and hot chocolate. I never received the hot chocolate and my food was cold and came out incorrect. Plus I received it 5 minutes before leaving. The server never checked on me other than when we went and got her to take our order. I watched her stand and talk with other coworkers rather than serve us.

Was here for our company party, was accommodated in the ballroom side and company gave us two tickets for beer or wine only. First time at this location staff was awesome.

One of my favorites places to hangout! I've been coming here since 2015. I'm surprised I haven't left a review yet. TopGolf is definitely something everyone should try! It's always been a great time for me and my families/friends. The wait hasn't ever been too bad from all the times I've been here. However, you can wait at the bar and enjoy drinks and food or even play games (pool, Wii, Dance Revolution). The drinks are great and the food is delicious! I love the Nachos with chicken - best thing on the menu!! The staff is always great and they're pretty good as far getting our food/drinks out in a timely manner. And they always check on you to see if you want to add more time. Never a dull moment here, can't wait to be back again!

We brought fri Brought friends from out of town here for their first top golf experience. When we arrived, we were supposedly put on the waiting list and told it was a 30-45 minute wait. After an hour we checked back in and the girl helping us originally couldn't find our name on the list and covered it by saying right after we put our name on the list with her our wait time spiked up to an hour and a half and they neglected to tell us so. We left to grab smoothies across the street knowing it would be another 30-45 minutes. We received a text saying it will be ready in 30 minutes. We arrived about 30 minutes later nearly on the dot for them to tell us it would be another 15-30 minutes. Sad to say they purchased the membership to never want to come back.

We had a wonderful time at Top Golf! Our server, Joshua, was fantastic. We're from Memphis and he just moved to DFW from Memphis. Top Golf was tons of fun & Josh took care of us! Highly recommend in you're in North Texas.

First time experience at top golf went extremely well. The entire process from the initial booking, to being seated then checking out was incredibly smooth. Big thank you to our hostess Daisy for her amazing service from explaining how the player system worked to even giving us a live lesson on how to golf. Overall AMAZING experience, highly recommend and will definitely return again!

Why does a nice establishment like this, serve cheep degrading food! Really, a two year old could put together a better variety and quality food than this! You guys have really dropped the ball on this one, you should be ashamed of yourselves! Old Chicken Tenders, cold old dried up fries? If you are going there for the Golf, don't order any food! Oh! All of the food had a severe after taste, what's with that? "CHEEP" That was really sad!

I relocated to this area two years ago from a different state, and since then, I have frequented this place several times a year, particularly when my teenage son visits. Will get like six family members, usually reserve a bay online. Occasionally, we arrive a bit early before receiving the text message confirming the availability of a bay. During this time, we may head to the bar for a drink or two, although the prices here are slightly higher compared to other restaurants in the area. Once we are in a bay, we generally receive good service, although there have been instances where our server takes a while to check on us. Since we enjoy drinking while playing, the wait can be a bit longer when the place is crowded and in need of another drink. At times its faster just to go to the bar and grab your own drinks. Did that once, and our server got mad LOL. Overall, fun place with the family or friends.

My family and I have been wanting to visit Topgolf for years now. I finally decided my Birthday was going to be the day. I made reservations online one week prior to guarantee that we would have a bay. The day of our arrival I received a text message to confirm our reservation, which I did. Once we arrived, we went to the front desk and checked in, the girl at the front desk was less than enthusiastic to be there, let alone help us. She said she could not find our reservation, I showed her our reservation on my phone, she rolled her eyes at me, sighed and after a minute of looking at her computer, she found it. She told us we had to wait for a bay, and to keep checking our phones for a message when our bay would be ready. We walked over to the bar and found a seat to order some beverages. Within 30 minutes we received a message to proceed to our bay number. Once we arrived at our bay, I looked around, it just didn't feel very clean to me. The cushions on the chairs had stains on them, the table had crumbs, and the touch screen had smears of fingerprints on it. Immediately, we started setting up our first game on the touchscreen, we decided on the Angry Birds game since my 9 yo son was with us. We were only able to set up one name on the game, we decided to play while we waited for someone to come by and help us troubleshoot. It was also near to impossible to get any balls to come out, and the game kept freezing after only one ball, we decided to just wait until someone came to continue playing. After about 10 minutes of waiting, a woman came over to take our food order, and we asked her to help us get our game set up. We had already lost 15 minutes from our 1 hour playing time. She said we had to pay an additional $5.00 per person for a membership fee if we wanted to all keep score of our individual progress, otherwise, we had to all play on one account and would have no ability to keep score. So we paid the $5.00 fee and she got us set up. She was very friendly, but seemed overwhelmed, she was being nice, but firm to get us set up so she could get back to her job. After she got us setup, she took our drink and food orders. After placing our order, we went back to playing, 35 minutes had already passed from our Bay rental time and only one of us was able to hit a ball. It took us an additional 3-5 minutes to figure out how to get a ball dropped and pick a new game, but after that we were on a roll. There were 4 of us in our party and we had only played two rounds each and our time was up, so we had to ask our server for additional time. We added another 60 minutes to our time. We all really had a great time hitting the balls. We did experience some glitches with the balls that were hit not showing up on our screen or increasing some of our scores, so eventually, we just stopped looking at the scores and just kept hitting the balls. I really wish we didn't pay the $5 membership fee per person and just hit the balls under one account due to the game being so glitchy, we ultimately just ended up hitting random balls in the end anyways. Moving on to to food/drinks... We were extremely disappointed, the food was not very good at all. The nachos we received were really just a few tostada shells sliced in half, loaded with a bunch of melted cheese all on one small pile of a mess. It definitely was not worth the price. It just looked like it was thrown together (picture attached). The strawberry lemonade was watered down, and the glasses were not very clean. We asked our server for some fresh refills, but she never came back with our drinks...I guess she forgot. Overall, putting all of the small issues aside, we all managed to have a good time. It was a unique experience and reminded me of Bowling, except with golf balls. We WILL give this Topgolf another try again in the near future, in hopes that we know what to expect and hopefully can avoid some of the issues we experienced on our first visit. I do recommend you try this place out for yourself. Maybe our visit was on a day where they were short staffed. It's a great concept, and worth a visit.

We had a fun Sunday afternoon here. We were quoted about 90 minutes for our wait but got our bay in about 30. The food and drinks came out quickly and we really enjoyed ourselves. Can't wait to be back!

Went here for a birthday party. We were quickly brought to our bay. Good and drink service were pretty fast throughout the event. No instruction was given to the first timers at the event.

While in Frisco on business our company decided to have us play TopGolf one night after a day of meetings. I have played TopGolf at other locations and this one was standard as the others. We had a great time and the staff was accommodating as we had a special session with food just for us. If you are looking for a good time whether you okay golf or not TopGolf is always a great choice!

This place has gone way down hill. The customer service is non-existent, and the front desk is a while other story. Super disappointed in this establishment.

My colleagues and I were at Top Golf for an event and April Anderson was our server. She treated us to VIP and was overall a wonderful experience. She made sure she got our food and drinks out on time and with a smile. Not only did we have a good time at Top Golf and make sure to come back again, but we'll have April Anderson take care of us indefinitely. Thank you for the great time!
