Visited for Valentine's Day, supposed to be a special evening, but it was anything but.
I specifically requested ONE Valentine's Day set menu and told our server we would order additional items separately. They acknowledged this. When the bill came, they had charged us for TWO Valentine's Day menus, an extra ~1,500 pesos we never authorized. When I brought it up, the response was simply "but there are two of you." That's not how it works. I clearly stated my order, and they chose to ignore it. That's not a mistake, that's dishonest billing.
Our table wouldn't stop moving throughout the entire dinner. Four different staff members said they would fix it. Not a single one did. A simple folded napkin or cardboard wedge would have taken 10 seconds, but apparently that was too much to ask on a night that's supposed to feel special.
A formal complaint has been filed with PROFECO. If you dine here, double-check your bill carefully before paying.
