I'm glad we went here. Pizza and the salad bar were great. The line at the counter was quick as they had 3 people taking orders quickly. The music they had while we were there was all from the eighties, so it was karaoke for me! The others at our table also had to sing along. Thanks for a good time! Music really makes a difference.

Food is great !! Stop by for a small birthday party , we managed to grab a couple tables , ordered lots of pizza sandwiches beer and sodas ! Pizza was off the hook but my favorite was the ham and Swiss sandwich !! Looked out the windows , It was a perfect view of the ocean !! All in all it was a perfect place for a party !!

Toppers Pizza in Oxnard has a fantastic location right by the pier with a beautiful bay view. The place is clean, and both the service and atmosphere were outstanding. They have a great selection of salads, and we really enjoyed the food. The pizza was delicious with fresh ingredients, and the variety of toppings was impressive. It's a perfect spot for a family outing or a casual meal with friends. Highly recommended!

Guys like I've said before, it Toppers how can you go wrong. Great service, fantastic fresh ingredients, wonderful dough and amazing pizza sauce that you can taste.

I really loved this place! It’s right by the harbor so u can see the water! The food was also amazing! We got the Hawaiian heat! It tasted kinda like bbq chicken/hawaiian. We also got the heath bar chocolate chip cookie with ice cream and that was also amazing! The salad bar was very good as well and they have the soda machines where u can just about get any soda any flavor!

I recently visited the Toppers Pizza location at 2701 Peninsula Rd in Oxnard for the first time with my girlfriend on Wednesday, August 7th, between 9:00 and 10:00 PM. I had heard great things from friends and was excited to try it. Unfortunately, what happened during our visit left us feeling disrespected and disappointed. I went to the salad bar using one of the small plates we were given, not realizing the salad wasn’t included without payment. A manager came up, told me I had to pay, and took my plate of food without giving me a chance to pay. She pointed at the counter and walked off with the food, which she later threw away. When I asked why she did that, she said it was so I could get a fresh batch—though I had just gotten it. She never gave me the option to pay for what I had already taken. It became more uncomfortable when my girlfriend overheard her telling another worker to “keep an eye on us,” and we noticed we were being watched the rest of the time. I politely asked the manager for her name, but she refused and covered her name tag. She just kept asking “Why?” over and over. I explained it was our first time and that the experience wasn’t good because of how she treated us, but instead of apologizing or showing any concern, she just kept defending herself. Since she refused to give her name, all I can say is that she was the only Asian woman working at the time. Toward closing time, while we were still eating, an employee gave us boxes and asked us to pack our food and leave. Two other customers were also asked to leave at that time. While we understand closing procedures, it felt rushed and dismissive—especially after the way we had been treated. We weren’t trying to get free food—I simply didn’t know how the salad bar worked. The whole situation could have been handled with more respect and better communication. This was our first time trying Toppers, and after that experience, I don’t think we’ll return to that location—or any Toppers at all. I hope this is taken seriously and addressed by corporate.

Phenomenal. Absolutely phenomenal. Thank you to my friend Eric who just changed my life completely for recommending such a banger of a pizza place. I will forever have high standards for pizza after dining here. Trust, I will be back after the superb service and quality food.

As for pizza, of course, Pizzas from Toppers Pizza are delicious. I won't write too much about it because everyone already knows that. I love pizza, but I try not to eat too much of it too often. When I do, I usually use the salad bar here. I love it because I can eat a variety of different vegetables at once. If I were to buy all of these varieties at the supermarket myself, it would be a lot of work, and I wouldn't be able to eat them all. Compared to salad bars in other restaurants, this one offers a more varied selection of vegetables that are relatively fresh. There are two sizes, small and large, but I always order the large. Of all the Toppers locations, this is my favorite. Not only is it close to my home, but also you can dine while looking out at the harbor, there's plenty of space, and the outdoor tables are dog-friendly. Good place for a couple, family, and group. Parking is in front of the restaurant.

Huge pizza place and surprisingly it was packed. We sat outside since Lil Lucie was with us. The patio has a view of the harbor and sunset. Oddly enough you order at the counter and it's chaotic since it was so busy. Fortunately I had looked at the menu before we went and knew what to order. The menu board gives no descriptions so if you don't know you will have to ask. I ordered a large salad bar trip, the Hot Honey pizza and a couple of drinks. You get a pager but the staff will bring your pizza to you. The Hot honey pizza was delicious. Toppers crispy thin crust was perfection. The salad bar is large and even though it is one trip one large is big enough for two. After experiencing Toppers pizza I understood why the place was packed. If you love thin crispy crust Toppers is great. Sorry it was too chaotic to get photos inside.

