You'll love this spot if you love nose to tail dining. Torishige's Shinjuku outpost serves only cow and pig meat, from the innards to the top cuts. I loved almost everything I ate here, save for spring onions they're so liberal with in almost every bowl.
If you can't read Japanese, just opt for the omakase which costs 5,000 yen. There are cheaper options, which also mean you get less. The 5,000 yen set was totally worth it. We got:
1) Wagyu beef with uni and caviar (OMG)
2) Grilled large intestines
3) Pig's heart
4) Beef tongue (too chewy for my liking)
5) Semi cooked Pig's liver
6) mystery beef parts with spring onions and wild yam
7) Cartilage of some sort
8) Meatballs stuffed in peppers
9) More mystery meat
10) Rice in Beef/Pork broth (Great for winter!)
Went down really well with their sake selection.
Wonderful earnest staff, just lots of google translate needed. The wait is long. Our table was at 9pm, we were seated at 9.40pm and left just past midnight. It took about an hour before our food arrived too. Regardless, I can't wait for my next dinner there!
