A unique venue to celebrate beer and friends. It's a little out of the way in Woodburn, but well worth the trip. It situated right in the Crosby Hop Farms and every brew offered there contains their hops. Multiple breweries, cideries are represented-there are only 12 or so taps, so not too overwhelming.
The GPS google maps took us right there and Topwire has very clear signage to find your way to the drinking area.
Lots of parking on gravel lot right next to the biergarden. We arrived around 2:40pm on a Friday, not packed, but a decent amount of folks scattered about with their pets, friends, a couple small children about.
Right at entry is the counter to order and the servers can give you an idea on what to order or offer a sample.
I enjoyed one IPA from Grains of Wrath and later an Extra Pale Ale from Ruse. The grounds are a lush grass and the hops were abundant and maze like.
You may order from the only food vendor that will deliver direct to TopWire or a cart later appears around 5pm. The Mexican food cart, Luisa's was exceptional - they offer a small fare, but I was very satisfied with my pork tacos. Prices are from $3.50 - 8.50.
Perfect afternoon with weather, the grounds and atmosphere itself, and friendly folks. Nice music overhead. Clean bathrooms with full plumbing available as well. Think it's seasonal so closes around October.
Also, fun gear to purchase and some canned options as well as an Non-Alcoholic brew on draft. Beers are $7.