Honestly, this place surprised me! I stopped by for lunch and really enjoyed the atmosphere. I got the quick meal, which included a personal-sized pizza and a small bowl from the salad bar, all for just $11 in this economy?? The salad bar was a highlight , it had chickpeas, beans, deviled eggs, and tons of options with multiple dressing flavors. The pizza was crispy and satisfying. It wasn't the best pizza I've ever had, but it really hit the spot after a long day at the beach. I had the BBQ pizza, and the crispiness of the crust paired perfectly with the toppings.

This review is loooong overdue. When I tell you this is the GOAT pizza place, please know that I say that with my WHOLE chest. I've been a topper fan since 2008 and I have never once been disappointed. Service: 10/10! Ambiance: 12/10! I don't even live in the 805 anymore and yet, I still find time to come here every. single. time I come to town. Also, THAT RANCH THOUGH. I have often said I would "bathe" in it. Lol. This location is my favorite as it's right by the harbor and sunsets are beautiful here. Also, the salad bar, specialty pizzas, pizza cookies, and soda machines.. are all amazing too. However, classic pepperoni is my FAVE.

Toppers rules. This is a nice location overlooking the harbor. Plenty of seating available inside and out. Quality pizza, awesome salad bar, and good vibes. Food always comes out quick. I will be back, mostly for the hot honey pizza. It's a good mix of sweet and spicy.

The pizza was good, as was the garlic bread. But, funnily, I think I enjoyed the jalapeño poppers the best.

Went here on a Sunday early evening and the place was PACKED--every chair taken. Service was decent, especially with how busy it was, and the food hit the spot. The breading was a bit thicker than usual, but still tasty and enjoyable.

We ordered for delivery and the food was delicious. My son was especially thrilled with the garlic bread. We were staying at a hotel so it was great that they were so generous with plates and napkins. I would recommend this place, we will try other options too.

When visiting Ventura, I always try to get Toppers Pizza, usually we will pick it up, but this time had a chance to check out their Channel Islands location. We came at peak of dinner on a Saturday around 6:30pm so took a little to find a table. It's definitely a nice location with views of the Channel Islands Harbor, was even able to catch the sunset! There's seating downstairs, upstairs and outside. We ordered a medium creamy garlic chicken (not pictured) and a large build your own with pepperoni and sausage. There was 5 and it was enough for us to also take some home. It's definitely a lot better when it comes out hot than take out, with that cheese pull! If you like ranch, don't forget to get yourself a side of the crack ranch to eat with it!

2nd visit here. This time we ordered 2 small 1-trip salad bar bowls, 2 small pizzas and one drink and it came out to $51. This time I ordered the garlic chicken parmesan pizza. It was good but I think I prefer the carnitas pizza more. The salad bowl they provide for $6.25 is just not worth it. It's about 4 inches in diameter and about 2 inches in height. It's seems overly priced especially considering the only protein on the salad bar is chopped up hard boiled egg. I would have like have to seen some chopped chicken and bacon. Otherwise it's just sliced and chopped veggies such as cauliflower, broccoli, radishes, tomatoes, carrots, mushrooms, kale, canned kidney beans and canned chickpeas. No avocado, no guacamole and no olives. Pretty plain. Based off this salad bar experience, my next visit I would skip the salad bar and stick to the pizzas.

The best pizza in Ventura county! The service is great and always fast and efficient, fresh food all the time! Salad and sandwiches are fire the ambiance is great.

So nice we had it twice. Best pizza, ever? Probably. It is seriously amazing and we just couldn't resist going twice during our vacation. We tried the combo and the BCT -- the combo was just slightly better but both were amazing. I didn't realize pizza could taste so good. They are super busy.

This is a two story pizza place that just reminds me of Pizza Hut in the 90s. A classic pizza spot where you can dine in with your family/friends. Toppers pizza is SO good. Not sure if they only have locations in Ventura county, but those are the closest to me. We came here after a trip to the beach and we got a table on the second floor with a nice view of the marina.

