Tortas de Fuego West Sedona

Stopped by this traditional Mexican restaurant after a long hike while visiting Sedona, and it hit the spot. The atmosphere is classic and casual, and the food was outstanding. I had the shredded beef taco and the shrimp taco. The shredded beef was hands down the best shredded beef taco I’ve ever had, and I’ve had many. My friend ordered the carne asada taco and really enjoyed it as well. We finished with the churro dessert, which was phenomenal. I also had a happy hour margarita, and it was really good. They make their own margarita mix, which I definitely appreciated.

THIS IS THE BEST MEXICAN FOOD I'VE EVER HAD IN MY WHOLE LIFE free chips and salsa is so good I asked for three more bowls of salsa Imao 🥘Meat lovers volcano molcajete is definitely worth it we only finished half of it and were so stuffed, all types of meat themselves are already so delicious and the sauce on the inside of the bowl is a even a plus 🌮The lengua taco is so yum I only got one it's so juicy and flavorful That soup is good as well! Huge portion, I completely ran out of words to describe I would come to Sedona another time just for this restaurant

Only $13 — and worth every penny. Fresh, balanced, and dangerously easy to drink. Pair that with the lively atmosphere and friendly staff, and you’ve got one of the most enjoyable meals in Sedona. Tortas de Fuego proves that you don’t have to spend a fortune to eat well here. Affordable, flavorful, and full of personality — easily one of our favorite spots in town!

We were staying in Oak Creek and stopped by here one rainy afternoon. We had our two little dogs with us so the pet friendly patio was nice. We are vegetarian and thought all the options were great! Not just ordering a meat dish and subbing out the meat like at most Mexican restaurants. I got the veggie quesadilla and it was HUGE. Good veggie to cheese ratio and grilled perfectly. Lots of toppings: peppers, cheese, beans, onions, tomatoes….. My husband said his torta’s bolillo was the best he’s ever had—was very soft and a good ratio with the breaded cactus filling. Apparently the restaurant buys it from a baker in Phoenix. Our dogs each had a carne asada taco =) Tortas De Fuego has authentic Mexican offerings at a reasonable price. Service was excellent, our waiter was very attentive especially for being at a table outside. The churros with ice cream was mediocre. Not bad, not great. We weren’t expecting them to be filled so they were overly sweet for us. We will definitely be coming back; we visit Sedona at least once-twice a year. Keep expanding the vegetarian menu!

This place was recommended by a local and did not disappoint! In fact we ate 2 of our 3 dinners here because it was SO good. We had tacos, the mole burrito and quesadilla gigantes (our favorite). The flan was also incredible. We felt we got the best value for money here compared to other restaurants in the area. Service was a bit slow on the busier evening we were there but that wouldn't stop us from going back.

Everything was great honestly would recommend. Drinks were great bartender was amazing got everything we ordered and tasted amazing. I got the chimichanga with grilled chiken and my wife got the beef flautas. Definitely come here for Mexican food.

Excellent Mexican food. Servings were huge, and everything was just delicious. The red and green sauces had a kick and the fajitas were sizzling hot and flavorful. They were pretty busy but the service was very good

Food was outstanding! I had the steak fajitas and they were amazing! I also had the Sangria which didn’t disappoint! Highly recommend this authentic place with great food, service, and prices!
