First off, we absolutely love your restaurant and have been coming there since you opened. We visit it about 3 to 4 times per month, with a minimum of four guests each time.
We visited your restaurant on Wednesday, October 11th at approximately 5:30pm. We were a party of 5 and our grandson chose this place for his birthday celebration.
We have NEVER experienced such a bad visit ever at this location, and honestly, we are thinking about trying other locations.
First, the good things. The staff was very friendly and polite.
Here are a few issues we encountered.
1. Our orders were wrong. One guest ordered Texas Fajitas. Instead of beef, shrimp and chicken, it only came out with shrimp. We did call this to the attention of the waiter, who apologized and offered to rectify, but we chose to just deal with it. Two other guests ordered the beef chimichangas soft. They both came out fried. We did not complain about it but given the fact that the waiter repeated our orders back to us and all the other issues we encountered. I place fault in the Kitchen for this one.
3. It took 50 minutes to receive our food, which at the time, your restaurant wasn't anywhere near as busy as I have seen it in the past.
4. Our alcohol and non-alcoholic drinks sat empty for almost 30 minutes before we were offered refills. Our waiter was missing most of the time, and the one time I tried to get his attention, he was standing near where the food is handed off to the wait staff, eating and chilling.
I sent you an email almost one month ago to address these issues privately. I received no response, so I am now sharing our experience to alert other potential customers.