Great pizza spot! We came in on a friday evening, the place was pretty busy. Ordered at the counter, and grabbed a table, they bring your pizza to you! We order a large pepperoni/mushroom pizza, a small plain pizza and a small salad. You make your own salad at the salad bar, plenty of toppings and fresh ingredients. The pizza was piping hot, crisp edges and had the perfect amount of cheese & toppings. Service was professional and straight forward. The harbor views are also nice! Will definitely be back again!

Dare I say it's the best pizza I've ever had? Apparently I am out of my mind since I love pineapple on my pizza and I don't like marinara sauce (garlic or pesto always). Toppers perfected my usual pizza order and I annihilated my small pizza (didn't wanna share this, sorry to my husband). I ordered take out and it was ready in about 10 minutes. The view out to the water looks amazing and the place itself looked great. Lots of people come here to eat so I'm assuming it's pretty popular. Definitely coming back when we're in town.

Food- Round table quality but better value. Ambiance- more Chuck E Cheese than not. 1/2 meatball sando & 1 trip salad, lg size. ~$15. Oh, b.y.o. hot sauce. They don't have any. Very clean interior. Simple order at the counter take a seat process. Staff was super friendly and nice. I'm family friendly and get it, but kids were sprinting around the parlor like hide and seek style. Definitely saw a few near miss collisions. And while I can deal with loud, I found the excessive SCREECHING discourteous to others.

Toppers is a solid 4.5 stars! Every aspect of ordering food was simple, from ordering and paying online, to a speedy pickup. Of course you can also eat in, as Toppers is a huge two-story building with tons of seating, a big salad bar, TVS and a great harbor view. The prices were more than reasonable. We paid (after tip) about $70 for a medium Spicy Garlic Italian, a small pepperoni with hot honey, 4 pieces of cheese/garlic bread, 6 jalapeño poppers, and a six pack of soda. They also provided plenty of cheese, peppers and ranch! The pizzas were great from the crust to the topping, I had zero complaints. Garlic bread was good (little more cheese maybe) and the biggest surprise was the jalapeno poppers! I was reluctant at first to order them due to the dried cranberries and raspberry chipotle sauce but they were so good! I've never had a popper like them, the mix of sweet and spicy was great! Toppers was fantastic, I'd go again anytime!

I am a huge fan of Toppers. This was only my second time visiting this location because there's other Toppers locations that are closer and more convenient for me to go to. This location is definitely the most unique out of the others. It is located on the Channel Islands Harbor and it is two stories. You can't go wrong with the food at Toppers. We love the lunch special between 11-3 where you get a personal pizza and small salad for about $10. On this visit we ordered a small cheese pizza, a medium half pepperoni half hot honey, and 2 small salads. The salad bar has tons of toppings and allows you to make your own salad. The pizza is always delicious with its sweeter tomato sauce and thin crust. Toppers is consistently delicious!

Yum .. lunch special pizza!!! I got the lunch special for a little more than $7 for 2 toppings. I feel that's it's a good deal but it's gotten smaller. I love this location it is in a beautiful place at the Oxnard harbor. This location is always busy as it is in a prime spot! Service is great! There are also always people going around cleaning up. Love the fireplace and the views .. wow!!!

Visiting and first time here. It was very busy. The salad bar was great good selections and the pizza was good too. We had plenty to take home for left overs. We had the Creamy garlic, Chicken bbq both were really good. I also captured some great photos outside walking in before dinner. Great views here too!!

It was my first time visiting a Toppers location, which is apparently a chain north of Los Angeles. I visited the Oxnard location on a Saturday night and it was poppin! I placed a take out phone order ahead of time to save me some time but they were so quick. Even during a busy period, they told me I could pick up my order in 15 minutes. I ordered a pepperoni express and their seasonal macadamia nut cookie dessert. The pepperoni express is a pepperoni pizza with jalapeños, and pineapple. I am not a pineapple pizza person but I was curious to try it with the jalapeños. It did not disappoint, the saltiness from the pepperonis with the hint of sweetness from the pineapple and the kick from the jalapeños was an explosion of flavor. I give so much heat to people that put pineapple on pizza but this one I will eat. Toppers knew what they were doing with this specialty pizza. The macadamia nut cookie comes hot out of the oven with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Don't worry about a gooey mess with the to go orders on the cookie desserts, the ice cream comes on the side in a styrofoam cup. If you like ranch with your pizza, they let you take as much as you want from their salad bar that very much gives old school Pizza Hut vibes in all the best ways. It looks like a fun place to dine in with your family. I'll be making a pit stop at toppers the next time I'm in the area.

