I got the mushroom and broccoli. I'm not sure that the broccoli was fresh, if it was it was pretty old and not charred. Mushrooms had no flavor. The onions were pretty tasty. The bread was super soggy. I'm really glad that I took this home to eat, as it required a fork. Overall a lukewarm mess.

As others have noted, The service has not always been that great or friendly, and the food is a no-go. I came here because my friends previously stated the place was pretty good. I ordered the chorizo, took around 8 minutes. I started eating it probably 5 minutes after I got it, and it was **SOAKED** with grease. The flavor was sort of good, but there were awkwardly-large chunks of jalapenos. The bread/wrap was so soggy and gross. I assume it wasn't toasted? I hate throwing away food, so I ate it all--and now I feel disgusting. I worry for what my stomach will feel like tomorrow morning.

Delicious tortas but sometimes is crowded and there's not enough people working and when that happens at least 30-40 min waiting for a single torta

My friend was boasting about this place so I thought I’d try it out... but if you’re vegan, beware that the veggie sandwiches are rather sad! $11.00 for a hot dog bun (super small bun) and broccoli and mushrooms. Tasted basic and just okay... pretty dry with no sauce option... Very expensive especially for what you’re getting.

Each sandwich feels like a glorious and fleeting love affair. I don't usually like runny eggs, but the avocado, cilantro and delicately spicy chorizo make me feel like I'm throwing care and caution to the wind and running away on a wild, spur of the moment road trip with an exciting new lover that happens to be a sandwich. When it's all over, I return to daily life smiling to myself, knowing such experiences are possible.

Came here regularly for a long time and loved stopping by here after a night of drinks on Cap Hill. Definitely a gut-bomb that you're sure to regret the next day, but that's just what you want at 2am in the morning. Unfortunately, I had an experience here that was so bad that is among the worst service I've had in Seattle. I can't recommend this place to anyone. One night I ordered a torta. They wrapped the torta in paper then cut it in half with a knife. They handed it to me, and the top wasn't balanced so the top half immediately fell on the floor at our feet. I was bummed and asked if she could do anything about it. Her response was "no, it's not my fault." I mention I've been going there for a while and it would be really nice if they could help me out, to which she again said "no, it's not my fault." I mentioned that I don't think it's how to run a business, to which she replies "good, we don't want your business then." I say I'm never coming back, and she tells me to "eff off" and immediately starts talking to a new customer. Well, it was fun while it lasted Tortas. Good luck staying in business with that negative attitude.

The House Chorizo sandwich will make all your dreams come true. It's the perfect combination of spicy, delicious chorizo with fried egg, over-easy so the yolk is all runny, and creamed avocado. It's served on a toasted roll that soaks up all the grease and is somehow crunchy, moist and flavorful all at once. If only they were open 24/7.

I went here on a recommendation and was not disappointed. The chorizo and pulled pork are tied for being most popular. I'd go with the chorizo if you can handle a little spice, and don't forget you horchata. The bread could be a little more crunchy but as long as the torta goes straight into you boca as they give it to you it won't be too soggy. This is just a kiosk so you will either be eating it on the go or in one of the chairs they have set out.
