In our second attempt to eat here, we were able to be seated in the first round by waiting 30-40 minutes before they open, otherwise, expect wait times to be 1-3 hours.
You dine around the conveyer belt, however everything is made fresh to order from the self-ordering tablets. No pre-made dishes are on the conveyer belt circling around like other restaurants. The tablets can be switched to english for easy ordering. Every so often, they would push out a "promo dish" on the tablet, enticing you to add to cart. I like trying out new dishes so I didn't mind at all.
Dishes we ordered: Crab chawanmushi, trio salmon nigri, crab gunkan, corn gunkan, unigiri roll, uni, and a highball to wash it all down.
Everything tasted good, however nothing blew us away. I wouldn't go out of my way to wait for this place again, but it was good to try once.