Third location I've had the opportunity to visit and this one was the best one thus far! Being by the water was such an extra treat! Large parking area, the building has two floors with your own selected seating to choose from, cool arcade area and great music. We absolutely loved our pizza date there and would go back Service was great too, so accommodating and helpful. Thank you for the to go ranch cups after closing for my to go salad!

I have never heard of Toppers but so glad i was able to try it. My friends ordered their Hawaiian pizza for dinner while I was visiting and it was a great pizza. The dough wasn't too thick and they put a LOT of topping on it! For a "chain" pizza spot, it seems more high quality than its competitors! Will definitely order this again if I was in the area

The best thing about this place is the view of the harbor. The pizza is mediocre at best. The sandwiches are a total joke. Two slices of meat on both the pastrami and the spicy Italian. Salad bar is decent. Not great. Bathrooms are gross. It always makes me sad that businesses do not seem to care about their products or facilities.

The term "OK" fits Toppers perfectly. It was indeed OK. The salad bar was the usual, yet boring assortment. Iceberg or Romain, a small spot for spinach. Usual assortment of uninspired, items and commercial dressings (no caesar that I could see). Staff kept it well stocked and could be seen constantly cleaning and tidying, a good sign. The containers with things like "bacon" bits and croutons did need cleaning having been handled by a lot of folks. The pizza too was OK, with the salad bar I had a small cheese pie. Crust was decent, but way too much cheese and so little sauce as to be non-existent. Next time I'd ask for lite cheese and extra sauce if I'm doing that again. If not I'll pass on the pizza. It might be nice if they had by the slice option.... which maybe they have and I missed it? It was my first time there, they were busy and I didn't want to hold up the line. The service was very good, quick, efficient, some of the tables could have used some attention, people tend to move napkin holders, dried chili flake and parm shakers (and those too could have used a could wipe down, because pizza is a food folks eat with their hands those were not wonderful. I'm far from being a germaphobe, but I used a napkin to pick them up. But all that is (again) OK, it was dinner time on a Friday evening and, as I mentioned, they were busy. So, would I go back? Sure, if I primarily wanted an inexpensive, quick option when in the area it would do nicely. My questionable choice to go for the first time on one of the busiest times. All and all a very solid OK.

Food was decent. I think the only thing great about this location is just the views. Don't appreciate the way the servers conduct themselves when bringing the pizza to the tables. One of the servers placed a hot pizza in front of our two toddlers at the table and had her arm literally in my face. Then a manager did the same thing when bringing the Pazooki. I understand it's a busy location and not a "restaurant" but I think just be more mindful when serving ppl..

I'd like to start off my saying my family and I love toppers. We ate here all the time and other locations when we lived in Ventura county. We eat here when we come to town and we also visit their other locations in Santa Clarita/ Canyon country. After yesterday's experience I don't think we will be returning, at least to this location. The staff was really friendly, and despite them being at max capacity and being put on a waiting list, we got seated after about 15 minutes. Half way through our meal a cockroach crawled on the window behind our table. I think it came out from under a portion of the wall that was peeling up. We were seated on the 2nd floor at the corner round table. I tried to get an employees attention but it was so busy that we had trouble flagging somebody down. My husband squished it with a napkin because I didn't want it crawling on us. It was hard to get a clear picture because the lighting through the window and the glare. We tried to keep eating because we had a just spend $100+, but after a couple minutes we just couldn't shake it and were too grossed out so we decided to leave. Maybe they need to get an exterminator in there because this is unacceptable and unsafe. I am a culinary school graduate and I have worked in restaurants before. This is not okay. Secondly, My toddler started complaining of a tummy ache as we started to leave, followed by the older son who literally started crying on the ride back to the hotel of a stomach ache and he said he felt like throwing up. An hour or so after arriving my husband's stomach started having stomach issues and was in the restroom all night. I followed shortly after. As I write this, the following morning, my stomach is still in pain and I am nauseous. I doubt this is a coincidence that we all are sick. We hadn't ate anything else for for hours since breakfast at home prior to this, except for my kiddos who had some of their usual snacks I packed from back home and ice cream they got at harbor village. Sad to say our staycation has been ruined.

Great pizza and location, would definitely go back. Prices were not too bad at all, very similar to Rusty's in SB. Would definitely go back if I was in the area, check it out and eat in.

Toppers is my favorite pizza place, bar none. The Carnitas and Creamy Garlic Ranch flavors are incredible, but honestly, every flavor is exceptional. The salad bar always hits the spot, providing fresh and delicious options. The vibe at Toppers is always fun and welcoming, and each location has its own unique charm. I can't say enough good things about Toppers! Sorry the pizzas in the photos are half eaten! We couldn't wait to dig in.

One of the best salad bars I've been to (careful, as sign says 1-trip "strictly enforced" haha!)... and yummy pizza. Enjoyed the veggie pizza with my BF and it was tasty. Would return if I'm in the area and craving pizza.

We celebrated my son's 18th birthday here. Overall, it was a decent experience with plenty of space for our group. The pizza was good, and the kids had a great time, which was the most important part. The service was pretty standard--we asked for a few tables to be cleaned, but didn't get the most helpful responses. Still, it served its purpose for the celebration.

Most toppers are consistent. Fair price and decent food. For a quick lunch or family night. Lunch specials are fairly priced. I especially like the Harbor location. View is awesome. A must to repeat here!

Had a party at this location the vibe was really good. Customer service was really on point. It does get busy on a Friday after 5 PM so plan accordingly the food came out pretty fast considering staff was very attentive. You have to take into account that some people are rude so might be more rude so be prepared for that because everyone feels like they're entitled to be treated like a king or queen if they're paying a little bit of money just like everyone else, but it cost nothing to be nice, but don't tell them that. Overall, I would give this four stars only thing that I would hope to possibly change if you have a party over 15 to 20 I would say they should be able to reserve a room but they do not do reservations at this location so it's first come first serve and you must come with your party You would like to would like to be seated. Than that was a good time. Enjoyed myself enjoy the pizza and will be back.

Experience was wonderful! Went there with my wife a couple of times and when I tell you she enjoyed it as well, SHE DID! Food is fresh, establishment is clean and the scene of the boats, water, seals are a sight that must been seen! Service was extremely appreciated! The workers there are thorough as well patient and will give off good recommendations on what to eat!

We decided to go to Toppers on Mother's Day because it's a 5-minute walk from our marina hotel and although it was busy we had prompt attention at the counter. Angela was responsible for our order. We we're very impressed as she had such enthusiasm and passion even though they were super busy on this holiday. She patiently and happily explained the concept of the different specialty pizzas and kindly suggested when we couldn't decide to order half and half lol! Excellent choice and we loved both the carnitas and spicy Italian. She was super friendly and had good suggestions for the beer as well. Angela definitely made us feel very welcomed. We enjoyed our dinner so much that rather than venture out and drive some place else, we walked there again tonight. We saw her again tonight. Her enthusiasm and passion is infectious. She had a ready smile and cheerful attitude. She's a great ambassador of the restaurant and honestly did not ask us to even write a review for her but earned our thanks and appreciation!

We were staying at the Hampton Inn Channel Islands, so I decided to check out Toppers Pizza to pick up a pizza for dinner. The place was huge and completely packed with families. It reminded me of the local pizza restaurants that we had growing up, where you were really excited to eat out as a kid. By the crowd, I could tell this was a place that most people's favorite place. I ordered a pizza and salad to go and a beer to sit and enjoy while I waited. The pizza came out hot and we left to go eat at the hotel. It was good and would stop in again if I was in town.

Pizza is good and views of the marina are nice. I'm not of fan of the disorderly line for ordering at the counter and then trying to find your own table. It's best to decide what everyone wants and then send a scout for a place to sit. It feels like it's halfway between a normal pizza restaurant and a cheap place to grab a slice.

My only complaint was that the bbq pizza was a bit greasy. Otherwise, the lunch combo is great with a personalized small pizza and yummy salad. The salad bar was well maintain and kept clean. Many toppings to choose from such as corn, wonton chips, cucumber, tomato, onions, cilantro, spinach, lettuce, reddish, quinoa, kale, and a few sorts of salad dressings. The fountain dispenser is found on the first floor. The second-floor seating area is great to view the marina and boats. Staff was friendly and when I went into the restrooms someone was there to make sure there is enough toilet paper. I'd come back here again

They lie. No gluten free crust in site! I ended up eating salad while everyone else enjoyed good pizza
